They were pretty good, I order a hamburger,a coffee, two Apple pie s, one frozen, and I have to wait a little bit for my food and they gave me a free french fries, cool, thanks!
First time visit, had the clam chowder bowl both new England and Manhattan both of which very good lots of people were ordering lobster and other dishes
Long line for the drive thru but kudos for how efficient and quick this establishment was from order placement to receiving our order, which was accurate, neatly packed, and hot! Definitely coming back here the next time we're passing through.
Visited this place 3 times in January; twice for counter pickup and once for curbside pickup. Service was quick for every visit. Staff greeted me and was polite each time.
Came here on 3/11/18 during lunch time. I went through the drive thru and ordered a basic meal of 2 burritos and a diet coke, and 5 hot sauce packets. My fiance ordered a coffee and a mcmuffin. Everything was on point to what we would expect and consistent with other mcdonalds. I requested 5 hot sauce and there was 5 in there. Service was quick and friendly
The best McDonald's I've been to. Of course it would be like the best. There's only one in the whole halfmoon bay lol . How can you mess up? but naw honestly whoever hired all these workers they do their job very well !!!
There business seems to be growing and for a quick meal ya can't beat it because the food is great . Come on by and try it out . I'm a satisfied customer .
Well it's just McDonald's has always been customer service. I'm not sure because I just go through the drive-thru so atmosphere was out the window for me too. But yeah they're all right. They're McDonald's
Perfectly blends with the local look yet still the same reliability we all have come to expect from McDonald's. Nothing outstanding came to my attention while there, either positive or negative; it was just the same as your local familiar McDonald's anywhere.
This restaurant is the best. I work really early in the morning and I have been here twice and everytime I order my breakfast it is so quick I order I pay and I get my food in less the a minute. They are polite, easy to understand and fast. When they say it’s fast food it is fast food. So great to get it and go in drive thru. Bravo to the morning staff at McDonald’s, you girls are amazing keep up the good work and I will continue to stop by for breakfast every now and then. Thank you.
I was surprised when I went there , we had already been served but a couple minutes later the manager close the store. It was 6:30pm and the open hours are Sundays until 11:00pm, the drive thru was closed and they posted a sign at the doors closed. The manager was rude when I asked why, people where trying to get in! Two ladies were at the doors letting people out but not in. This manager doesn't care about her job and dragged everyone with her. Worst a lady fell by the fryers and she did nothing. I only put five stars so this comment could be posted.
Thank God for this McDonald’s having a clean well lit and ventilated restroom open to the public. 🤓 ❤️ 🙈
Sat 10.25.25 3:30pm McDonald's Half Moon Bay is very clean with clean restrooms and very nice, friendly employees. In the Safeway strip mall. Daddy got his coffee here and Half Moon Bay water makes this location's coffee even better.
For 15 minutes I was waiting for the black coffee and double cheeseburger. It’s not good at all. But the personnel are friendly and it’s good.
Mango smoothie is excellent & my whole family enjoys this treat. However, McDonald's really needs to get with the program & offer something for vegans to eat besides a side salad! Veggie burgers are being offered by competitors, so hoping McDonald's will be soon, as well.
Clean and easy access to parking. Prices might be higher compared to other areas, but not too much. The 🔥continue to burn up in Tahoe. Not a very good time to travel there.
Conveniently located for a quick drive through while you're at Half Moon Bay for a visit. There is a Starbucks right next to it which shares the same parking lot if you like a coffee. The service was quick and nice.

At least you will always get what you expect..; found few locations that did not honor online ordering or i.e.: app (apk) or points and free deals.
The only thing I have to complain is about the morning staff scandalous talking. They are too loud. Many people like me go there to relax and have a tranquil time and the ladies that work there just dont let it. Maybe some finesse training would be good!

This was a very good McDonald's overall. Bathroom is clean, hand wipes were stocked. I did notice some lack of diversity amongst the staff. It was a full female crew not a single male on worker.
Exactly like McD should taste like. Nice to have a few of tables with power outlets. Too bad the WiFi is to slow to get anything done. Great staff, that were all friendly and smiles. I found it a very clean restaurant and rest rooms. One of the better McD.
