Nice place for some Korean BBQ, also have some regular dishes. Little more side dishes than other Korean restaurants. Friendly staff and nice and clean atmosphere. Big parking lot. They also have special fried chickens.

They asked us if we minded moving to a cooking table because they were obviously extremely busy. I told them i didn't mind cooking and they were very helpful and even gave us potstickers on the house for moving. I left them a huge tip because of this and can't wait to come back.

The chicken is really good, the dips are great, the service is incredible. It’s a really good place, they serve a lot of food, I can eat twice with one portion. I took it to go, but the place also looks clean and great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at TTOBONGEE / KOREA HOUSE! The owner, Gina, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even shared her zero-sugar soju with me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Gina was the only one running between the kitchen and the dining area, serving everyone with so much kindness and energy. She truly deserves a good rest—and a drink with me next time! All the ban-chan (side dishes) were fresh and delicious, and I really appreciated that the flavors were perfectly balanced—not too salty, not too sweet. The main dishes were just as tasty and comforting. Overall, I loved everything about my visit and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Gina, for making the experience so warm and memorable. See you next time! 🥰

The accordion short ribs lunch with banchan and japchae were superbly delicious. Highly recommend. Very friendly manager, Gina. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Plenty parking abd easy to find.&

I had an amazing time here with friends. First off, the meats were super flavorful and juicy. We ordered combo #3 and it was the right amount for four. Good prices. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. She really made us feel at home and made us laugh. This Korean restaurant is my new favorite in the Bay Area and is on par with LA Korean restaurants. Definitely my new go to Korean restaurant. I wish I took photos of the food, but we ate it too quickly.

Authentic Korean food. These kimchi reminds me of my high school when I go to my buddy house. The server is an authentic Korean auntie that will make sure you have enough food and drinks. Highly recommend it.

Wanted to escape traffic, so I hit the back streets. While blindly navigating I noticed this spot sitting on the corner. I was undecided on what to eat, so I figured it must have been in the stars for me to eat here today. The staff was very pleasant, and super attentive. The food was delicious, the sides were so good. It literally brought back memories of when I spent a total of 3 years in Korea. I definitely have to add this place on my list of foodie spots.

This was my first time visiting and the experience was amazing! I was helped as soon as I walked in and greeted with a warm smile from the server Mimi. Mimi and the other kind server were very kind and helpful for my first time. The food is def not cheap but worth the money spent! The area for seating is clean and neat, felt very comfortable. Will be visiting again :)

Came here on Thursday for lunch and it was really crowded! I ordered online for pickup and the food was ready in about 20 minutes. There was only one waitress helping everyone at the time so please make sure to be patient if you come here! They are working as hard as they can. I ordered the half and half boneless (full) and sweet potato fries. Everything was very delicious! I highly recommend the KFC from here!

Really great find. Grilling Korean BBQ at your table and the ability to eat Korean Fried Chicken?! Sauces were good, sides were fresh and tasty. The meat marinades for the grill were great too. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall a really great experience.

Where are all the reviews? The Korean Chicken and BBQ is really good. The chicken is nice and crispy. Next time we’ll try the soy and garlic chicken. We just beat the Friday crowd. TTO shares the space with Korean House.

We’ve been going to this Korea House since early year 2000. It has changed for the better through the years. Julie and Gina are wonderful. They are so much fun. Excellent customer service and very delicious food.

we had been going to display since 2001 when we moved here in Hayward. This place has always been the best Korean restaurant in the Bay Area. However, for the first few years, it was managed by old people and the service was not that good people are very snobby then after Covid, it was taken over by new people we are assuming that those are their children and gosh what a turn of 180 degrees. service has become so good and servers are very friendly. The owner is very, very nice. She’s very good and most of all their food is still the best! very authentic and very very delicious. There are other Korean restaurants here in Hayward, but nothing can compare to this restaurant. The crispy chicken is to die for their tofu soup and bim bim bop are my favorites. The barbecue or you can cook them on the table our phenomenon. As muchas we go here Almostevery week, their food stays authentic and consistent. Also, prices are reasonable, and the ambience is So family oriented. You should try this restaurant and you will understand what I mean. I encourage you to try their food. You will not regret it.

Fried chicken tastes really good! We got gochu mayo and garlic and soy sauce flavor which we enjoyed. They also cook it once you order so it’s guaranteed fresh and it’ll take 20-25 mins wait time. I hope more people will go to this place to try their food.

What’s great about this place is the sheer amount of side dishes they give you. It’s very wide and varied, I think they provided at 12 side dishes, which is insane. And it seems to change every time, depending on what they made that day. All their food is really solid, like their stir-fried squid and their galbitang. Very impressed!

Edit 5/11/24: Got the cold buckwheat noodles and the honey boneless fried chicken. They were very good! Ownership changed. Be skeptical about any and all reviews. Edit 7/29/22: Tried the Korea House items. They are pretty much the same as before but they're extremely slow. I don't think they've figured out how to support both door dash and their own sit in customers well. Edit 2/12/22: Tried this place again since the ownership change and got the boneless soy sauce & garlic fried chicken and also some sort of rice cake skewer thing. Unfortunately neither was particularly good and came out to be about $44 after tip and tax. The rice cake (and hot dog) skewer is just kind of soft instead of crispy like other restaurants I've been to. The soy sauce & garlic chicken is on there bland side.

I don’t really care for this but the guys love it. Banchan - all were great. Tofu stew, Gal Bi Tang and fried chicken are yummy. Pajeon (savory pancake) - soft in the center and crispy crunchy on the edges. Updated: Pajeon is a little more doughy than most Korean places.

The tofu soup with beef was okay, but I’ve had better. The service was quite slow, though it may have been because it was late on Christmas Eve and there was only one server. She was very apologetic. I would go again to try other dishes.

I had a good time trying all the different dishes but what struck me the most and made me upset was the waitress/cashier and the way she spoke strongly to me to give her an order or change my order for an upcharged replacement. After all this when I left a no-tip she chased me down and asked why. I was already in the parking lot. I had to explain how a tip is an optional thing and she spoke loud to me as I walked away. I don't think I'll be back or tell my friends to try it. The service provided did not meet my requirements for a tip.
