We are frequent visitors to HMB and we love to find hidden gems of coffee spots. I checked out the reviews on Rebyl and was pretty excited to give them a try. The customer service was great, the baristas were friendly and talkative and even recommended certain area trails to try. The coffee and tea I ordered were great! I ordered a breve latte and it was robust and smooth and the tea was an herbal peppermint tea that was warm and inviting. We will definitely be coming back on every visit.

Had a chance to stop at Rebyl while motorcycle touring in the area. The owner was very personable, coffee was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, it was a nice stop and would enjoy the opportunity to do so again.

Stumbled across this place. Fabulous vibe! Great service! Coffee was great and they have a numerous of unique other items - like Bone Broth and Kielbasa.

Rebyl is a very friendly cafe just off of highway 1 that we like to stop at. In addition to the cafe they have a small store with organic goods. The first time we went they had run out of cream cheese and were kind enough to give us a whole container of local butter from their store at no charge.

Nearly every day I look forward to starting my day here. When I leave town on trips, I can’t find cozy bougie coffee shops that are remotely as good as this one. I look forward to getting back home so I can go back to Rebyl. The only place I can find a quality crafted coffee with organic milk, friendly staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Absolute gem of a small business on this coast. Never go away, Rebyl!

Had a cold brew that was extremely good. I had it black and it was both sweet and floral. Also tried the chocolate chip cookies and bread from Rosalind… all fantastic. The guy working was super nice to my kids. It was my first time visiting and I’ll be back.

Coffee at REBYL Coffee & Food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. It was smooth enough, just not as bold. The croissants, however, were really good ..flaky, buttery.

Stopped here on a motorcycle ride on a chilly day, mocha was great, chocolate chip cookie had no chocolate chips in it. The key to the washroom was permanently out the entire time we were there so I suspect they just didn’t want to let clients use the bathroom.

Coffee is ok, nothing special. Moody staff. Don't get fooled with the coconut chai latte, it's a canned drink, or "pre-concentrated" as they explained, that they steam up but not a true fresh latte. Neat collection of organic foods that's helpful in a pinch.

Rude barista & average coffee. I came in with high expectations considering the great reviews this place had. Not only was the service terrible but my coffee both iced and hot tasted like milk. I asked the cashier if they had a straw, and she kindly said “no” and asked around to confirm. But the barista making our drinks (glasses. blue hat, piercings) followed that with a loud indirect, disrespectful, and insulting comment -“we are too close to the ocean to carry straws”. We left shocked and embarrassed. We asked the restaurant next door for a straw and we were politely given a paper straw. As someone who has worked in customer service and patient care, the way your employees treat your customers impacts your business 100% more than the quality of your products. I would have absolutely come back and ordered a different drink; however, after this experience, I will not be recommending this place to my family/friends.