The "corona virus" mess is to blame for some problems... Can't eat inside. We used the drive thru. The menu is very limited. The items we had in mind to buy, we're unavailable. Woman taking our order seemed to have problems understanding the English language. I doubt I'll ever go back.
Need large size RV parking man. You guys give me a break. I'm a disabled US spectrum. And you guys put me through the faces. I had to jump up planner to get through the dam parking lot.
The service was quick, no complaints on that. Lol but they messed up my order. I asked for hot white chocolate and they gave me hot coffee. Hehehhe so 3 stars.
Multiple times they got my order wrong in drive-through, I had to turn around, go back and wait in line to get my correct order. At least 3 times this year itself.
Just a run-of-the-mill Mic's that hasn't been updated to their latest store design yet. The employees were very friendly however. Honestly, if this was the only McDonald's someone had been to, their perception of a "McDonald's Employee," would be something much greater than what it would be otherwise. Great people with solid food. The surrounding area is a bit dated, but nothing too dangerous, after all you're not going here for a fancy dinner.
It was Christmas Eve & I would like to thank the woman that was willing to work , in advance from my review. The fries were soo stale, burgers had been under a warming lamp for quite a while!! The frappe was so watery that I couldn't taste anything but the paper straw that disintegrated before I got to my third flavorless pull off of it. (Worst straws ever....I seriously doubt that using 2-3 of those saves our planet at all.) Unfortunately I once again can't give a good review to this particular McDonald's. It really does bummed me out because I like giving good reviews and I'm very rarely give bad ones. But I really mean it when I say I really appreciate the fact that the woman working the drive up window was there. I'm guessing nobody was willing to do it. Thank you Miss.
This poor Latino woman is doing the job of 5 people. She is working exceptionally well. It's amazing actually. It's sad to see how corporateization pushes people to work this hard and they are completely under staffed. No one is at the register to take orders. They rely on forcing the customer to do the job of employees. And then drive their labor force into the ground. All to line the pockets of the share holders. This is not a sustainable model.
The food was fine, but the drive through was very slow, and an item was left out of our order, and we weren't offered ketchup or sauces and never got to ask for any because of how long the wait was. Update 9/3/23: dine-in, slow service. May be my imagination, but portions seem to be smaller?
Not generally a big fan of fast food. But I've noticed that the prices here are what you would get in a regular restaurant. The food seemed kind of thrown together and the staff seem to be rather preoccupied with other things. But the food wasn't bad just not put together nicely. Hope they can work with their staff a little bit better they weren't mean just preoccupied. Just a bit of customer service training. I've owned three restaurants myself and I know that can be difficult.
Staff sucks foods usually cold soda machine is crap soda is never cold...the environment is moderately clean though and its rarely busy
I hadn't been to a McDonalds in years. This one has an "order at the kiosk" and 9 times out of 10 that kiosk got orders wrong. I miss the days when one could order via people. I felt bad for the workers as it seemed like a very stressful work environment, with all the alarms going off when various food items were ready.
Clean tables the only plus,barely any deals, fry quality went downhill alittle not crispy compared to tasty fries yrs ago. Dont order last 5mins b4 closing , losing $ cuz ppl dont kno how to order certain item on kiosk!! Their loss, barely ask for ketchup b4 slamming window on your face, slow service if they don't have your food cooked right away within 2 min it's a 15 minute + plus (new manager?) at 2nd window freaked out over giving out ketchup (she had panic/anxiety attack over ketchup), service all around is meh, so so, It's still gone downhill in the last yr
Ordered breakfast with lattes. Was told at pickup that it shouldn't have let me as the latte machine was broken. Food was warm, not hot. Very clean, awkward parking. Had to ask for a carrier to transport two, large coffees.
I had a manager roll her eyes at me, and mistreated my mom. But when my friend, black guy, made a comment he was treated so well. My coworker, white, also gets treated right.. Ironically the majority of the workers are Latino....
It May be called McDonald's but someone is either illiterate or didn't bother to read the brand philosophy. No bathroom? Ok, no sale.for family's with kids. Yup, and the manager is dumb or someone is (miss-)representing her. AVOID!

