The chicken was deliciously tasty, freshly, and served hot. The mac and cheese was surprisingly good 👍 The biscuit was moist . I like it drizzled with honey 🍯 😆. The drive-thru cashier was very professional and polite. I got my food in a timely manner.

New manager is amazing. Been 3 times in recent weeks and food has been on point. We had stopped coming here over a year ago because service and food were terrible. Hope the new and improved experience sticks.

I always come to this Popeyes on Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell because the chicken is excellent and they give exceptional service! The general manager help with our order today and she was very pleasant and kind! If anyone is near this Popeyes they should definitely go this Popeyes. They will not be disappointed!

I’m SOOO happy that this location has completely turned around! It’s the only Popeye’s remotely close to me, and for the longest time it was constantly a let down. I had basically given up on it. As of ~6 months ago it seems that this location has been under new management. EVERY time I go it’s FAST. And the food is HOT and fresh, like the Popeye’s of yore. Thank you to whoever got this location running smoothly!

I come often with large orders for the nursing home staff events and not only did Quinton give us his personal cell to call ahead he handles the order personally himself. This place is a hit or miss on the food being hot one time the ran out of fries and instead of telling me let me drive off without 3orders of it. Luckily, I checked and came back around the drive-through, and she was like, " we out cancel on app." However, this time, the service was great it was an older man, and the food was HOT and delicious

This was the best Popeyes i've had in a long time. The customer service was excellent. The staff greeted you with a smile and eye contact. The chicken was fresh and crispy. The french fries were cooked to perfection!!. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! I definitely would visit again and again!!!

I stopped by on Sunday to grab some food, and I have to say—this was hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. All the gentlemen working were incredibly friendly, attentive, and just had great energy overall. I rarely leave reviews, but they truly made an impression. On top of that, the food was delicious.

LOVE the BLACKENED CHICKEN Sandwich. Biscuits are good and the Mgr is outstanding, she does her best with the staff and making sure the quality of food is good 1st and foremost. Chicken Nuggets have good quality chicken. Not fake filler mcdonald meat.

Getting better. Popeyes chicken is excellent, but at this location has been disappointing service for a very long time. Long waits and wrong orders almost every time until we stopped going. Last couple of visits orders have been accurate and timely.

Decent food - okay amount of time to get through the drive through. This place looks like a dumpster fire - complete with handwritten signs and entire sections of the menu board missing. The reviews are pretty brutal as well, but I was going in for chicken and biscuits so I figured the risk was low. I thought everything was good. The chicken was prepared correctly and the biscuits were spot on and the tea was good.

The chicken was good. The issue was that we ordered a 10 peice family meal which comes with 2 large sides. We received one large and one small side. There was a thunder storm, long drive thru line and still people afraid from coronavirus, so I have a feeling they knew we would not return to complain. Very unhappy. For my family, I had to have chicken with no sides for dinner so that my children could have. After I paid to have all of us eat. Very poor service.

They have no concept of customer service. They were rude when taking my order and then got it wrong anyway. When I told them they exchanged it for burnt pieces of chicken. I will not be back.

For the amount of money I paid my chicken should have been bigger these small pieces of chicken. 2nd its first thing in the morning why my chicken so dark. Oh wait the grease must be old.

Disappointing. This location is not good. I stopped eating here over a year ago bc the chicken was dry & stringy, the service was bad, and they never included the sauces I ordered and paid extra for. Thought I'd try them again today because of a discount on DoorDash, and I regret it. No sauces. Wrong drink. Chicken was ok but somehow under seasoned, which is weird for Popeye's. In what world does fried chicken need more salt?

ordered doordash from this popeyes. paid extra for a meal with two sides but only received one side. i’ve worked in food for years and its not hard to just double check things. it seems i should have checked all the negative reviews for this store prior to spending my money here.

