Omg, the most perfect hash browns ever! I dream of such perfection. The rest of the food is also wonderful and definitely make room for their homemade donuts! Their apple fritter is one of the best. I also appreciate their early hours.

Update: It has been 2 months since my last rating. I wake up on the weekends having the most intense desire for breakfast now. We have been going every weekend for 2 months now and I can't nor won't stop coming to Flakey Cream. The staff are so kind and helpful. Their food is still wonderful. I'm a very happy camper to have found this gem

So this is 5 stars for the nostalgic experience of the kind of donut/coffee shops I went to when I lived in Oregon 50 years ago. The donuts were fine, the coffee was drinkable and the breakfast plates I saw others eating looked like classic diner fare. I took off 1 star because the coffee came in takeout cups even though we dined in.

This is my favorite breakfast place. Fabulous biscuits and gravy. The hash browns bacon and sausage was amazing as well

Had our dog with us so we ate a delicious breakfast outside. This is much more than a donut shop. Lots of breakfast options on the menu.

If in the area and looking for yummy inexpensive breakfast look no further. Service was great. Recommend to check out family diner style restaurant. Nothing fancy but its good.

Go to spot for breakfast, my favorite in town. It's a "greasy spoon dinner" type and you can't really go wrong. Omelettes, French toast, corn beef hash, breakfast sandwiches, apple fritter, all top of my list. Seating can be limited during busy hours

What a great breakfast spot with excellent service! All four of us had something different, and we were all delighted. And the coffee was smooth and robust. My only regret is I was too full to have a donut afterwards.

I haven't found anything bad here. The chili's got a little kick. The Cajun sausage is great. Pork chops are good and the grilled chicken is excellent. Dont forget the grab some donuts on the way out

This spot is so good for breakfast and lunch. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is like a throw back diner. I like the coffee refills and my kids like the Mickey Mouse Pancakes.

Very delicious donuts. Mostly a sit down place. We did take away and they were pretty quick, but there wasn't really anywhere to wait while they made the food. The breakfast sandwiches were basic but good!

Watress mediocre. Soft talker, and you just can't hear her. Also kept forgetting my juice and had to ask 3 times. Our waters... 1 glass came with ice the other didnt. It was my first time here. My breakfast was pretty good. My dates donut was stale. Noticing other orders that passed, the pancakes were very blonde. Looked undercooked. The prices were a bit high. $12 for a short stack of 2 mid sized pancakes A big plus, fresh squeezed OJ

My boyfriend got the classic, and I got the chorizo spicy breakfast burrito. The breakfast burritos were good, but honestly nothing special. The staff was nice but the burritos didn’t stand on their own. Overall they get a 3/5 in our books.

I’m happy to see so many people had a great time here. It makes me think my weekend experience was an anomaly, though I confess I won’t be back to find out. First off, a standard, from-the-hot-plate-coffee-pit cup of coffee is $5, and was never refilled. I think something was going on because all 3 waitresses stopped by to check in, but also didn’t seem to be talking to each other about what we needed. Different items were forgotten at different points, which wasn’t a problem until the bill came and we were charged for them all. That took time to figure too. Honestly, though, I’m sure the system will work itself out, odds are some folks were new. That said, I have no idea how a doughnut, two black coffees, and two diner standards ran us $50. Our bad, obviously, for not looking too closely at the menu pricing, but the “classic” greasy spoon atmosphere lulls one into thinking you don’t have to. $50 for a basic diner meal? Not in this economy. Perhaps a great sentimental spot for locals. If you’re stopping in for a quick bite before hitting the road, there have got to be better options.

Terrible service. We went in for breakfast, we were told to wait. Then another family walked right in and took the table that was supposed to be ours... We were redirected to another table. Which is fine. Our order was taken after 15min of sitting we asked for some donut holes to start out. She brought the donut holes 30 min after sitting down!! At this point two other families had sat and gotten their food ordered and delivered to table 😑😑 I'm not one to complain but seriously?? People are coming to your place to eat not sit and look at other people eat. If you're looking to go here, go towards the end of breakfast rush else you might be screwed.

There was one person eaten her breakfast when we got there. Ordered our food - took over 20 minutes for our food to arrive! They got my Eggs Benedict order wrong, supposed to be meatless on top of the lengthy delay. Husbands waffle was cold, butter didn’t even melt on it. Neither one of us ate our food - took a bite or two Went up to the register to leave and had the to nerve to actually want us to pay $35 for a meal first was not what we ordered and secondly we didn’t even eat! I did not want to make a scene in front of folks picking up donuts, so I said why are you charging me for food we didn’t eat? She split the bill and I just paid it and left. I am mad at myself for even paying anything! Never will go back Two waitresses working

Ordered a 16.00 dollar breakfast and a side of sausage and scrambled eggs.And never got the sausage and my total was $47.00. Food wasn't even good. Everything tasted like it had lime on it. The biscuit and gravy was ok. Customer service wasn't good either. Tables are too small and seating is so close .

I went in to get a dozen donuts plus an extra 4 specifically picked out and paid an extreme amount of $35.00 went home to find out they swapped the box with a premade box with random 10 donuts plus 4. I never left with the amount I wanted and thought I paid for. This was for a kids special birthday with items they wanted. How shady and What a rip off.