Just the past weekend, we came to visit hmb to visit the beach, we got hungry so we stopped at this McDonalds. My husband orders our food and he ordered a fish filet extra mayo and subtitute the shredded lettuce to a leaf lettuce. when we got to the first window to pay, idk I didn't wanna judge but the person who took our order looked high. when we got our food I looked in the first bag they handed, two burgers and a LARGE fries which our fries was only filled to the middle of the large fries box, so we handed that box of fries back to the person who gave our food and told him that we asked for a large fries and he said oh this is large and I said to him yes I know but our fries isn't filled up as a large fries should be filled, and so when my husband opened his box to eat his burger, it had shredded lettuce not leaf lettuce that he asked for. Me and my husband are really nice ppl, we don't like it when ppl treat us bad that's why we don't treat anyone how we don't want to be treated, but its dissapointing how they could get paid $15 dollars an hour but can't put in our orders correctly.
McDonalds has changed dramatically over the years for the worse,the food isn't nutritious, the quality is terrible,the portions are smaller,are yet the prices are higher.Not a very good exchange you get a much better deal at In and Out.I only go here when I have no other option.
Was slow. Drive thru took forever to get food. Only got a large fries and medium shamrock shake. Shake wasn’t even mixed fully and barely tasted anything besides the paper straw it was serviced with. Fries were barely warm and tasted like they’d been sitting out for awhile.
Very tasty food and good fast service. But we were stalked by a janitor who was constantly washing the floor with chemicals near us. When we ordered he was washing around on. and behind us at a time when one part of the hall was empty. When we sat down in that empty hall, he suddenly began to wash around us and under our table. So we ate their delicious food with the smell of chemicals coming from the freshly cleaned floor next to us.
Ordered ice cream cone and a mcflurry. They didn't stir the mcflurry at all so it was just ice cream with Oreo crumbs on top. Both were pretty awful. Didn't taste like there was any ice cream. Just sugar ice water. Was my first time at American McDonald's so it is possible that the ice cream is always terrible or it might be just this location. Also the cone cost over $3. In Canada you can get an ice cream cone for $1CAD. Not going back here again
Only one drive thru ordering system was working. Even though the line was long service was quick. When we went to pay the cashier advised my card declined when the screen actually said "MasterCard". Gave me a small heart attack. They said they had bacon cheeseburgers, when in actuality they didn't. They charged $2 to add bacon. Not necessary.
Used the drive thru and it was super fast even though there was a long line. The staff seemed friendly. I ordered a quarter pounder with only cheese and pickles and it turned out to be a quarter pounder with only cheese and ketchup so I asked them to change it, and I apologized for the trouble. I opened it and it had cheese and pickles but it still had ketchup. I was fine with it because I can just wipe it off and I'm fine, but I was a little confused how that happened. It's okay though because the place was pretty busy and I don't think I could do that job. I would have given the place three stars because the staff was friendly and the bathrooms were very clean, but I narrowed it down to how happy I was with my food, and I didn't enjoy it. The bottom bun was stale, almost rock hard. That's never happened before. I had to take it off. Also the tea tasted weird, so I ended up not drinking it. Glad I didn't get a large like usual. And that has been my in depth review of a McDonald's lol.
We stopped by for a quick bit, but when we got to the drive thru, they told us to move forward just to tell us the system was down. We had to come in and order at the kiosk. What a waste of time...should have just put a sign at the entrance. Waited in line.
Here are some specific points that I would mention in my review: -The food was cold and tasteless. The service was slow and impersonal. The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. I felt like I was eating in a dumpster. I would also mention that there are other fast food restaurants that offer better food, better service, and a cleaner environment. I would give McDonald's a rating of 2 out of 5 stars.
there food quality seems to have spiraled downward at about an equivalent of price es increasing. the Almighty dollar seems to matter more than the heAlth of our citizens
Fries were extremely small for a large order.Especially considering the total price point for the meal came out to sixteen dollars. Additionally, I ordered a specific meal that was a variation from what I originally wanted to get because I wanted to be able to participate in the monopoly game.However, upon being given my bag, it did not actually have the piece in it.I had to go back to them, and a worker pulled it out from their pocket.
Worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. The inside was very dirty and the bathroom were disgusting. Ordered a chocolate sundae and smoothie. I have to admit the smoothie was really good but that's the only good thing from this place. Do your self a favor and just got through the drive through.
