Nice service, great food, awesome selection from carnivores to herbivores and..... a bar!!

I was so impressed with Juicy Burger! I came with friends and my dog. Dogs are welcome on the patio seating area. The hostess was so sweet! After she sat us she immediately got my dog a bowl of cold water ( ice cubes included). She asked his name and took a few minutes to talk to him and pet him. The food was absolutely delicious! I’m a fan and will be a frequent customer. Thank you Juicy Burger for your hospitality and great food!

Very accommodating we came with large party to celebrate high school graduation and the waitress was so patient and did a wonderful job food was great and parking was easy!

Highly seasoned burger with a totally different taste..outstanding flavor that did not boll you over, average roll, fries were also tasty and slightly crisp. Waitress was accommodating, pleasant and did not smother us. She deserved and received a generous tip. It was a second visit. First visit we got takeout and waited at the bar for our order. Friendly young staff. Will definitely return.. Highly recommended..

The food was good and the atmosphere is different. I like the color patterns and the general look of the whole restaurant. They have good vegan and vegetarian options. One downside is that when it's really busy, the high ceilings make it echo and get really loud. I'd definitely go back.

As far as bartender goes Cole and Brooker reign supreme... they bring energy and talk to the ppl at the bar and on top of that they know what they're doing! Love juicy burger bar!!!!

I just had the best hamburger of my life. This was, without a doubt, the best smashburger I've ever had. It was constructed perfectly, the sauce was great, I added pickles, and it held together until the very last bite. The fries are real fries, skins on, regular cut size. The bartender was exactly what I wanted in a server: not there when I didn't want him, right there when I did. Very friendly, very pleasant. The music was a little loud and I think the Spotify station was "one hit wonders," but that's a small price to pay for perfection.

Best burgers hands down! Atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. Strongly recommend the Poutine and Yolks on you burgers! Can't decide? Split them.

First time there and Food is great as advertised from my co-workers. I had the poutine burger. And my partner had the keep it plain with a gf bun. Both burgers tasted fresh from the patties, the toppings and eve the bread. The fries tasted fresh cut too! Prices are great for what you get. Service was good. Parking is a bit of a pain if you are not from around there. Not there fault, but, over all I would highly reconmend! Support a local burger joint that won't disappoint especially if you are a burger fan like myself.

This was my first time having juicy burger, and man I must be Patrick star over here living under a rock!! I ordered the smoke out! Holy moly was that jalapeños slaw SMACKING! that burger was so darn tooting good.

While the food was excellent and as expected, this review is about social savoring. We focus on the negatives of human kindness and the shortcomings of our society. We ordered takeout only to realize it was nowhere near where thought the location was. We called and tried to cancel the order, but it appeared as though we were out of luck, given the food had already been made! Without prompting, we received a phone call from the restaurant saying that they had a cook who was willing to deliver the food to our destination ( we were on our way to a softball game) as an act of kindness! The gentleman (Charlie) drove 25 minutes to DELIVER our meal. This place of business and employees went far beyond the necessary measure to ensure a positive customer experience. 10/10 recommend. Charlie, thank you for being a dawg and coming through for the boys.

I enjoyed my lunch at Juicy Burger Bar on a beautiful summer day. We sat on the spacious, well-treed patio which was very pleasant. I ordered a black bean burger that was delicious as were the fries on the side. I will definitely return.

Excellent burgers: crispy edges with a juicy center. Wife brought home half of her Yolks on You, but I managed to eat my entire JuiCy Burger (don't ask me why they spell it like that). I added onion rings, which were larger and thicker than "normal" onion rings - delicious. Atmosphere was modern and clean. Definitely worth a visit!

This was our first time in Juicy since its 'old' days in Staub Square. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Service was great. My son (the picky one) requested grilled chicken instead of fingers and they were more than accommodating. So.....the burgers! Hubby had the Chuck Norris (bacon, onion, blue cheese) and I had the 1 Buffalo St (chicken wing dip, corn chips & cheddar on a burger). Both were the perfect size, full of flavor and perfectly cooked to the doneness we ordered. Fries were salted and served in a mini fry basket. So good! Plenty of beer, cocktail, shake and seasonal concoctions to quench any thirst. This place is a gem in our village.

This is great place. I was surprised that it wasn't busier. They have a full bar, with a few games on, and music playing. Our server was fantastic. I enjoyed their signature burger and my wife loved her Caesar salad. We shared routine, and that was tasty as well. Looking forward to going back the next time I get a burger crave.

