Food tasted good. Fries were cooked right. Burger didn't appear to be recooked or have sat for hours before serving. Went out of my way to come to this location since another one nearby has major quality control issues. Thanks for the pleasant visit.
I want to express my gratitude for the service that has improved, especially the two girls who help after 2:00 pm in the curbside area are amazing super friendly, and attentive. You have done a great job!
No wait, coffee is always great. Apple pies are smaller nowadays and weren’t that great. Still the place for a good cup of coffee in the morning!!
I have a ton of kids and so my orders are always quite ridiculous. They get them right every time, with a smile on their face, even though I know it's a pain to get all this ready for one order😂

Very Busy Place. Always great service. Online pickup never any problems. Window service friendly staff. Go at least once a week. Very very few order problems in all the times we've gone.
Actual employees with smiles on their faces serving customers. Real fountain machines that can serve multiple people at the same time and no kiosks. Way faster and friendlier than the Mc Donald’s that are forcing the new technology that only serves them and not customers. I walked out of another McDonalds that had new kiosks and came here
Better than most other McDonald's due to their high volume of traffic. Don't use the app for pre-ordering because your food will sit and get cold. The drive-thru line moves pretty fast, so your food will be hot.
I redeemed a daily deal, B1G1 Happy Meal and it was easy to order through the drive-thru and give the drive-thru code as well as add to the order. It has a switch if you want to pay with your debit card without having to give them the card. Points are added automatically when you pay in the app. Very easy and convenient!
The manager at this location is awesome! He was attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in our experience and our meal. He was on top of everything from back of a house to our enjoyment of his establishment. I truly appreciated his management style, and wish more managers could manage just that.
The workers are polite, food is freshly made and menu requirements are met.
In MY HONEST OPINION, Everyone who works here…..During the Day, In the morning….From what ive seen….being a chef and being in the food industry****These kids are awesome man to tell you the truth, I haven’t seen a much more focused concentrated and efficient young squad of cooks and cleaners in a while. The hosts and the cashiers are well trained! You can tell that hey this kid….. hahaha oh my, haven’t done this for long, right?! Haven’t even been on earth that long, but they’re literally running this restaurant! so patient so well trained. They don’t know it yet but I see the golden years of the Golden Arches I was there too. Some of these kids got what it takes to be the best servers hosts cooks chefs in Las Vegas.

Never in my life did I expect I would be writing a review for a McDonald’s, but this is easily the best McDs customer service I’ve ever had. I’m not sure the woman’s name who greeted and helped me, but she was awesome and on top of it!

Went in to use the bathroom, you have to have somebody open it for you. It was very clean. I was impressed. The restaurant itself was also quiet and clean. I ended up going through the drive-through and the customer service was spot on. Definitely one of my favorite McDonald’s in the valley.
My son had a game out here. It was a quick stop before heading back north. Very open and kid friendly. Side story my husband kept staring at another ohana ordering telling me he thinks someone is his ohana. I said cool. It's a busy McDonald's. Good luck getting what you actually ordered. Usually they will ask you for substitutions and add extra items. Usually, the soda is low on syrup and carbonation, and they keep running out of sauces. The fries are crispy and fresh, but they seem to give less fries than other McDonald's. Sometimes I do deliveries for them, and they keep forgetting the sauce. I came back, back they just don't have it. How can one properly eat McNuggets without sauce? That's like buying a WRX and the turbo is missing. 🤣
The food is hot and fresh and fast...but the employees are not friendly like they used to be. The employees used to be happy and friendly. Now, I was with an older man who gave the cashier a tip of $1. She took it like it was our trash, looked put out, said nothing, and we left. I thought that was just a bad day, went through drive-through again...and again, the employees seem miserable.
Service was somewhat fast, except there was maintenance fixing the leaking ceiling, right in front of where the cashier would stand to take your order. Only two registers, at this location. I went at 9:30am. Plenty of parking along with handicapped parking. Restrooms were locked & I didn't want to stand in what was now a long line. The dining area was clean, the temperature inside was nice and cool. Food was great, no complaints there.

The young man that took our order was great. He was polite and efficient. Not as much can be said for who I assume was the manager, a loud woman that I could hear barking orders all the way from where we were eating. And when I say orders I'm not talking about food orders I'm talking about demands to the other employees. Would have been a perfect dining experience if we could have took her out of the equation. Other than that the dining area was clean , the food was fast and delicious.
I wonder why I'm not getting any of the condiments that I'm supposed to get when I order a big breakfast. It's pretty difficult to choke down these age encrusted eggs without at least SALT and pepper. They don't get jellies for our rolls anymore we're lucky if we get to butters. The service is just a little on the lacking side here and the quality of the food isn't that great

This visit was the worst, I was really craving a delicious fish sandwich, as a matter of fact I purchased 2 , and it was soggy and tasteless. I was very disappointed. I called and complained, I was given a week to come back with my receipt and get 2 free fish sandwiches. I hope it's better this time.

