We usually order take out but decided to dine in. Service was prompt and friendly, food was timely, hot and accurate. We usually love everything but this time the flavor just wasn't quite there. We got loaded fries, wings and pizza. Again, nothing was bad, just not as flavorful as it usually is there. Still giving good marks because this is the only time I've felt that way. Support local shops, these guys are friendly, fast and fair. Recommend their loaded nachos!

The food was absolutely amazing, the portions were great but the staff had the worst attitude and absolutely 0000 manners. We repeatedly said thank you and she ignored us every time. She never came to ask us if we needed anything. She came to grab plates but didn't say a word. I had to ask for drink refills and napkins. She gave us an attitude about that. The lady at the front also had an attitude as well. It's such a shame because the food was so good but being treated like you're not welcome was very uncomfortable. We won't return for that simple fact.

Use to love this place and ordered take out weekly. Till the food fell off. Last orders in the past 3 months has been burnt or have questionable freshness. The quesadilla I ordered tasted like the it had something moldy in it. Besides it was burnt. Threw it out after the first bite. Last order the wings were hard and dry. Love this place and hope they figure it out.

My husband got the steak pizza sub with fries on the side, I got the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo, and we got a large pizza for our kids. Yes portion sizes are big, but in my opinion their main goal is quantity and not quality None of us liked our food.

Place used to be good until they got new wait staff. Always an issue with them. Ordered fries and a pizza. Go the pizza. No fries. Had to have it removed from my bill. Asked for parmesan cheese for the pizza. Never got that. Never asked for a drink refill. Dirty table. Pizza was a sopping grease pie. Won’t be back. Recommend you don’t come here.

I think your employees need to learn how to be polite. Your employees are rude. I just bought a cheese pizza from here for takeout and the bigger girl that checked me out was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked a question. I would give this place a zero star

Server was laughable, she didnt give a person at my table her lemon with her water which she requested, and never gave my sister chicken tenders. She gave us wrong orders left and right and the pizza dough was raw. Better order over the phone for takeout, because that is way better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE THEY WILL STEAK YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered almost $80.00 worth of food online and paid for it. I went to pick up the food when I was told it was never received online to the store. There was also a lady in front of me with the same issue. She ordered online and had already paid yet they did not have her order either. They were VERY RUDE to me right off the bat and had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to offer to help me. They would not give me the owners name or reimburse my money. Nor did they even offer to give me the food I paid for and have an online receipt via email. I would absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND this place. What kind of business are you trying to run?!

We've been going here to eat for a while now and never had bad food or bad service until tonight! It was busy and when I got my food and tried to eat it and it was nasty and burnt! The onions, meat, and shrimp in my burrito was burnt and it tasted burnt as well. I brought it to the lady who was serving us's attention and she got smart with me and asked me in a disqusted voice if I wanted something else and I told her no that I wanted the same thing but just not burnt! I did receive another on and it was good. We didn't get our chips and queso until approximately 15 minutes before our meals and the queso was starting to cool! There was another waiter there trying to keep up with everyone and we had to ask him for things that she didn't serve and etc.. He kept apologizing but we knew he was overwhelmed while she did much of nothing! Then we went to leave the lady server had the nerve to come out as we were leaving and told us that we were no longer allowed to come back and if we did, we'd be up charged 18%!! She said that because we didn't tip her!! I'm not tipping for bad service! Come to find out, SHE WAS THE MANAGER!! We will gladly not come back because she is nasty and rude to customers and doesn't care!!

Food and service has changed not in a good way, restaurant inside was at 90°, smoke inside made it impossible to eat. No proper ventilation and unclean wherever you look, from the table to the condiment bottles they were sticky with food residue.

I used to eat here a lot and tell everyone to go here to eat. But in the last year, the food quality has gone down hill to say the least. I used to love their subs, but after ordering a Ham & Cheese sub 2 weeks ago and literally only get 4 slices of ham for the whole sandwich is a bit ridiculous especially when you pay $10.00 for it. So basically when you held the sub in half, you might as well just ate bread. The taste of the food is just not the same anymore, and I won’t dine in. To many flies for me. I just ordered a steak quesadilla, and It’s very bland. Got 2 orders of Pepperoni knots, and the dough isn’t even cooked thoroughly. Unreal!!! I think it’s time to start going somewhere else. It’s a shame cause there isn’t any good places to eat near Clear Spring. Al’s in Clear Spring is WAY OVERPRICED, and the food is horrible. I’d rather go to McDonalds. So fast forward to 7/6/22 we thought we would give them another shot. Got a large steak and cheese Stromboli with mushrooms and green peppers took a few bites and I bit into something hard. I immediately spit the food back on my plate and it’s a small piece of wood or something. Definitely shouldn’t be in the food and it’s Definitely NOT edible. IM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE!