Called me to let me know they were out of the sauce that's advertised online. That's fine, thats the owners fault. They need to fix that. Thanks to whoever called to let me know, u need a raise. But if you have a combo and an additional side, that is 2 sides. 1+1 is 2 folks. I'm still hungry. Shouldve checked the reviews before ordering. Pls do better

Food is good and as expected but workers needs to be trained on customer service. Was picking up a mobile order and I said “Hi, I’m picking up an order under [name].” She just said “okay.” And silence. 😭 It was awkward. I asked “is it ready?” And she said said “no.” Should have been “You’re order is not ready yet. We’ll bring it out when it’s ready.” It was busy and I didn’t hear any thank you or “you’re welcome” or anything nice from her with other customers. Customers said “thank you” to her and she didn’t say anything else.

I hate the employee here because they actually purposely choose to avoid making the blacken chicken because they shut down half the kitchen after 10pm. And they always just give me regular tenders but that is not what i paid for. Plus why are you going to tell me that’s what im getting if you were just going to give me something I didn’t want then make me pay for it. Who ever worked thie closing shift on 6/17/24 is a douche bag and needs to just stop treating people like this just because they want to go home earlier know they were scheduled a full shift . I gave this place 5 stars before and I change my mind. The employees here really are as trash as the reviews say. This has to be the 4th time they did this to me this month. Screw who ever worked that shift cus those employee are why the reviews are bad. This Popeyes deserves them *update* after learning they they won’t make your order right . I decided to come in and order the regular three piece combo spicy . They even messed that order up. Gave me 4 pieces but none of it was spicy . And even if I ordered a regular order . This was so bland the inside tasted boiled and the outside was just salt and oil. You couldn’t tell it was a Popeyes . I really don’t understand if the entire restaurant is just winging this(no pun intended) or they just doing it on purpose. I came during the day time and with a full staff on 6/28 from 3:15pm to 3:30pm . The Mac and cheese was at least good . But again the employees are not .

There must be a rule that says every Popeyes location has to be horrible and run into the ground; unfortunately, this one is no exception! On my last visit, the wait was not too bad, the lady at the window was nice and the food was tasty. The drive-thru menu board looks like trash. I was charged 50 cents extra for 2 sauces and they gave me a wing ding piece of chicken as one of my 5 piece chicken meal. Why? So I can get upcharged for sauce but I can't get what I actually paid for. Just sad... Plus, take care of your property and care about your customers!

This location is in DESPARATE need of an AUDIT, and is staffed by the laziest, most incompetent people on the planet. I moved to the area about 3 years ago. Since, I've attempted this location every couple months. Probably about 20 times total between pickup or delivery. There's a reason for this gap in time. We usually eat later, between 9-11pm, and I'd say 15 out of those 20 times (75%), they are out of a key item, such as fried chicken, tenders, sandwiches, etc. And this is usually ~hour before close btw, it's not like we're pulling up at 10:50pm. One time (I kid you not)-- they told me "we're out of chicken". At a fried chicken place!? This is a CONSTANT issue which has persisted for YEARS. There is no excuse at this point. It is either lazy, disrespectful employees who are literally refusing to work, or completely incompetent management. To SPIT IN YOUR FACE in addition to this, they used to never pick up the phone, and now the number listed on Google doesn't even connect. In fact, one time I was charged for an item I didn't order or receive (aka fraud/theft), and it was impossible to get in contact with a manager, even after a report was submitted to corporate and I was told I'd receive a follow up (and never did). But this compliant isn't about that. It's about orders constantly not able to be fulfilled and people's time wasted. Honestly, this location should have its operators license revoked because they have so consistently turned me off from popeyes. It's like they take all the issues that disproportionately occur at popeyes, and multiply it by 100x. I genuinely do not feel like the late-shift employees, managers, and owners deserve their jobs or equity. I am begging management to take action here. I am happy to further speak with any representative from popeyes about this.

Worst experience I've ever had at a drive thru. 2 cars and i sat in line for 20 minutes. The person taking my order kept cutting me off every time i tried to speak, and then because of that got my order wrong. I saw it on the reciept and gave them the correct order and they still messed it up. The food was not hot and the drinks tasted like they hadn't changed the syrup. All of the employees were moving slow and had an attitude like they just didn't care. Popeyes is one of my favorite restaurants, but this one is an embarrassment for the franchise.

