My wife and I just picked up lunch from this location in Winchester, VA and it was such a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The restaurant is very clean! And the subs were delicious! We’ll be back soon!

I have been a Jersey Mike’s customer for over 50 yrs. The original shop in Point Pleasant NJ was the go to whenever we wanted friends and family to experience the Jersey Shore!! Then they opened one in our home town, Brielle which was wonderful and, I suppose, the first link in the “chain,” as many folk have used as a derogatory comment in their reviews… but I was there from the beginning and can honestly attest, having been to these links up and down the East Coast, that very, very little has changed!! I mean the menu is of course more expansive. Still delicious and fresh, and VERY worthy of your consideration whether for a large gathering, or a personal pleasure as I use them. So happy the tradition carries on!!! Although I do kind miss the wrappers from back in the day 😉 Kudos to the JM team for not screwing up my memories!!!! 😎 Dan O

The sub was pretty good, but it was small for the cost, The large was $14 the sub was about 14 inches long, the regular was $9 and was about 8-9 inches long. Drink and sides were separate, it was $25 for just a sub and a half with no drink. The sub tasted good, but it could have had more meat for the price. Only gave four stars because our Italian Sub just wasn't as good as usual. But our Cheesesteak was good.

Nice sub shop. Really like there hot subs. A decent value. Subs are hot and made fairly fast.

First time trying... Place pick up order online. Asked online for additional requests, so I asked for giant subs (2 of them) to be cut in thirds. Get them home, one is cut in half and the other in fourths!! Did get napkins and lettuce like I asked for but guess the cuts went too far for them. Subs were okay. Steak and cheese (Big Kahuna) was too greasy for me...not enough napkins for that.

Women's bathroom had no soap or toilet paper. When we reported it to staff, thr ignored us. A woman staff member used the restroom, but did not refill the toilet paper or soap. I thought they were supposed to wash their hands before returning to work. This should be a minimal standard.

I took my father out for a sub after some Christmas shopping. THIRTEEN dollars for a sub, and you don't even get a side or a drink. A tiny .50 cent bag of chips was almost $2.00 and a drink was almost $3.00. The man working the register had such a terrible attitude, he mumbled everything he said, and he gave my 65 year old father (who is hard of hearing) a horrible attitude when he couldn't work the card machine properly. Then we waited for our subs, and walked over and THREW them on the table. I don't know if he just had a bad day or what, but I was very upset. I won't be visiting this establishment again. The only redeeming quality was that the sub tasted good.

My Italian sub was correct but I also got a roast beef with provolone and the roast beef was either bad or raw but my friend got sick off of this sub. I normally love Jersey Mike's but this was just nasty. Will be taking this up with corporate.

Flat ass sub. I specifically requested to add lettuce to my sub on the online app. All I got was a steak and cheese with my request completely ignored. Barely anything on the sub at all. I’m really disappointed since the JM in Purceville has always had my food on point.

Waited forever to be served, was not greeted at all when entering. They multiple DoorDash orders waiting to be served, and I understand if you’re just busy. But, simple eye contact and a smile is not hard. Both myself and the lady in front of me were ignored for at least 10 minutes. The food tastes great, but I asked if they had sweet tea, he said yes. So I decided to get a drink. Turns out they were out of sweet tea and I politely let them know. He said I could get a bottle of tea out of the fridge and I politely declined, as I don’t enjoy those. I don’t enjoy sodas either and he rudely said “well, would you like me to refund you or ??” So I decided to get a root beer for my spouse. When getting home, he tried it, and it’s awful. It was overall a sad experience.

Every time i go here, i have to practically write out a diagram on how to make a sandwich. I have to tell them countless times what i want on it. Sandwich comes out, and its missing parts that come on the sandwich default! I told you 7 times i just wanted it how it comes on the menu and it still doesn't work. If you want to go back to your lunch break with a headache and a genuine desire for the sweet release of the inevitable chinese american war coming soon, this is the place for you!
