I stopped by this Wendy's with my wife and daughter to get Frosty's. (Being retired military, l routinetly l receive emails about veteran discounts and Wendy's was mentioned). The email did point out that each Wedndy's was independently owned and check with the manager. When l asked the cashier about the veteran discount, he had to check with his manager. The manager (a younger hispanic guy), said they didn't but would give up a free Frosty. I just wanted to say "Kudos" to the manager for being a nice guy and being a good representative of the company.
I really enjoy the wraps here, they use just the right amount of lettuce leaf and their large chili is a favorite. My absolute favorite is their spicy chicken chicken on lettuce wrap.

The drive-through was busy, so I went inside to order my meal. The service was fast and the food came out hot and fresh.
The kids love the $5 Biggie Bag. The Chili is great !!! You have to get the Holiday $2 Frosty Tag for a year. We get 2 of them and get a free Frosty all year.
Delicious food. Outstanding service. Not cheap, but worth it. I had the salmon eggs benedict. The Hollandaise sauce was perfect. My server was the best!

And Wendy's discontinued their Bourbon Burger in place of another I don't care for 👎 This Young Ladygirl right onna spot 🎯 worked out alternate flavorings for me to then buy a 🍔 and after my 1st bite didn't regret the departure of my 💵 from my wallet ✨👌She is an Asset to that workshift 💪
Their chili is a bit spicy compared to the Wendy's I frequent in Sacramento but still the best chili I have ever found that is not a greasy taste..
Went through the drive thru. The chicken sandwiches, bacon and cheese baked potato frap are by far the best in fast food these days.
Their food is great. It quick and easy to go to any Wendy's and receive great service at a very reasonable price. Cost per calories is super low, plus they have frostees

Ordered a double with onion & cheese only, and a small Frosty for my wife at the drive-thru. When I got to the window as the Asst. Manager (who was very pleasant in general), was handing me my Frosty, she noticed that the person who took my order charged me for a medium. As she was correcting the error, I told her it was okay I'd just take the medium. She ended up give me both the small & the medium Frosty because as she said, she hates to see things go to waste. But the best part was when I got home and opened my burger. You know how the food on TV commercials ALWAYS look way better than they do at the point of purchase?! This was NOT the case this time. Not only was my order correct, that burger was so thick and looked so good that it could've had its own commercial. It was so good that I had to stuffed myself to finish it, and I enjoyed every bite. Thank you for one of the best Wendy's experiences ever.
This is one fast food restaurant where we feel confident driving away without verifying our order. Their staff are always attentive and friendly. The drive-through is always quick and a breeze. Highly recommend!
Fast service, orders have always been accurate the first time. Friendly window staff. (I'm sure the inside staff are as well, but I've only ever used the drive thru.) Only gripe is they need to bring the strawberry frostee back.
Good spot to get some easy food and fast. The employees have always been nice to me and I've never really had to wait in line too long in the drive thru. To me, the food is a step up from McDonald's for sure. Less greasy and better quality.
Order was correct and they didn't ask me to pay since I already paid online. The San Lorenzo one always ask me to pay twice and I always have to remind them I already paid.
They're always pretty good with their service and dont take too long. The food is pretty good quality I especially like their fries.
The drive through line in confusing. The arrows say you can enter from either driveway but some customers don't get that. Make it easy on yourself: come in from west.

Loved their Pub Bacon Cheeseburger! Strawberry Frostie not bad either, but I still prefer the original Chocolate Frostie to dip my fries in! Delish!!
Prices have gone up, like everywhere during the pandemic, but the food quality is still good. I'd forgotten how good a simple baked potato tastes!
I really like the Southwest avocado salad. Excellent service even though I was at the drive-thru. I will go back again to get that delicious salad. On the downside there were 12 cars in line. Not their fault though.
It's Wendy's so you kinda know what to expect here. This particular location is a somewhat prime one, which equates to a crowded parking lot and drive-thru. They can be slow and inaccurate at the drive-thru window so you need patience and to check your order before you go, that includes special grill orders. Staff is hit or miss as to whether or not they're professional, let alone friendly. Food is usually decent so it's a reason why we frequent the location on occasion.
