I recently dined at Centro 336 and was thoroughly impressed. The chicken parmesan was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of marinara sauce and melted cheese. To top off the meal, I indulged in their Nutella dessert pie, which was a heavenly treat with its rich, creamy Nutella filling and perfectly flaky crust. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic cuisine and a romantic atmosphere.

CENTRO 336 WAS A FANTASTIC CHOICE FOR AN EVENING DINNER WHEN OUT IN THE HAMPTONS. THE DRINKS WERE DELIGHTFULLY MADE BY THERE FRIENDLY MIXOLOGISTS, THE FOOD DELECTABLE AND THE DESSERTS HIT THE SPOT WITH OUR FRIENDLY WAITRESS. I WOULD DEFINITELY CHECK THIS SPOT OUT NOW THAT THEY HAVE UPPED THERE GAME WITH THE NEW OWNERSHIP. FIVE STARS ⭐️ AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN TO TRY SOME OTHER DISHES.

The food presentation was beautiful & tasted just as great My sister and I went out to celebrate my 21st birthday and this was the perfect location The entire staff was friendly and checked on us numerous times to ensure we had all we needed, there is a good amount of distance that safely separates guests and added measures in the form of plastic screens that in no way negatively alter the atmosphere of the restaurant. We started with the calamari appetizer which was the best I’ve had on Long Island. It was fresh and delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Then we both ate steak as our main course which came with veggies and a beautiful herb that added a nice garnish but also extra seasoning flavor. Overall the experience was fantastic and I’d love to go back again soon!

If you enjoy Italian Cusine this restaurant stands out in the crowd. From the wine selection to the scrumptious meatball appetizer along with cozy surroundings and attentive servers you are likely to enjoy your meal. Carbonara, Buccatini, Saltimbocca and all your favorites prepared exquisitely. Don't forget desert, they have a wonderful selection.

New Years midnight toast 2022 was great. Eggplant parmigiana, burrata, calamari salad are fabulous. Caring waitstaff and valet.

Place is lovely. Friendly staff, good service, food was delicious and drinks too.

We have been here quite a few times for dinners and family affairs. The food, service and atmosphere have always been fantastic!! I also must say that Nona's meatballs are really as good as they say they are!!!

If you’re looking for real Italian cuisine, this is it look no further. Everything is made fresh, delicious & plated beautifully. The cocktails are phenomenal, the service is 10 out of 10 and the atmosphere is absolutely incredible! I can not say anything else other than you need to go try Centro366 for yourself. The new owners really outdid themselves. Safe to say I’ve found my new Hampton bays spot.

My wife and I had dinner last evening at Centro for the first time under the new management and were very pleased. The food was top notch as well as the staff, Con, Nick and the owner/ manager John. I'm certain it will be a regular stop for us going forward.

I love how they have tastefully revamped this restaurant! The food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. One of the owners even stopped at our table to check in on us – very classy! I highly recommend it for a delicious Italian-night out.

This is my second time going. They have the best chicken cutlet parmesan with vodka sauce! The salad dressing is to die for! The burrata appetizer tasted like it was just made and placed on plate! I had enough leftover for the next day! Prices are great for what you get. Staff friendly, atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely on my list of rotation.

The watermelon sugar cocktail was to die for! The bartender Menas was awesome. Would recommend coming here again !

I had the pleasure of dining at Centro 360, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The Italian cuisine is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The pasta was al dente, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the desserts were to die for. First time here. The restaurant just reopened under new management. Lovely, sophisticated interior. Had a bottle of great Pinot noir from Oregon. Food was carefully prepared and served. I had the chicken Marsala with white beans. My companions had chicken parmigiana and the salmon. Five stars because the price point matched the quality of the food especially compared to the pretentious, overpriced restaurants in Southampton and points east. I will go again and take friends. (There’s a nice bar for those who want to hang out a little more casually.)

