They are always great with serving us quickly and resolving any issues we might have. I love the sonic blast and happy hour. On an average day with my children I would have to spend and arm and a leg to get get them something but because of happy hour all 7 of them can get exactly what they want. The server Douglas is awesome as well very polite with service and a smile.

I ordered a regular hot fudge sundae and my son ordered a vanilla shake. We didn't have to wait long for our order. Only thing I wish they did was put some fudge on the top of my sundae instead of all of it on the bottom, but it was all delicious.

Looking at these other reviews make me realize those other customers must’ve just been having a hangry day, which I could understand. Personally though, my experience there is always wonderful. I love the staff, Brittany had incredible customer service she was patient with me and every time I come in she guarantees a great sense of service you just don’t find anywhere else. They say a good representation of any great place begins with great leadership and she definitely holds those qualities. Anyways 5 stars for sonic, thank you Brittany you were amazing :)

Excellent!!! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! My wife said her double bacon cheeseburger was one of the best she's ever tasted. My hot dog was great. I went through the drive thru and the line moved quickly. The root beer machine was down so Miguel suggested that I try a coke float. I'm glad he did.it was delicious. Miguel was friendly, efficient, and made me laugh. GIVE THAT YOUNG MAN A RAISE!!!

I love how they will walk out to your car when you're in the drive thru line, so you don't have to wait for the cars in front of you. I also love the giant ice cream cone you get for just $2. Same price as McDonald's and almost twice the size!

Off Menu Item Creation!!! Ordered an Banana Split, on duty manager ANAIS's created an perfectly balanced and delightful Banana Split which was exactly what the wifey wanted. Would gladly pay 6$ for such a perfect creation.

God I love this sonic. The other one in san jacinto sucks so bad. This one always gets my order right, the staff is amazing, the lines are long but the wait isn't bad at all. Just so amazing. Y'all are the best.

I ordered the Double Sonic Smasher and it came out looking a bit rough but when they remade the order it looked and tasted delicious! A big thanks to Linzle and a nice man with glasses I didn’t catch his name but when they heard my complaints about my first order they were super nice about it! 10/10 I liked their shakes too!!

I go to this place for desserts and tater tots; not very found of the rest if the food. Lines can be long in the drive-thru, especially during happy hours which is the best time to get drinks and shakes (check times for that). Lots of parking/ordering stalls as well as an outdoor sitting area. Good place overall and a clean place.

The wait time is ridiculous BUT the prices r great, the desserts are great, and the drinks are great! Especially during Happy Hour! They have abt 24 parking spots that they have to individually get orders from and to deliver too, they have the ppl who get out of their cars and sit down to order and eat, and lastly they have the drive thru with its endless line. I don't think the complaining about wait time is necessary. If you want fast service don't go at Happy Hour go before or after and pay full price for a great drink and fast service.

Waited for a while but the server named sara was very friendly. She came running and was very efficient attending multiple cars and table at a time while still having outstanding customer service. Although we were very unhappy with the service time, we were very pleased with the service we received from sara. She also gave my son a sticker and it made his whole day!

I had a bad experience a while back at Sonic and decided to give them another chance. The food was good, and the service was really good. The the girl that brought my food out to the stall, Anais, was so nice and she went back in to get some stuff I forgot to ask for, and then I remembered extra napkins and she already had them for me. She was so polite. I will be going back again soon.

Great service. Food was bright out quickly, and the girl still thanked us for the wait. I parked to the side and walked up to the kiosk. The food was great as it is with all Sonics. I'm not from Hemet, but here about the "reputation," but the Sonic and shopping center don't seem to fit the reputation.

This isn't the first time this Sonic's has done poorly on an order. Previously I ordered a burger with "light" mayo. It had so much mayonnaise that it was disgusting. The manager was very nice and remade the order. This time the footlong Coney arrived without chilli or cheese. 1 of 2 corndogs was burnt and mangled. They also must have run out of tater tots because after the top layer of about 5 tots were fries filling the rest of the cup. The nice girl who brought our food out took the dog back and added chilli and cheese. For the other issues she called a manager, who never showed up. Edit: My husband walked to the front and spoke with the manager Jonathan. He was apologetic and replaced both the corn dog and the tater tots.