This location is always pretty clean. The cashiers have always been polite and the food is amazingly fast compared to anywhere else I have been in the bay area. Unlike Wendy's that I am used to, they do have self service soda at thia location. Happens to be one of those new coke machines where only one person can get soda at a time and nobody knows what they want because there are 500(ish) variations to choose from. If you're ever behind my daughter in line, I am so very sorry. I find the bullet holes in the windows a bit disconcerting and wish they would get that fixed.
Wendies has 20 piece nuggets for 6 dollars and there best sauces are always available they do offer alot of different sauces and dressings and change them around. They sent me coupons and I like to get a deal. They have a great variety of salads there apple pecan salad is a great option with a healthier taste. The drive through can get long sometimes but it usually moves fast. They have great service.
Lol I'm trying to make Ms. Wendy, must marry. The food is quality, best chocolate frosty's (Skakes) anywhere and can't go wrong with that lemonade (any flavor). Good place to set in as well (location helps the experience).
Went to hip hop free concert. It was a good time, good music, vendors, food & break dancers. Most fun. Last year if people's park events before it's gone. Enjoy the park now.
Love wendy’s!!!!! Love their spicy nuggets and their sandwiches. Do not like bacon in them, but I always don’t eat them. The sandwiches are still so good and service seems fast here. Going back for more.
Wendy’s got better hamburgers than McDonald. Especially the baconator. I love Wendy’s frosty. Been having their frosty for years. I’ll come just for the frosty.
I like this Wendy's. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because the drive thru line sometimes gets ridiculous. But when put like that, it just goes to show everyone in town likes Wendy's.
Nice place but sometimes the drive threw can be full during lunch or dinner time. The employees are nice but during the times when the drive-thru is full then it's hard to get an employee to help you at the register. Other than that it's a great experience and I can't complain.
No indoor dining and a long line at drive thru, but they were relatively quick and actually got the order right, which is more than I can say for the other Wendy's we frequent. In truth, this is one of the better Wendy's in the area, in both food and service. Just wish they would start allowing indoor dining again.
As fast food goes, Wendy's is the most acceptable. Great salads, beef burgers that taste like real beef but I prefer the chicken. For the price of fast food today you can eat at a regular restaurant. If not for the convenience of the drive through and the extended hours.
Well it was late and there was a long line but that line still moved much faster than for example McDonald's. At McDonald's your standing there for 30 minutes 35 minutes where as to at Wendy's I was there for maybe about 12 to 15 minutes I thought that the food was good everything was hot no complaints
Food is great, for a fast food chain. The prices are reasonable and they have great deals. Their burgers are so much better than the adjacent McDonald's. And, for those who haven't been to Wendy's in a while, their fries have improved.
This is a good location, good service and food. 😀Just be prepared to run into a man down on his luck 😞going by each car that is driving though the drive thur line looking for a helping hand. It can scare you when your not expecting something like that😳. Be safe, but please help whatever little bit u can. It does make a difference. Really it could, determine whether a person will Help each other.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful here. The pretzel baconator is great, as are both the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and the loaded nacho burger! My only complaint is that they run the a/c hard so the restaurant is always cold.
Great food great prices, but very long drive-thru wait. Over 20 min long. That's why I was taking pictures. Although it was Halloween and McDonald's dining area was closed.So that made both drive-throughs a disaster. Christian who was the drive-through cashier is very customer oriented and has a great attitude. He needs a raise.
Customer service and accuracy of orders needs work. In fast food you only have a few moments to make a good impression. Make it count.

I hadn't been to a Wendy's in ages. I used to love their doubles and triples when I could eat one and not show it around my waistline the next day. My double was dried out and overcooked. It'll be a long time before I go again.
I usually go inside and eat, where I’ve had mistake free service for the most part. However, tonight I had a pretty bad drive thru experience. For starters, the lady taking my order didn’t know good English, and I’m not one to judge about that, but when it comes to taking orders, maybe someone who speaks fluent English should run that part. Because I ordered my burger a specific way, and it wasn’t until I got home that I seen that she didn’t even adjust it on the order. And when I got to the window, there was this rude guy, very young with no manners. Although, seemed to have good English. Maybe try putting him to take orders. When handing me the food he did not once say “you’re welcome” when I thanked him. Just a silent exchange from him. I had to remind them to give me a spoon for the frosty I ordered as well. But like I’ve said, it usually isn’t bad when I go in and eat, which is why I’m giving 3 stars.
