They offer a pizza lunch buffet from 11 to 130 Sunday through Friday for $5.99. Kids are $4.99. Had a few options of pizza, but seemed to lack a plain pepperoni or cheese. Had two varieties of pasta and two varieties of dessert pizza. Had breadsticks and marinara. Very delicious! Great value, although I was disappointed my 14 month old was charged the full rate when she basically nibbled on a bite of my breadstick. Could use better kids pricing (maybe $1.99 for kids 5 and under or something as they literally eat maybe a slice of pizza at best).

Pizza Hut is not the same as it was 20 years ago ( what is anymore ) but the Haslet Location comes closer than any I have visited. Staff is always friendly and quick with orders. The location is always clean inside and out and I really appreciate the pride that is taken to keep that up.

I just had lunch at Pizza Hut. I come here several times but never have eaten inside. I like the atmosphere, clean and staff are all nice. We have ordered pick-up here several times, and it’s been very good each time. We decided to try it for lunch today. It did not disappoint. The house salad is generous, copious and delicious. The wings were delicious. Our server, Shawn, was the politest, most well-mannered, attentive gentleman I can remember running across in a long time. A surprisingly wonderful dining experience.

Came here tonight with my Dad and my Boyfriend. As always food was great and service was great but tonight we had the best waitress. I’m sad to say I don’t remember her name but she had long dark hair and glasses. She made our experience extremely personable and pleasant! The staff yall hired, especially this girl, are the best! Service and pizza was impeccable! I almost forgot I was at a Pizza Hut. We have been to tons of pizza huts due to my kids being in the book it program and have NEVER gotten the service that we received today. I think you can take great custom service for granted when our society makes it normal to have subpar service as a norm. We already make such a special order not wanting the dairy cheese on our pizza so when the order is done correctly and with a pleasant attitude it makes the difference. The manager Carlos was a class A kind of guy showing professionalism, leadership to his team which seemed very happy to be at work, and great communication ensuring our order was the way we desired. Atmosphere very clean and family friendly.

I ordered several pizzas through the app for a group of people. I opted to pick them up instead of delivery. The app said the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes and they were. All the pizzas were fixed the way I asked for them to be and they tasted great. Great service at the drive up window. Would highly recommend.

Order carryout online to pick up 15 min before they closed on a Friday night. It was on time, A+ pizza, and good service. I’ve never been to a sit down pizza hut before they should open more of these up. Pizza + bar is a dream come true! Quality of the pizza is exactly how it should taste like. I live in a middle of nothing kind of place but they always manage to my place in a timely manner which is awesome for someone that used to not even be able to get pizza delivery! They're friendly and helpful over the phone and the drivers are always friendly and polite. Even as my impolite dogs bellow at them. Beautiful place with a bar. No buffet was available at the moment but the food was still amazing and filling. I didn't know they even made one with a bar. The servers were beautiful eye candy as well in my opinion. I really don't have anything negative to say about this place.

There is plenty of space to dine in, good atmosphere 👌, love the stuffed crust pizza (good cheese quality) and boneless special, we also add a house salad 🥗 drink and beer and usually pay $35 plus tip. +20 parking spaces, bar, different tap beers 🍻 . Servers 👌 not invasive like some other places. I haven't tried the buffet but will soon from 11 am to 1pm I think. I am a loyal fan of the place 🫰

We just moved to this area and the first night in our home we ordered pizza and all 4 of us said it was the best pizza hut we have had and they were quick to deliver. Fast forward to last night when we decided to order again. My boyfriend and I had ordered 1 large pizza with 3 toppings, pepperoni bacon and jalapeño. When the food arrived the gentleman informed us that they had messed up the toppings and had to remake it. They ended up giving us BOTH pizzas!! They drew a sad face on the messed up order lol. Luckily my boyfriend really enjoyed the toppings on the mess up so we both had our own pizzas for the evening. We came here Sunday after church for the buffet. The buffet was refilled with fresh hot pizza constantly. Even though we had buffet, our waitress checked on us frequently and even made us some great house salads. This is a clean and very well run location! They even have a bar inside so you can catch some games.