Place was clean, food was correct and we dined in so they even brought us our food. Everything was hot and fresh but I give 3 stars because to use the bathroom you have to wait till everyone done being helped at register. Really sucks when you have kids and wanna wash hands or whatever. I would not go back just because of the bathroom issue. I have kids and none of them ever use bathroom at same time.
Can we all agree that putting the drive thru customers on a timer was a bad idea? Every single time whether there is a line or not, we are asked (and today begged) to pull around to the front. I finally said no. The manager then asked as it would "help them out". With no other cars behind me, I stood my ground. It's non-sense. He appeared upset but rushed back to hurry our order and the kids working kept looking anxiously at the timer waiting for my food. It wasn't a big order and had I pulled around I would have been waiting even longer and frustrated. Does McDonald's realize that customers are tired of being directed around the building to wait? At times there are 4-6 cars waiting. We once waited 20 minutes. I feel for the employees, this is wrong. Thank you for getting our order to us at the window and making sure it was as expected. Stop timing the drive through.
Walked in, went directly to counter and no one taking orders. After some time had expired finally some one comes to the register. While waiting for the order realized I had been charged for 4 happy meals while I had only ordered 2, also things I had ordered had not been put on my order. Took way to long as everyone in the drive through had gone through and there was a line before the drive through speaker before I went in.
I received great service from the gal upfront but it's probably my fault for not checking my order. But seriously, It's almost every time I order, I get home, I'm missing something. I paid for it but it's not in my bag. And again, my fault for not checking my order but it just sucks.
Food is always good here. Just super busy and sometimes made to pull around the front. I do not believe in this practice especially when you have a small order it feels like they’re doing it to make their times faster in the drive-through when that’s not the case
Update: 3 star from 5 star. How they fell in score in one visit. Staff is wonderful! Friendly. Helpful. Customer service oriented! Initially gave them a 5 star rating because they were out of unsweetened iced tea and offered to make me some, if I didn't mind waiting 7 minutes. I thought how wonderful! So I waited. And waited. As I waited customer after customer returned to the counter to exchange the wrong order for one, more correct. I felt bad, but hey - they were making me fresh Iced tea! Time went by. And by. After 15-20 minutes, I approached the counter to inquire about my tea. Oh, yes. It's done. ....... hmmmm. They filled my cup, still I was thinking, they made me fresh iced tea! I am a happy person! I tasted this iced cold beverage to discover they made more sweet tea in the unsweetened container. I waited and waited and waited for this! They offered to make me some fresh tea. I felt disheartened! Drove miles out of my way to stop here. Waited for 1 drink. I requested a refund. That deserves a drop from a 5 star to a 3 star because of #howsweetitis.
This time they forgot to include the chicken nuggets in our takeout order. I don't go there often, but my daughter likes it sometimes. Every time we order, they seem to forget at least one item, and unfortunately, it happened again this time.
The app finally works but there is often a wait to get my food. The menu prices are high but there's good deals in the app. Have to ask for ketchup, etc. which is annoying.
Everytime I have ordered on the app. in the last month or two, the food is never ready and they tell you pull around and park and wait for the order. This takes more time than if you just order at the drive thru speaker without the app. I live 10 min. from the location. Apparently they don't prepare the food until after you arrive, but it seems to be taking unusually long.
One minute past breakfast and they wouldn’t serve me. The staff was very rude to communicate this. Lost expiring points since this is the only time I am able to come in.

Once again, this location never ceases to amaze with the mistakes. My Big Mac came without the middle bun this time.
Nothing on the menu takes longer than 3 min to cook so why did we wait 25 min ? And we ordered via the McDonald's app prior to going. There were only 4 orders ahead of us and the drive thru was hit and miss so for the life of me what took so long? Nobody was listening to the manager who was out front on break when we first arrived, our order was wrong, the fries were cold we didn't get the nugget toy we ordered and for whatever reason they said they weren't allowed to give us a bigger bag to hold our food, said they were for Uber type pickups only. Seriously the ONLY reason I didn't give 1 star was the cashier upsized our drinks and was genuinely trying to do her best with the situation. Remember the 4 orders in front of us are also still waiting so little bit of tension. I'm pretty easy to please, far from uptight so for me to take time and write all this means yes, it was that bad. Not making a good case to raise minimum wage, just saying.