Absolutely kinda old school deco but the two awesome Bar associates behind the bar made up for any physical disappointment!! The Cocktail options at happy hour were value and fabulously done All the happy hour food was exceptionally prepared and presented 🍽🍸 the value ""portions " were very well done! Jack & Cassidy behind the bar were pleasant , knowledgeable and made my 1st return since they switched ownership! Great personality and extremely passionate about there Jobs and and satisfying the guests totally ! *****!!!!🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍸🍸🍷

We went here last Friday for dinner and it was such a pleasant experience. It was a little busy as to be expected on a Friday evening so we grabbed a drink at the outside bar while we waited and I loved the vibe. Also the drinks were delicious and I’m pretty picky when it comes to cocktails. Once we got seated inside we ordered the Fritto Misto, Chicken Milanese, and Carbonara all of which were delicious. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing an experience my husband and I had here for our anniversary. The staff was terrific and extremely friendly. The atmosphere was chic and classy. We will def be back to celebrate more occasions here!!

Centro 366 is a wonderful reboot of a Hamptons Bays staple! They have an amazing atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed and invited. They’ve curated events that are exciting and fun. This definitely feels like this might be my new summer spot for 2024. Good food and good vibes! I for sure will be back with my family and friends!

The staff at Centro 336 is one of my favorite local spots for a quick bite and a beverage any day of the week. Menas the bartender is experienced, friendly and super helpful when it comes to discerning between various selections. From salad to seafood, steak, chicke, pasta and dessert, the new owner knows what's good! The Happy hour menu 5-7, Monday to Friday allows for a sampling of these quality dishes. Excellent selections of bourbon, whiskey, wine and Tequila is a plus! Something for everyone, including the littles, is available at the new Centro 336!

Food was amazing. Staff was great. We had Amanda and she was amazing and funny with all of us, with 9 of us here. The chicken parm was the best I’ve ever had. Love this place.

First time at Centro. Best way to describe the food was love on a plate. The owner uses local farm ingredients and his grandmother’s recipes to give us all the experience that he has with his family. My husband and I loved every minute and morsel. Live music was a lovely touch. Beautiful music but not so loud that it interfered with our conversation. Our waitress was also just wonderful. Highly recommend!

The general atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant is like none i have experienced in a while. Living out on the east end of Long Island does isolate people from quality and tasty food. Coming to Centro was a a random decision i made but i sincerely wish i had made that decision sooner. Seeing the depth of the wine cellar and bar area of Centro pleased me with its own character and aesthetic. I Ordered the Shrimp Frances particularly and i wish i had tried that too sooner. If you want great food and good service with a good budget come to Centro.

Great food, atmosphere and service! I went with a pretty big group and we were seated promptly according to our reservation; and all of our needs were accommodated. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers, drinks and entrees, will definitely return, and highly recommend checking them out! The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly as well..

Sat at a table near the bar and got the happy hour specials - i got 3 chicken parm sliders for $12 that were out of this world. amazing flavors and beautiful presentations of the food. chill music was playing that i was bopping my head to. Jack and Furkan were so attentive and great conversationalists. 10/10 lunch

Took my girlfriend out on a date night to Centro 336. Truthfully never heard about it as I live in Port Jeff and it is a little ways away. With that being said it is worth every minute of travel and every penny spent to eat at this restaurant. I love to travel Long Island trying different and new places, well Centro 336 did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a simple yet elegant Italian restaurant look no further. Our server for the night was Amanda and she was very sweet and attentive. With a lot of specials and her knowledgeable input on choices we had to choose from it was very easy what to decide to eat. I had the Strawberry Basil Martini which was refreshing yet alone not too sweet. As my girlfriend had the Smoked Margarita. We started off with Zucchini Chips which were thin and yet fried to perfection with two out standing dipping sauces on the side. We also got the Eggplant Rolatini and it was thin with an amazing taste. Not too heavy either. For our meal I had the bread bowl rigatoni alla vodka pasta dish special that comes with burrata on top as my girlfriend had the spicy rigatoni. The meals and their sauces were cooked to perfection while the bread from the bread bowl was packed with flavor. It was like I was having a pizza meal after I ate all the pasta. Ended the night off with Tiramisu which I am a sucker for but was hard choice as they do have RAINBOW COOKIE CRUMB CAKE. Needless to say the service from Amanda, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the skills of the chef deserve nothing less than consistent praise. Not too crowded or loud as well. Definitely have room to move and enjoy yourself. Thank you Centro 336 !