Food is mid. They always take a super long time to give you your food. I waited 20+ minutes. You can tell the use the same fryer for everything. The onion rings taste like dessert, super sweet.

The ultimate chicken sandwich is really good. Update 1/16/25: Not sure if they have that sandwich still. Drinks are still good. However, they seem to have switched from Styrofoam to plastic. No bueno. The drinks don't stay cold in the plastic nearly as long. Recommendation: Order on the App. They have really good deals.

Their food is really good but they always get something wrong with our order. They forgot one burger and On 2 of the 4 burgers that were ordered WITH bacon, they forgot to add the bacon... I don’t get how that’s hard when it’s all the same burgers... Besides that everything is fine. The people are nice and mooost of the time the wait is too bad (depends on how busy it is) but I’m just annoyed with getting incorrect orders and missing food every other order.

Their refreshing drinks are the motivation to come here. Their shakes are great, whether you get the cherry on top or not. The food is comparable to microwavable frozen foods. Also, to dine in you must wait 3x as long as drive-thru. It's a shame.

All the staff is very polite. The problem i am experiencing is that it takes a really LONG TIME to get my food. If you're going for just drinks or shakes it's not so bad. But if you're waiting for food it takes 15+ minutes and it's cold by the time you get it.

The chicken sandwich combo we ordered was not made out of the bread that the description on the menu mentioned. I was so hungry that I ate it without complaining. After we were almost finished a lady asked us about our meal. She was the manager of this Sonic. When she found out what had happened she immediately had two sandwiches remade for us. We were in shock to see this! We thanked her and left. What a experience? We would like to comment this lady for her Fantastic!!! customer service.

Today was good, but I was there to claim free shakes from a past bad experience. This one is usually understaffed so it takes a long time to get your order. It's just hit and miss as far as the quality of the service you get.

Ordered a hot dog combo and chicken pieces combo and 2 extra drinks from the park and order. The employee was uninterested in taking my order and I had to repeat several times. The order flashed so fast on confirmation screen and I couldn't tell if it was correct. Tried pressing button again but nobody answered so I paid and figured I'd see what comes out. Waited 16 minutes and when the order arrived it was missing a drink. There were only 4 other cars at the restaurant including the drive thru. The All American hot dog combo was over $10 and it was underwhelming, tiny and bland. Probably won't be back.

When ordering Sonic Blasts they’re delicious. However their Blast plastic cups sometimes will leak from the bottom which is very annoying and messy. Sonic says that their cups are very fragile.

First time I went there was today and i had orderd nothing but a strawberry sundae with no whipcream and extra strawberries, i had to repeat the order three times and when i was handed the food they gave me one with whipcream, i went back to get it replaced and it then didnt have the extra strawberries or cherry. I dont blame the worker since even when i went back through i had to almost yell at the voice reciver

This location is okay. The have a constant problem getting the line moving, so expect to spend at least 30 minutes in line even if you're only ordering drinks. The drinks are usually well made and we rarely have issues with a wrong order. The biggest downside is definitely the wait time. I've been going here for 4 years and I've had very few times where I waited less than half an hour for drinks.

This was my first time going to a sonic. We parked in a spot that looked like you could order but couldn't figure it out. After 10 minutes we gave up and figured we'd do the drive through. While driving around my daughter thought we needed to park in one with a screen on. So we decided to try it again. After pressing buttons and waiting more, we gave up. My daughter who is 20+ younger than myself was even confused. Went to drive thru, ordered within minutes then proceeded forward to be sitting in line for 20 minutes(2 cars ahead of us. A worker came out a door with 2 drinks and brought it to the car in front of us. I thought that's a good idea if the front cars order is huge..because we bought 2 drinks, a float and sluxhie. Something I believed shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to whip up to go. We were now second in line. Waiting, hopefully for the girl to bring ours out to us to no avail. Then the first car got thru and we were up. Got our drinks, $12 for the two and we were off. They were good and refreshing since it was 100° outside. I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon though. Disappointing

Sure the ice cream and food is good, but you'll be waiting past 20 minutes to order. They said they only have 1 working headset, so I blame the management for setting up the employees to fail

Update 4!2024 Visited this store at 8pm on a Tuesday night. It took about 2o minutes to get our food but the service was spot-on; very friendly, polite and courteous. Our order was correct as well. Unfortunately, our food was not so good. Fries and tater tots were cold. The onion rings had an unusual "sweet" taste to them. It's as though they need to change their fry oil. Burgers were also cold with wilted lettuce and an order of mozzarella sticks had a few frozen pieces still. On a positive note, the new tables outside are a major upgrade. 👍 Compared to other Sonics we have eaten at, this one still falls below the mark. Terrible service. No employees, short-handed and drive up orders aren't being taken.