The coffee machine is not working again. This happens in so many McDonald’s locations. I will post about it every time I see it. Please fix this problem!!
I'm from fremont and I never been I'm a MacDonald's like this one. I'm I Latino and understand all the employees and Manager taking,there don't respect each to other...looks like the rush time make them mad instead Work all like a team..they argue for everything and make the costumer wait. The Manager (Latin girl)should be more patient and manners to control all..instead gelling help you team !!
This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I showed up in Memorial day probably on of the busiest days of the year for this area, they had 1 person taking orders and one thing I noticed is she didn't ask if it was a Togo order or to eat in, I stood there and watched while the line grew out the door, they gave me a order number of 178 and they were calling 160 I knew I was In for it then, they had 1 person behind the counter putting orders together for the inside counter i think she was the manager I watched as she had to teabag a ton of orders because they were to go and they made them to eat in and she didn't say a word to the girl taking the orders like hey are you asking to go or eat in she just kept ravaging orders, and on top of that every order had a problem all the customers were coming back complaining I was very frustrated after 25 minutes of waiting and finally my food was done they did bag it correctly because I told the girl it was to go but she didn't ask, and then to top it off the food was nearly unbeatable probably the worst experience I ever had at a McDonalds I have been eating there since I was a small kid, fast and fresh is there new slogan cook when you order is obviously not working at this McDonalds I would never stop here again food Is garbage service was worse, I would make AZ recommendation to the owner of this store the franchise owner go in tomorrow fire the manager then start over with training with the new slogan in mind fast and fresh in today's world of it's not theres kits of other options.
Me and my bros went to this place and went to the drive thru asked for two orders. So what happened was we were ordering and she sounded rude AF! she was sighing n stuff and we even made sure that we had 2 separate orders. when pulled at the 1st window she charged us the whole thing. when we asked that we asked for 2 orders she said ohhh u guys didn't say anything n that one of us can just pay for it and just pay the other back. and the stupid part was we asked her if she can put 2 orders in, she has the computer right on her FACE.. n she said no. and on top of that she was giving us a BIG ASS ATTITUDE!... to the ppl working at that mcdonalds if yall not willing to work n doin a half assed job then GTFO ouy of here..
Very poor service. I went for drive through, they have given me all items, apart from one and asked me to wait in drive through waiting spot. Even after waiting for 10 mins no one came. I have to go back to store and requested for the item.. they jumbled up my order and given something else..I have to get the correct one again..so disappointing..
I'm giving one star instead of the zero it deserves due to the kind gentleman that handed me my food. Otherwise, the food was the worst I've ever had at any McDonald's anywhere. It was cold, old, and I could not eat it.

I have been ordering DoorDash from this McDonald’s in half moon bay for 2 years due to disability they are 4 blocks from my house they started turning off DoorDash delivery.. I spoke to DoorDash they said it’s McDonald’s who turned it off. Sad to say rudeness of employee there is horrible I will be talking to HMB City about this. Sad.
This McDonald's only gets a star for its play area. Other than that the manager is very rude and gives off too much attitude to a customer if they have an issue. While I was there they had messed up on my order and she addressed the issue with me with a rude tone of voice and body language. Also while I was there waiting for my order to get correct it I witness her handing out free Mac frappe to a person that she knew that had came into the restaurant without them even paying at the register. I get it sometimes you know someone who works at a place and you may get a free hookup on something but it's not cool when you are a customer that has paid and they mess up on your order and you get a rude response when asking for them to do their job correctly but yet when they have friends come around there all happy-go-lucky all of a sudden instead of giving the same kind of treatment to a paying customer. She can tell me I'll have to wait 5 minutes which turned out to be about 10 minutes for them to fix my order but she takes care of her friend right away who didn't pay nothing. Also if she was more involved with the employees over viewing the work they are doing maybe there'd be less errors , instead later while I was there i saw her come around the counter to sit in the dining area with more people that came into the restaurant that she knew and chit-chatting with them , playing with their baby in the stroller, and not working while she's on the clock, instead of managing her team. Overall would I eat here again probably because it's the only McDonald's in Half Moon Bay. But as for the McDonald's corporation I would definitely look into changing management.
