Delicious meal, the food was hot and fresh. The line was long, but service was quick. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick stop. Just a heads up, I could not use the mobile app to order. The service was still fast and friendly.

It is a little pricy at the service area, but sandwiches and fries are hot, consistent and tasty!

NY State rt 87 Thruway travelers: don't go to Chick-fil-A, hit up Shake Shack instead! Their 'Shack Burger" is awesome, and have a vanilla shake with it!

I loved my strawberry milkshake IT WAS SO GOOD! It tastes like real strawberries, the staff and service was good too. I would recommend this place!

The meal was well worth the price. I had a salad with chicken. The chicken was tender and the veggies were crispy. The service was excellent. I enjoyed my meal.

Your wait for your order can easily exceed 15 minutes. They work one order at a time and it's not fast if you need to get back on the road.

They have good food at that place. Surprisingly enough, it surpassed my expectations, given that it is fast food. Kudos to that place.

Very popular branch but the staff is so nice despite being so busy. I, myself, forgot to order a milkshake. I Was in the pick up line. When my order was ready, I asked if it’s too late to order a milkshake. The lady there made one for me and didn’t charge me for it. Made my day!

The food and service was good the tables in the sitting area were a little dirty but it's a rest stop so.

This is on the thruway stop. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Prices are a bit higher but worth it. The French fries are always great and so are the nuggets. The biggest problem is waiting in line for so long but it’s worth the wait. There is not a drive thru.

We were so happy to see Chick-fil-A at a travel stop right along the highway. The place is clean. The service was fast and the food came out hot and fresh. We were back on the road in record time.

The Chick Fil A's in the rest stop are not quite as good as the stand-alone ones are. It took forever to get out food. But nothing beats the nuggets! The Mac and cheese is the bomb.

The line was long but it went SO QUICKLY! And we got our food almost immediately after ordering. Great service too!! This team works wonderfully together, especially given how new this location is.

Stopped by the Chick-fil-A at the Vince Lombardi Service Area on our way to New York City, and it was an excellent choice! We ordered the chicken nuggets, which were hot, crispy, and flavorful. The area was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of seating available despite the busy location. Highly recommend this stop if you’re looking for a quick, reliable, and delicious meal on the road. This Chick-fil-A was so good, especially for my 1st time trying it. I got the 8 piece chicken nugget combo with honey mustard and chick fil a sauce and a cookies and cream milkshake with whipped cream and a cherry on top. 10/10. Great food for a long trip. Thanks Chick-fil-A !

As far as fast food goes, this is about as good as it gets.

I visited a Chick-fil-A long ago in an airport. I swore never to eat there again. Then, about a month ago, one of my friends persuaded me to try again. I am a convert now. The food has improved and is phenomenal. On a recent road trip in Canada, I was specifically looking for this chain and stopped for lunch. This will be my go to place for fast food now.

So….I ordered here and Starbucks. Had the Starbucks on the counter and went to grab my chic and the coffee ended up all over the counter and behind the check out. I felt horrible!! Mortified! But the young man behind the counter handled it with grace and professionalism. I insisted on trying to help clean it up. I did my best. He even helped me get a new Starbucks! Such a sweet person. We were there on the day of their one year anniversary. Management clearly cares about customer experience because they decorated, had someone in the giant cow costume taking pictures with kids, and handing out cookie and brownies. It was really nice and people loved it judging by the smiles on everyone's faces! We can't eat a ton here, but what is gluten free is consistent and fresh! Busiest place in the plaza.

This was my first time ever eating here, never heard of it, but will highly recommend. The fries and their sauce, extremely addicting and good. The grilled chicken piece's are amazing and not too salty at all. Staff was very nice, polite and happy to answer any questions I had. I can only speak with for this one establishment and not other's, as there isn't one located by me.

Finally a Chick-Fil-A in upstate New York. This is just as busy and crowded as every other Chick-Fil-A, but everyone’s working hard and Yes it’s closed on Sunday. It’s Christian company and it’s always closed on Sundays. I was wondering how the quality and food was going to be and it’s actually really good, they’re quality control trainers in blue polos making sure everyone is doing everything properly. Make sure to try the chicken sandwich, add Chick-Fil-A sauce on it, and a few fries. It’s a weird combo, but it’s a Florida thing.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, and my kids absolutely love it.

They mistakenly gave my breakfast order to the wrong person and were offering to refund me instead of honouring my order. Luckily Pete the supervisor came and made things right. He’s a gem for this place.

Kids and grands love Chik Fil A , their chicken ( grilled, nuggets,fried sandwich, salads) are the best and their staff are usually great too . Very happy they got the highway concession however, Their weekend policy ( Sunday church closure) creates an issue for those who are traveling , we want them open🤤😉. On weekdays they are the favorite and so jammed while the other food stations are way less crowded, then you come to Sunday, cannot get their delicious chicken and every other kiosk is backed up with 25 min waits. Expect to spend an hour at the rest stop if eating in .

The food was good, fresh. Salads were crisp and hearty. The milkshakes were inconsistent, watery. The wait time to place an order was about 15 minutes. The wait time for food was 42 minutes, which is not very convenient at a rest stop.

It's very busy here. But the restaurant vibe is decent. The staff moves very fast even when very busy. Would recommend for grab and go.

This is a great place to eat, offering a reasonably wide variety of menu options to suit different tastes. The staff appear to be well-trained and courteous, delivering excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others.

