I move here not to long ago but recently I order here they never disappoint me, with golden fries finally in general with other Wingstop's, wings good size and sauce, and sweet tea golden peak may come out of the fountain machine but hell taste amazing, keep up the good work and thank you 🙏👍
We went today for lunch for the first time in 2+ years. Had a wonderful experience. Great service. Great food. Clean restaurant. All the staff in the kitchen were wearing hair nets and beard nets (for those with beards). We had HOT and fresh food. We did have to wait a while, but I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Well worth the wait! I was very happy with this visit and will be back. Worth every penny!
The cashier with mammoth lashes customer service was disgusting, orders wrong and then complain when you ask them to fix it
They will measure your order up and argue with you about it. He claimed to be the manager Instead just making your order right
Since when do you charge for a glass of water? More than a company policy, I felt it was bad behavior on the part of the cashier to deny a customer a glass of water. The worst WingStop service!
If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. I checked my bag/order before I left and I'm glad I did. I ordered a 8 piece lemon pepper and received something else. I would have been more upset had I driven home and found out. But I say there for 15 more minutes and when I got my order I checked it again before leaving and was shorted 2 wings. And when I asked for my drink cup she rang it up and tried to charge me for it. Knowing I had been standing there 25 mins while the had to fix my order twice. Overall not at all a pleasant visit. Absolutely will stear clear of this wing stop. Do not recommend this location at all.
Today @ 1121 I picked up a To-Go order that my co-worker placed through the Wingstop App. When I arrived I was not greeted and it took the young lady with glasses a hot minute to look up from her clipboard and put down her pink pen to acknowledge the fact that I was at the counter. I stated I was there to pick up an order for 'not a common name' (my birth year starts with a 1 and I have only met two people with this name) she asked if I had a receipt and I stated this was ordered through the app and my co-worker was now in a meeting. So after about a 3minute back and forth she finally stated that the phone number would work but next time the receipt was require, I stated that we would not be returning to this location. She then yelled 'insurt goodbye statement from employment script' but with much much more attitude and snark. Once I returned to the office and opened the bag I was not allowed to touch and than became so frustrated I didn't check the order, the order was wrong (fries not well done and incorrect sauce on the boneless wings) I was having a really good day, however that has since ended... Also the App states that when you arrive simply head to the register to pick up your order (I have yet to find reciept required)
Can never get an order right. Terrible service. Food quality has taken a nosedive in recent years. Update for 2/2024 - Still terrible, probably actually worse than ever before. Update for 11/2024 - I can't believe this location is still open. The employees don't know how to read. Update for 8/2025 - Every single order is still wrong, every time, no matter what. And the quality has tanked. You would do better to eat raw chicken you find in the road than to eat here.
People they hire for cashiers and management just keep getting worse. My goodness if you hate your job that bad go work somewhere else. 4 customers while I was there had to go back inside because they can’t bag orders right ! Cashier tonight needs to get fired asap extremely rude Please get your shit together
Just ordered a 10 piece meal carry out, there was 2 Hairs in my wings. I have been craving these lemon pepper wings and to get them and this happens. made me loose my appetite.
My wife ordered from this location online, and there was some confusion with the order. After submitting it, we noticed that the 10 lemon pepper wings were accidentally selected as boneless instead of classic. I called the store right away to fix the mistake but was left on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally got through, the poor excuse of a shift leader, Andy, refused to correct the order. He told me he wouldn’t honor the change because it would “waste” 10 wings and instead suggested I pay for another 10 wings just to get what we originally wanted. Basically, rather than fixing a simple issue, he expected me to spend more money to avoid a minor loss for the store. Andy was rude, unapologetic, and made no effort to provide good customer service. I left the experience frustrated and disappointed. This is not how customers should be treated. No wonder yall have a 3.1 review rating.
Service was horrible girl at the front taking orders was so ghetto she asked me " can I get YO name" and after placing my order she tossed my receipt and change in my hand and walked off...... Secondly my food was wrong and I spent $18 on it being that I got the food midday I decided to call first thing next morning to explain that my order was wrong git treated so badly and said I would get a call from the manager the manager never called but that's to be expected! On top of that after eating a couple of bites my stomach immediately started hurting.... DO NOT EAT HERE! UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY FOOD ALL AROUND TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I order here and this is what I got for 16.75 it was suppose to be 10 piece with 2 piece tenders. I wouldn't recommend eating here. The son told the daddy it was my order. And he intentionally messed my order didn't put it in the proper wrap and had my foood draining with grease. I repeat don't visit this place.
Ordered on the app tonight April 4. 8 wings and fries. In the app I clicked well done on the wings and fries. Picked up my order, made it home 5 mins later. Took the food out and nothing was well done or extra crispy. The fries were limp and mushy and the wings looked as if they were barely cooked. I had to throw them in the air fryer. What’s the point of having an option of well done if it doesn’t happen when an order is placed? Why should I have to reheat the food the way it’s posed to be made how I order? I will say the cashier girl was nice though when I picked up the order. 1st pic were the wings barely cooked the 2nd & 3rd pic were after I had to reheat everything in the airfryer so it would be “well done” like I asked for in the app.