Myself and the two Franks came in tonight for dinner. First off, our server Taz was the best server I've ever had. We had the loaded nachos with honey Sriracha chicken fingers. It was amazing, right up there with the loaded nachos from Griffons Pub. Taz recommended the Chuck Norris Roundhouse burger, which I got. She was right, the burger was delicious. My friends really enjoyed their burgers also. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend Juicy Burger Bar.

Fabulous burgers, wings, and beers! Do not let the building that it’s located in scare you away! Legit wings perfectly crispy and sauce. Burgers are HUGE, and so many types available. We opted for The Big Poppa and The Stinger. Big Poppa banana pepper a solid representation of a Buffalo staple. Stinger was a whole chicken breast with Buffalo sauce on top of a juicy burger! Thursdays $1 wings and $5 drafts. Taz our server was amazing- attentive and personable. We will definitely be back!

Arguably the best burger joint in Buffalo! I don't say that lightly. Outstanding burgers with a unique menu with items that you don't see everyday. For example, they have old fashioned ice cream shakes, fried mozzarella sticks, and quarter pound lobster rolls. Very cool!

Stopped by for lunch and was so impressed! Prices are great, portions are generous, and the burger is as juicy as promised. I had a cheeseburger and a fried chicken bun with BBQ sauce (a bit more sour than expected). The staff couldn’t be friendlier, such a welcoming spot!

Sorry, spiders and spider webs all over the windows and shades, dead bee in dirty window tracks. Tables were clean and area but those windows were a deterent. Food was good, split the stinger with my husband, it was huge and delicious, stuffed peppers were great . Server was friendly. I would redo, maybe when they get their liquor license.

It was busy on a Sunday afternoon and very loud. The servers move with purpose and are pleasant. This is quite the burger menu. The Gobbler (turkey burger) was very tasty and not dry at all. The fries were good. The coffee was good. There's plenty of room. I was impressed by the number of high chairs and booster seats. This is a family friendly place. My companion said their burger was perfect - just the way they like their well-done burger to be.

This place is super good and always comes out with new burgers to keep it interesting. The atmosphere is great and I'm so glad it has outdoor seating. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the service isn't the fastest. In other words if you are coming for lunch don't come when you are at work and only have 30 minutes. My friend and I came here today and he was late getting back to work. Not the fault of anyone at juicy as it was really busy for a Thursday evening but more people should have been staffed at the time.

5 of us stopped by to have a birthday dinner. At first the server did not reveal there was draft beer available. Food orders were taken promptly and food came out in a reasonable time. One order was incorrect and had to be redone. Burgers are pricey but very good. Waitress attempted to start clearing while we were still eating, and quickly brought the check while we we waiting to hear about possible dessert. So we thought the service was rushed for no reason.

First time to this restaurant and the experience is great. We ordered black bean burger and a falafel burger, side we ordered onion rings which are bit oily and cheese fries are good!

The burger was definitely fresh! The restaurant has convenient paid, off street parking in the rear lot with a ramp. We were seated promptly, the server was really lovely but they could’ve used another on the floor- she handled all the tables on a busy Saturday night mainly solo. Would absolutely return!

Burger was cooked perfectly. Very clean and service was fantastic. Double was a little hard to eat because the patties were so thick. That is not really a complaint just an observation.

I thought the food, service, and atmosphere were all good. The burger was certainly juicy. I see some complaints about pricing and I disagree. I think the pricing is fair, and it's still cheaper than Allen Burger Venture, though perhaps they don't have quite as adventurous options. Its $12-15 for a burger, that seems fair. More cheese would not go amiss. Everything seems new in the restaurant, the decor is very nice. And our server was perfectly friendly.

Stopped at 2:30 on a Saturday. The waitress was fantastic but it was just her for the entire restaurant AND the bar until 4. The bar was completely full and 1/2-3/4 if the seating was full. There were two hosts doing pretty much nothing but playing on their phones. The waitress was very pleasant, kept a smile, and apologized for delays. The food was award-winning. The decor was great, but the music didn't match the vibe. Overall the price was high for the service. Better staffing/management is required.

There was 5 of us that ate here. Burger was cooked as we requested and they are seasoned well. Service a little slow as they were busy, maybe to help speed up things let customers go to the front check in desk, to pay for there check in lieu of waiting for server. It did take a while to get and pay for bill. Would come back.

