Came here for the ayce snow crabs. They were cooked perfectly. Not too salty. The garlic butter sauce was very good. I usually just get dipping butter. Server jingliang was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Came down there with my family from Florida for Christmas and I had an amazing time here, The Margaritas were great, the staff was friendly especially my waitress, I don’t remember her name but she was pretty and had blue/purple hair, she was great at her job she almost made me fall in love with her and I can’t wait to see her again soon, the food was absolutely delicious and the sushi was great too! My complaint; The Taylor Swift Music. It’s too loud, makes it harder to talk to my folks and the waitress. I also witnessed some Asian guy yelling at my waitress while she was taking tables and she looked like she was about to cry, Shame on that man for yelling at a woman in front of customers!

Okay! So I will start off by saying that my waitress was amazing! I don’t know her name but she spoke spanish to the table in the middle of the restaurant? So I know she has to be Mexican, She was amazing and really entertaining to be around, she even let us take home some of our food since we had to wait pretty long for it, I will say that the cooks could do better with the boils, They tasted bland and the music was so loud the waitress couldn’t hear us, Either than that the waitress made up for the bad food and atmosphere

Probably the best crab legs I’ve had! The sauce was amazing, the crab legs were huge, and the shrimp were plump. Some of the best seafood on the gulf coast for sure!

We staying on Facebook that don’t have a Thanksgiving special going on this week and I decided to come give it a try and let me stay the manager. Nicole was amazed super nice explained everything definitely one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered. Also, our server was even better. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Super nice. Since we’re just here for vacation, we decided to come and they didn’t disappoint, The price is right. The quantity is amazing. It is definitely enough For 3 to 4 people for the $60 bag but we got both the $50 and $60 bag and now we got food for the rest of the night. Haha. Also, they are very family friendly. We seen kids taking pictures with the pirate and also they have a big party boat that you can sit out if you request it. I REALLY love their interior decorations! Thank you Nicole and Pearl for being the best! Will definitely be back!

I have ate here a few months ago and seen they was so busy and trying to hold on on a busy weekend night. So today my wife and daughter decided to come back today. And had Pearl as our server. She was super nice and very sweet with us while we ordered our food. It is a little slow in the restaurant during the day time. So that’s when I like to go. They focus on their guests throughout the meal. Pearl had 5 tables by herself and she didn’t let none of us go without anything. And made sure to give us refills and a cool reusable to go bag! It is family friendly which was awesome. They let my kids play with the steering wheel on their boat. They also have a pirate you can put your face in for pictures! We ordered the thanksgiving special they started today! It was $61 for 3 pounds of seafood and they added vegetables for each pound. Plus we got a $2 peach margarita that was worth the $2! We will be back for thanksgiving because they said they are open. Thank you for a better experience with your customer service! Pearl made my second experience here a lot better! They did say for the week of Christmas they will be doing all you can eat snow crab legs! We will be back for that as well!

I had such a great experience with my family at Miso Seafood tonight! The seafood boil was incredibly! perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We got the Friday Special , it taste incredibly! you can tell they really care about the flavor of the food! The service was also very friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome the whole time! The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a nice meal with family! The portions were generous and everything came out hot and fresh! Definitely one of the best seafood place i've been to, highly recommend for anyone who loves fresh and delicious seafood!

4 of us went for the all u can eat , when my husband asked for a 3rd portion of the crab, he was denied, the waitress said she was told by management to tell him there is a 2 hour minimum, we weren't there but about a hour and 20 minutes, there were signs all over, saying if you waisted food, they would charge extra, the menu posted around as well, no where did it say anything about a time limit or that they can cut you off. The worse part, is that poor waitress could have lost her tip, because, she was sent over to tell us this. We tipped her well, knowing this wasn't her fault. Shame on management for this. The food was great! But dont offer all u can eat, if your going to treat your guests this way. By the way, we saw 2 other tables have more crab than we did.

Came for the AYCE holiday event. My partner and I were excited for the deal and looking forward to trying the boil bags. The service was atrocious(and that’s just being nice). I ordered a drink and it never came whilst a new table belonging to the same server proceeded to get their drinks. She never checked on us again after taking our order and then ignored us again for 15 minutes after asking for the check. The restaurant was not busy enough for a server with zero motivation and personality. Highly disappointed. Wish I could give service zero stars.

Went for the AYCE special. The main problem is the service was really bad. Our waitress wasn't performing well. She apologized but things didn't get better. First of all it took like 40 minutes for our first order to come out including the salads and soups. No appetizers first? Why? During that time she never came to the table. Other people all around us seated afterwards were getting their food, whole meals, so it didn't seem to be the kitchen. When it did come out she practically threw it on the table and ran away. No asking if we needed anything or chance to put in more food. Then when we finally did put in another round it was another 40 minutes wait with no service. No water refills. So bad another waitress asked us if we needed help because we were spending so much time sitting there at an empty table. My second complaint is the crab DEFINITELY tasted like ammonia, some of the pieces. I ate it anyway and didn't get sick but the internet said I shouldn't eat it and it could give me food poisoning and the restaurant should be alerted. So $100+ to spend most of two hours waiting for just two rounds of slighly rotten crab isn't great. I just am not rating it lower because it was all cooked and flavored well with decent portions on sushi and sides.

Today I came here to pick up an order and waited about 15 minutes. The order was ready and I simply needed to take a photo of the receipt for the app. When I asked for the receipt, the employee became unnecessarily aggressive and reassigned the order to another driver. As a result, my order was canceled and my time was completely wasted. Delivery drivers come here to do their job properly, not to argue over a few dollars worth of food. This kind of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. The business should make sure their staff treat drivers with basic respect and professionalism.

Even though I love the food, I hate the waitress, Katrina. Very lazy and sloppy. I don’t know why you guys replaced my normal waitress Myra, she was great. i would’ve love to see her back but this restaurant isn’t the same, every server here has treated my family with kindness but Katrina is only interested in reviews. Not only is it embarrassing but also saddening to see a woman only put effort for reviews. Also the sliverwear was disgustingly dirty. I won’t come back unless Katrina is gone. This all happened on Saturday.

Went during their all you can eat promotion in December. Sat there for an hour and a half for 2 orders of sushi, our finished plates sat on our table for 45 minutes. Barely saw our waitress, and it wasn’t even full! There were maybe 8 tables full TOPS, and not everyone was getting sushi. Maybe they’re good on any other day, but this was tragic.

Seen a advertisement and just knew this was going to be the place to be at for my birthday. Got there and got seated after an hour drive to wait 30 min for drinks my mom never received hers. Tea tasted spoiled. Lemonade disgusting. Service was horrible or waitress played with her eyes on between orders still avoiding our table.