Slow service is the norm at this location and the bad attitude and multiple workers not wearing masks this past visit was the last time for me at this location. The last 3 times here have all had problems. The previous time I ordered in drive through and was asked to pull up and park. They ended up forgetting my order and I only got my food when I backed up and asked them 30 minutes later. The last time I ordered via the app and chose to pick up inside at the counter so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive through line again. Inside, nobody helped me and some other uber eats driver that was there to pick food up. Later I was told they didn't have enough people to take orders inside and to go out in the drive through. I asked someone else if I could just pick up my food (not order more) and was told by someone else they were told to tell us we had to just go back outside in the drive through to pick up my order. I heard the first guy completing loudly that he told me I had to go outside (he only said I had to go outside to order more food not to just pick up) There was no sense of urgency and it seems they really don't care. Also multiple people weren't wearing masks while preparing food. It seems like a management issue at this specific location as other locations are night and day better. I will just go to other locations in the future.

Rude customer service from staff and general manager. I always have to ask for my receipt and a receipt should always be given to customers. The male person in place as general manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. I clearly see why the employees there demonstrates lack of respect to all customers. This is sad. The employees needs to be terminated. They always keep the Lobby doors locked throughout the day, only drive thru service. I can tell the employees deliberately do awful, unethical stuff to customers food. This Popeyes needs to be investigated. The store needs a new general manager that is professional and does not tolerate bad integrity employees. This store is not healthy to eat from. They are doing bad stuff to customers food. That's is not right. Customers should not have to ask for his or receipt. They never give receipt, and then when asked they get upset about it. The temperature of the food and qualify is poor.

A health inspector needs to come investigate this place and shut it down ASAP. I ordered a large rice and this rice was so slimy and old you can tell it must of been sitting there for days. If you want some quick food poisoning hit up this spot

This location provided an amazingly terrible service experience. Spent about 40-50 minutes in the drive thru line with no explanation or service recovery offered. Any reasonable person would have just left after 25 minutes, but you know how you are really hungry and have already invested so much time in waiting? Yah, that. So, out of shear amusement and complete disbelief in the incompetence, I saw it through. It turns out, backed up, short staffed, and yet still open? At some point, you just need to pay staff higher salary or just close it down. I feel bad for the workers, honestly. Must not have very good management. Sheesh

Let me just say one word…….Traumatizing. The other night me and my husband wanted to get some chicken and really wanted their wings. We go through the drive thru around 9pm and they said they were out. We were contemplating on even getting anything from here since we just wanted the wings but just thought we can just get something else instead. I should have gone with my gut feeling on just going somewhere else but we both decided to get the 3 piece combo with a side of Mac and cheese instead. First of all let me tell you that on the menu it was priced at 11 something but when we got to pay the price was so overly priced for just two combos sitting at over $33. I asked the cashier what we got again and he stated that the combos went up to 13 something a piece now. But they didn’t change that on the menu! So basically what we got was $15 for just one combo. We were so tired and hungry so I just paid for it and we left. When we got home and started eating it, baby let me tell you the chicken was so greasy and small and the Mac and cheese was DISGUSTING that it had so much oil or butter just sitting in the bottom of the cup. It looked and tasted so nasty. We couldn’t even finish the whole thing. Next thing you know the next day we both fell sick and had ended up with COVID. Now I tried to believe it wasn’t because of this place but we were absolutely fine before we ate here and we had exact same symptoms as Covid with our loss of taste and smell being gone. I’m convinced this place gave us this horrible sickness and somebody needs this place SHUT DOWN! They need the health inspection to come out and inspect because I’m convinced the workers and this place is DIRTY! Nevertheless again will I come back and will make sure this place goes down for all the stuff me and my family went through. Please if you’re reading this, DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Food is good but service is terrible. 8 employees in the kitchen and takes 15 minutes to get our order just for the order to be wrong, and spend another 15 minutes waiting for them to correct it, just for it to be wrong again. 8 employees and 15 minutes to make a single chicken sandwich when it’s not even busy. Definitely worth the drive to the Popeyes on Milton Pkwy instead just to avoid the terrible service here.