The drive through employees need some training because they constantly have trouble understanding even though I said what I wanted clearly. I would also like to say if it's your first time coming you have to come in knowing what you want because the menu is litteraly right when you order not even before the part to tell the drive through employee what you want.
There was about seven of us in line and one girl working at the register everyone else is working through the drive-through and in back. I almost left cuz that's a long time to wait for hamburger considering all the hamburger places there are. But I appreciate you asking for my opinion and have a good evening. Shirley
It's fast food what can I say. They did however lure me in with the free stuff in their app, like the chicken sandwiches n biscuits. Free is for me but just to say their chicken is no Popeyes. That said the pretzel pubs are really yummy. This place let's you go in to order instead of having to wait in the car line.
Food is good like normal Wendy's food Person on the drive thru speaker super rude . 2 vehicles in front of me , One would not move up so the very front of my car was at the speaker but I could not see the menu, she kept asking what I would like, I said "just a moment I am not up to the speaker yet" then but 30 seconds later asked again I said "I can't see the menu" this happened about 4x total , last time I hear "omg this guy, geez" Well If the same guy is at the drive up window this whole time then it's safe to assume I have not moved either . The vehicle could have moved up a few feet but seriously. May want to watch what you say Infront of customers... You came off extremely rude.
Food is a hit and miss. It’s good when it’s hot and fresh. Make sure you check before you leave. No one wants a COLD chicken sandwich.
Salad was delicious! Unfortunately they got 1 of the 3 other items ordered wrong and due to allergies, the hamburger couldn't be consumed and we weren't about to drive back late at night. Other burgers were just ok.
Way too much salt on everything, fries looked like they were in the snow. Even nuggets were salty, I did not finish them.
If you are expecting your fast food fast don't expect that here. The lines are very long and the drive thru isn't well equipped to handle that many customers. I once waited In line for a whole hour to get my food, even though it was past midnight. Otherwise the food is good and is worth the wait sometimes.
I asked the guy that helped me today a around 12:30 AM that I wanted two Cobb salads and when I arrived home I noticed that he gave me two Cesar salads instead when I had told him about three times that I wanted Cobb salads.
No functioning soap dispenser in either restroom for well over a month. Ambivalent staff reaction when informed. Makes me wonder what other health dept issues they have in the kitchen we can't readily see !
I told them no bacon 3 times. First on the app, then in the speaker, and one final time in spanish "sin tocino" and they still put bacon on my burger and forgot my ghost pepper sauce. Food tastes fine but they're really bad at following order directions.
An employee sat right behind me, I'm presuming waiting to clock in or on their lunch, and blared heavy metal and other music from her phone over the music and calm atmosphere of the lobby. Later, another employee sat in the corner and blared his phone call on speaker phone. I get their breaks are well-deserved and they don't get the money they deserves, but please invest in headphones. e.e
The sandwiches were good. It is slowly losing it quality. On average I was ordering 2 times a week. Breakfast is still good but the closer you get to closing time the worse the order gets. Accuracy is hit or miss. Definitely need to occasionally check your items.
Good Food but they consistently forget a sandwich or two. About twice I've had to circle around to get my forgotten items. Today I didn't notice until I got home. Hence forth I will not budge from the window until I've verified everything is in order. Ridiculous.
This place needs to get it together ,, they aren't bad in how fast their service is.. But certain ppl there can't seem to do their jobs right... almost every time I ask for light ice we get this.. like it ain't that hard to add ice in it especially when your adding the ice by hand. So I didn't notice till after that my cup is basically full of ice & little bit of strawberry lemonade left. So I basically paid for nothing to drink.. Not gonna say the name.. [tall, skinny, white american, doesn't seem like wanting to be there & work] TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER PLEASE.. some ppl are rude !! SMH🤦♀️🤦♀️
I dont see whats so hard with getting my order correct. I always tell them spicy nuggets when i order and they always give me regular ones.
