Consistently insufficiently clean (and change the gross framed items near the sugars for Chissakes...it costs nothing and would improve customer experience immeasurably). Staff is decent, but the place feels like it is owned by someone who sees it as a cash cow only and does not want to make it or your experience any better than it must be. Even among DDs, this one is bottom tier.

Staff is very friendly and deliver prompt service. It is management that does a horrible job at keeping inventory on the fresh foods, in particular multigrain bagels. I order Dunkin’ Doughnuts every morning, and 9/10 multigrain bagels are out of stock! At 7AM? & for sequential days? Management need to do a better job at tracking the demand for multigrain bagels instead of forcing customers to have to resort to buying from another Dunkin’ Doughnuts.

I was passing through Harrison on Friday March 27, 2020 and really needed a cup of coffee to stay alert for the 2 hour trip ahead of me. So we stopped at the Harrison Dunkin Donuts. I also ordered 2 wake up wraps and an old fashion donut. I started my trip. I took a sip of my medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. My husband got a standard medium hot coffee. I sipped mine first and said it tasted really weird. I took another sip and there it was again; a strong intense burnt after taste. He tried his and it was the same for him. I was driving so I really didn’t have a choice but to drink the nasty fluid that they sold me. My husband basically said his coffee was undrinkable. We will never return to this Dunkin again. Thanks for taking our money and giving us an non-consumable product.

How is it possible that I was eating at the Harrison location and after a while wanted to use the restroom, and they told me it was only for employees? Then when I complained they told me bathroom was broken. It's definitely illegal for customers to use it. There are people with medical conditions who need to use it; in my own opinion, I am diabetic.

The service is terrible, almost the entire staff is rude and unable to get an order correct. 2 days in a row they messed up my order 2 days in a row they tried to argue my order wasnt incorrect, gave me a flavor coffee im allergic to, then the cashier angrily took the drink back remade it 3/4 full and handed it back to me. When i said i cant have this you made it in the same cup that had the coffee IM allergic to he argues that its fine as he rinsed it. I have never encountered such poor customer service. The audacity to argue with a customer saying you made their coffee that they get daily right when it’s completely wrong is baffling. Idk how dunkin donuts corporate allows this. And no bathroom? How is that allowed?

My husband, kids and I were leaving for a roadtrip and stopped to pick up food that we preordered. Not only was it not ready, but they told my husband he couldn’t use the bathroom!! I have never in my life been to a Dunkin where they won’t let you use the bathroom. I live in town and assure you we will never be returning. Unacceptable and disgraceful.

Typical dunkin in every way, except you cannot use the restroom. The management is happy to tell you they are within their legal right not to offer a public restroom because they have under a certain amount of seating. I'm also within my right to give this review.

Horrible costumer service from Ashley. I usually go to this Dunkin in the mornings before work, but today I went later in the day. The Dunkin worker Ashley took my order where there was some sort of confusion on wether I ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee. I was very polite when she gave it to me just making sure she understood I had ordered an iced coffee. Instead of just addressing the error she started to argue with me and proceeded to roll her eyes as she walked away with my order. I asked for her name and she ignored me multiple times. After asking at least three times her coworker approached me and also did not want to give me her name. The woman working with her was much lovelier to speak with but still Ashley proceeded to give dirty looks and roll her eyes when I Spoke with her coworker. Then as I got my iced coffee Ashely continued to argue with me about wether I order an iced coffee or a hot coffee. And I was not about to argue with someone for another minute about an iced coffee that was already done correctly by her co worker. I go to Dunkin for my morning coffee, not to have someone be rude, roll their eyes and continue to argue with me. I suggest either go when she’s not around or don’t go. Will probably be visiting a new coffee spot, heard bagel shop makes great iced coffee.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! GO TO MAMARONECK OR PORT CHESTER. I could not possibly rate this store lower than a one star. It deserves to be CLOSED. slow, inattentive, unable to handle a rush without missing items. I have left multiple times without getting all of my order.

The place itself is fine, the staff are nice but parking can be terrible. The lot is too busy and too full. To think they are making Avalon buildings near by. Omg. They need to implement something to advise you when your order is ready because sometimes you can't tell what's who's without touching and looking at and in everything. Maybe just put everything in one bag. Sometimes only one or two items are ready until you inquire then they put together the rest..WANTED TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW, parking and overcrowding is only getting worse. Almost got into an accident because someone wanted to make their own spot. I avoid this Dunkin' donuts and any store in this area at all costs!

Huge Dunkin fan but this is the worst facility I have ever been to. Always have a long wait to get served. Slow-motion donuts...... Goofy system where only one register open. Lady hugs register and takes one order at a time. She then relays to person that puts order together. 50/50 chance you get what you asked for. Go to Mamaroneck much better system. Bathroom locked and you have to order before they give you key - no shot to wash hands before you get your food. You have to take it into the bathroom with you and put it on the dirty sink. Franchise should check this place out.