The newest version of Pizza Hut I have seen in Haslet, TX. It has kind of a sports bar/family vibe as you will see in the photos I post. It was not busy around 2pm. Folks that work here seem nice.

Great place to watch the game. TVs everywhere. Frozen Margaritas (strawberry and regular) all you need is one. Waitress was great, gave some great advice. If you don't want your pizza to flop over and have all the toppings fall off when you pick it up, get thin crust. If you like to eat your pizza with a fork, go with the hand tossed.

While I understand that there are many customers waiting to be served in a timely manner, the associates talk REALLY FAST. I would recommend that once a customer is on the line that associates just SLOW DOWN in their speech. While the ones I spoke with were nice and helpful, there was a challenge in understanding because it was so hurried.

It's pizza hut. Not anything earth sharing, but consistently good. It's my go-to for pizza I know I'll enjoy, whether my arteries do or not. And if you haven't tried their pan pizza, do yourself a favor. The crust alone is worth the price.

10/25/20 - Ordered a meat lover's pizza around 7:15 PM and it was done on time, about 15 minutes later. The employees were all wearing masks and were polite as well as prompt. The store was clean and the few customers present were appropriately spaced for distancing. I felt comfortable ordering, waiting and carrying out my pizza. I didn't have concerns eating the pizza at home like I did after picking up a pizza from a PH kiosk just up the street from my home on Blue Mound Rd. My Haslet pizza even tasted better and was prepared as I expected. I'll travel much farther out of my way to get my next PH order here (Haslet) so I can see what goes on with my order. If the threats from this Trump plague ever abate, this is where I'll go to dine in. Thanks!

The buffet is only to 1:30 not 2. But we were able to get seated quickly and the pizza selection on the buffet was good and refilled regularly. Had a nice Sunday lunch with my wife. The pasta options were also good, Alfredo chicken was better than the red sauce pasta option :-) my 2 cents

We came here as a large gathering (30 people?) for the AYCE buffet. When we first arrived, the food looked just ok, and tables were dirty. The staff was actually pretty quick getting things arranged for us. By the time people were getting good, the pizzas were coming out fresh and hot as fast as we could eat. Not the best idea for a group, but the staff actually tried pretty hard to get things right.

$9.99 buffet is great! I love the thin pizza and the pasta is delicious always great service as well!

I have been to so many Pizza Hut branches, so it's hard not to compare the outstanding services of the other branches and I can definitely say that this branch is not in my "friendly Pizzahut list". I am soo tempted to give this 3-stars but I like Pizzahut a lot so I will just give it 4. Hopefully they will improve.

Consistently good service and almost always get our order right. I wish they'd offer a low-carb crust like Jets pizza, but this location gets high marks for good service and a clean restaurant. My son came in to put in a order. What he ordered was a a large pepperoni bacon hand tossed pizza. A medium pepperoni and bacon hand tossed. Two classic bone in wings both 8 pieces. One BBQ and one spicy garlic. What was put in was 1 LG pepperoni and bacon hand tossed. 1 medium hand tossed pepperoni bacon and sausage. Incorrect. Two 8 piece wings one classic bone in bbq wings. One bone out spicy garlic. I have never had problems with the Haslet pizzahut I've always had really good customer service and pretty good food. This is ridiculous and the pizza is oily and soggy. Worse experience ever.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon.We were planning to eat at the buffet, but I guess that’s only during certain hours? So instead, I got a personal pan pizza, and it was good. My son got chicken wings. They were good also. Our server was great and attentive. I asked our server if the buffet was open, and she just said no. It wasn't really explained to us. So I’m guessing lunch time is the only time they have the buffet open, as per their large sign.

Server was great, and the food was good. Frustrating part a young man parked in handicap and no kind of tag. He was there a bit and when I asked him about it, he stated, "I work here." All the more reason home should not have parked there. Just saying.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and they had two different sauces on them. One was more like a spaghetti sauce. We were disappointed and wasted the pizza because it wasn’t good. You also don’t get any good deals when you order in store so we had to get on our phones and order online. Welcome to 2021 *thumbs down*

I live 4.9 miles down the road ( 9 minutes driving) literally on the same main road and I called pizza Hutt for delivery, they said I was too far away! Lol , well I was obviously bummed out because where else can you get such amazing stuffed crust pizza, which is kind of weird that no one is copying pizza Hutt with that. I mean someone had to copy pepperoni many years ago. 😂

Ordered delivery. Cheesy bread comes with marinara and I ordered an extra. Only received one. Pizza box was left blocking the front door and sitting an a soaking wet mat, not on the brick, which was dried out. Delivery driver needs to do better. Orders need to be checked for accuracy!