I don't normally give a low rating. Most of the time, it's due to the area and atmosphere. Although the Employees, for the most part, are kind, I come here due to convenience, not preference. This location tends to get my order wrong often, and the wait after parking and ordering is long . I worked fast food when I was younger, and the other offerings in the area are much quicker. Ordering an unsweetened iced tea and repeating it doesn't help. I am diabetic and they always give me sweet tea. They do replace it every time and make it right, but that's additional wait time, and I have waited 30 to 45 minutes at times. That's the reasoning for the low rating. Will update the post if things change.

IT IS WHAT IT IS... lol. Sonic is always a good time when you pull up and order a fun drink and chill. I've had very good shakes, slushies, and beverages here. Some of the food is a bit underwhelming, like the "breakfast toaster". Think poor Jack in the Box breakfast quality. It's not gross or undercooked, it's just disappointing knowing that it can be much better. Now, this isn't to say all of the food is bad. I like the nuggets and burgers. They're a good pairing with a shake or cold drink. Also, the fries aren't half bad, I actually enjoyed them! My favorite thing about Sonic is the fact that breakfast is served ALL DAY. Yup, us night owls who wake up late can have a late breakfast haha. On the other hand, I wish this location was open 24/7, it's a community staple and people WOULD come. I think it's a missed opportunity closing at 11pm. I see this Sonic busy on the weekends. It's definitely an experience having that retro 1950s service of having your food come to your car. I love it! VERDICT: Is Sonic THEE best? No, but it's a whole lot of fun! I recommend it.

I pulled into a stall. Read the menu and pressed the red button to order. I waited and waited and waited and.....i honked my horn , waived over and over.....car pulled up next to me ----- ordered right away and I still had not ordered !!!! They got a large order. As I was STILL waiting to order !!! Finally got to order and the screen was repeatedly Wrong. She put items up that I never ordered. Finally after 10 minutes. The order was corrected. I told her I would NEVER go back there again. 45 minutes total. I took my food home ! Ugg😣

Jan 2025 - We feel like this place has gone downhill. It takes so long for you to get your order regardless if you go drive-thru or park at a stall. Admittedly I rather go drive-thru because at least they are quicker. I placed an online order, drove to this location, parked at a stall, and entered the stall number in the app as requested. Normally it will list my name and show a progress bar of sorts. 5mins later nothing was showing. I could see in the app it showed the order being prepared. We ordered three small blizzards. 10 mins passed, and no one was in the drive-thru as we parked near the drive-thru window. At 15 minutes I pressed the button and asked if they had received my order because it was 15 minutes. The girl said yes, they were going to work on it and get it out to us soon. No apology no explanation. 20 minutes and we were still waiting. At 24 minutes a young girl came out with the drinks. Two looked melted and one was not even what we ordered. She apologized and came back within 3 minutes with the correct order and they were not melted. The last time we went was Nov 2024, we had one person order one Reeses Blizzard and one ordered the Oreo Blizzard, but the Oreo Blizzard tasted like Reeses and it wasn't what was ordered. It's a bummer to not be able to get what you paid for.

This is a resturant that is trying to bring back the nestalgic car-hop experience from the 50's and early 60's; does fall short of that. Nasty resemblance to a chili dog and burgers that have little flavor; that's if they can get the orders correct !! I think that In-N-Out does not have to worry about losing any business to this place.

Really never had a bad experience here but today we waited a good 35 minutes just to be able to order in the drive thru only to be told then that they only had shakes at the moment no blasts. If I had known that maybe a handmade sign at the beginning of the line I would not have spent all that time in line and returned another day. Also I ended up getting a mini oreo shake and the whole thing was whipped cream except for like 3 fingers worth of actual ice cream. The girl apologized for the wait and was super nice but whatever was going on tonight was not it.