It never fails that an order is incomplete. Always something missing. How can the line be long and the chicken isn't fresh, how can someone drive 2.5 miles to there destinations and open a cold box of chicken, there gotta be a better way to serve paying customers. Popeyes need to go back to the mom and pop model. Oh yeah that A1 generated response is worthless, definitely shows how much Popeyes doesn't care about the customers

I sat in the drive through for 13 minutes with just 2 cars ahead of me waiting to get to the microphone. I ended up pulling off. No way should it have taken that long. When I drove around past the window there wasn’t even a car at the window. Poor!!!

I came for a chicken sandwich meal and the server and the manager arguing about orders and chicken and stuff I don’t know what’s going on it don’t seem like it’s being ran right up in there I don’t think it’s her fault I think it’s his fault because she she was cleaning up and he I don’t know what he doing but I’m in there other people in there they not taking my order they not taking their order I don’t know what they doing

Every single time I order through Doordarsh, there is always a meal missing. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please train your staff to double check orders. I don't like to have to leave negative reviews, or go through customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's exhausting.

Totally untrained personal. We get the correct meal less than 50% of the time. Your product is usually the best and we have been trying for almost 5 years. Tonight at 5:30 : no mashed potatoes or spicy chicken. Once last year they were out of chicken!!! Most staff doesn’t know the difference between a thigh and breast. Tonight’s chicken was awful, maybe old. We are not looking for free stuff, only want to see a restaurant with the best food, usually, stay in business and serve customers. We are now former customers.

I visited this place several times before but will never go after today’s visit. I placed a mobile order and arrived after half an hour. I can see my food was ready at the counter. I showed the staff my mobile order and she just went away and came back giving it to me after ten minutes. Ok, thanks for keeping me waiting! When I arrived at home, I found the sandwich was missing. I would never visit this place again!

I ordered 12 pc chicken wings.. when I went for pick up no one attended me for 15 mins .. after 15 mins they literally handed over cold chicken wings to me. We had to literally trash them.

Closed an hour early and left all the lights on. Cars lined up and no indication they closed. Staff shortages are understandable, just turn off the lights on the menu boards.

So I get to the Popeyes on Buford at 10am. There’s a man whom I later found out was named Mark. The “manager” Staring at me at me in my car so he knows There’s a customer waiting outside as he smoking his cigarette or whatever he’s smoking. I’m on the phone so I wait about 6 to 10 minutes to enter the drive-through line and I hear a voice come on the intercom and I say one moment although I’m not sure what was said. When I was ready The intercom that I was ready to place my order and got no answer. I waited about five minutes, Toying with them, Saying hello over and over again because I think it’s funny at this point how terrible customer service is everywhere BUT ESPECIALLY Popeyes. It does not make sense that you can’t go to any Popeyes in the state of Georgia and have professional service. You have to go to Chick-fil-A for unseasoned mediocre chicken for good Service. So after about five minutes of playing with the people on the intercom and laughing, I drive up to the window so that I can talk personally to the people who are in there cause I’ve clearly seen them playing earlier. I get to the window and there’s a young lady named Jazmine who looks at this. She doesn’t really want to answer the window and she knows what’s coming to the other coworker who did not want to face me either. Jasmine (childish, please stop hiring kids) Was laughing and looking stupid in the face when I asked her if they were open, which they clearly was because I saw him assigned 10 AM it was now 10:12am. She couldn’t really give me a straight answer on why it is that she couldn’t answer the intercom or take my order. She thought it was funny so I asked for her manager. The manager came to the window. He explains his name is Mark and I asked him what was going on With the professionalism, he gives some crappy answer and asked me did I placed my order and I laughed at him and said how can I place my order and your headsets aren’t even on any of your heads?? This happened Sunday monrning. And I promised him that I was gonna leave a review because I am I’m sick and tired of people hiring terrible people who do not want to work for them please. At this point, I see why robots are gonna replace their jobs. Fire them so that People learn to actually do their job. We need to bring back consequences write ups everything Popeyes your business is going down collectively because you are hiring the wrong people pay people more money and get rid of the lazy people.

