LIOCO Tasting Room

I love Lioco so much! All of the staff are incredible. Very helpful and friendly. Genuinely had the best time and would absolutely go back! Also the wine is amazing.

I hosted my team offsite closing party at the tasting room. Lioco staff and proprietors are super helpful, charming, and super fun. The wines are 5-star on their own, but mix in the stunning tasting room and staff, and you get perfection.

Great tasting experience. Lovely atmosphere. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best wines you may never have heard of!

Had an excellent time. The owner Matt was incredibly nice and welcoming. The wine was super interesting and delicious. I'd highly recommend.

As you mosey your way past those beautiful old Redwoods in Healdsburg square you'll see the LIOCO tasting room. An inviting yellow, dutch door invites you inside where there is music and an immediate, as the kids would say, "vibe". That Edmeades Vineyard Pinot Noir is spectacular (it was the Kiser recently that suggested to us lioco makes among the very best!). And all their whites were superb - notably the Cortese which we loved! But it's the people that make this place truly special. Learned a ton from the generous, warm, and talented staff! Will be returning for many years to come.

We walked in without an appointment, and Sam welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. I've always appreciated Lioco's wines, but this visit was special. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us explore some of their exclusive club wines, which were nothing short of spectacular. It was a wonderful opportunity to taste and discover new favorites. If you're a wine enthusiast or simply enjoy a great tasting experience, I highly recommend visiting Lioco Wines. You won't be disappointed!

We just spent several days in Healdsburg and stopped into the LIOCO tasting room that had been highly recommended by our hotel. What a warm and welcoming vibe!!! It was a warm sunny afternoon and all of their windows were open out onto the street. They have a darling park-let where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your tasting experience. They play fabulous music from their extensive record collection on a turntable. We spent a couple of hours there enjoying the various wines. We focused on their white wines and every single one was delicious. We also tasted the rose and it was great. We had planned to buy five bottles of the wines we liked the best and realized it made more sense to join the wine club, get the discount and be on the list for future events and new wine releases. They actually have two pick up parties a year where you can come to a great party and pick up your shipment. We can't wait to comeback for the next pick-up party, now that we are wine club members.

Had a great experience wine tasting on the patio. Our server/wine expert was amazing. The wines were interesting, different than what we're used to from Oregon wine country. Overall, had a fantastic time.

Delicious light-bodied, expressive wines. Pinot and Chardonnay plus some yummy outliers like Cortese and Carignane. Make sure to tip Mike in the Tasting Room - he's a highly educated wine pro with practical experience in production. For an industry that can only afford youngsters and retirees, it's not everyday you'll get an expert with as much passion. The TR is beautiful and dreamy and feels like being on the Coast! Highly recommend! Yum.

I’m partial to the refreshing chardonnays, and have been known to take home a bottle or two, but I also love the pinot noirs - so aromatic and smooth. Check it out!

I attend a lot of wine tastings and love the thrill of discovering hidden gems by chance. However, there’s something equally exciting about booking an elevated tasting experience and sharing it with special friends. Unfortunately, this winery completely missed the mark. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting for our host (Michael) and the room to be prepared while they prioritized walk-ins at the bar. The lack of attention right from the start was disappointing. There was no clear explanation of what the tasting would include, and no introduction to the wine club or what else the winery had to offer, leaving us feeling disconnected from the overall experience. To make matters worse, they didn’t listen to our specific requests and kept passing us between different servers, making the whole experience feel disjointed and impersonal. The so-called ‘private’ room was anything but private, and the inattentiveness of the staff only added to the frustration. For an elevated tasting experience, this was far from luxurious. A group willing to pay for a high-quality wine experience expects more, and this winery could take a page out of other wineries’ books when it comes to delivering a premium service. Sadly, I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a special, prebooked experience.