So I normally enjoy my dining experience here. I get what would be expected from Pizza Hut restaurant. Easy and close to home. Tonight however I used the restroom and there was a waitress in the stall next to me. She left the stall without washing her hands. She had been in there for awhile so I’m not sure if she was having problems or playing on her phone. Either way hands should have been washed. I asked our waiter who the manager was and he said Carlos. I asked to speak with him and after a few minutes this waitress comes to speak with me. I told her she didn’t was her hands in the bathroom. She claimed to wash her hands in the kitchen and that’s what she normally does. I told her I believe that she is required to wash her hands in the bathroom. She said she is actually supposed to wash them twice but she forgot. Since I didn’t get to talk to the manager like I requested I am making sure management see this here.

Food is good, music is way too loud. The female assistant manager is driving away customers and employees though with her attitude.

It is my personal opinion that Pizza Hut has not served a good pizza since they closed the Pizza Hut in River Oaks Texas years ago. Today I ordered a hand tossed pizza here at this Pizza Hut and the entire Center section of my pizza was raw, not even the cheese was completely melted. when they fail to have quality control and they just believe that they can serve the public garbage...well you're just not going to get my dollar. I had a friend drag me down there and we waited about 30 minutes to get served our salads and another 30 minutes before the wings arrived only then were we able to ask for silverware to eat with. service is terrible!

This place doesn't know how to take care of it's customers and moms to. I would not come back here ever again Unless they provide more better service for their customers and also respect Mother's with refills or to take care of their food order better.

Up until today pizza has been good and service decent. Went in with my 5 year old for the Buffett. Got there at 1:45 and were told the Buffett was closed. It was full and f pizza and pasta still and I asked if we could go ahead and just eat off what was already out. Hostess had to ask the manager and the manager said no as they were going to clear it off in a few minutes. So they would rather throw/give away the rest of that then take a paying customer. Terrible customer service.

We love Pizza Hut but this visit was AWFUL. Service was very slow, tables were not cleaned order was incorrect. We were told only two waiters on duty and they were very busy. The blame for this poor service is definitely the managers fault. I'm sure we weren't the only ones unhappy but I'm more vocal. For goodness sakes people hire some dependable people to work on weekends.

I ordered Pizza Hut due to their heart shaped pizza... and honestly I wished I had just gone to dominos. The pizzas were very under seasoned. It all tasted bland and not very good. For two medium looking pizzas, bread sticks, a drink and 5 dollar tip, we spent 51 dollars. I won't be doing that again.

2 out of 4 deliveries have gone to the wrong address. They remake and send back but it’s an hour + late. Every other company that delivers to our 7 yr old house on an established neighborhood street find it without issue. This Pizza Hut cannot find it 50% of the time. Anyone would walk out of a restaurant if the food took an hour and a half to come out. Delivery 6 miles away is no different. Probably done using or visiting this location.

Every TIME I have went to this place the waitress service sucks . They all reach across people's plates. Which very much irritates me anywhere. It's not polite. The wait time in the getting your food is ridiculous even just for a salad. If I could give it no stars that will be my rating. Only been there twice... *1st time, our waitress was nice, but it took extremely long to get our food. And we asked to have a Buffalo Chicken Salad made to go about half way through our meal... We were still waiting for it 20 minutes after finishing our meal! *2nd time... Our waitress was depressed or something. She looked like she was on the verge of crying, barely smiled, and was not readily available. Tried their margaritas... Don't waste your money! Not even sure they have tequila in them at all! You'd be better off getting a margarita flavored snowcone! And, same as the 1st time, our food took forever to come out! There won't be a 3rd visit!