Horrible. Please don’t waste your time going here. 35 mins wait with only one other car in the drive thru. Not the first time but will be the last. Never any condiments. Did I say HORRIBLE? This place is so bad, nasty and just flat out horrible I will be reporting them to health department, Georgia Department of Agriculture and the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service.

I can’t wait for them to shut this location down completely. They never get your order right even when they take one order at a time. Asked for a three piece all thighs and a two piece breast and thigh. Why is it ALL legs? The kids in there show that they don’t care so why even so why even bother. Honestly think they should give the homeless people hanging out around there a job instead…can’t get any worse than what the service is now.

I place my order online 10 minutes prior to coming to the store just to not be waiting too long and get the deals. When I arrive the lady in the front tells me it’ll be a few more minutes and to wait on the side for my order and I’m okay with that. I mean it could be like 3 more minutes just for them to pack my order. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes watching everyone else get there order even though I ordered online to help reduce my time. The lady making the doesn’t even notice any of us standing so I go to where the cashier is and she tells me that I was supposed to speak to the lady making the food about my order although she had told me it was only a few more minutes. I tell her I spoke to you and she tells me I was supposed to speak to the girl making the orders but she’s slow as a turtle making the orders and doesn’t even bother to call out names on the orders nor come to the front and take any of our names. It was like 5 of us standing waiting for orders. Terrible place. The food was good and hot but took over 20 minutes for me to get my order I had already placed 10 minutes before hand. Idk how this place is still open. Drive thru line is worse.

DO NOT ORDER HERE I ordered a delivery order, and the Dasher reached out to me, saying that Popeyes had none of the food that I ordered. Then, instead of refunding me, and canceling my order, Popeyes assigned like seven in Dashers to the same order over and over and over again. All for them to reach out to me, saying the exact same thing. This is the worst store ever never ever order here they will waste your time and your money and their system is really bad. I tried to reach out to customer support through Popeyes and they said they’ll get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Crazy absolutely crazy .

They gave me some old hard chicken. When I ask for them to remake my order the manager said the wings just came up, then goes on to say they just opened. Granted they remade the wings after I said I would wait, but the girl that brought my new fresh batch had an attitude like I wanted some free food. I hope she ate them hard wings and chipped one of her teeth like they wanted me to do. Don’t nobody want no hard rock chicken. Do better!

I have no earthly idea how this restaurant manages to remain in business. Each time I, my wife, and/or my daughter experiences some sort of let down. Today I went to the drive thru. I sat there for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to say something. Meanwhile, the drive thru Kane is beginning to fill. I finally went to a parking space to go inside and behold the door is locked. I drove away only to return to load a picture to this post and the same blue Honda Accord was still waiting for someone to say something. I wish there was a star for zero. This place should be closed.

10/10 don’t recommend this location. I waited in the drive thru line for almost ten minutes just to have to walk in. Upon walking in, no one was at the front to take my order. I waited about 5 minutes before I asked the girl who was sitting down at a table to take my order. She proceeded to say, “I’m on break.” When I asked her to get me someone that can take my order, the other girl that came out had an attitude. On top of that, she gave me the wrong food despite me correcting her several times regarding what I wanted while ordering . This establishment is being ran by young teens/adults who seem to be under the influence and doesn’t care about their jobs.

The absolute worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. “Ms. Thomas” is the worst “manager” ever. After a horrible experience ordering my food and once I made it to the drive up window it went downhill. Neck rolling lip smacking. I asked for a manager to help diffuse the situation she said she was the manager. I asked for her name she said Ms. Thomas. I asked for corporate number she said no. I asked for a refund she had me sit for an additional 10 min while she took other orders and then she looked up at me like what’s up I said I am still waiting on my refund oh well let me see your card. I said there is no way you are the manager you have no solution resolution skills, nasty attitude just making things worst. I am not sure if her name is really Ms. Thomas she had purple hair and a bad attitude. I will never visit this location ever again.

If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered a number 3 piece mild, white meat and a large red beans and rice with a side of gravy. All this came to $9.00. The rude employee at the drive through gave me my bag and I proceeded look for a receipt and to make sure my order was right.I see why they didnt give me a receipt, because the knew what they where giving me was wrong. My order was WRONG AND I GOT NO RECEIPT. I waited at the window and they told me sorry we are closed and litterly ignored me for 20 straight minutes. I get some people were born to work drive through because that's all they know how to do. But these guys even suck at that. CAN YOU SAY CALL TO CORPORATE!!!