Went to new Baltimore service area . Superb service area with many other restaurants in this location . Parking is a bit issue here . Nice and lots of seats inside to sit and eat . Nice restroom facilities . Chick fil A was quick and kids liked the sandwich and French fries . Cut fries were well made . Priced ok . Service could be a bit faster but it is t too bad overall. Good experience overall .

On the thruway, it was a good stop. The food was a little pricey. We did eat it all and no complaints there! I love the drinks. I had the peach frosted lemonade. It was like a shake, but not as heavy. All in all, a good place to eat.

Stopped at rest area for lunch and restroom. Line for restaurant went quickly and young staff extremely polite. Order came out fast and seating readily available. Ordered Cobb Salad and was pleasantly surprised the crispy chicken pieces were juicy and tender. Assorted greens were fresh and avocado lime dressing added nice flavor. The 8 piece crispy chicken meal was ok. The chicken just like in salad but the waffle fries were semi-warm and tasted very greasy. The fountain sodas were surprisingly tasty and not the watered down version so frequently made at fast food places. Dining is in the general public area around all the restaurants.

Standard Chick fil a food, no surprises. Found out the hard way that you can't use chicken fil a gift cards there, unfortunately.

The line went quickly taking orders. But it took a while to get ya name called and recieve your food. Overall it is better than an airport one but not as good as a full restaurant one.

Waited an hour in line. Six registers with only one open. Multiple employees standing around. One person on register also had to chase down drinks. Been to Chic-Fil-A multiple times but never ever experienced this level of inefficiency.

They have a limited menu here it's not like going into an actual store I'd rather go to Auntie Annie's and grab a pretzel which was delicious

Fries (waffle)are so so, great sauce selection. Spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic and really good shakes. Too bad they aren't open on Sunday.

The food quality is average with nothing that can be said in praise. The service was nice and the stop was not too crowded.

They only gave me part of my order & then when I went back to get the rest, they were to busy complaining about the fact that a tour bus pulled up. They didn't want to many people on that bus??!! Those people on the bus buying food pays your paychecks! Smh.

There was five people in front of us, and it took 20 minutes to get to the counter and then another 10 minutes for them to make for shakes. A half hour to stop and get shakes on the Thruway. Seems like an awfully long time we normally love Chick-fil-A shakes and that’s why we stopped but they did not taste as creamy as normal. Went to the one up in Rensselaer and they were just as creamy as we remembered them last time we had them I would recommend going up there instead.

Decided to go as we were on a road trip...the prices are crazy high on the toll roads for the food and the food was oversalted and cold after waiting quite a while for the food. Not running back but of course it was just a pit stop on a road trip. Will do in a pinch I spose

my 1st time at your Brand.the sanswich looked awesome, but what I got was an oversalted slim flat piece of "hope it was chicken". I know advertised is rarelly reality but this was the worst.

I didn't go to Chick-fil-a. I went to Burger King 30 feet away and got a lovely Burger King crown. I am royalty. Why would I eat at Chick-fil-a? Google, you failed!

They gave away my food to someone else, then waited 20 minutes for 12 piece nugget. No apology, no nothing.

I got nuggets a drink waffle fries and a Mac and cheese. I got charged for a large drink and received a medium, didn’t get any of my fries and lucky got my Mac and cheese. The girls behind the counter were unfocused, gossiping and just not paying attention.

They don’t serve chicken strips, only nuggets and sandwiches. NO TENDIES.

We got 30 nuggets which were kind of mushy and not crispy like other Chick-fil-A's have. And we got a couple of Milkshakes. The milkshakes are so sweet it's not even drinkable and it had an artificial taste. We asked Kat the supervisor if we can switch for a lemonade and she said there is nothing wrong with the milkshake so no, we can purchase something if we want. Sad thing is we purchased the frosted lemonade just to discover that it's same yucky ice cream ( didn't know before that what was making the shake gross). The only thing that was okay, was the waffle fries. I am never ever buying here again. Very disappointed with the service my kid was so sad (no one out of 4 of us liked it) The Shake Shack is way better.

Just stopped for breakfast. This was the most inefficiently run Chik Fil A we have encountered. Manager was not helping cashiers. She just stood in one spot talking about when her break was for the day. Cashiers were slow. Maybe they were new but definitely not confident in their skills. Manager should get some training on how to manage better. If the sandwiches weren’t so good we would have left!

Yeah. Gonna give this one a single star because they're closed on one of the biggest travel days of the week. I respect chick fil-A and their decision to stay closed on their day of rest, however I do not respect them taking up a valuable restaurant slot in one of the only operating rest stops along I-95 only to degrade the overall performance of this rest stop. Several folks are at fault here and several factors. But this review is to let everyone know that I think they should be removed from this location and another restaurant put in place. Thanks!

Service sucks!!!! Waited 26 minutes for a 4 count chicken mini. Then the window expedite female threw the Damn! Bag! At ME!!!!! I have never been to this location before. And I refuse to darken this Service plaza chick fil a again! Ps....they don't give receipts even if you ask for it.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location did not provide a typical Chick-Fil-A experience. It took over 30 minutes, from the time that I got in line, to get my food. And it wasn't any more crowded than Chick-fil-A usually is. Maybe they were under-staffed

Ordered food and went to pay, apparently I cannot use a gift card to pay. This is absolutely ridiculous especially for a place that sits right inside a rest stop off of a major highway. Would not recommend anyone to waist their time to stop here just keep driving to your destination, the food and service is most certainly better elsewhere.

Great service. The chicken deluxe was disappointing. The bun was stale, the chicken wasn’t hot, the cheese was not melted at all, good lettuce and tomato. Fries was over cooked and not crunchy.