I usually order through mobile app. Today I ordered a sundae. Not sure if you were out of the correct lids but my sundae had the wrong lid. the girl that brought out my food didn’t say anything when I went to grab it out of the drink carrier it spilled all over me and my car. Unfortunately every time I have come here the wait is SO long, even when it isn’t crowded. It took over 20 minutes just for 3 cars. I come here only for their Sonic Blast and I request and PAY for extra in my blast. Every time there is hardly anything in it. I asked them to waive the fee for extra last time, and they still ended up charging me and it was pretty much only ice cream. I will not be returning as they can never give you what you pay for.

I haven't been at this sonic for several years ; due to slow service and "lack luster" food. Did the drive thru around 11am before lunch rush. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me and it took 15 minutes or more; very slow service for a drive thru before lunch. Got the smasher burger; not much flavor. I can truly say that sonic will not be my choice of fast food and I can see why their reviews reflect the low scores; should be even lower scores. I noticed that on many of the low reviews that management is very sorry that you had a bad experience; which is very nice. The only thing with this, is that there are lots of low reviews, they are always very sorry, and nothing has changed for such a very long span of time. Making valid changes will reflect on your low reviews and after a few months of valid good reviews, your business will increase. Happy customers brings in more business and the end result will be a successful business; just saying !!!!

Went and tried the pretzel smash burger. It was over salted and I couldn't even eat the thing. Their quality is inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get decent burgers. Other times you'll get a disappointing burger.

Waited over 40 minutes tonight to get our food, just for the order to be incorrect, food missing and the basics like cheese missing on plain cheese burgers. If you're going to have your customers waiting so long for food that's not even fresh, the least you can do is get the order correct. Then no condiments were offered, we had to go inside and get them ourself.

The last 3 times I have gone with my family I have been told it would be a 30-40min wait just for ice cream. In the future we will go to Baskin Robbins. Furthermore, this location has gotten our order wrong the previous visits. Go to a different location!

Went here with my husband. Got the wrong order they said that's what they charged me for and gave me a dirty look. ok fine I'll eat what I got( ordered a burger and got chicken nuggets) but got no ketchup or sauce. Pushed the button and sounded like they answered then clicked off. Tried 3 more times and finally gave up. Took my dry nuggets home warmed them up and added ranch. Riverside on van Buren has much better service and the employees seem happy to help.

Called in advance to make sure that they took EBT because most Sonic's take EBT they said yes I drove 48 minutes that being the closest one, got to the window asked one more time just to make sure the lady behind the microphone said no we do not take EBT at this one and I let her know that I called ahead and asked and that one of her staff members and said yes. She proceeded to call me a liar and ended the speaker conversation with me I did not get her name. When I push the button again the response over the speaker came back as if you're not going to order anything you can leave. We only take real money here. I'm appalled at the service I'm appalled at the owner and the service the owner deems fit for the public. I've never been treated so badly and so disrespected Hemet has to be the worst Sonic drive-thru there is, in this entire country. If I could give it a negative rating it would be -100

I waited almost a whole hour in the drive through for 2 drinks. The first 30 minutes of that, I hadn't even ordered yet. And there's no way I'd ever order food after the last 5 screw ups they did.

I order a grilled cheese twice from this place. And twice when I got home I to cook it properly. Not to mention the long waits. I don’t know what type of downers they are on in this place all I know is it needs to improve. I grew up in Memphis, TN and those Sonics WOULD NEVA have you waiting 1, and 2 not cool your food probably.

We pulled up around 6pm, and we honestly thought the place had shut down because there were no customers. Then our experience started... Pulled up to the self serve menu board, pressed the button to place order and didn't get a response, push it 4 more time no response. Mind you there is NO CUSTOMERS, I'm the only one. So we wait, then a car pulls up next to us, and then whatta you know, they're placing their order. So then I back out and drive over to the drive-thru, I begin to tell the gal that I had been waiting for 10 mins at the drive up car hop, and she didn't have a clue as to what I was trying to tell her. So I just placed my order, and they couldn't even get that right, 2 of our burgers were wrong, and the food is such poor taste & quality, I took the burgers back so they could make them right. I again told the gal about having to wait 10 mins to place my order, then she tells.me Oh Yeah alot of the buttons are broken on that side so we don't know your there. So now we know why nobody is here eating here, this place used to be packed. I'm guessing with the pricing, poor customer service, and poor food quality people just expect a little more.