Awful. PLEASE do not waste your money. The chicken is cold, no quality control on the sweet tea, the SWEET tea! Customer service is holding on by a thin thread. Popeyes as a whole has really lost its way. Find another chicken joint. For wings go to JJ's. Fish.

The bathroom was filthy, the service was slow. After getting the food they didnt give us a cup for the drink or the biscuit that the menu said came with the combo. After I mentioned the missing items, the worker insisted it didn't come with a biscuit (the menu clearly implies it does). The soda machine also was missing drinks. Also my sandwich was missing pickles.

I only gave this Popeyes a 1 star rating because 0 stars was not an option. First, we had to wait 5 minutes before they were ready to take our drive-through order. I specifically said "can I please have 2 original chicken sandwiches and a large red beans and rice." Our order came in two small bags which looked to be the correct size so I did not bother to check my order. I was shocked at what I found in the bag. There was 1 chicken sandwich and a small fry in one bag. Okay, that's fine because they have good fries. That's an error we can let slide. The second bad had a "large" mash potato. When I say mashed potato, I literally mean mashed potatoes with no gravy. Was this person trying to get fired? Did someone else bag the order and they wanted to make their coworker's life miserable hoping we would catch the error and come back to yell at the person in the drive-through? Do they have a board in back with food items on it and decided to give us whatever items a dart landed on? There was nobody in line in front of us so I know this isn't some else's food (besides what person in their right mind would order what they gave me). Please raise your wages to $15 so you can afford to hire people with some sense.

It was not what I expected at any establishment. Only to find out the chaos was due to the manager being at another location on their way back to this location. One of the employees Facetimed her "boyfriend " while he was at work as well. Initially she repositioned the phone then propped it up only to walk away leaving me to look directly at the phone and his unbelief that she called him while at work and walked away from her phone. There was quite a bit more other things going on which I seriously doubt should have been going on. The girl later yelled at the older gentleman who asked if I had been taken care of? All in all, I spent way too much time in the restaurant for an order placed online.

I had a terrible experience at the Popeyes located at 10777 Alpharetta Highway in Roswell, GA. I ordered an 8-piece meal, and while waiting for my food, I saw the cook drop my food on the floor and then proceed to cook it as if nothing happened. To my surprise, they served it to me without a second thought. When I tried to address this issue with the manager on duty—a short, heavy-set lady with colored hair—she completely dismissed my concerns and went off on me instead of resolving the issue professionally. This is completely unacceptable. Food safety and customer service should be a priority, but this location clearly does not take either seriously. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.

The store was short staffed. The team was overworked. Extremely long wait times .Who appeared to be the manager. Didn't great the customers to inform us of why we had to wait. This store just needs help with the customer service. Greeting and explaining can go along ways.

I should have realized that I probably should've ordered tenders from another place since the scoring on most Popeyes is horrible. First of all I ordered classic hot tenders and they gave me wings instead the tenders were so oily and absolutely disgusting to eat once I bit into the wing the chicken was mink on the outside and I honestly don't know whether to worry about my health now or not. I definitely would never come back again and will stop anyone from ordering Popeyes ever again

Nightmare "service". I've been several times and it's never good but they actually surprised me with how bad it was this time. Starting with the person at the window explaining to me that I didn't order what everyone in the car heard me order. Then I was told no thighs. I accepted a chicken breast. I was told to pull up and wait 2 minutes for it to finish cooking. 12 minutes later I went inside. I just stood quietly to the side. Same lady barked at me that it was still cooking. During the time I stood there I noticed approximately 30 chicken thighs. I had been willing to accept them spicy or not spicy. No idea why she told me they didn't have any. Lots of confusion about who's doing what behind the counter. One nice young man who was the one running the front register apologized he couldn't help because he wasn't allowed to help drive through. Behind the counter is absolutely filthy. All of it. Start from the floors and keep going up and it's pretty gross. We won't be back. Chicken is not worth getting sick over and honestly you spend 2 hours talking about how horrible the service was and it kind of ruins your night.