Food was amazing! Zucchini chips, warm bread, every entree exceptional. Pasta made in house. Service excellent! Attentive and sweet. 2 small problems, lighting is way too dark. Could not even see our food while eating. We all had our iPhone flashlights out and that was annoying. Also needs some acoustical help. We could hear noise all around us but not the conversation at our table. I would totally recommend it if you could bring a lamp or get take out if they do that.

Ate dinner there Saturday night, August 3rd. First, the food was AMAZING. I was with a group of 5, everyone had something different & it was all delicious. Don't skip the zucchini chips appetizer! However, the group I was with was all 55+, 3 of them mid 70's and older. The LIGHTING is terrible, we all had to take out our cell phone cameras to read the menu, and just to see our food. It was a big issue. The other thing was the NOISE level. Something needed to be done about that. We couldn't hear each other speak at the same table. And it's not just the fact that it was a busy Saturday night, I've been to many restaurants on a busy Saturday night. I'm not sure if they need an acoustic specialist or whoever does that, but it truly gave me a headache, we couldn't even stay for desert. But again, ZERO complaints about food or service.

Went for a birthday dinner with a group of 6. The service was A1. Very nice and helpful. The table was also a horseshoe shape that was nice for the group to interact. It was restaurant week. The food was good, above average. Nothing blew us away but it was good. I will go back.

Three times we have been there always a great meal. Only complaint last Saturday night (packed) waited 1 1/2 hours for main course, BUT the waiter (also head bar tender) saved the day. He served us unbelievable meatballs at NO CHARGE to hold us over. Sal. we'll be back again this Friday night.

Dreadful experience, a place to forget... We had booked a table for two at 5 pm on a Friday. As we were entering the place, we liked a table located in a very nice open space, so we asked for it to the hostess... she said that one was for a party of four, so she directed us instead farther inside to a table for two in a very unappealing place. The restaurant was practically empty... So, we insisted that we would rather prefer the table for four, as being early we would certainly be releasing the table before peak hours. She said "OK, but you will have to eat fast" ... To be honest we never expected such an awkward response! As we don't want to be rushed for dinner, we decided to move to the table for two she initially suggested. Things will get worse... On their website they are including a "PRIX FIXE" menu which includes 2 courses at a fixed price, available Wednesday through Monday 4pm to 6pm. As we were not handed over the fixed price menu initially by the hostess, we asked for it to the waitress. She said, "let me check if it's available". We were wondering why it wouldn't be... After a short while the waitress showed up with the fixed price menus which up to that point had been concealed from us! Things would still get even worse... Only 15 minutes have passed, when we witnessed a party of two being seated by the same hostess at the "table for four" we initially wanted, while at the table beside us an extremely loud party of ten were being seated! Even the manager was sympathetic toward s us: she came over to apologize for the excessive noise. By the time we were leaving around 6:30pm the entire place was no more than 30% full. Just to mention that we tipped our waitress Nadine generously, as her service was OK, even though she never checked on us... but we will never ever be coming back to this awful place!

I would have happily paid $160 to not have shown up in the first place. While the waitress was personable and clearly overworked, it is clear that whoever is managing this place needs to be replaced immediately. Having that kind woman (waitress) go from table to table all night apologizing for their lack of options which were listed on the menu was not fair to her. Other guests had to stand up from their tables just to get their checks. All the while, the manager on duty (who must have a hell of a skincare routine to be 54…) spent 70% of the evening bullshitting in the corner with what appeared to be his friends, rather than working. He admitted that he was “covering for somebody” as management for the holiday. He was not the regular manager and therefore could not make real concessions. One would think that if you put out a specific Valentines menu, that you would not run out of wines and desserts on that menu for the 8pm seating. I am currently 29 years old. I have been to 45 US states (and four countries abroad) and have not once in my life had to ask for a manager to express disappointment in overall service, until dining here. A clear embarrassment to what Centro Trattorio used to be. Cant wait to see what replaces Centro 336.

Overhyped mess. So disappointed with my last experience. After reserving a standard reservation, they sat us in the “lounge” with no other guests. The hostess and maitre d dismissed our request to sit in a non crowded dining room. Even when we left, still NOT crowded. It wasn’t courteous, at all. My husband was weary about going back.. our first experience there we loved the food but location was off. Second experience solidified we won’t be back. If I had to say one good thing- Colleen was absolutely phenomenal and turned our experience around, her service added smiles we needed. She should have been serving in the main dining room!!
