Love this place. My sister and I stop here after work in the morning every now and again, and we always enjoy the donuts and kolaches here. The staff are always super nice too. And their prices aren't too bad either.

This is the best part of our week. My kids and I love coming to see Sarah and John the owners! They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and there donuts and koloches are amazing. They have donuts for kids that are in the shape of dinosaurs and fun frosting!!! I can't say enough good things about this place!!

The donuts are really good and so are the kolaches but I could honestly care less about that because I’m here to talk about the amazing customer service. I came early in the morning and the lady working up front had a smile on her face and greeted me (even the person working the back came and said hello). There was nobody else in the store so instead of being quiet like most establishments I’ve been to, she immediately sparked a conversation. She was really nice and even said “God bless you” before I left. This was one of the friendliest interactions I’ve ever had and I will definitely be coming back.

I chose the wrong day for my first visit to J’s Donuts: the last day of school in December! Every room mother was in there picking up orders for class parties and the ladies behind the counter were SO busy! The line was terribly long and I almost left but I’m very glad that I didn’t. I was impressed by the attention the employees gave to my small order even though they had so much going on. My donuts were delicious and my family plans to support this local, small business more in the future - even if the line is long!

Reminds me of the childhood donut shop we would go to. Always has cinnamon twist ,breakfast burritos, and Large sausage rolls. My kids love their custom designed donuts.

This place is always on point! The donuts are fresh, the price is right, there is always a great selection and every once in a while, you will see new designs and decorations on the donuts. However, a place is only as good as the customer service and let me tell you, this place delivers! Above and beyond. Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smiling face and warm conversation. I recently saw a 1 star review from a guy who said, "after speaking with the woman at the counter, I will no longer be going here." , you must a part of the cancel culture. Leaves more for the actual customers that love coming here...… - Bye Felisha!

They also have some really cute decorated donuts too. This morning they had donuts decorated as pumpkins. The service is fantastic and fast.

I live in Justin and have two really close donut shops. J's Donuts is worth the extra driving! They're easy to spot from Hwy 156, and have really convenient hours. Their donuts are the best I can find in the area. They have a really creative selection. Whether you try one of the fruity pebble topped strawberry donuts, or like to keep it classic, you really won't go wrong! Especially because something about their glaze is absolutely incredible! I can't forget to mention the outstanding service from incredibly positive employees. Thank you, J's!

We love this donut shop. Been going for years and Sally is just the absolute sweetest. Great way to start your day. Recently they have added some new varieties to keep things exciting. Yum.

I paid cash for a chocolate eclair and it was $4. It was very good. someone else came in right after me and she told them they had a minimum of $4 for using their card. I just priced dunkin' donuts and an eclaire should be about $1.50 to 2.50. I thought that sounded like a lot of money when I paid it. One donut. It was early morning and still dark outside on a weekday.

Stopped by this morning. Bought a dozen donuts and sausage rolls. Which were fresh and good. However the milk.. It was out of date. So beware. I tried to call 3 times while they were open No answer.

When I walked inside the owner of the pickup was at the counter being waited on. Apparently he was a regular customer, employees called him by his first name...surprisingly it wasn't douchebag. Long story short, the entire staff was busy either helping him or making donuts that should've already been made. Once I realized I wasn't going to be helped until DB was satisfied, I left without breakfast. My advice is if you plan on getting donuts here just hope a "regular" customer isn't already there. I failed to mention the DB and I were the only customers in the store. J's dropped the ball this morning in my opinion. It'll be a while before I try to get breakfast here again.

I get people make mistakes but my overall experience was not that great. The sausage croissants are gross, definitely dont recommend those. The only good thing they had were their donuts holes. Everything else was raw

You do not want to eat here. I had to order my food five times before.She would actually start the order. Then, she charged me twice for my donut. When I express my frustration she laughed.

Bad customer service. Wanted half a dozen donuts and asked if I could get them in a box rather than a bag, apparently that was an absurd request and was given a horrible stare. The proceeded to say the donuts fit in the small bag which I know they do but I simply wanted a box. Anyway, she was super upset I asked.
