I tried the chicken taco salad and it was good, but you need to eat right away because the bottom gets really wet from all the veggies and salsas. Also the lettuce could be better it was lunch time and it didn't look that fresh. Good mix of flavors.

Too High and the sales they have look good until you receive them and it's like a slider that actually just sets your appetite and your already out 16$ when you could have gotten great food and great value somewhere else like Chipotle

Took nearly 20 mins to get my burger and i was the only customer in the store. And once I got it, the patty was drier than beef jerky. The kid in the front was quick, and food prep guy was slower than a group of turtles.

I went here at 6 AM and ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, one for me and one for my toddler. The taste was awful and extremely salty. My daughter refused hers, and I’m glad she did. A couple of hours later, I got a terrible stomachache and diarrhea. That was the only thing I ate that morning. Please be careful with their food quality. I won’t be going back.

During government shutdown This Carl's Jr owners don't care about the low income families living right behind them and still didn't care to offer the 1 dollar menu meal. Like other Carl's jr.

Don't ever try to use coupons here. The only lady up front today at 3pm said all coupons are fake. Apparently the one you get from carls Jr in the mail are all frauds. Corporate doesn't have a phone number anymore, but I guess they are sending out fake coupons to lure you in hoping you'll spend money anyway. At least according to this location. To top it off as soon as she saw the coupon she became very aggressive and started to yell at me and accuse me of trying to scam her. She even mentioned other people coming in with them and how we "must know each other". I just left, I'm not spending money after being abused.

Food is always room temperature. I have NEVER EVER received HOT FOOD from this restaurant. Even when I’ve ordered early in the morning on my way to work. (6am) I’ve given up and just had to move on. The restaurant is conveniently located right off the freeway. But I can’t seem to receive hot food.

I paid with EBT food stamps and was charged tax. You DO NOT charge tax on food sales it is against the law. I use my EBT card at many fast food establishments and this was the first and only time I've been charged tax on a food sale. They are ripping people off and earning tons of money. It may just be a few cents here and there but it adds up and people on EBT are on a limited income every penny matters. This is not okay. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter.

The night manager is the rudest person I've ever met. He had me wait at the windrow of the drive thru until he was done getting off his phone. I refused to pay for my food. And that obviously did not vet well. I've been going to this location since 2008. I'm appalled. He needs a different job. I'm not done. I'm livid.