Bathrooms locked, saw the manager wouldn’t let a paid customer use the bathroom. When she finally let them use it they guard the door till they come out. Need at least one English speaking worker to interact with customers, especially when the menus are in English. They have signs that say 30 min time limit only to eat your food.
Worst possible experience at a McDonald's. This operation cannot handle a simple order of plain coffee and I'm surprised by how long we sat in the drive thru lane. It was faster yo get out and walk to the counter to ask for what I needed. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE!
Food as good as any other McDonald's. Staff is somewhere between surly and downright rude. Ignored when we walked in, and got the strong feeling the staff just didn't care. They also screwed up my order. Other customers in restaurant at time also commented on the poor service.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST MCDONALDS IN CALIFORNIA! Dear McDonald’s corporate office, I have been here on three occasions, not once have they made one order correctly. The manager on Sundays doesn’t know how to speak English or even talk with respect. She acts like it’s a privilege to be able to order from her McDonalds and says “if don’t like, you go Burger King” after I tell her my order was incorrect. So basically you get a lottery of what ever she wants to give instead of what you ordered and you better like it, because she won’t fix it or try to help you. I couldn’t even get the correct amount of money back for my meal before she got angry and left!!!! Totally amazed by the lack of respect and customer service, she should be fired and have someone who wants to work take her place.
I usually go here after shopping usually it’s a good experience every time but I came but 5/12/2020 the shift leader a man in a black sweater at the window did not have his mask over his nose which bugged me handed me my drink hesitated so I tasted it no orange all Co2 or whatever they mix with it I handed it back and got a coke which was all syrup and my burgers were not what I ordered they were dry and the bread was tough my dog enjoyed them though Usually they are very good but this guy Oy! Disappointed but I’ll be back usually they are very good when the ladies are working l. If I see that guy in the drive though I’ll cancel my order he’s no bueno Sorry mc Donald’s I still love ya though I’ll try again another day when the ladies are there the food and drinks freaking rock then
I come here to pickup my order multiple times since this is the only location. Every single time my order is ready but the employees would see me in the eyes and completely ignore as if i was a ghost. Even after calling out multiple times they wouldn’t budge. I usually wait here for 30 or more mins when my order is right infront of me but noone would help me. Terrible, terrible service
Second time my order is wrong…. Person who is taking orders should really pay attention and finish helping each customer before helping the next customer.
Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal at 11:30 am on a weekday. You would think being the early part of the lunch hour that the food would be fresh. It wasn’t- the fries were cold. The burger was dry without any condiments- though I hadn’t specified a plain burger. Terrible .

Girl could not understand we wanted to order at the cash register. Then young man came out to direct us to the device to order from it & he couldn't understand that the order was ON THERE BUT WOULDN'T ACCEPT OUR PYMT!! We gave up & left.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff are incompetent, most of them don't speak English well at all, or understand it. Mobile app may or may not work at this store, depending on if anyone turns on their payment processor for mobile orders (and if you ask them to do so, they act like they don't know how to do it). I've had multiple wrong orders - but only at my expense - they never mess up by giving anything extra- only by leaving stuff OUT of the order or NOT putting extra (paid for) toppings on burgers, etc. They take forever bringing curbside orders out, even with no customers in the store. Several times they've come out, stared off into space for a moment, before taking our order to the wrong vehicle (the spaces are numbered numerically). I've even had to go inside to get my curbside order, because no one ever came out, even after the app says the order has been completed. On two occasions, we've gone to open the door (during normal business hours) only to find it locked because "the manager was eating lunch". I don't know how these people function in every day life, let alone keeping a restaurant afloat. The whole crew needs to be replaced with people who can read order tickets, form full thoughts, and turn those thoughts into a (correct) fast-food order. Update: it's daylight savings time and this store can't even figure out how to change the time on their machines so I can use the app. The app says they're closed. They are not. ONLY this location. These people are incompetent. Another update: 3/15/24 App isn't working AGAIN. Either they turned off their machines to lighten their work load or they need to reset it and just don't know how. Update:6/12/24: ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 med fry, which was clearly printed (in English) on the receipt on the bag. Get home to eat it- no fries. I'm usually good about checking the order before we leave because of the sheer number of mistakes this place makes, but for whatever reason, I didn't think to this time. Of course, no fries. And they get $20/hr. Ha. There've been more mistakes since my previous update but I just haven't made it back here til today. It's constant, but when you have literally $8 to your name and no food at the house, and your stove AND oven are broken, well, you eat what you can. And you expect to get what you pay for. Update: 6/19/24: 6pc nuggets missing. Clear as day on the TWO tickets on the bag. IN ENGLISH. I know I'm not the only one this is happening to. PLEASE complain when something is wrong with your order. This is ridiculous. Guess there's a reason these people aren't surgeons.