Food was pretty good, took forever to get to the table but was hot so it wasn’t sitting and waiting to be picked up. Don’t know if it’s just not a popular lunch spot so they were understaffed? Kids cheeseburger is a good portion, my 1 & 2 y.o. were able to split it. Great selection of beer on tap.

Very very good burger. I only have 4 stars because the cheese sauce did not stay hot for than a few minutes so then it was hard to eat with the fries. However the fries were good on their own made from real potatoes, the burger was delicious, not overly cooked, and cooked exactly how I asked. I got the hogzilla burger which all in all was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time

We had our 1st visit to the Delaware Ave site last night and enjoyed ourselves. Decent parking, tall tables and stools, family atmosphere. Our server was pleasant and checked on us often. We placed our order which came out in a reasonable amount to time. I really enjoyed my marguerita and my partner his long island. This bartender knew his stuff. My partner enjoyed his wing special, he said they were juicy and the blue cheese was homemade. He usually don't use the dip, this dip he brought home. I had a fun guy which was huge but a little dry. I would order again but have them cook it medium rare.Overall we enjoyed our visit and will return again.

I got the Chuck Norris Roundhouse Burger (I think that was the name) and it was phenomenal!! Incredibly good burger. However, I got poutine as a side and it was the absolute worst poutine I've ever had in my life. The gravy was watery and completely bland, but that was the only downside. It's in a weird location, like you wouldn't expect a restaurant to be there, but it was a cool spot. I'd recommend it for it's burgers.

First time coming to the Juicy Burger bar. We wanted to try a smash burger and was told this was a good place. For appetizers we ordered the mozzarella sticks and onion rings as well as an order of barbecue charred wings with fries. We also ordered the signature Juicy smash burger and the hogzilla smash Burger as well as a plain burgernot smashed for my kiddo. We also had their milkshakes which were very delicious. Definitely the boozy milkshake was amazing. Service was very good and quick. Yes the prices were a little expensive but it's worth it for the food that you get.

Great outdoor patio where you can watch the activity downtown Hamburg. Lovely views of the park across the street. Plenty of indoor seating as well. Burgers are good - tons of options and a black bean burger for us vegetarians. Service is friendly and quick. We enjoyed a nice late lunch. Parking on the street or around the corner….

The food was really good. I had the poutine burger which was amazing. The patty was huge. I also had I side salad which I really enjoyed as well, it was simple yet delicious. For how slow it was we waited for are food longer than we should have and yes I understand that people are also ordering take out but a good manager should be able to forecast these things. They had a good beer menu with lots of local choices. If I was able to I'd give them 4.5 stars.

Enjoyed the burgers and atmosphere. Seated right away. Food was slow to come but we were enjoying ourselves. I had the Plain Jane and hubby had the Fun Guy. Fries were delicious. Pink or no pink--leaves much to be desired. Recommend stressing lil pink or no pink. My burger was a little too done. Nevertheless I would recommend.

The fries were hot and tasty. The stuffed peppers were very good. My burger was not only overcooked (well done, but ordered medium), it was lukewarm. It obviously sat around for more than 5, nearly 10, minutes. Which is a shame because it really took away from the taste. And what's insulting is that it took A LONG time to get our burgers. If you're going to take twice as long as acceptable to bring out the food, make sure it's hot off the grill.

Meh. Always on the lookout for a good burger stop. Not here. The burger was tasteless. Bun was, well, terrible. Service was good. Probably won't be back.

Good food, terrible service. Like many of the other reviews from the past few months we experienced terrible service. We waited 50 minutes for our food to come out. They just make burgers. How hard is it to customize them? Never did the waitress ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. By time we finished our meal, the place was empty yet we still waited 20 minutes for our check. Then had to hunt down the waitress to pay. The food quality and taste was very good. Just expect to stay 1.5 hours+ to eat a $15 burger.

First visit not sure I will return. There was a sign as we entered asking to be patient for training in progress. Didn't appear to be anyone being trained. Spent an hour and a half from being seated to leaving and left as soon as we were done eating. The table behind us was served raw chicken and left the rest of their meals on the table and walked out. The stone lot can be extra dangerous at night as there are no lights in the lot. The burgers are comparable to any other place.

I ordered chicken sandwich and onion rings. The onion rings was obnoxious, fried in bad oil and as a replacement the waitress sent out fried which was bad as well. The sandwich was fresh and nice.

