Ordered to-go meal for dinner on a Wednesday evening. We ordered 2 plates both with chow mein and orange chicken as well as some Rangoon’s. The food was ready at the stated time upon ordering. All the food was in the bag, only thing missing was the sauces. Inside of restaurant was clean and there is also indoor and outdoor seating available.

Nice atmosphere. Classic American/Chinese food. Can be loud when talking to the cashier. Food is fresh and well presented. They have the classic like orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Recommend the Sichuan beef (spicy) and the walnut shrimp.

You should try their Beijing beef & Orange chicken. I love this place.

Not going to spend my money at a restaurant that requires a code to enter the bathroom. Especially on a road that has very few, if any, homeless or loiterers. No other restaurant on Woodruff has that ridiculous policy. Pity. The food is good, for what it is.

There were wet towels all over the floor especially at the main entrance which can be a trip hazard. The food was good. The service could have been better.

I’ve been here a couple of times and every time it was just an “okay” experience. Nice and clean location and quick service. Food tastes okay, nothing mind-blowing but still delicious. Every time I’m there, they are out of the Beyond Orange Chicken. Just an empty tray. Their website doesn’t even give the option anymore. Wouldn’t be surprised if they discontinued it. So therefore I’m always choosing the mixed vegetables as the side, which most of the time are undercooked also. Best part is of course the fortune cookie!

Using up my gift cards, in SC, during this week's work trip. Surprised how good the experience was. Only car in drive-thru. Food was hot. Usual weak fried rice, but I'm used to it now. I get orange chicken and walnut shrimp with ( pretend) fried rice. I'm used to the surprise upcharge for shrimp. I know it's coming, but still never clear on the menu board. In my opinion. $12 for lunch is too much. But I'll just snack a meal for dinner @ hotel room

Overall it is a nice experience. The staff could have been a little nicer and faster, but otherwise they were willing to let me and my wife sample things. I had a dish that wasn't supposed to be spicy, and it absolutely lit my mouth on fire, so be wary of what you order. Facilities were clean and the menu is pretty straightforward, but it seems that they charge extra for some items and that IS NOT posted oin the menu. Overall good American styled Chinese food. The chow mein was awesome though. Was also with a friend a d my mother in law, they've reported back high inconsistencies with food, often times served cold, portion sizes are a bit off, and service is nearly always slow. Overall, not bad, but definitely not up to the brand's standards.

It was very bland. The sesame chicken was okay. But the fried rice with the beans and peppers had no flavor or taste.

Ordered food for my Bible Study to be delivered at 7PM. Food never arrived although the app said it had been delivered at 6:45. Called customer service and they acknowledged that they driver had not taken the required picture and that they could not get in touch with her because she wasn’t answering her phone. They apologized and promised a refund within 48 hours…that’s it. I needed the food and they said they couldn’t help me and all they could do was refund my money. I run a small restaurant in Greenville and I would never treat my customers that way. They better smarten up or a great franchise will fail in Greenville.

Just went in to easley they open at 10. Wecome in at 10:08. They have about 5 things to choose from so there's that.then find 1 thing to eat order with white rice only to be told white rice will take another 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you open your doors and nothing is ready

Not sure what the fuss is about this place, first time ever eating at this chain,not in a rush to go back. Ordered the famous orange chicken and a beef dish, food was bland and chewy,rice was dry and hard!! Not impressed at all,maybe this location needs help.