Pulled up to a very slow moving drive thru. We decided to head to a stall instead. No answer after pressing the red button twice and waiting around 15 minutes. I decided to walk up to the door and was told that the stalls were closed because there was only two people and I would have to go back through the drive thru. I understand not having enough help but they could have at least told us the stalls were closed instead of having us wait and get off just to be told to go back through the drive thru. Very poor service.

I pulled up ready to order and pressed the button to order and no one answered. Someone pulled up into the lane next to me pressed their button ordered and got their drinks. I pressed the button again no answer. I waited 15!minutes with no response. It wasn’t even busy probably 6 cars in the drivethrough, me and one other person in the parking order spot outside. Been there during a super busy time and had no problems but when it’s not busy at all it’s almost impossible to get your order taken.

The service at this location was abysmal. It should not take 30 minutes to complete an order of 2 corn dogs. Everyone that was encountered did not care at all about customers in the slightest. I never saw the order as I asked for a refund. I was told that it would take 4 business days to complete. From what I have read in recent reviews, they need to clean house.

Horrible customer service, the manager was screaming at her employees and neglecting the customers. Gave us our food but left our ice creams on the counter in the window to go scream at her employees about the grill. I understand things need to get cleaned but as a supervisor myself you should not be screaming at your employees in front of customers like that let alone at all. After she finally gave us our ice creams we said thank you and she just ignored us and waved us off. Food was extremely salty all of it. Chicken was so over cooked you couldn’t even chew it. Only good part about our order was the sonic blasts.

Worst sonic around and that's saying something. All orders take around 30+ minutes to go to you. Food is usually cold, the order is wrong, or some items may never make it to you. The drive through, stall ordering, and even ordering from the app are all terrible systems for this location. The workers are rude and give attitude with every delivery to you. This location needs some serious review.

My daughter ordered items at 9:50. We finally received the items @ 10:50. The items were given to the wrong person therefore they remade the food, shakes & a Sunday. Food cold, ice cream melted. And the delivery guy said they forgot a shake sorry!!! This the worst order ever!!!

0/5 stars. Terrible service. If u ask for ez ice u get extra ice, more then half the time u don't get a straw or plastic wear. If your food comes with a dipping sauce they manage to forget that too. Syrup with french toast, nope. Marinara with cheese sticks, nope. If you ask for an ingredient to be removed it won't be (asked for no mayo on a cheese burger, so they added extra). I asked for extra pickles (once and only once) they put 15 pickles. I counted. Never had to do that before but when you get a pickle sandwich with meat on the side, u wonder what the hell is going on there with any kind of quality control, or is it just horrible area management. Who obviously don't care for there customers.

I placed an order for 3 SuperSonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger combos, 1 Large popcorn chicken sauced, 1 Strawberry slush with vanilla ice cream swirled in, and 2 grape slushes with nerd add ins. The burgers were super dry and bland, when we opened them up there was 'a' piece of the top of the tomato that one would discard, big, hard, white pieces of lettuce that looked expired, a half piece of bacon that appeared to be crumbled up on one side of the burger. I'm sure the price includes the addition of bacon so it would be fair to expect atleast 2 full slices of bacon on your burger. This incident has drastically changed my opinion of Sonic and that will be the last time I order anything from here again.

Horrible service, around 11 clock mornings, they are out of creamer, they are out of cheese, and not just only that, and we have to wait to order the food for more than 30 minutes. Another 15 minutes. To take your food, the guy on the window is very rude he gives me my coffee with the lead open, and I burn my fingers. Do you think he cared? No. He didn't apologize at all. This is not the first time with bad service, me and my family and I stopped going there 🙃

If I could give zero starts then I would. We went for half price Shakes which have to be ordered through the app or online. Neither the app or the website were working which should mean they have to uphold the promotion but nope. Was told to speak to a manager but was followed up by there is no manager on site. I am aware this falls on corporate which I will be calling tomorrow to make a complaint to as well.

