Pizza Hut

Disappointing to walk into the restaurant and not see a single worker anywhere to greet. Had to wait for a slow worker to finally waltz up and give me my order. Very in exuberant to boot. Not to mention they're very unprofessional sign that they only accept exact change handwritten on white paper.

I usually don't want to leave less than a 3 star review but I just hope I don't have to buy pizza here again. Maybe it is location specific but I ordered through an online app to pick up because a visiting relative wanted pizza from Pizza Hut. I ordered a large but the pizza looked medium size. I asked for plates and forks and was told they don't have it and to go across the street to buy. I deleted the app and would not order again. I just hope that relative never come to visit again. I don't like him anyway.

Today, March 26, I went to pick up my order around 1 PM. I arrived at the store at 12:40 PM and waited for a while. I said “Hello,” but no one came to the counter. So, I went back to my car for a moment and then re-entered the store. Again, I said “Hello,” but no one responded. After about 7-8 minutes, a lady came out with my pizza and handed it to me without saying anything. I understand that the staff might have been busy, possibly handling many orders alone. However, I’d like to suggest a few things for better customer service: • Even if the staff is busy, a simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would make a big difference. • If staffing is an issue, management should consider providing additional support. • No matter how stressful the situation is, maintaining a polite attitude toward customers is important. I appreciate the hard work, but a little more attention to customer service would improve the experience. Thank you!

I’ve supported this location a while due to its convenience. It looks closed from the outside and lacks kindness on the inside. Although the ordering process allows you to select curbside pickup, they don’t provide this service. Staff lately has been extremely rude and unable to help with anything beyond shoving your pizza at you. Just a very poor customer service experience and I refuse to continue to support this location. They have to know there’s a problem based on their ratings on multiple sites but they just don’t care!!!

This place just wasn't it; my cheese bread was not cut properly, I ordered the 8 piece wings and only got 5, I had to wait 10 minutes after my order was reportedly ready for pickup and was told that my order was already picked up (like what, how?) the service is also terrible and depressed. Would not recommend, if you need pizza hut just go to the Lawndale one on Rosecrans

My food was cold. I ordered at 7:16pm and I went inside to check at 7:30pm and the manager said it was not ready. I went back inside around 7:50pm and got the food the big box and pasta on the side everything was cold not even warm. I told him thank you for the food and it was cold he told me have a nice night. I will never go back to this pizza hut ever again. I wasted $50.00 and I should have went to Dominos. Also I did my order for curbside and I checked in and no response. The system told me to call when I did no answer that is when I went inside around 7:30pm to check and to remind them it was curbside. Very unprofessional if a customer orders a certain way and the order is not fulfilled. Pizza was hard, cold and not fully cooked cheese was not cooked. Pasta was not cooked and cold had to go home and reheat $50 worth of food that should have been fresh!

First, they did not show me the pizza when they brought it to me, and second, when I called to let them know it wasn't a large pizza and it wasn't done. Mind you, I spent $45.00 on pizza and wings. Dominic said rudely, "Why didn't you say anything when you were here?".. He has the absolute worst attitude, and his customer service is trash. He got loud on the phone with me and hung up in my face. When I showed up back at Pizza Hut, they told me the manager was not there, and they needed to take my number down so the manager could call me. The shift supervisor never came to talk to me, but stood there and talked to Dominic as if i wasnt there, even though I was asking to speak with her. The only time she came to the front was when my Mom and I asked for a refund. It was literally the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. I don't know why they would have someone employed at their reastaunt who has no type of customer skills. He was rude and does not need to be working with the public. And it looks very bad for that location and the Pizza Hut brand as a whole.

Celine was patient & helpful with my order, Celine gets a five star but your manger by the name of Denise always has an attitude, she gets a negative star, she almost dropped & damaged my pizza & when I asked her about it she got snappy & told me to chill out, the customer. You def need to take a look at the type of individuals you hire. She is not fit to lead by the way she conducts herself. I believe she got mad when I told her co worker Celine I was going to leave her a good review. Cooperate needs to re evaluate Denise as an employee because her attitude & customer service is poor & makes you not want to come back to that location.

Do yourself a favor and don't visit this location. My food was not fully cooked and I called to report it. The gave me a pizza that was clearly a medium sized pizza and I ordered a large. The cheese was not melted, the dough was not fully cooked and they barely put any topping on it. The man who answered the phone was very rude and clearly did not take my complaint serious. He got very defensive on the phone, raised his voice and hung up on me. When I showed up to the restaurant, he refused to give me the Manager's information. Clearly, they are in the business of ripping people off and being when they are called out on it. I will do my due diligance and contact corporate and inform them of my experience.

Just got my wife bday dinner wrong, it was nothing special. It’s the part of leaving us on hold to avoid correcting it. That’s the reason I have to inform any decent minded person to avoid your store completely. I hope this store closes honestly. 10 out of 10 DONT NOT RECOMMEND!