The drive through must of had a rough day because the service really was bad. For some reason they just couldn't get my oder right. After holding up the line for several minutes I just took what they gave me for the third time and left still missing a item
Incredibly frustrating experience Tryin to order in person. The manager was taking my order at noon on may 17th. I asked if there are any dollar chicken sandwiches. She said no. With no follow up. Then I asked if there was anything close to a dollar chicken sandwich. She replied yes... With no follow-up. I implied Okay so... How much?... She broadly points in the direction of the entire menu and said it's right there on the menu. I said where. She goes right there. I said I don't see it under what category is it? I don't see anything saying value menu dollar menu or anything of the sort can you please tell me what category is under. She said oh it's under the 4 for 4. Thank you I said. And when it came time to pay I use Samsung pay and she said oh you're going to play with mobile. I said no just ringing up as a normal card. so I can only assume that she went ahead and decided how Samsung pay works and that she was smarter than the phone and decided to try to ring it up as Mobile Pay. Of course it did not work. Samsung pay uses MST as well as NFC. Mobile Pay uses NFC or near field communications and requires a special adapter to read NFC. I do not have my NFC turned on and I rely solely on my MST which is magnetic secure transmission. It is the same thing as swiping a card. It spoofs the scanner into thinking you are sliding a magnetic strip since it is emitting a magnetic field. We went through this three times and everytime I told her don't ring it up as mobilepay ring it up as a normal card she smirked at me and said okay try it now. I only encounter an issue like this when the cashier thinks that they are smarter than the customer. I got to say this whole experience was incredibly frustrating and I do not intend to ever visit this location of Wendy's ever again. Canceled my order and left.
I didn't enjoy my food order from the drive thru, I ordered 4 double stacks and they were made sloppy. My bread was cold and soggy and the meat lacked flavor. Will never return to this location.
i thought they gave me the wrong burgers, and then i came back and asked them about it and the indian boy that works in the drive thru snatched my receipt out of my hand so aggressively. i am disgusted
I used to come here but the food is not fresh. Everything was gross need to change cooking oil plus fries that was stell and there's new management too. They lost a costumer.
UNSANITARY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been here couple of times and the food has always fresh, tasty, and free of any foreign objects. But not this time around. I ordered a cup of chilly and a salad. I got my order and started with the chili. I looked closer and saw a hair in my chili, so I took it up to the counter, the girl said it must of been the cup. She carefully inspected the next cup and replaced it for me. I started with the salad and with a 1/4 of the way into my salad, there it was again another hair. I took it up to the counter and gave it back and asked that not to be replaced I was fine without it. The manger looked at me from the back and looked dumbfounded. I went back started to eat my chili very carefully. I was there for another 10 minutes. You would think that the manager would come to at least offer some kind of explanation or a refund. Nope not this place.
Unsatisfied with the cobb salad today
Yesterday I had a really bad experience. We went through the drive thru and as the cashier was handing us our drinks, they tipped over and one of the large drinks spilled inside my husband’s brand new car. My Louis Vuitton hand bag got wet, our iPhones and of course my husbands clothes. The cashier started laughing and give us 3 paper towels to clean the mess that a large drink made. I spoke to the manager who said he couldn’t do anything about it. He only said that he was sorry and mentioned that the cashier was new. I bought four meals, the cashier put all four drinks in a cup holder that was not strong enough to carry 2 large and 2 medium, they were wobbling as she reached to handle them. I’m not so much blaming her since she was new but the part that peeves me is the manager’s nonchalant and dismissive attitude with it. He barely offered any consolation for the mess his new worker made and wrote it off as just an accident. Granted the whole thing wasn’t the cashier’s fault, they still should have taught her not to put so many huge drinks in one holder. They were extremely unhelpful of the whole situation

open during remodel: went to drive-thru on Christmas Eve; he was very unfriendly & unprofessional could even say, " Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays"...he sucked
This location is horrible every single time I've gone there because they are so close to where I live, they messed my order up. They never can seem to get it right they are rude in the Drive-Thru and I'm so glad to be able to give this feedback.