Went to the drive through a little before 10pm. There was one car in the drive through ahead of me, and no cars in the stalls. The car ahead of me only took a minute to finish ordering. I waited about 5 minutes at the menu before I was able to order. I only ordered 2 sonic blasts. Took about 5 minutes to get to the window and another 10 minutes to get my order. All in all it took 20 minutes to get my 2 sonic blasts even though the place was essentially empty of customers. Once I got my blast I had a literal pile of toppings between the ice cream and whip cream while a good half of the blast was just plain ice cream. Every time I come the wait gets longer, and the food gets worse. I’m giving up hoping for a good experience and I will stop going.

Sonic is a joke these days. It takes 30+ minutes to even get a response or order taken. Then another 30. For stupid items like cheese sticks and chili tots. This is a horrible location with horribly incompetent workers. Don’t waste your money. Run.

Busy during a Monday night which I understand so I listened to music with my daughters and got to the window as I explained to them about the wait... my order was wrong. I ordered a cherry coke with lime slush. I received an all lime slush. I informed the staff member of this and they took it back. I received my daughters order and it was fine so when I received my drink back I realized they only added a squirt of coke to my all lime slush which was not enjoyable. Again I understand they are busy and gotten rude customers but when they take it out on people who won't make a scene just plain sucks.

Ordered at 7:55, received our order at 8:47. Ice creams and shakes were melted. Iced drinks no longer had ice. We were not given enough straws and spoons. Asked for their corporate number and was never given it. For a Monday night, was definitely not expecting to wait so long. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

They gave me the wrong order 3 times . After they gave me the correct order I had to wait 5 minutes longer for the drinks. I was the 3rd car in line and waited 35 minutes. The car in front of me pulled to window and waited 5 minutes for 2 ice cream cones. Don't know what is going on inside Sonic but they need someone who knows what they are doing

This is about the second time I have made an order of 20 corn dogs and don't get my full amount. This is Halloween you want a quick dinner so you can go out trick-or-treating with the little ones and some people don't get their full amount of their quantity cuz people there do not know how to count. I even confirmed with the carhop as there was an error before

This location needs to work on timeliness and communication. It took 20 minutes between the time we ordered our one meal and 2 drinks and the time we got it. I understand many places are understaffed right now but they also failed to communicate they were behind. The restaurant was not busy during our visit either.

Why is the tray they served my food in dirty? Is this not a health violation? I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is. I was so appalled to see how little they care to clean and disinfect!! Not only that but my mini shake and small chili tot order took 25 minutes!!

Horrible horrible horrible! Waited over 20 minutes after driving up to the order place, they said hang on I’ll be right back. Finally after pushing the thing again they came on, no thank you for waiting, etc. we sat there over 45 minutes still no order. I had to use the bathroom, of course it’s locked and it took them 10 more minutes to open it. I couldn’t sit on the seat I hovered it was filthy. The sink had no towelings, it was gross so I couldn’t even wash my hands! Yuck! Went back to my car and still no order. We drove off at that point they weren’t even that busy! Never going there again. Ate at farmer jacks fast and easy

By far the worst in the city when it comes to fast food. Quality is low. Staff is sub par and moody. And the one thing this place is known for (there signature drinks and ice cream) and the staff don't care to get it right. I mean come on guys. . . There is an In n Out in town and you guys make them seem like gods. Was sad I loved sonic back in Fullerton and Riverside but when I brought my gf from Japan, she asked if this was really what we waited 20 min for. Step it up dawgs or keep hiring kids from the high school down the street. It "seems" to be working for you I guess. (Picture provided was the 2 different shakes right as she handed to me. One a chocolate chips shake and the other a banana promo shake. As you can tell the girl making the shakes decided for us that we don't need what makes our shakes unique in flavor, that we would be good with vanilla. Thanks for my cherry too. Guess you guys ran out)

Haven't had sonic in a long time, last time I had it the food made me sick. Today I tried it and I can say that sonic is definitely not for me. Rude cashier in the drive thru that don't know the menu and give you attitude when you try to tell them that they are wrong. Extremely slow service! I just had to drive away...

