A great place for dessert when in Healdsburg. The flavors of ice cream and pie are unique and delicious. We tried the coffee ice cream and peanut butter whip cream pie.

Amazing ice cream and pie. Had the strawberry berry mix with a scoop of coffee ice cream. The crust was amazing and the coffee so smooth n creamy. The price is more than reasonable for the quality.

Noble Folk: A Must-Visit for Sweet Treats in Healdsburg What can I say about Noble Folk other than it's amazing! This charming spot in Healdsburg is a true gem, offering incredible ice cream, wonderful service, and a delightful, whimsical LGBTQI+ friendly atmosphere. If you're looking to try a couple of their fantastic flavors, I highly recommend getting a double scoop over the split scoop – it's a much better value! Just be prepared to wait in line, as this popular spot can get quite busy. The shop itself is small, so plan to enjoy your ice cream outdoors or find a nearby spot to savor it. During our visit, we shared four excellent flavors. The Vegan Swiss Chocolate was my personal favorite, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the Black Sesame Seed, Rocky Road, and Cookies and Cream. If you need a sweet treat while in Healdsburg, make Noble Folk one of your stops. You won't be disappointed!

Such a cute little spot with some of the most fun and delicious flavors! My favorite is definitely the Thai tea one ! Highly recommend going if you are in the area!

A great place for cake, coffee, and anything sweet like ice cream! We were early for our dinner at the Mathison and tried out this place. It was a pleasant surprise as the ice cream and cake were good! Plus good coffee! I would’ve eaten more if we didn’t have a dinner meeting! Friendly staff and a safe space for LGBTQ+.

This place is INCREDIBLE!! The guy who helped me was the best and I wish I got his name. He greeted me when I came in and let me try his suggested flavors and they were amazing. The first flavor was Dutch Cookie and it was seriously one of the best flavors. They are all made in house and he said he is one of the ones that makes the flavors! The second flavor I got was Mint N Chip. Omgggg I swear it felt like mint heaven with amazing chocolate chips. I felt like I was actually having a light flavored mint leaf but beautifully set in the flavor. I can’t wait to come back again!!

Ice cream was great. Lots of flavors both adventurous and traditional. Plus they offer two free toppings. Pie was delicious. The ice cream cookie sandwich and cupcakes looked appealing. Prices were very reasonable for quality and location. We visited twice in 24 hours, and I could have made a case for a third. Recommend.

First time here. Got a cupcake and hot chocolate. Both tasted delicious! Reasonable prices and a variety of choices. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Great location across from the town square.

Several wine tastings in, and we thought ice cream would be a good idea for lunch… we were right! And we were able to get a flight of ice cream to keep on theme. The staff were nice, and every flavor was a hit. The horchata and the English cookie were our favorites. In all seriousness, the flight of ice cream is an amazing idea, and a great deal at $12.

Ice cream wise they only let you try one ice cream flavor per person so I wish I knew what the other flavors tasted like. I got a scoop of the peanut butter brownie flavor and it was good. My husband got the hojicha tea ice cream and he liked it but it wasn't for me.

This place is too good for having ice creams. We tried affogato and vanilla beans flavour scoops, and this was amazingly amazing. Coffee options are also good to try here and Madison (Operations Lead) made sure to deliver our order generously and nice. The best part is about staff being knowledgable about their products and availability of few eggless items which they were able to assist us with. I would surely Rate this place 5/5 and a must visit.

There’s artisanal ice cream and then there’s Noble Fork. Wow. The flavors were outstanding. The toppings were generous and the service was excellent. We tried black sesame, Earl Grey/orange marmalade, Dutch Cookie, and cherry pistachio. Each was better than the next.

Neat little shop. I got a split scoop of Dutch cookie and Swiss chocolate. It was good. The selection was small. The pies were very pricey! $38 for a pie was a bit steep. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. There are 2 other ice cream shops on the square I need to try out.

We love this place. We have been to both locations (Santa Rosa the other one). Their ice cream is delish and good variety of flavors. They offer tasty treats as well. My only gripe, i wish they would change their cupcake GF option, it is always the same (been that way for years). My husband is a fan of their pies. This location gets busy during the warmer months so be prepared to wait in line if you come to the square during a hot day!

