After a day on Catalina, I drove out of my way for my young son's request for McDonald's due to the high review ratings. The service was excellent and fast. The filet-o-fish was fresh, hot, and had just the right amount of tartar sauce. Often I ask for tartar sauce on the side because they place one dab in the middle of a warm filet with hard corners. The chicken nuggets and fries were hot and fresh as well. Enjoy!

Love this place is rarely that busy like much of the other ones. You get your order quick and they don't make you wait that long i typically recommend it to everyone in the area 5 stars for sure all the way across....

I went to this mc donalds and ordered 2 mc chicken sandwiches large fries and a drink. Today the service was decent it was crowded when I showed up and I did have to wait in line for about 5 minutes but it was ok the atmosphere felt pretty bad because it was a bit humid and the air conditioning was either broken or was set way to high so I starting sweeting alittle when I went to sit down. The tables and floor and around me were cleaner than usual so I enjoyed that . Other than that I left pretty satisfied and I hope to back really soon I just hope next time the mc donalds will make the restaurant alittle colder on hot days or then that no complains.

McDonald's is a place that has a love-hate relationship for most people like myself. Depending on the day, the crew, the franchise, the food, I may enjoy or loathe my experience. There are many subpar franchises, but this is not one of them. The fries are always fresh (and they should be now that they're $3.39 for a medium!), the sandwiches are made right, and the service never seems to skip a beat. It's perfect for when I'm on my way home from work at the hospital.

I drop in for Sweet Tea here every few weeks. Always fresh and perfectly sweetened "southern style". If you like your tea just a little sweet, order it half and half.

I love their 10 piece nuggets and I also love their fish sandwiches and their breakfast is find a good tree they have lattes now and all different types of drinks you can even order by yourself and then the order will come up my has McDonald's grown I think they're wonderful from the beginning jazzy Anne

Dear Lomita McDonald’s,, Thank you for keeping your coffee, strong and hot. When I travel, I go through McDonald’s to get my coffee because Farmer Brothers is so good but it is not so good when they water it down and it’s lukewarm. This McDonald’s has had the best coffee ever since I can remember back in the late 70s early 80s and continues to do so. Kudos!

Every Friday I treat myself to a cheeseburger happy meal after yoga. This visit the drive thru was packed so I walked in. The lobby was clean and the employees were very polite. I am a strong believer in no matter what your job is just do it well.

Richard, omg is the best by far employee there. I’m not a McDonald’s fan due to their inaccuracy on my orders and slowness. But, Richard is awesome! His drive through customer service will put a smile on your face even if you’re having a bad day.. Richard needs to be promoted and or training employees on customer service..

Me and my family have been going to this one for a long time. And I have to say they have always been the best around. Foods fresh, staff is nice. But since the makeover, some of the staff dont know how to smile, but the food is still good, but majority of the staff is still great

Took their time on taking my order, was the sloppiest big mac I ever had. First bite and one of the beef patties came sliding out. And so went the rest of that burger as well. It just kept coming apart. Will not be going back here again.

Rating for fast food drive thru, this is my go-to McDee's because they're constantly good, friendlystaff, and clean loc. Fries were crispy, coke was perfect, and burger was just that average quality ya expect. Look, it's not high quality restaurant food but it's just fine when ya in a pinch. For a McDee's, it's good.

This is legitimately the best McDonald's i have ever been to. I've gone probably like 20 times and everytime it's like they just took the potato out the ground fresh from the soil. The McChicken is also fresh (idek how thats possible cause I thought they came frozen?) And the drinks are almost always on point. Service is super quick and friendly as well.

Best McDonalds with service and food I've had. I don't rate McDonalds as the best burger joint. I go frequently because of kids. This McDonalds had flowers on the table. It wasn't the best decor, but someone thought of putting flowers and it does break up the contemporary simplicity. The worker was very kind, and actually brought put the food to my table. I snuck a chicken nugget from my child and it was nicely crisp. I ended up taking 1 more.

This visit to Mc Donald's was relatively good. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a Coca- Cola. My food was tasty and not sloppy, like most Mc Donalds I go to. What made the visit bad was, two ghetto women telling an older Hispanic man, he couldn't sit at the table he was at first, cos they wanted it more!! The man moved, " I would've never moved. at all"!!! They don't own McDonald's and especially inside a "WAL- MART"!!!!

I had the 2 for $4 Mcmuffin deal and iced mocha which were great way to start the day and at great price. Orders came out fast and I was able to get to work without delay. Used the keosh to enter my order which is the only issue I had. It was difficult to locate the special deals on the touch screen display, I needed help to find out how to navigate to the deals.

Went through drive thru quick - grateful they had ice cream machine working and the drive thru servers were pleasant and quick.