I have never waited so long in a drive-through this Hemet location is the worst. You are guaranteed 10 to 15 if not 20 minutes to wait and drive-through. And that’s if they are moderately busy and drive-through.

I’m with everyone else, the service is here isn’t just poor. It’s astounding how bad it is. How either this manager has a job, or this owner is allowed a franchise is a stain on the brand. It speaks volumes that’s this is obviously a systemic issue based on the volume of poor reviews. Picking and choosing which hours to offer stall service is another insult to the brand reputation. Never again, not even another sonic, all because of Hemet.

Been in line for over 40 minutes and I’m not even at the window yet people are waiting in the booth and I haven’t seen one person bring out their food this is the third time that I come here and the line is exceptionally long can’t wait till they open the location in San Jacinto that way I don’t have to come to this place ever again definitely don’t recommend if you’re looking for a night snack they are very slow

I went to sonic in Hemet, CA on w steton and only went for the promotion of 79¢ slush. I ordered a small nerds slush and paid without paying attention, I was charged $3.69 for the slush. I ask if the slush is 79¢ and she said yes but only for the medium. I advised that if she had mentioned it was only for medium then I would have gotten a medium. She handed me the slush with NO NERDS. I asked about the nerds & she went back to put them in. When it was handed to me it was basically juice. I paid over $3 for juice! The workers were playing around in there & screaming. Too busy being unprofessional to actually get my order right. It was a terrible experience and I will not be back.

I ordered 2 sonic blasts, talk about skimping on the toppings, all soft serve. And then they mixed up the toppings. How hard is it to add candy to ice cream. Very disappointing 😕.

I just thought you would like to know that an hour before closing, your employees refuse cash and only accept card. We pulled into the drive thru at 11:10pm and they refused to take cash for my $45 order. I wonder how many sales you are missing out on nightly?

Never order mobile! Their priority is drive through. I ordered on the mobile app, the app said it was ready I live about 5 min away. When I got to sonic they told me they were making my stuff and I had to wait. Overall my order took about 30 min. The drive through was moving way faster. Plus the employees are dismissive and really don’t care. We will avoid this sonic from now on.

I hate to write such a negative review but this location in Hemet, CA of of Stetson Ave needs a lot of help. You need to repair signs and ordering speaker in drive-thru. Couldn't make an order using my app. The food I ordered was wrong size. Ordered a medium combo received a small combo paid over $14. I would like to get a refund for the stores mistake. This location seemed very unorganized. Needs new management or ownership.

Never have had an issue at this location, but whoever is on staff this evening really needs some training on customer service. She rushed through my order and cut me off before I could give the last thing (I had four items). When someone finally answered on the microphone again (pretty sure same girl) goes “what is it?” Then after all that…our shakes were so watery…probably an act of irritation that there are customers at the workplace where you are required to serve people. Really disappointed. It’s giving Bon QuiQui king burger attitude tonight.

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. They don’t mix their drinks so all of the syrup is at the bottom of your drink and the service is even worse. Their microphone/speaker box doesn’t work well and you have to yell as loud as you can to place an order and even then they still can’t hear you. The workers are extremely rude and it took me 20 minutes to receive ONE drink.

Ordered four Southwest Chicken Wraps and none of them had any sauce on them. Salty and completely dry. Ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger and it was meh. Dry patty with no flavor. The onion rings were good. Order was messed up and missing items so I had to go back. Also missing dipping sauces for my grandsons chicken strips. Horrible food and service. Stay far away from this location.

Crapasic service, food and equipment . Seems they served large shakes with size small portions of mix-ins... We thought both of our shakes, Hot Fudge and Strawberry Cheesecake, respectively, were simply Vanilla shakes... A few mix-ins were at the bottom of our cups. Waited over 25 minutes for our order, once we managed to get their attention... Patio order taking screens were both broken. One facing away from the building, indicated after pushing a button that we needed to wait for service. However, after waiting over 10 minutes another customer let us know that side was broken.... The other facing the building, was unlit, but the intercom worked... The credit card payment slot did not... Apparently, this had been the case for quite some time. Far above the control of their hapless staff, working on the evening of July 4th. We won't be back.