This the only Mcdonald that is closer to us. Everytime we come here the service is horrible. I ask the lady yesterday if I can still claim my receipts when I get home to gets points. She said no it doesn't work like that. Ok even the manager doesn't know how it works. Instead of arguing with them I let it go. I was checking my bag to make sure I got all my order. She comes up and said is there any wrong with your order. I said yes you just throw my sandwiches in the bag and they where all open. Her response was ok. I asked another person for syrup for my pancakes. She was trying to charge me 89 cents. I told her I did not get any syrup for the pancakes that I order. She had an attitude did not even apologize. Costumer service can go along way. If you guys don't feel like doing your job. Then don't go to work. Try your best. Better Costumer service next time.

Regardless of how many people are in line in the drive through. They will have you pull around which is giving false wait times to corporate. On paper it looks like the window wait time is 1-2min. When in reality you are waiting 10+min. Sometimes longer. I don’t mind waiting at all but when I do, everytime, I expect the food to be at least somewhat new. Get home from 1.5miles away from location and have COLD soggy fries. Burgers thrown together in a box to where you have to reassemble the entire thing. It’s ridiculous. I get this is fast food we are talking about but when I pay mainly for the convenience, not the quality of food, I expect to not have to clock myself in to work at a burger joint.

This location deserves -10 stars!!! Ordered Cheeseburgers with NO ketchup. I am HIGHLY allergic to tomatoes. If tomatoes even touch me I blister and burn. Cheeseburgers had ketchup. Asked for them to be fixed and the manager on duty was highly unprofessional and hostile. Got home and the remade cheeseburgers HAVE KETCHUP on them!!! I can't even feed them to the dogs because of the onions. When people order food without ingredients it should be taken seriously! If I ate these cheeseburgers, even one bite, I would have been sick all night and all day tomorrow! I don't understand how simple instructions cannot be followed. I sincerely believe the manager at this location needs further customer service training and the staff needs to be trained on the importance of food allergies and how dangerous it is to ignore.
This place had such bad customer service when I went on new years eve. I was in drive thru and ordered a family bundle that came with 20 piece nuggets so i asked for ranch. They parked me and when the girl came out with my food I checked for the sauce and it was sweet and sour which I don't eat. I said excuse maám SEVERAL TIMES and this girl just ignored me and kept walking. I went inside and told the manager on duty and still got charged for ranch. The girl was just standing in the back with an attitude trying to say she had another customer which she didn't. VERY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
Not so much a McDonald's issue but, until I find a way of reviewing the creator/ owner of the app McDonald's will take the review. The deal with the app is when we ordered food for the the McDonald's that's next door to our house we did it while driving. The issue is the app selected the store closest to the location of the phone which was NOT what we intended for nor what we wanted. We drove from the store and made it to McDonald's. We then found out that the order was placed for another McDonald's and that we couldn't simply cancel it and have it made at the McDonald's (that's across the street from us) but, that we would have to go to the other one. So drive out the way a few miles to get food that we could have already gotten. Get to the McDonald's wait in line, get to the counter cause we don't see our number on the board after checking in. Ask the cashier. She asked a women in the drive-thru area about our order and proceeded to get yelled at! So in front of all the workers, all the customers up front she belittled who coworker. She comes up to tell us what her manager said and of course we ask to speak to her. She then tells us we need to reorder and will have to pay again and then will have to contact the app to get our money back. P.S. This was AFTER my wife had already spoke to a person on the phone at this particular McDonald's and was told to come over and get our food. Terrible experience, Terrible customer service and yes we left without ordering cause your store did not deserve the sale or our service!
Service was terrible, food was stale, restaurant was extremely dirty. Sebastian needs customers service training or to be kept from interacting with customers. Very rude the way he treats customers.

3/13/25 they were manipulating drive-thru times. Had 3 cars waiting in parking lot for food and a nearly empty drive-thru. I've always hated this, but this was ridiculous. My food was handed into the wrong car. Didn't really bother me, but that has to break sanitation rules.
Most disgusting place food was not it I ordered a snack wrap chicken was old and nasty never coming back again.