Food is tasty but the fries had too much salt. I ordered a drink and the employee almost forgot to give me a cup. Everything else was fine.

Drive thru was quick. The staff were friendly. Some uber eats drivers might get in the way. There is a huge dip when pulling out of drive way make sure to secure coffee.

Drive thru- guy was prompt,friendly,polite,attentive,had great customer skills & was very knowledgeable about their menu/promotions when I made inquiries, as well as him making suggestions on great offers they have right now. This is one of the first times I've returned to this location after such a long time ago,, & first time i didn't have to repeat myself, wait a long time, or go park aside to wait 4 my order, or not even had to return or call about my order not being complete.

There was a long wait at the drive through. There are two lanes with intercoms so I chose the 2nd. They were speaking to a customer in Spanish in the lane for a long time. I tried to say hello but they didn't seem to hear me. I went directly to the window. Then I was told to pull ahead and wait at a window ahead of me. It took a long time. The fries were hot and food was okay.

They have good customer service but, they failed to notice that I ordered a double filet and I got to my destination and had to return. They did not fuse about the mistake, just simply apologized and replaced the food. Very Good Customer Service. Everyone jad a Smile.👏🏽👏🏽

It's McDonald's you know what to expect. I had the fruit and yogurt parfait the fruit was nearly completely frozen. Wi-Fi (the other reason to stop) was adequate. Restaurant and restrooms were clean

Food was good and I dont have any complace about food or service. I alway used drivethru on this location. Unfortunately I desided to go inside today and it will be the last time I will do it. The venue has that old not ventilated smell. It was unpleasant to eat there and ended up taking my food to go.

Service was not so great, but the employees were very friendly. I ordered a big Mac with extra cheese and secret sauce and was very disappointed.

It seems like the food quality has deteriorated at this particular location recently. And they've become super conservative on the salt for fries.

They need to teach the staff how to make ice coffee. Its each super dark or all creamer. And my food is either cold or takes forever. Had a biscuit once that could be used as a paperweight

It's Mcdonalds... So not much to explain. Typically lacking humans as they shift to automation and kiosk based service. Food is definitely slower... The interior is decent.

McDonald is always good for a quick, goodmeal. But this Lomita McDonald need to train more of their employees good customer service. Some employees seem not to care or don't give a dam and just seem not too happy working there.

Service and food is very good , but what i dont get is ....... If the parents dont have manners to educate their kids (kids seating on the tables ) why the manager wouldn't do something about it

The place (McDonalds Lomita) is renovated so it's nicer and cleaner now. They also have 2 touch 2 play screens and a lighted table which my son loves. However, I didn't like how the staff (Sergio) treated me. I told her to tell Seegio that they should treat customers nice. Actually, no one went to the screen to bother check on it. But, the boy next to our table helped my son to unlock the password. I hope that the management will be on a look out so they can really see how the staff treat their customers.

Came there for big Mac meal, employees seem to be more concerned with each other than helping customers out. The manager seemed too busy as well asking employees what they are doing on the weekend whilst other employees walk aimlessly around.

Always, and I mean ALWAYS check your bag at the drive thru window. Don't even pull away a foot because they usually forget something. It's chronic and never gets any better.

I went in to buy food for the family and there where mangers bagging but one of the mangers touch money and after went to bag without washing her hands disgusting and touching all fries and the food just leaving bacteria everywhere. She could at least wear gloves or went to wash her hands . Just be careful who bagged your food

It was really the customer service I recieved after calling about getting the wrong order. In the bag was a fish filled and medulium fries. I called and a Maria answered?? Same woman that gave me the replacement fries on cam at 8:48pm today. She gave me a hard time saying what do you want me to o if you're eating the fries. I explained I was heading to work so I have to eat something. She right away had an attitude and kept cutting me off so to shut me up she offered a size small replacement which I was fine with since I ate the medium fries I got. She wanted the food back when I came to get it. I had also ordered cookies that I didn't recieve but she gave me no chance to say that. When I got there she said you only told me about the fries not about cookies do you have a receipt which I did since it was a mobile order. I told her I said the whole order was wrong, the wrong bag was obviously grabbed as it had a fish filled which she said I could throw away. And I did since I don't eat fish. I've never had an issue here before. But this one lady just started the whole experience with attitude. Not sure if her day was bad but she needs to know not to create a negative environment based on her feelings or past customers that might have upset her.

Management needs an overhaul at this location. The service is horrible at this particular place. There is never a thank you, you're welcome or any other pleasantries ever spoken here. The dining room is generally filthy especially around the soda fountain. I've also received a plastic straw with every order without asking for one. This is against a clearly posted law and I don't use straws for environmental reasons. Last I would estimate the order accuracy here to be around 70% correct. That may sound high but really that's pretty bad.

