Had great service crew was really nice with a cheerful attitude very rare for fast food

I've been eating at this particular Carl's Jr. for over twenty years. The prices have gone up, but the double western bacon cheesburger has remained awesome. Can somebody give me their bbq sauce recipe?

The manager is a hard worker and will always try to make the best happen ,will come again if it continues like this

Carl's Jr's known for its variety of Piled-High Thick Satisfying Burgers & meal combos, plus sodas and shakes. and new Mexican food menu ! When I demand Beef I go here for A Burger ! Lunchtime daily is usually very busy by many Carnosaurs Hungry for the Beef ! The new Natural Cut Fries , Onion Rings and Crisscut Fries are filling and taste great ! The real shake's are Yummy !

The food was quite delicious, I'd thank the chef if I felt worthy enough to interrupt his work, or shall I say the masterpiece I'm sure he/she is cooking up. What a delightful experience, I only wish that the inside dining was available, so I can match the flavor with the charming ambience that remains a mystery for until this dreadful covid is a thing of the past. Best customer service around! Better than some 5 star fine dining restaurant.

One of the last places in Northern California along the 101 where you can grab a famous star. Speedy service usually not too long of a line easy on and off to the freeway what is there not to love about it.

Prices have outrageously gone up here not leaving a negative star because thats corporate not just this one location even the competitors are no where near carls jr new price points. Superstars are always a wonderful classic, always fresh hence the longer waiting time and criss cut fries and fried zucchini that no other place can offer!

They let me in the dining room rushed me to order then kicked me out of the dining room. I’m sure it was after the restaurant closed however I was stuck with no where to go just trying to order food then I was essentially asked to leave empty handed right after I got my app and payment info ready. Disappointed

Best Carls Jr ever I loved my experience there and Dan is the coolest chillest manager I ever bet I travelled from all the from Redding to visit here and I recommend eating in this restaurant 11/10

I got a Famous Star and fries and they were really delicious and satisfying. They make the burger with a lot of mayo and ketchup. It was just the right amount. The food was plenty hot too! Fast friendly service.

I don't typically rate a chain fast food restaurant but there's something about this location in Healdsburg that's huge, the manager I think... He has the best attitude and it shows in his staff... He's always upbeat and polite and he seems to be having a good time... That kind of management is infectious and the people working with him seem to be having a good time at work as well... I live at least 15 minutes away and I try not to do the fast food too often but when I'm in the mood or in Healdsburg I'll come visit, even if it's just to get a fountain drink... Whoever hired this manager did a great job finding a guy with a great attitude...BMy visit was September 9, 2025 early evening...

You experience it here and there, certainly across the smashed suffix “SoDoSoPa” eatery but this was a quick burger with humanity. I don’t know . I’m going to enjoy the food - hot if you wana know- and bask in a monument of genuinity. Coupled. With a Tito’s buzz.

During our conversation he went out of his way to invite me inside. This was around 10pm close to their closing time. Typically people just want to go home and can be a bit more rude at the tail end of their shifts. But Daniel’s attitude and demeanor was incredibly inviting and genuine. Even though his restaurant was spotless he was more than happy that I came in to eat. I believe he said something along the lines of that it helps make the environment more inviting for others to come in and eat as well. I came back by again tonight and ordered again through the drive through this time for more people than myself so it was a fairly large order and again he showed an absolutely fantastic attitude. He recognized me and asked how I was doing, we had a brief conversation while I was waiting for my food this made my night. I asked for his name and decided on writing this review. My review at this establishment is 100% a result of Daniel’s fantastic attitude.

Hadn't been here in about 3 years. Still great taste, but missing the 6-dollar burger, but at least replaced by an Angus burger. Prices are thru the roof, thanks to the you know who party. Hopefully Carl's survives the inflation and recession era.

Normally they have fresh hot food but the wait can often be really extreme 10+ minutes. So if you are in a hurry it may not be the best choice. It is also a green burrito so you have that whole menu as well.