Have not been here a single time and got anything right or food lousy. Had to wait this time and french fries barely cooked. We all know we are being now overcharged these days but come on owner step it up and hire or train your employees properly. You suck for sure!
This location has always been great but had a bad experience today and hope that it'll be rectified. I came to pick up a mobile order and waited at the intercom. The other intercom had just finished taking the order of someone else and when the next car came up, their order was taken. I didn't want to be skipped in line so i just pulled around to give the person at the window my order number. I was met with confusion. I had to tell her my order number several times and even held my phone up to her to see. She said nothing and closed the window so i assumed my order had been received and i just needed to wait at the pickup window. But as i pulled forward the first window shot back open and I was told to "wait sir" in an assertive tone. I was flabbergasted at the unprofessionalism by this employee so I disobeyed her order and left the drive thru line. A homeless man was there so I happily gave him my order code for I was not getting any help when i used it. I'll happily bring my low review higher once this issue has been rectified.
Worst experience ever. Restaurant was supposed to bring my order curbside. Apparently someone stole the order. Location refused to refund. App wouldn’t let me cancel. Waited over an hour trying to get my food. Normally this location has good service. Whoever has taken over at this location is not upholding their normal service.
I placed an order using the mobile app, and my order was straightforward. I ordered two 5 dollar meal bags paid for the meals using the app. When I got to the pick-up window, I was asked if I can park and that my order was complete, but they are waiting on frys. I parked behind three other cars. Long story short, they totally forgot about my order. " ALSO RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY, AND MORE, HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS FOR THIS LOCATION !! ID FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT !! Messed up my order twice was not about to go back a 3rd time. Hash browns were raw. When I called to make them aware of the situation the manager was rude and didnt seem to care. This place is trash the worst McDonald's in the whole city. If I could have them closed or shut down I would. Negative -10 stars. Beware you will waste your money and test your patience here. F**k them all especially the manager on duty.
I pulled up to the drive thru and I asked for 3 orders 2-for-5’s meaning 6 burgers total and a sugar free coffee. I pull up to the window, and she starts reciting my order and there is already a problem off the bat. We get to the window, and she doesn’t specify our order, only says “oh you’re the one with the sandwiches and the coffee” and my father says yes. And we pay 15 dollars for all of that, only 2 meals and the coffee. We get to the window, they hand us the food, and we double check to make sure everything was there. We opened the bag to find out that they only have us 3 sandwiches when we specifically asked for 3 2-for-5’s, meaning 6 total. I asked the window lady nicely, “hey I think there’s a problem because there was only 3 sandwiches when I specifically asked for 6” and then she left and the lady who took my order incorrectly came up to the window and stated yelling and getting mad at me. She said something like “you said you only wanted 3” and then I say “yes 3 orders of 2-for-5’s not 3 sandwiches total. I’m so sorry if you maybe you didn’t hear me correctly from the speaker or maybe I didn’t speak up but I’m sorry for the miscommunication” and to proceeded to yell over me trying to justify her incorrect actions. I kept on apologizing and she processed to charge me more money for her mistake. This hasn’t been the first bad experience at this location. I don’t not recommend coming to this specific location. They need to step up on their customer service.
If I could give a 0 star review I would! This place is disgusting and the people working the drive through are so disrespectful and rude they sound like they hate their job. If I could give this restaurant a zero I waited for half an hour and did not get served is it because their prejudice and I am a white female who knows but probably because everybody else they came up to the counter got served Mexican Puerto Rican Spanish you name it they got served this white female didn’t can’t grab the food because I didn’t get any very very slow. I’m getting orders out look like there was only three people working in there and it was 9:30 in the morning breakfast time Won’t be going back there again.
They tried to kill me. I explained i have an allergy to onions. The ordertaker put "PLAIN - SPECIAL REQUEST" ( NO ONIONS) ON THE RECIEPT. I was 4 hours in urgent care a shot of steroids, 3 different steroid pills for a week. McDonald's official reply? "Not their fault or resposibility!" I should tear apart all food & drink i get from them if i have a allergy! STAY AWAY! Now i have to carry an epi-pen everywhere! My sugars never recovered. All my meds for my Type 2 diabetes had to be upped from this incident!!!
I have never been treated so poorly by a member of any fast food establishment in my life! I explained we did not receive all of our sauces to the lady at the drive thru, abs she stated she put them in the bag. I shows her the bags and she said “well, I put them in there, so you need to pay for more” while rolling her eyes and giving a condescending tone. I asked for a manager who did nothing other than say she would “handle it”