I went to go try the International special items. The burger with gouda cheese was actually pretty tasty - probably the best burger I've ever had at McD's. The Cheesy Bacon fries were really nasty. Waaaaay too much salt and soggy cheese food. But if you like caramel, the Stroopwaffel McFlurry is pretty awesome. Almost 15 dollars for a three-time experience, though - long gone are the days when you get change back from your dollar.

French fries always is nasty taste. And always is bitter.and also soft drinks taste is like pee .

They have 2 separate prices for food. Sodas on kiosk have a price of 1.59 for any size but when charged it was 2.59 asked worker said it changes on different days. Kinda Sus but it's a franchise store.

It's a McDonald's so one star is actually really great, but no amount of boujee decor and soothing muzak can cover the fact that no matter how well cooked, the food is horrible and horrible for you. Don't get me wrong. I love it in a pinch. This particular mickeys doesn't even have a soda dispenser. If you want a refill, you have to ask someone at the counter. I come here every day to get a Big Mac and some fries and a Sprite. I also come here and pick up deliveries. Today I received an attitude from Sergio and I didn't appreciate it I also received an attitude from Karina in the pass a few weeks ago my Big Mac hamburger had meat missing off of it, I took a picture of it and showed it to them. I came here last night I ordered a Big Mac and a large fries when I got home the fries was medium. I contacted McDonald's spoke to Veronica expressed to her what transpired she said she was going to put my name in the book Now today when I brought the issue up to Sergio he says I'm always having problems in the same problem which is not true I don't like being attacked. I'm going to write a Yelp review as well as Google and stop patronizing this business. Now my Big Mac is cold and the top piece of meat has a slice in it and the French fries quantity was not great it was very much like a medium. The fries also was soggy. I contacted Lomita McDonald's so I can receive a refund I wanted to bring it back. No one answered now the line is busy. This is one of the worst experiences I've received at a restaurant. The entire situation was caught on my body cam so I have proof.

The service is here is HORRIBLE. I have waited soooo long just to place an order with someone. They look at me but never come and say I’ll be right with you or ANYTHING. I’ve worked in food service for years more so restaurants but the hospitality should be all the same. This happens every single time. Honestly with every McDonald’s in the Lomita area. It’s BAD. The workers not all but majority walk around with such attitudes on their faces no friendliness nothing. Even if a costumer isn’t how you want them, perfect every time, they know what they want they know what to order, DOESNT MATTER. I should still be treated decently. But it doesn’t matter bc it’s only McDonald’s but it does matter. It’s all ADULTS. This is ridiculous.

I wanted to use a restroom. I walked up to the counter. The manager gave me a long gazing death stare when I asked her for the code. Rattled off a number. I repeated it to her. She said, yes, I go to the restroom, nope. It does not work. I come back and I repeated the number back to her, and she said, no wrong then gave me a complete different set of numbers. I repeated it again to her. She said, yes, I go again to the restroom. No, it does not work. I came back. She went to the restroom, punched in some numbers and let me in.Needless to say, I did not order my food from this location.

First of all, my wife's breakfast had a bug in it. Too bad I didn't get to take a picture of it, but they replaced it quickly. Now, about the service, there was a barely a staff standing at the register. Since you are now supposed to order at the kiosk, maybe that's OK? But they also hide both soda fountain and ketchup/condiment/napkin behind the counter, you'll have to wait for the staff to appear and interrupt other customers ordering at the counter before you can ask for ketchup/napkin/etc. It's so annoying because sometimes staff doesn't come to the register for like 5 minutes and there are a couple of customers already waiting to order. I'm standing alongside them to get some packets of ketchup. (they give you none of them when you get your order). Restroom is also locked, so again, you have to wait for staff to come to the register before asking for restroom code (there was a homeless guy washing his body in the men's room anyway). So, you get McDonalds food but still paying $10+/person and you have to wait for staff to appear before begging for any kinds of stuff that should have been offered at the time of receiving order. It just doesn't make sense anymore to visit here. Another annoying thing is parking spot. They have two entrances to the parking spots and if you enter the wrong entrance, you're waiting behind drive-through cars before you have a chance to park your car. It took me 5+ minutes waiting behind drive-through cars before I got to park my car. It's just overall horribly managed to maximize profit at the expense of inconveniencing their customers.

Use drive thru get happy meal for my kid expected the toy. Went home see no toy just little booklet. Came back customers service said there is no toy on promotion. However, it shown in the showcase inside of the store. Customers beware, check yours stuff be fore leaving the store. M.C Donald please post on menu board if you have no Toy for customers, so they can decide to buy happy meals or not...!