Always have issues with this location overcharging me. Brought in a coupon for $10.00 , so with tax is $11.03, as I bring my son here a couple times a week and get 2 $5 biggie bags, so today brought a coupon for 2 meals for $10. and manager says total is $11.69, I tried telling her that is the wrong total and she proceeds to argue with me about it saying she has no control over the register, she shows me the receipt showing 2 orders for $9+ dollars each then a discount of $7.00 for the coupon, so one way or another that don't come out to the $10 coupon, Wendys corp. is false advertising their coupons and basically stealing money from unsuspecting customers, as its pretty easy to figure tax on a even $10, but they don't think customers will catch their theivery. I know it's only .63 cents but don't false advertise and rip people off. Don't let companies get away with ripping you off.
Went to this Wendys after I got off from work and tired. I ordered a Medium #3 (regular chicken nuggets) w/ a strawberry lemonade and a Son of the Baconator by itself. Once I got back home I saw that instead of giving me my order they gave me two spicy chicken sandwiches and a small fry (Drink was fine). I still had work to finish from home so my family went back to get my correct order. According to them no one apologized for the mistake, instead they disciplined the worker in front of them, and didn't seem to care about the situation at all. When they handed the bag to my mom and she mentioned to the guy at the window "so no sorry, nothing?" he just shrugged. I'm currently writing this at 1:40am because I finished with my work, and I come to find out they got my order wrong AGAIN and gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular. I've been to this location several times before and have never had a problem with them, but for them to get my order wrong TWICE and still not have the decency to apologize or even pretend to care, give a refund or anything is just sad and disappointing. And after having the long day I did this was the last thing I wanted to deal with.
Our order didn’t come in fully on their end and we had a receipt that proved we already paid. We showed proof of purchase and they made us pay again for food that took 5 seconds to bag. How hard was it to just give us our food? Why do we have to call corporate to get our money back when the food is already prepared and we already paid for it? I work in customer service, specifically food and it is very easy to fix a problem this simple. Manager was dismissive about our money being stolen, staff was uncaring about our issue. I thought customer service was about the customer but I suppose I am wrong
I'm editing this review as I find that the wait time has increased significantly. The drive-thru line has usually been long, extending beyond the parking lot and into the street. However, now it seems to take about 8-12 mins for the drive-thru line to move. (So if you're the 7th or 8th car, it could take an hour). Because of this, it's been awhile since I stayed in line long enough to order. Parking is limited and the line inside seems to take long as well. When I did order the last few times, I noticed the quality dropped as well. The nuggets, fries and even the buns could be a little stale and at times taste either not fresh or just not seasoned (sometimes over seasoned). And they always forget the sauce. The staff is always polite but I hope they figure out how to pick up the pace and/or the quality of what they serve. Until then, this is my review
Customer service for dine in is awful! The cashier ignored me for several minutes as she filled orders for Door Dash. When I asked her if she was the cashier she admitted it but said she."was multi-taskjng" and continued to ignore me! I asked AGAIN if she would take my order and she acted as though she was doing me a HUGE favor! What a lack of common sense in customer service skills on her part. It took a couple of minutes to fulfill my order.
We went here Thursday evening. There was a huge line, took about 15 minutes to place order. You would think because of how busy they were, that they would be serving hot, fresh food. Huge disappointment! The nuggets were not only cold but old, unedible. The fries were also cold, so was the burger, the cheese didn't even melt on it. I ordered a root beer and received Dr. Pepper. I totally dislike Dr. Pepper. The chocolate frosty was watery. I dont know how they could have made so many mistakes for one order. Also the frying oil was in need of a change. Idk if we will be going back.
Buns were hard, cheese was hard and looked old. When I asked for new food, they argued with me. They finally remade it and it was the same. Quality of food has changed recently, probably because of staff that doesn't care.
[7/17/22] Night shift. If i could lower my rating to a 0 i would. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! I came to pick up an order at drive through and i was in line for 50 minuets! No joke nor exaggeration. When i finally pulled to the window the girl couldent find thr order even though i spoke clearly and in spanish so she was better able to understand me. I get to the window and there were 5 visible employees. I ask why the long wait but all i got was we are short staff. After I told her theres 5 employees she responded with, they all have a one job to do. Horrible managerial ethics!!!! Whom ever is manager tonight does not know how to properly train ALL staff! One was making the sodas, one was charging, one was taking the orders and one was on the fryers. The last guys was standing arould looking real lost. Never will i ever come here!
