Food here is below par of other locations, but not my issue with the place. I ordered online, went to go pick up the order and was told by this girl in the drive-thru that they don't have my order, they never got my order, and that I should wait 5 minutes to see if the order would come in. I pull out of the drive-thru, park and wait for 5 minutes, 5 cars pull in, now I have wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I get back to the speaker and ask if they have gotten my order, she says no and that she can't do anything to help me. I had already paid for the order, I had the email receipt, I ask if I could show those to her and then I could get my food, she told me no. There is no way to cancel an order or start a dispute on the app so I was forced to go through my bank to dispute a jack in the box order, ridiculous. To the girl working the speaker that night, August 5, 2025 at 10:30PM, I hope you get fired.

1 LITTLE ITSY-BITSY piece of Cheese on 1 Tiny Taco of a “Loaded Tiny Tacos”, just does not cut it, … especially, when you have absolutely NO DIP SAUCE whatsoever in the restaurant, … which you should be telling the customers that BEFORE they order!

Probably the worst jacks ive been to in a while, dont go to this location. Chicken was way overcooked and greasy as hell in their sandwich. (Ive had it before at other locations & it was amazing) Forgot my drink, and the workers here have an attitude. GO TO A DIFFERENT JACKS

I asked if they have a double sourdough jack the girl said yeah it's the number two. So I got that. It's a double jack not sourdough. The service was very slow and I was very hungry. I ate it and went back and explained how they messed up and asked if I could get a discount on a sourdough jack, she said no. I said you got the order wrong and I think you should. She said she can't. I said that's bad service. She said I know.

Horrible service the two ladies that were in the kitchen were gossiping ,unaware of my order. After like 10 minutes. The kid at the register ask them that she needed tacos and poppers and it took them another 10 minutes to do the tacos and then the poppers., Because apparently she forgot to fry them

I don't know how you get 3.9 stars. This place is dirty and costumer service is simply an unknown word for your employees. You deserve zero stars. Restrooms are disgusting, if you can't clean restrooms, imagine your kitchen?

I rarely go to Jack in the Box anymore, but I decided to stop at this one. The service wasn't great, drive thu cashier was not friendly, seemed annoyed. The sourdough chicken sandwich I ordered, the chicken was rubbery. I ended up throwing it away and just ate the sourdough bread. Wasted 8 bucks. So that visit confirmed why I don't go to Jack in the Box anymore.

Horrible experience most definitely will never come back here. Order in drive thru at night and some ex con looking guys walk up all in drive thru window all up leaning on my car and in my car window. Im stuck at the winow and had to yell at him to get away from my car then he got all crazy and threatening. Had to open my door and scary him off. My kid was scared. I ask the worker what's going here you allow this here. He say you know how it goes. No I dont! On top of that didn't get receipt. Order was messed up. One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life! Trust me I'm definitely calling their corporate Monday to talk to someone. Not a safe place to patronize at all. Not kid friendly, caused alot of stress and anxiety. Didn't even enjoy my food. I took a few bites an thru it out. At least my son ate his food but total waste of money. This place is unexceptable and beyond disappointed!

Very very unprofessional by the workers doing drive through I came by at 9:25 in January 18th 2023 and this lady with really bad blonde hair and her coworker/boyfriend it seemed liked kept horsing around and through paper balls across the kitchen and flirting with each other! Worst experience I have had coming here. Hope to never see them working there unsupervised again.

At this store it always feels like they dont want you here. Long waits at the counter with very little acknowledging you are there. Very curt with the customers as well. At least the a.c. got fixed. Came back again. Still very short and curt with customers. Think the a.c. is broke again. Also this visit I could hear staff talking badly and making fun of customers in the Drive thru. This is one of the worst Jack's I have ever been to. Only come here because it's close to home and the free wifi