I walked into the store at 9:08pm with my family of five and my father in law for Fathers day. The store has it listed that they close at 10. When we came in we were informed that we could not dine in because they had already started closing the kitchen. The manager was ridiculously rude and could care less that we were denied a Father's Day meal even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. Worst Pizza Hut EVER!

This pizza Hut is ridiuclous!!! From the first time calling for delivery we have had trouble. They told us they won't deliver due to us being so far away , 5.2 miles to be exact. We explained they deliver to all of our neighbors and after a talk with one manager we were told it was corrected in their system and they delivered to us twice. Called tonight placed order and payed for it only to get a call back from manager -jay saying they won't deliver. Point being, you have delivered here, if you get paid you should be delivering product, if your not going to deliver anymore train your employees to know what your company will and won't do, all employees not just said manager. Bottom line, dominos will get our business from now on since they obviously want it and this place doesn't.

I bought $60 worth of pizza and I ask the manager for paper plates and he tried to charge me .70 per plate like really and also didn’t give me any napkins or give me my original receipt…customer service have to be better especially when people spent a certain amount of money

Ordered a some wings and when they hadn't arrived in 2 hours I called the store to ask for my money back. The manager said she wouldn't and that the order had only been placed 45 minutes ago, but I'm attaching a screenshot of the email with this review proving I waited over two hours for a few boneless wings.

The old white lady who was running the drive thru window at 6:00 PM on 9/10/2023 needs to be fired. I place my orders through the app when I order from here. The location is usually good about having the order ready at the promised time. I arrived at the drive thru after the promised time this day. I tell her my name and she confirms my order by looking at her screen. She then tells me that my order isn't ready and for me to pull in a reserved slot and they will bring it out. Ok. No problem, except I could look at her face and tell she was lying. I waited about 8 minutes, which is now 15 minutes after my promised time, so I know it should be ready. I got back in the drive thru line only to find out when I got to the window, that there is no order associated with my name or my number. So this means that she removed my order out their system. I explained to the guy running the window the second time what happened and they gave me someone else's order because they gave me a large to make up for the problem. So I don't know who you are, if you are racist, bitter, or hate your life, but you don't do customers like that. Maybe she was mad that I had ordered enough for a free pizza, which is even more of an issue because that means I order Pizza Hut frequently.. either way I'm done with this location. The manager should fire that lady, she's bad for business. But I'm also filing a complaint with corporate so they can know that she needs to be addressed. The crazy thing is that this isn't my first run in with her so the more I think about it, the more I think she's a horrible employee. Management needs to do something.

They beat around the bush a little too much. Used a coupon for 2 large 2 toppings for 24.99, grand total ended up being almost 40 online for delivery. Stopped and got a buffet I could only eat three or four pieces because it started making me sick I let them know I didn't like the pizza but that didn't seem to matter on top of that the service was horrendous had to keep getting up and going up to the counter and wait for someone to help me at the counter wouldn't even come when they seen my mother trying to flag them down that being said I took my tip back off the table I recommend Domino's nobody here seems to care except for the one guy who at least was trying but still needed better training the young lady waitress was too busy talking to friends and sitting at the bar drinking a Coke I don't believe I'll be back this is my opinion and only my opinion

This was my second time attempting (I will explain) to eat here. The first time my wife and I came and had to wait for a table for 15 min when there were 7 tables open....... we left. Then tonight I walked in and asked for a table for 1 and the lady looked at me and asked "why are you by yourself??". I looked at her puzzled and she sat me. The restaurant had maybe 10-15 customers in it. I sat down and picked out what I wanted and some time went by. 10 minutes went by and nobody has stopped to take a drink order or even acknowledge I was there. This is the absolute worst service and will never set foot into this place again. If you are thinking of eating here save yourself the hassle and terrible customer service and go to pizza inn in alliance town center.

Finally got the buffet back. However, they raised the price from $6.59 to $9.19 and no longer allow you to get the buffet without a drink for a lower price. I don't like drinking pop at restaurants, I prefer water, and I certainly don't like paying for it. The girl never told us, argued with me about it when I inquired and offered no apology. On top of that, she was horribly slow refilling drinks and never came back once she delivered the bill to refill again, despite all three of us being empty. We have been longing for this to come back, but now that it is back, we are just horribly disappointed. I'd much prefer to go to Villa Grande next door, get all the chips and salsa I can eat and have a good quality Mexican plate for lunch, for a cheaper price, and take leftovers home too. Pizza Hut Haslet - you just lost 14 customers between 2 families.