Save yourself some time don’t order from this location chicken soaked in grease the biscuits from the order was left out the red beans and rice was 90% rice not to mention it took almost an hr for the food to be ready

This has to be the absolute worst Popeyes ever. Every single time I go here they mess up my order so bad. One time I ordered three chicken fingers just to be given a blackened grilled chicken slab that had the texture of a slime ball. The next time I ordered a three chicken finger combo they gave me 3 chicken breasts with bones in. Last time I checked chicken fingers don’t have bones in them. Also asked for a sauce I never received as the manager was standing their saying “don’t give it to him he didn’t pay for it” I woulda gladly paid for my sauce to eat this unbearable chicken breast. Not much better than a poverty school lunch. Sad that I have to comment this about a fast food restaurant. Awful awful awful.

If Zero stars was possible they deserve it. They need to be visited by a secret shopper or something. They don’t greet customers. I walked in a lady was already waiting for food. She sees her chicken come up told the cashier who was talking to another employee to give her the chicken that she had been waiting 30 minutes already. The employee told her that she needed to make the last wait for the next batch of chicken to come up. The lady refused saying she had waited long enough because the manager told her that he was the only one there and was going drive thru only. I tried to get a 12pc family meal and substitute it for all wings was told I could only get up to 3 wings. Got two 3 piece wing dinners. Was told that it would have to be 3 mild and 3 spicy. The chicken was overcooked and cold, Mac and cheese burnt , and the coleslaw had a sour taste to it. They don’t care and it’s quite obvious, they will NEVER get my business again.

This was the worst ever! I ordered 6 wings and they put a piece of a tender in the box to replace one wing. A couple of the wings were not done all the way. There was visible blood in the middle! The wrap was nasty and was so sloppy as if the workers didn’t want to work. While taking so long to fix it! Do not go to this location! Service was very bad. I tried to call them but the call just got disconnected!! I went on Saturday about 6:30pm on 6-21-25! Drive thru service! Do better

I love good fried chicken, so I usually like eating this once per week. This location has been soo bad, I can no longer go to this location. They use old oil, The chicken tenders are overcooked and have a dark tint to them, they are not even edible! Each time I hope it will be better than the last time, but it seems to get worse and worse. I hope Popeyes Corp. revamp this location! It’s obvious, this locations manager and staff do not take pride in their job and what they are serving to their customers.

The staff in this restaurant will NOT HELP YOU! They will argue about who should make what, how about you just make the food! The restaurant has flies in the air, disrespectful workers, 30 minutes drive through. Chick fil a is the better option, they are always kind and respectful.

The inside of this restaurant has been closed for the last 2 weeks. So you have to go through their drive through the takes forever also last time. I was there. They gave me a senior discount, and this time they told me no senior discount. So I'm taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time on this Popeyes.

General Manager NOTORIUS for RUDE Behavior Other employees told me there are over 20 complaints about him in ONLY 2 WEEKS! Rude manager, dark skin general manager called my car raggedy and told me NOT to come back. He also said that I should get some money to fix my car. He also said that I need to get my front teeth fixed. I never said anything rude to him about his appearance. I just wanted to pay for the food I ordered. He told me he would call the police if I didn't leave the drive thru. He refused to take my order, and accused me of not giving my order when he was the one who couldn't remember what I had ordered. He also refused to give me his name. If this man HATES working here, he shouldn't take it out on the customers. This happened on Sunday February 22, 2026 at the Alpharetta highway location around 1:00 PM at the drive through window. I went to another Popeyes to order food. They were MUCH nicer than the general manager at this location.

My husband & I did an online order last night. Upon arrival NO OTHER CAR WAS THERE in the drive thru line!!!! We came from the Hwy 9/Mansell side causing us to just pull up to the side of the “pick up” window. We got to the window & sat there for like 1 minute. TWO employees saw us, no acknowledgment AT ALL at 1st. The drive thru employee finally came to the window with an attitude; tone & body language explained it all. She greeted us with a tone like in other words “what are we doing there”. My husband stated that we were there for our mobile order. Employee stated that we needed to drive around to the “speaker”. We drove around to the speaker & stated we were there for our mobile order. Employee instructed us to pull around. I say all this to say, customer service needs to be improved at this location.