My brother was surprised to find miso in his strawberry scoop, but it really worked! The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt lucky to get served quickly — by the time we left, there was a long line thanks to the Labor Day holiday.

They have really good ice cream but today we wanted raspberry sorbet and salted caramel and instead we got strawberry sorbet and vanilla. Beware- make sure you get what you order!! Other than that mix up it’s our favorite ice cream in Healdsburg.

Ice cream not up to standard quality or size for the price and one can get a pint with better flavor for same $ their Mint Chocolate chip very disappointing. Would have given 1 star but had the coconut cream pie and that saved the day. Not too sweet and creamy - well done so I’ve given it 3 stars to meet in middle given its an ice cream store first.

I’m going to make the caveat that my review might have been higher during a non COVID-19 visit but I can only go off my only experience. My girlfriend and I got two slices of pie and ice cream. I thought the pie was so so and the ice cream was good but not great. If we were able to sample some flavors, I might have went in another direction. I may have also bought the ice cream at a lower price point but it wasn’t terribly expensive either. I believe the whole pies are $30 and I’m glad we did not go in that direction. I would consider going again but I’m more inclined to try other places should I find myself in Healdsburg again.

A weirdly antagonistic service experience for getting an ice cream. Hopefully the server was just having a bad day, but was so rude bordering on openly hostile that it ruined the entire experience. At one point they literally asked, 'can't you read?' when we had a question about one of the cookies. ****IMPORTANT #CELIAC UPDATE**** IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DO NOT GO HERE! They are no longer gluten-free! #NOTGLUTENFREE! Or according to the employee who was trying to gaslight me tonight (I will explain that below) they have NEVER BEEN GLUTEN-FREE. I went in to grab some yummie gluten-free cupcakes, and noticed that there was only one cake platter in the case. I was prepared to be told that they were sold out of the gluten-free items, but NO--what I was told was actually more horrifying. The "gluten-free" cupcakes were cozied up and cuddling with the death cupcakes. She reaches to grab me one. Me, "Oh sorry, are those plated with the normal people cupcakes" Her "Yes, that is how we always do it." Me: "Actually, all the times I have been here before they are on a separate plate, or back in a fridge. I always ask about cross-contamination and have been assured they are maintained separately." Her: "Maybe you normally go to Santa Rosa. They even come in the same box loose with all the normal cupcakes." So casual. Absolutely NO UNDERSTANDING of how this was a flagrant violation of safe food handling for allergies and trying to convince me that I must normally travel out of town to another location to get them. SMH. So, either this employee is absolutely terribly trained...or all the employees before for the past several years were lying to me. Take your pick. Regardless, all answers = completely #unsafeforceliac #notglutenfree #celiacdeath. I am leaving my original review as proof that yes, the healdsburg location is the one I used to get my treats from. ----------- Fantastic service! They were sold out of most #gluten-free baked goods, but I scored a raspberry lemon cupcake and it was FANTASTIC!!! Plenty of tangy frosting, and the raspberry filling was delightful! I also tried their blood-orange raspberry sorbet, tasted more like a dreamy creamsicle, so that was a surprise, but super creamy and delicious.

I never have been treated so rudely. I was looking for a trash after tasting my sample. There was no trash in site as it’s across the room, very odd as most places haves sample spoon disposal on top of the ice cream glass, but no big deal. The employee looked at me and said “I don’t want your trash.” I look back at and her and kindly said I’m sorry where would you like me to dispose of this, she rolled her eyes and pointed across the room. I will not be going back and neither should you.

Terrible service on 7/3/25 @ 8:30. Store front closes at 9pm while employees were angry at customers for coming in before then. Two staff members were angrily and aggressively stacking the bar stools. Employees laughed at the customers and didn't take my daughters nut allergy seriously. LAZY overall and should be ashamed to represent noble folk. We will never return to this establishment.

They only allow ONE sample. I tried the maple cornflake which I found bland and overly creamy, but then didn’t know which other flavor to get because I was out of my sample. I then ordered a split scoop of two different flavors, both of which were extremely bland. The raspberry blood orange had barely any flavor contrast; it just tasted creamy with a vague hint of maybe citrus. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re used to high quality ice cream with interesting flavors. Also, it’s a terrible value. There’s actually a Mexican ice cream shop around the corner that has unique and delicious flavors, I would go there instead 10 out of 10 times.
