Moderately agree with other reviews that the girls up front are not friendly, they dont greet you and just stare. But they were able to answer my questions and the boba was great.

Ordered the green jasmine tea with milk, had a mildly sweet flavor. The bobas were a little different, as I've never tried them, but was a pleasant combination. Prices were reasonable and the wait time was low. There were no tables and blenders were noisy so more of an in and out order. Overall good experience.

The bubble tea is pretty good, the service is pretty fast, and the tapioca is pretty yummy. However as a returning customer I have noticed inconsistencies. One time I came in and the tapioca was smaller than usual because they rushed to make it. This made my drink less enjoyable. Another time they where very busy and thus their flavours in the smoothies weren't as strong, I did not finish my drink that time. Overall I say they have a great product but prioritize speed over quality. I will continue to go due to convenience but less frequently due to the inconsistencies

Haven't been in a while but it was good when we went. Drove far away to get some drinks because it said online they open at 10am but git here and they don't open till 11am

The drinks are good but the service has gone down so bad. The Asians that worked here were nicer but now all the young girls are so rude and have a nasty attitude when making drinks. Not even a common courtesy to say hello

I love this place but the pregnant girl at the counter was so rude !!! She seemed annoyed we walked in. Her whole demeanor was just ugly.

The girls are rude and lack good customer service. If you’re gonna work in customer service atleast greet customers with a hello and a smile. They always looked annoyed and irritated when taking orders. Y’all need to be better 😂

Girl with the AirPods (short girl) all brown hair (no highlights) Saturday at 10:57 taking my order was rude as hell . Drove 27 min for these drinks for my friend and she didn’t even order hers because she refused to give them service after seeing how the girl spoke to me. DONT COME HERE ^^^^^^^

The boba tea it's self was very poor quality. The Thai tea was horrendous, not at all like Thai tea. First and last time I'll go.

Not only were the employees weird, they gave me a drink that was 3/4 filled.. I would not recommend this place, it’s change so much (not in a good way).

Honestly, every time I go to this place, they treat me really badly. The girls who work there are super rude, always angry, and they give dirty looks as soon as you walk in—like they don’t even want you to buy anything. They never say “hi” or “good afternoon,” and the first thing they tell you is that they don’t have boba, like they’re hoping you’ll just leave. There’s always something broken, and instead of trying to help or offer a solution, they just make excuses. The cashier in the front is really intimidating—it feels scary to even say something because they don’t accept it if you point out a mistake. It’s just a really bad customer service experience. It’s frustrating because you’re going there to spend your money, and the least they could do is treat people with basic respect.

This place has gone downhill hill over the years. The place is dirty. The GIRLS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Do not recommend! They treated my grandma and Aunt horrible when they were simply asking questions and being very condescending. We asked if they could add another item and she said we already made it. When the girl behind her hadn’t even started. The counters are dirty. Floors are gross. Do not come, this place is more and more dirty. Avoid this place.

Rude girls at the front, had a horrible attitude. I was waiting for my drink and my friends had got all of theres, all the workers had went to the back, I got one of the workers attention and had told them that I never got my drink. The workers responded very passive aggressively and said “next time you need to pay attention to your drinks” when It was there mistake that they forgot to make the drink, and as a worker they should be watching who’s grabbing drinks, we don’t know what other people had ordered so whatever they grab from the counter I’m just going to assume it’s there drink. The workers did not take accountability and blatantly blamed me as a customer when it was clearly there mistakes. Don’t work a job if your lazy and can’t admit you suck at your job.

Bad service. Not returning. Cashier didn't understand what we wanted and when we told them it was wrong they wanted to charge us to correct it. When we received the order it was still incorrect, don't recommend but I do recommend Sikhay Thai Lao and boba on 3301 NE 28th st, fort worth because they have much better service and bobas!

This place used to be great, but now they’re always out of flavors, they’re always out of boba, and they never want to do extra boba on the drinks because “they’re running out”. It’s still okay for a last option if you got nowhere else to go.
