Went there for the first time today and was immediately welcomed by Richard! He helped my choose a coffee, and then showed me around the shop. It was cozy and the perfect small town coffee shop! They are so friendly and the coffee was amazing! I will be back more!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Mudhen. From the moment I walked in, I was mesmerized! I love all things antique and this place made me so happy. Everywhere you look, you see something unique and beautiful. Amanda and her staff were as courteous as could be. I ordered the "surprise me" coffee two days in a row and it was perfection each time. I had breakfast both days and it was delicious. I spend a couple of hours each day working there and met so many nice and friendly people. We were visiting Lake Hawkins for only a week, but the Mudhen was a highlight of our trip!

If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. The customer service goes above and beyond anything I expected. The food is phenomenal fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way you want it. The drinks are incredibly tasty, and everything is very reasonably priced. It’s truly the cutest coffee shop I’ve ever visited. They offer unique items for purchase and display beautiful artwork that adds to the charm. Richard and the rest of the staff deliver outstanding customer service; they were so kind to me and my two kiddos. I’m genuinely grateful to have discovered this hidden gem.

We found this spot from a quick google search and it did not disappoint! The interior was very unique and had a great atmosphere. We ordered iced and hot lattes and a few breakfast sandwiches (made to order!). Everything was delicious! I loved the selection of coffee flavors and the huge board displaying them. We will definitely be returning!

If you blink you will miss the sign. It's an unassuming little blue building on Highway 2869 going toward Holly Lake Ranch. The inside is absolutely charming, filled with vintage furniture, a puzzle table and a large scrabble game where you can sit and play. There are items for sale from local artists/crafters. I have passed this place numerous times, never knowing what it was, but I will certainly be back. The staff is friendly and the food is reasonably priced and yummy. I haven't tried the coffee yet, this is my first time visiting, but I'll be back!

I look forward going and getting my coffee here any chance I get. The shop is so cozy and welcoming. The owner and employees greet you anytime you walk in and are always kind. The coffee is delicious and they have such a wide variety of flavors to choose from. This place is the perfect small town local coffee shop with lots of space to sit down and relax while you enjoy your treat. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the area or passing through!

Anytime I come in mudden coffee, they treat me like family. The environment is warm and cozy as if I’m going home for the holidays. I have yet received an item off their menu that I haven’t liked. I would give them 100 stars if I could! Thank you!

Even better than what I brew at home. I drink black coffee with two shots of espresso and am honored to have my drink on the menu board... Randal's Red Eye. If you want to stay awake and like coffee, I highly recommend. My wife likes those doctored up full of different things, and she too loves Mudhen Coffee and Tea house. Carmel sea salt frap with espresso and whole milk etc... whipped cream and I don't know what all else. But she raves about it too, so they can make what ever mix of coffee you desire. If you are ever in the area, stop in and try a cup. You will come back. And say Hi to Richard while you are there. If I am there he may introduce me.

They are new but wow. Brought out wrong sandwhiches twice. BLT with one piece of bacon. Chicken salad tasted good but no cranberries, pecans and one piece of grape. Over 40 min for sandnwich. Then 30 min for paying bill. The girl who ran the coffee bar gets a 10. Coffee was excellant. Very disappointed.