Ordered the 9 piece ALL WHITE MEAT online and picked it up around 1:35 pm. I asked the guy at the window if it was all white meat and he assured me that it was whatever was on the ticket. Guess again. Two wings, two breasts, two legs, two thighs and one other piece I cannot identify. Does that look like ALL WHITE MEAT to you? KFC is the same distacne from my house.

I ordered food on the app. I got to the restaurant and they said they were closed due to no water. I have yet to receive a refund of my money for a product that I did not receive which to me is wild. I can’t even get a hold of anybody so they can give me my money back for something. I didn’t even get because they were closed.

The lady rolled her eyes had an attitude then took 30 minutes for them to get me a 10 piece bucket with two large red beans and rice. I don’t eat Popeyes really but I stopped by for a cup of ice. The cashier (who happened to be a guy with dry skin) refused to sell me a cup of ice because I wanted more than the small cup they offer for free. When I offer to buy a regular cup he said he was confused, refused service, and closed the door. It’s very weird when employees treat jobs like their home. I didn’t know him and I’m glad I don’t eat Popeyes regularly. $5 chicken = $5 service. 🎯

Okay y'all, I have honestly tried. This was the only Popeyes in my area that I go to, because the other 2 closest ones are somehow worse. The service you receive is what you would expect and tolerate if the food is somewhat edible. I never eat in, so I don't know anything about that. They have a 95 A, store grade, I thought it must be okay. After today, I will be reporting them to the health department. I got a shrimp tackle box, the usual, plus the included drink. I had Dr. Pepper, drank it down to the bottom, just ice left. It's so hot out here, I took the lid off to eat the ice, yuck. I saw what appeared to be a piece of a bug stuck on the inside of the cup, as well as a leg, wing stick, black bits of something. Now think about how long that winged bug was stuck in that cup to remain there even when wet. The rest of the bug was in the bottom. It looks like a fairly big sized roach. So you are telling me the worker did not see how filthy that cup was on the inside before she put my drink in it? Oh, there is bug residue on the outside of the lid too. That girl saw how dirty that cup and lid was and still used it. I am also letting corporate know, because this is ridiculous. I am never eating here again.

Don't waste your time. There are far more options in the area that will treat you with respect & basic human decency. This Popeye's staff is EXTREMELY rude, the drive thru is constantly backed up & slow even when there is no line, plus the food is often a miss on freshness. They're seemingly ALWAYS overwhelmed & underperforming. It's almost as if everyone employed here hates people & food service in general. Corporate should seriously consider the poor brand presentation this location contributes to. Regional leadership can't possibly know just how bad things are here.

Do not order from this location! Oh my God this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Popeyes. The location was filthy. The customer service was poor. I waited 10 minutes in line at the drive-through just to go inside to have one person waiting for their order. It wasn’t busy they were talking the entire time about non-work related things. It smelled bad and while I was waiting to get to put in my order, I decided to scroll through the reviews. What a shame why is this location still open? Why do these people still have jobs? Why does it smell like that? Where is the leader ship? Who’s in charge of this place? This is not OK and to spend 50 $60 on food for my family And for it to taste and smell badly is atrocious I will not give you another chance and whatever Bot is replying back to all of these messages shameful.

Unfortunately, these guys get 1 star. The accuracy was atrocious on the order. Got bone in instead of the boneless that I wanted. They gave me the wrong sauce as well. I have no idea how a 12 wing combo is $18. At that price I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant. Shame on me for not checking the order before I drove off. Based on the reviews, I shouldn't have been surprised with the disappointing visit.

Rude and unprofessional service. I was being charged extra as an "up charge" for a breast though it is a part of a two piece meal. After the manager corrected the worker. The worker continues to be rude with an attitude while serving me. The kitchen is dirty with things on the floor. One employee is walking around in the back with his coat on. Pass........filthy bathrooms