Went for lunch today (Tues. 10/18/22). We were greeted and seated promptly. The establishment is neat and clean with a cpasual and pleasant atmosphere. The burgers are creative and juicy and the meat tastes fresh. The service, while very friendly is slow at best. There were a total of 5 other tables (between 2 servers) while we were here. We had to flag down the hostess to find our server for another drink. As someone who has been in the business for almost 30 years I would suggest that service could use improvement but the overall experience is pleasant.

I had been to Juicy Bar in the past, and enjoyed it...my food was great. This visit wasn't as stellar. Our wait for food was incredibly long it seemed. I had my burger made "Well done" at my wife's admonition, and regretted it. This was not Juicy Bars fault.... it just made our wait for good food more of a letdown. The service was slow but pleasant. Perhaps there was a lack of help. I would go back there again, as I did have good food and service in the past. I believe that they are better than this experience...give them a shot!

Burgers were a bit pricey and took a while to get to us. I had a black bean burger and it was pretty good (albeit gigantic), but my partner said that he could barely taste either meat in his Stinger burger. However they have a cute patio, friendly servers, and they're dog friendly, so it was nice to have a place for all three of us to eat.

First time experience was ok. Came for lunch at noon. Ordered onion rings with our drinks to start they came right away. We waited to order not because we chose to but our waitress didn't return for quite some time. We had to stop a buss boy to grab ketchup. Took nearly 50 minutes to get our burgers. When they did arrive turns out what she put in was not what I ordered. I had to wait while my party ate their food. The manager didn't charge for my burger. When my burger did come it was overcooked and bland. I ordered medium and it came well done. The fries were probably the best item we ate. Not sure I would return.

Delicious and innovative burgers, Great place to meet up with friends. Too loud for kids/elderly. Service leaves somthing to be desired as our food took just under an hour to get to us. Shorthand serving staff has been taken into consideration, but there where tables getting their orders before we did. Would try again with a smaller party than 9.

Very mid. While some components of your take out order were ok, some were not so good. Firstly, they were not busy at all, so no excuses for the missed/underprepared items. We spent nearly $90 on two burgers, an appetizer, and two drinks. One of the burgers was severely undercooked. Another was overdone. When was leaving, something seemed off and I realized they forgot our drinks to go. The side salad on one that replaced fries was the smalllest green salad we have ever seen. A bunch of wilted salad mix with some tomatoes thrown on it. Overall, the food tasted ok other than the mushy undercooked falafel burger. Def not worth $90! The fact they were not busy on a Friday night at 8-9 pm was also alarming and maybe why our food was sub-par.

I ordered fries 3 times before I actually got them. The waitress kept saying" oh I didn't hear that". And my husband didn't get his food until 25 minutes AFTER the rest of us received our food. The waitress said the same thing "oh I didn't hear that" when the whole table seen her talking to him about his order. And then we had to wait so long for our check and then again to pay .

Very disappointed. I don’t normally post reviews but we were there for about an hour and a half and saw our server 3 times. She never offered water, brought the wrong beer, did not check on us for a half an hour, waited for our food for 45 minutes and when it came to us the only thing warm were the onion rings, our burgers were lukewarm at best. They probably would have tasted better if we got them when they were done but I have a feeling they sat for a while before being brought to our table. We will not be back.

Tiny burgers with giant buns . The Burger was tasty a bit overcooked . Very small portion of fries . and like I said before the burger looked more like a slider on a giant roll.

The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow and bordered on unfriendly. Our helped other tables without even giving us a glance. After waiting a long while, I found the two servers chatting at the bar. I had to interrupt their conversation in order to ask for the check.

I ordered some fries and when I opened the container the ketchup packs where laying on my French fries how nasty is that and when I called the lady who answered THE PHONE she said I can't refund u money $10 just gone.BAD SERVICE NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FRM THEM

The waitress was very nice, but we literally waited 2 hours after we sat to get our food (not the waitresses fault). Our drinks took 30 minutes after we ordered them, and the ice was melted and they were watered down. Luckily, there was a place to go down to the water so the kids, even though very hungry, they were very patient. I highly recommend their food as it was pretty awesome and probably some of the best I have ever had, but they need to desperately fix their wait time. I've worked in the service industry, and have never had customers wait that long even with full tables and short staffed/training new servers.

The burgers have only two cooking options- pink and no pink. I order pink. My burger came RAW. It was inedible. My husband ordered no pink and his was medium, and tasty. I showed the server who said sorry and walked away, didn’t not offer to replace, comp, or anything. I emailed the restaurant directly bc I didn’t want to give them a public negative review, but I got no response.