I went into the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to, needing to use the restroom and order some food. I went to the cashier to ask for the key and the manager said in broken English " you order meal, pay, then I go and open door for you." Wow! Having a manager of a child hood restaurant chain basically tell me she thinks I'm going to not order any food and just use the bathroom, like I'm a liar, had me in shock. And so what if I was just going to use the restroom. I've been a customer of McDonald's for over 20 years. My parents owned a restaurant and if one of our loyal customers wanted to just use the toilet,we would be happy to let them use it. I explained to this rude employee that I really had to use the bathroom, embarrassing as that was and I couldn't hold it to order food. She rolled her eyes and walked me to the bathroom, unlocked the door and waited outside, like a kindergarten teacher. Having a brain injury I take longer than most. I could hear her laughing to the other female employees, with customers eating right there, about the length of my bathroom usage. I speak and can understand Spanish. Appalled, disgusted and embarrassed, I walked out of the bathroom with her right behind me basically ordering me to no spend my money at her establishment. I looked at her and laughed and promptly called corporate. I went to ask her the store number and she refused as well as the other 4 women there. A very angry female employee said to me with one of the most hate filled expression I have ever seen and said "Bano is for customer only!' I laughed and found the store number on a receipt. What had incurred at that McDonald's verged on sexual harassment as well as very apparent discrimination against a person with a disability. I did film all of this. I will be letting my attorney review it on Monday. Hire people who know the American value of good customer service, not the inferior value that only a billionaire can afford a bigmac. I will be checking to see what course of action was taken to assure that type of disgusting display of bigotry against a female with a disability, never happens again!
I hate how they rip people off with their Large fries. For some reason they decided to do the most stupid decision in Mcdonalds history, Mchistory. They removed the large red box fries with a small plastic bag with words Large looking like a small pouch with little to no fries for $5 without tax. Such a rip off, had me so pissed I had to change to Burger king. Why in Mchistory would you replace the red boxed large fries to a small pouch its so infuriating, and for a decent new constructed place. Ruined, I do not recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone at all, stay away. Burger king has better options and goves you more fries then what McDonald’s does here in the bay area.
Drive through always takes at least 10 minutes no matter what time of day. I went inside after the drive through line hadn't moved at all four a few minutes and found at least 5 people eaiting for orders and 3 more in line... and the place was dirty. Also, they love to bend your credit/debit card at a 45 degree angle when they scan it, so expect a broken card within a couple visits.
The employee did not want to help you take your order and insist you use the machine even though it can be challenging for people with dyslexia.
I could rate it lower but it won’t let me. Took 15 mins to order at the combination of the speaker and at the window. 3 different people including the manager could not figure a very simple order. Of course we did not receive our entire order. This place is crazy inept. I just can’t figure out the minimum wage requirements of this state with worker quality like this.
Manager lied and said they cannot take orders and that it must be done through the touch screen that was filthy. I had to clean it myself and wash my hands afterwards.
Mobile ordered food 20 minutes before closing. Got there with 7 minutes left, and sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to answer for 5 minutes before going up to the window. Had to wait until after they closed when both employees saw me and ignored me until I called out and asked where my food was. They just said “no food” and after I asked for a refund they said to call customer support… at any other mcdonalds I have ordered food 2 minutes before closing and it has always been made. I’d say this place gets the order wrong at least every other time. Never order the food to be brought to your car, you will be waiting 20-45 minutes for your food. I had to go into the empty store once and remind them to finish my order, which had already been sitting for 30 minutes.
If there is such a thing as The Worst McDonald’s the location in HMB surely is a top contender. It’s a service business! Anybody understand that? Incompetent management, non-existent service, poor quality food. Avoid at all cost.