The longest and slowest drive thru line I have ever been in. I arrived at 7:04pm and didn’t order until 7:37pm. Definitely won’t be back to this location again. Disappointing because my kids love Wendy’s.
The management team and window staff need to learn how to use the gift cards that are sold around the country for Wendy’s… I’ve never been so embarrassed and made to feel like I made a fake gift card… do better And was shorted food. :(

The absolute slowest fast food place i have ever been to. I did a mobile order and ended up canceling it because I sat in the drive through for over 10 mins and they wouldn't let anyone inside the store. I think there were only 2 people working?
I love this location but I got a salad I normally get when I stock up the points to get it. And bam the blue cheese in it is so nasty and I tell u I buy this salad often and 1st time I get the cheese this bad. So I called at 11:30pm we just got our order less then 30 min ago. To tell the person so I even talked to them in Spanish to avoid any language barrier. I didn't say it was expired I said it went bad can be when left outside or exposed to the sun. I buy blue cheese but I never had this nasty super bitter rotten flavor ever. But I just wanted to tell her 1st call she hangs up on me. Then I wait call back explain she goes off saying no all out product is not expired we rotate every few days. Omg I said the one I got is bad. Can happen when it's mishandled. So I get treated like an lying about it so what u want she says a refund or a exchange I just wanted to tell u this and I don't want to deal with u anymore since u don't have the customer service tone and got argumentative just when I was informing you what to do. I will post pics to show how much I had to go through the salad to remove all the blue cheese. It used to be put on the side and I would put it on crackers or on the apple slices or even on dark chocolate after the salad. But never had it this nasty bitter I mean worse sour bitter taste I ever had. And trust me this is our go to place and am risking getting bad service from now on to posting this review. When people call it's not to crank call. I took my time to tell u what happen to my order and in a calm manner. But to raise ur tone and put up a defense am not the health inspector here just well was a faithful customer and how will not order this salad and might have to make a new account since I know how Latin women can be when they get mad at someone. And am Latino too. Sad just was explaining I got a bad batch that's all. I was going to ask for an another one since we can make it to get another but when someone gets so defensive on a simple concern. When people order a treat a dish they often get we can tell when something is bad or off flavor. No reason for any customer service personal to get mad or defensive at all. I at the end said I am going to hang up since all I wanted was to tell u and come get a replacement but now I am better off not dealing with u since ur defensive on a simple comment about my regular salad I always get as a treat. Remember ur an employee u can't control everything and it's not u loss of a customer had an issue with a product that tasted bad or off. Just lesson and I wasn't even mean I even spoke in Spanish to her yet you can tell the tone they use after it during the interaction. My care giver even wanted to go exchange it for me or buy another one I said am I am good can't believe this act this way.
Patricia was very very rude!!! I came here to get the boo bucks coupon book and after I purchased the book she told me that I had to wait until the next day to use the coupon for a child size frostee. I told her they let use the coupon a few weeks ago when I purchased a coupon book. She told me to go to another Wendy’s and continued to give me a bad attitude along with poor service. I will be reporting her to the corporate office.
Ordered through mobile app and made payment twice due to app malfunction. Went to the store and they didn't have my order. Showed the store manager my credit card account that payments had gone through but she had an "i don't care, it's none of business" attitude and refused to give me my order and asked me to call customer service for a refund. I called customer service multiple times and was given the run around. Every time I spoke with an associate, got told the regional manager would contact me, but they never did. Finally, after two weeks and hours spent waiting on the line and talking to different associates, I was finally told the refund will be available for pickup at the store. We'll see how that goes. It's ironic that Wendy's states on their website that they treat customers as family. Yet, I felt I had been treated like their worst enemy, when they were the one that screwed up.
Ordered food for my crew. 14 meals. About half the fries were cold. Two of the double cheeseburgers we're not on the order. Overall the order was a mess. Never going back to Wendy's again. It used to be one of my favorite places the meat wasn't dry it was always tasting fresh. The french fries were the best never once did I get a cold batch of french fries. The moment they change their fries everything else changed. Never ever will I return to Wendy's again.