Skip it. I haven’t been here since 2017 after running a tough mudder, and things have definitely not improved. The “host” was just a seater. They had the personality of a doorknob and just tossed the silverware on our table and walked away. We waited 14 minutes to be greeted by our server. She had a slightly better personality: think potato. After taking our food order at 6:43, our food finally arrived at 7:38. 3 ice cold burgers with a little basket of similarly frigid seasonless fries. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the onion jam on my burger was absolutely fantastic. I would eat that stuff off the bathroom floor (which would probably be better than the burger). Go to Butera’s or Coyote Cafe and have great food and some fun.

Got a burger, fries, and milkshake while sitting at the bar. Bartenders were very nice (didn't catch their names), but the fries were mostly cold when I got my food, and the burger was more dry than watching C-SPAN. For $25 I was expecting way more than what I got. Again, very nice staff, but the food left a lot to be desired.

Everyone here in Buffalo knows restaurants come a dime a dozen, and after one interaction here, I would NEVER actually come here to dine! Came in as a Door Dasher to pick up an order, and approached the bartender to ask for the order. He saw me walking in, turned away to continue speaking to the patrons that were already there, and I understand business so I sat patiently and waited for him. I got up twice to try and see who else's attention I could get, and the bartender ignored me both times. It was after he started taking shots with the people there that a poor ex-employee saw the whole thing and finally asked me, "Are you here for a Door Dash?" I said yes and he went in the back to grab the order for me. Although I was also working, it really shows how some establishments view those who they deem less important than them. Not sure if restaurants know, but dashers can report to the app when they cannot get help staff and it records the wait times, so I hope this place understands time=money! Because this place hires employees who value getting drunk on the job over professional service, I do NOT see this place lasting very long. Much better places in Buffalo to give your money to in my opinion. Caveat emptor!

Burger was overcooked and under seasoned. Friend's burger was undercooked. We both asked for medium well, I got beyond well done and he got medium rare. The tots were SO salty, they salted them with big flakes like pretzels. My burger was dry and devoid of flavor. Burger King is better! What the hell. Go to Five Guys and save $5-15 on your food. I'm still looking for a high quality burger in the Buffalo area... The location is good, parking is iffy, the restaurant is nice with good indoor and outdoor seating. Very handicap friendly. The staff was wonderful. Had to leave a good tip even though I couldn't finish the food. I don't believe in sending food back or harassing staff; I just won't give the business my patronage again. It's a shame, I loved everything but the food. But for me that's the most important part. I'll add that I didn't have alcohol, maybe all the good reviews are from drunk people?

Steer clear of this place unless you have around 2 hours for a simple lunch of cheeseburgers and fries. Service was so slow. Took 15 minutes just for the server to come over and take the drink order. Then took about an hour for the food to come out. Not once did the waitress come over to see how the food was. We had a problem with the food and couldn’t even tell her until we were done eating, which was too late by then. At that point we just wanted to cut bait and get out of here since we were nearing two hours of being here. Would never come back here again. I would hate to see how long it would take if this place was full with customers

I was really excited to try this place. Sadly it didn’t meet my expectations. The parking lot is all rocks, the inside and outside lack atmosphere and were buggy not the cleanest, which I wouldn’t have minded as much if I weren’t purchasing a $20 burger without a side included. Seriously the most expensive burger I’ve had in my life and sub par. Not juicy as all, why ask how you’d like your burger cooked if you only know how to cook them well done? On top of everything else, it was 85 today, if you have outdoor and indoor seating, I expect a/c be inside for the prices. Eating in the heat and sweating inside wasn’t ideal. The view is ok. You look to one side and you’re on the lake, nice. But the other side is all cars coming off the highway. Overall not worth it in my opinion. Mr.Sizzles on Connecticut street is a far better option for burgers.

My wife and in laws had the worst experience at Juicy Burger. We had 6:30 reservations. We were seated and waited 15 minutes to be greeted. I wish we had known they didn't have their liquor license, before finding out they only had soft drinks. After ordering our fountain drinks and food, our server came back 15 minutes later and needed to be reminded of our drink order. While we waited, we watched 4 tables get up and leave because they have not received their drinks, food, or were not greeted. Several tables were also standing up, waiting for their checks, and multiple tables sent their food and drinks back. We waited over an hour with no communication from our server, as to when our food would be out. We notified the hostess that we were going to leave money for our drinks and left. What a waste of a Friday we had. Note: We have never left a restaurant due to poor service.