Would only eat there if I was very desperate is probably the most unhealthiest food in the world.
Grim experience, staff couldn't care less about taking your order or getting it right.
I had bad experiences today with the manager named Daniela, Mexican lady. We bought some breakfast and we took some napkins from where the soda machines. She scolded us because we took some napkins and telling us she put napkins in our breakfast package. I told her how much the napkin? I was trying to return the napkins from the package and she give me mean , suspicious looking like a homeless.i will never comeback here with this bad attitude especially she’s a manager.
Went there around 7 o'clock for coffee and breakfast, was told coffee not available due to breakdown.
I ordered a Big Mac with everything light, but instead I received a someone else Big Mac with extra toppings. This is the complete opposite of what I asked for. I don't understand who would even order it this way. Very disappointing and shows a lack of attention to order details. Don't walk away the pick up counter, always check your order before leaving the pick up counter.
I am uber eats delivery , I have come pick couple orders here and is one manager that always is disrespectful with me , I don’t know who thinks she is but I am doing a job as the does. Anyways I think people has to be respected it does not matter who is or what is his role..
When he handed me my drink he didn’t put the lid on fully and still gave it to me and I spilled all over me and then acted like nothing happened and we didn’t get straws or barbecue sauce. Will not be coming back
As an Asian, I hope you won't come here. They are obviously discriminatory. One of the female managers is like wearing a mask. She will change her attitude in the next minute. If you are a Hispanic, she will smile at you. If you are an Asian, she will be very rude. Yes, that's right. This is racial discrimination. How ironic
Paid for a double quarter ponder through the app, waiting off to the side after it wasn't ready when I reached second window, got home and saw it was just a double cheeseburger , on top of that the staff was very combative when i walked inside prior to leaving, to me, and to other customers before me.
We ordered 2 quarter pounders. The second one was supposed to be $1 under their current promotion. We were charged full price for both. They looked like regular cheeseburger from the dollar menu. Please see the photo. Also our order was completely messed up. We got chocolate milk instead of chocolate shake and hot chocolate instead of latte. The guy at the counter barely spoke English. Everyone make sure to order yourself on the screen.
I encountered a very rude manager at the McDonald's in half moon bay. Her name is Guille. She screamed at my children in Spanish which is a language that they don't speak. Rather than telling us (their parents) she screamed at my children. They had their shoes on but were on their way to take them off as she was screaming at them. Honestly, this is very unprofessional and uncalled for especially when an employee alreadyasked my kids to take the shoes off. I am super disappointed with the service that I experienced from management. When I asked for the managers name, she asked why and I said because I did not like how she screamed at my 2-year old and 5-year old and i was going to file a complaint. She then violently stirmed and started following me and was about 1-foot away from me, I asked if she could step 6-feet away from me and she rudely refused as she was holding on to the seat that my kids were sitting at. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please be careful if you bring your children here, especially if they are English speaking Americans. The manager name Guille called the police on me and I waited until they came to let them know my side of the story. My kids were traumatized from this rude woman who yelled at them.
The worst Mac ever! After waiting more than 20 minutes on curbside pickup, I entered the building and waited there additional 15 minutes. The guys was very rude. They completely messed up with the order: Raspberry pie instead of the Apple pie (but in the box of the Apple Pie!) and by the time we got it - it was already a few hours expired, instead of a BigMac they put Chicken Mac Nuggets, no lemons in the 2 cups of tea, different souses, and no apple slices in the kid's happy meal! Of course we found it a few minutes later when we arrived to the beach. Do not recommend this place.
I go often and sometimes get my order right. As you can see in the picture it clearly states no cheese and no pickles. Look what the hamburgers has... I understand you don’t get paid enough but pay more attention to what y’all are doing please. I was a happy customer and now not really. You don’t want more unhappy customers like me.
This is the 3rd time I get Hot Coffee like this!!! It's so unprofessional to make coffee like that and serve that to costumers. I gave him 3 opportunities because I thought it was an accident the first 2 times but (A 3RD TIME?) No thanks. I'll just skip this mcds if I were you. (Sometimes good costumer service But food it's always Wrong or they don't give it to you)