The sad thing is you want a freshly cooked. Patty. Well the worker gets one out of the steamer that is soggy and tepid and i have had to yell them i want a freshly cooked patty and have to watch to make sure it is frwsh. No business needs to cut corners just to save them time. I will absolutely never eat at carls for that reason because i expect the highest quality and their attitude is not for the customwr as is increaseinly the case. But. They raised the price beyond what i am willing to pay for a burger. And having worked there i know that sanitation is a problem unnoticed.

Good burger if you just need a burger. Seems to take a while to get your food even through drive thru. Price is way high for what you get.

Kinda expensive and rude interaction with the employees. The Sprite soda always tastes like rotten eggs.

Trying to get through those doors when you're used to being in a wheelchair is very difficult to put on them and I had a cup of tea in a sippy cup and the door started to go and the cup went and he got very upset with me this was the last time I was in there! Two employees working tonight or very sweet on the job! Spicy chicken sandwich was okay so it was actually a better experience than I've had in a very long time! I go there as a last choice because it's been repeated incidents of mistakes and just weird! So I was glad to see there was an improvement tonight

Drive through was broken. The drive through attendant gets frustrated with you and wants you to order from the window. I personally don't have the menu and product names memorized so he also gets upset about that. The guy serving behind the counter who appears to be a manager or owner is definitely drunk. Coffee also taste like it has been filtered through a dirty sock.

Front desk. Order counter lady was very very rude, and doesn't speak English well. Order times are crazy long... But good shakes

Meat not cooked fresh. Soggy pulled out of steamer. It's sad one has to demand meat cooked fresh and have to watch to make sure they don't pull a fast one while not looking.

This Carl's has really gone downhill. Went at 3:45pm. Drive thru was busy but no one in the restaurant. Waited 5 minutes before even being greeted/acknowledged. Burgers were OK but fries were cold. Caught the cashier eating fries from the basket. Not sure how sanitary that is. Dining room needs to be cleaned more often and the windows are filthy. There's a reason I stopped going here years ago. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Prices listed on drive up menu are not the same as they ring up. So check the price they ring up against what menu says. Youll see few dollors more. In my case they tried to charge me $32 for 2 burgers and sm chicken strip. Yeah right i could go to a real resturant for that price i didnt order drinks or fries or add extras to burger.

I dislike any fast food but if it was McDonald's I would have gave it a one-star. My favorite thing here is there a chocolate milkshakes they don't call it that I can't remember the name but it's good especially after taking my California subscription of herb :-).

It is an ok dime-a-dozen fast food joint. What I hate about Carl's is they don't have their large chocolate chip cookies anymore. They replaced them with a cheap, smaller cookie.

Worst ever ,manager let me know ar 8 pm that he was closing at 10 PM .Real pushy about using a wall plug for my tablet ,said i was stealing electricity . I won't ever go back there

This place is terrible when it comes to service. Everytime I come here they take 10 plus minutes to get me my food. They mess up the order almost 50 percent of the time. I am no longer giving this place my business.

I was very disappointed with Carl's jr, the way they took my order, service was bad. At the way out I ask for a refill, service said we are not allow to touch the cups ok with that but they can give you another one, service said put it this way we don't give refills any more...

They get my order wrong everytime i go. This time there was even hair in my food. I dont go there a lot and everytime i think ok ill try again im dissapointed. They are super slow too.

Safeway in Healdsburg California has turned into a yuppie stuck-up shoppers only store. I would rather go to a quick 7-ELEVEN convention store located in Healdsburg California 95448 then shop at this Safeway store. Safeway in Healdsburg could care less about good customer service.

Not good. Service was slow, the breakfast items I had were uniformly tasteless (except for the hash browns which were okay). The non-special items were massively overpriced, proportions were small, and the quality didn’t even meet the heights of McDonald’s. Very disappointed — wouldn’t return.

Don't waste your time. Line was slow and the food was TERRIBLE! Under cooked breakfast sandwich with a strange sausage patty like substance that barely covered half the sandwich. The French Toast sticks were over fried dough nothing like actual French Toast.