Had reservation on September 17th at 6pm at new location on the lake. Seated at 605pm, but no waitress was assigned and waited until 635pm until we said something. Ultimately decided to leave. I would be more than willing to adjust this review and visit again, but that was the worst service. Genuinely cheering for this place, but appears to lack some leadership and some semblance of an opening plan

Awesome view of the lake, awful service. No waitress, water or utensils until 15 minutes after we sat down. The sign on the door said something about expecting a long wait and being courteous about it. If it wasn’t date night, I wouldn’t have been so courteous. I’m not a cook but I’m sure they only know how to make one burger at a time. When the burger finally came out, it was barely cooked, it was disgusting and bloody. Urgency is not their strong suit. I wont mention the many spiders that were apparent on the windows either.

Crappy service. Ignored waited 45 min for a burger. Could have drove to Burger King and ate there and drove back still to be waiting.

Terrible experience. This establishment is clearly not managed well. Their phones were down, online orders canceled and staff clearly overwhelmed. Order 2 poutine fries and 2 side salads for a total of almost $50 but the quality didn’t not match the price. We ordered take out told the wait would be 45 minuets but they never called us so around an hour we went back to pick up our order and it was cold and sitting on a bench. The food was plain. The fries had cold gravy and exactly 4 pieces of flat unusual coin shaped cheese on it. The salads had almost no toppings and the dressing was of poor quality and taste. Management needs to have quality ingredients, toppings that match assumed description and hire enough staff to efficiently run a restaurant. Side note- the worst poutine I’ve ever had in my life and by far the worst in Buffalo.

I ordered mozzarella sticks & sweet potato fries. The mozzarella sticks was disgusting I ate one & half & called them back to get a refund cause after that I didn't want to try nothing else, he said no refund for there food tasting like old dish water don't know how that taste but the smell also, just wasn't good mozzarella sticks & I just wanted my money back but it's okay ill never go back

This place should be ashamed of their service.... but let me start at the beginning. Weird location right next to Brylin in a strange office building that looks like it has physical therapy in the same lobby? Sketchy parking ramp between back of building and trash filled blacktop space with minimal parallel parking on side / front of building near entrance. Had to park in front of "construction entrance". Walk in and there's a computer Word created sign with one side broken instructing us to wait to be seated. And wait we did. Stood beside a 4 top akwardly hoping we would be noticed. After about 5 minutes standing there, a bar staff did one of those "oh there's someone there" looks, came over and told us to sit anywhere. All tables were tiny square (dirty) tall tables with bar stools. Cheap looking. Inexpensive laminate floor. Menus were put in front of us, not enough room for 2 menus to be across from each other. And warped from being wet, probably also Word generated. Then, we waited. One wait staff was leaning up against a table having a lively laugh filled chat with the customers. Bar was a bit busy, half a dozen customers drinking at 9pm on a Friday. And we waited. No water, no "I'll be right with you"... Nada. We left. Never again.

Quick review: this place is awful. We waited quite a while for someone (anyone) to appear and serve us. The restaurant was half full and not a single employee to be seen. Finally, one of them appeared, looked put out that customers were there, and took us to a table where we waited and waited for one of the other 5 slow-shuffling employees to look at us. Finally one came and got our drink order and she apparently had something better to do because that was an insane wait. We ordered the Iladelphia (real Philly people eat cheesesteaks with cheese wiz or provolone and fried onion. This was some weird lumpy sauce that might have been cashews, and pickled peppers WITH the stems - which nearly choked us. My son said it tasted like cat urine and he wasn’t wrong.) and the Yolks on You with what he called “school cafeteria soggy fries”. Btw the food is thrown onto a paper-covered tray. Just tossed there like you’re at the Fair, and not paying $18 for an entree. Also the server gave us each one disposable roll up. No extra napkins for these sloppy, gross sandwiches. Here’s the biggest problem of all: THE MEAT. It was like old wet paper towels. If you’re going to have a burger place, buy DECENT MEAT. I’ve had better hamburgers at BK - and I’m not over exaggerating. I felt so sick that night and I know it was that weird loose poorly cooked meat. The owners of this place have to be actively trying to make it fail for a tax write off because it’s so terrible, it’s ludicrous. Never again.

Food took over an hour to come out. Service was sub par. The mac n cheese was neon yellow and tasted like play doh?? Nothing was taken off the bill which was disappointing. Also, no liquor license yet.