I have a Pizza Hut customer for more than 20 years. We just moved to Haslet on 1/31. I am very sad and extremely disappointed that Pizza Hut doesn't care about those of us in Sweet Grass. I LOVED Pizza Hut before now but they SUCK!!!!!!!!! They need to be better at keep up with new home owners!!!! I am extremely mad and disappointed in them. Have been to this Pizza Hut a couple times and haven’t had issues, but my last experience will make this more likely my last. I ordered through the IPhone app, the app says my food is ready, I go into the store and get told by a worker they can’t find my order and sometimes when you order through the app the order just gets lost (even though I already payed for it) so if I want my food I’ll have to reorder and pay for it again. I say fine. I wait in the store for what I ordered, 15 minutes later they come tell me that the pizza I ordered is done but they forgot to put the melt I ordered in the oven and if I want that then I’ll have to wait another 15 minutes! At this point I was also offered store credit for the melt I got if I wanted to leave, I said no and wanted the money back on my card which was done begrudgingly. I asked to speak to a manager about this terrible experience, I was told the manager was too busy to speak to me at that moment. Also a day later still haven’t gotten my money back for my iPhone app order like I was told I would. So overall just terrible, if you go here I hope you don’t have the same experience.

This store consistently gets it wrong. Ordered pizza and added blk olives and mushrooms. Special instructions that I wanted PIE cut. Pizza delivered without olives and was SQUARE cut. I think the cook/preparer doesn’t know what PIE cut means. Almost every pizza I’ve ever ordered gets square cut. After calling to complain the person on the phone sounded sympathetic, but didn’t care enough to offer any solutions or credits/discounts. I stopped ordering from them for a long time because of this in the past. I guess I’ll stop ordering from them again for another 2-3 years before trying again but I won’t hold my breath. They’ve been this way since this location opened.

Bought a original pan pizza large three tops on the app ( as I always do )it was this past Monday this is the time of a cold front , but when I got home large crust , scattered toppings looks nothing like my Usual pizza . I called since I was already at home , and the acting manager said his manager told him to get from other stores possibly the reason ( whatever the means ) . Gave me the manager name to call me back never did . Went to store , spoken to sLesly she said couldn’t do anything for me . Called corp office said either get with location or their website . My pizza looked or taste nothing like Pizza Hut was like a frozen pizza from the store . I order all the time , yet no accountability or ofer offer reimburse , just got a comment “ it is that it is “ ? William Kelly the acting manager never called me back and Leslie the front short girl with glasses didn’t want to give me the manager or offer to call me back . Pizza Hut , many locations other than you . I will looking to order else where

I love Pizza Hut and have had no problem with this one before but tonight was so awful. We placed our order sat for an hour for an appetizer, sandwich and wings. When they finally brought out my sandwich it was "diablo style" which I had specifically told the waitress I DID NOT want, and she tells us there's a back up on the wings, never got the appetizer either. Then as we waited for them to remake my sandwich and bring the rest of our food the family behind us that was seated 30 minutes after us got their appetizer and their wings!!! We just got up and left and no one even cared.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You always have to wait double the time that they tell you and if there’s ever an issue, they’re gonna be rude like tonight I waited almost 45 minutes for a one topping pizza and some sticks when it said 20 minutes and when I was walking out, the guy goes, I didn’t do it. It’s not my problem and I was like no you just work here. It has the worst customer service and if it wasn’t the only pizza place out here, it probably wouldn’t be busy. HORRIBLE

Keeley the manager was SO rude. She laughed at me when I asked what else we could do to resolve my wrongly made pizza for my children. She was so condescending and never even apologized. I’ve never even had anyone speak to me so rudely when it was their fault.

I bought a pizza here on 11/15/24 and the pizza had beard hairs!!! I contacted Pizza Hut “chat” and they said they gave me a credit and to call the store to know, I called the store and they said that there is no credit or nothing. Nobody is taking accountability and is disgusting. I attached the pictures with proof of the hairs in the pizza.