This is my second bad experience in a row. The first time I received a hockey puck biscuit with most of the top biscuit present. But practically the consistency of an old circus peanut. I'll be taking my business to other locations, either down Boulder highway, or college drive. Also edit believe it or not that sausage biscuit was ordered with cheese.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They put sausage on my egg McMuffin. I asked for it on the side because I'm allergic but my dog looks it. I returned it and waited inside for the replacement. When I got the new food it said "well done". I didn't ask for that on the original sandwich. So they basically burnt my McMuffin. Speaking of original McMuffin, they PLACE IT BACK TO BE SOLD. I already touched it and my hands grazed it I opened it up to show it was the wrong sandwich... I saw it with my own eyes and I'm sure the cameras will verify it. DISGUSTING... never again here.
Stopped by around 2a wasn’t busy. Only car in the drive. I just wanna know who in their right mind thought this was okay to give out. Yes maybe an odd order to ask for mayo on a fish filet instead of tartar sauce but WOW. This much?? That’s crazy
I had a terrible encounter here with a manager, Sebastian. Not only did he wantonly disregard corporate policy, but it also came at my inconvenience as well...which was completely unnecessary and avoidable.
Why is the coffee not HOT!? Couple of times now everytime the coffee lukewarm. How long has it been sitting or the warmers don’t work!!!
Went to pick up a meal here on a Friday night, ordered a big Mac meal and drink, and 2 regular cheese burgers, had to pull around front to pick up my order which was incorrect!! No big Mac and a horrible quarter pounder in its place, No napkins! No ketchup! Sub standard food!! Very disappointed... Will not go back
Purchasing big breakfast with pancake, intentionally just to get the pancake but arrived home finding out no pancake at all plus with unfriendly customer service beforehand. Called and asked for refund, they said either refund $1 or pick up the pancake. Seriously, I would not waste my time to go all the way back just for a pancake. Tried using the points, kept being rejected by being told by the system on app that Macdonald ran out of coffee and fries. Lessons are learned. No more!
This is by far the worst location for service and all around efficiency. They consistantly move drive thru customers in to waiting areas to wait for orders that are incorrect, incomplete and cold and unappetizing by the time they are received. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt on several occasions and have been left with a foul taste as far as how this place conducts business and how much management truly understands the impact this has on its local community.
I'm usually pretty forgiving of fast food joints in general, but ugh, so much bad, and they weren't even busy. Ordered a filet - overcooked and inedible. Also ordered a 10 piece, got 8. Asked for BBQ and got none. Asked for ketchup and got none. Typical drive thru metrics fudging, was sent around front to wait for "fresh fries" (to keep their throughout numbers up) but the person at the drive thru neglected to tell the runner where I was sent, so I had to go find the runner after waiting 15 minutes. Felt bad for the runner, they probably deal with frustrated customers like this all day, every day. Your experience may vary.
I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets in our delivery. There was no sauce. Suppose to be 2. We didn't even get 1. So on delivery , am I supposed to drive back to get the dipping sauce? I'm writing this review because it's not the 1st time. They forgot the sauce 2 other times. It's on the receipt so how are they forgetting. Also 2 months ago, we ordered 4 double cheeseburger and fries. Went inside to pick up order. Checked the order when we got to the car and 2 of the cheeseburgers were missing. At least we checked before getting home. I would suggest going to any other restaurant or another McDonald's.
Not that I expect much from service workers these days, but you’re not even considered minimum wage. Probably shouldn’t deep sigh at your customers that give your corporation the opportunity to pay you better than most fast food chains. This specific AM team always seems to lack communication skills and customer service skills. Do not have a problem with other shifts. Honestly wouldn’t have even left a review, but it happens every time I go for coffee. I’ll try the one on College Dr.
When I ordered my food online it said 2-5 minutes and 19 minutes to get my order and that hole time including the swift lead never ask If I need help. The swift lead saw me there and never said anything. That not a good leader
Possibly the world’s most comprehensive pull forward McDonald’s operation. At this location, they will rarely hand your order out at the drive thru window. Instead, they make you pull forward and wait. You’d think- yeah if it’s a big order or if they’re slammed, maybe that makes sense. The line needs to keep moving. Not correct- at this location, even when not busy, you must pull forward. Stop here on a weekend and see all these McDonald’s employees darting outside looking for vehicles to run their order out. Pull forward. So inefficient and not customer friendly. Pull forward. I’ve been here when I ordered a large soda and you know what they said? Pull forward. Whoever is the GM of this operation needs to stop being lazy and stop with the pull forward. The purpose of a drive thru is to — drive thru. Not pull forward and wait and wait. So get ready to sit in the parking lot en masse with other vehicles — they will not hand your order out the window as a drive thru was designed 75 years ago.
I was there last night and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. Got home bit into the burger and was some resistance. Spit out the bit and found paper on it wax paper they cooked the patty with wax paper on it and served it to me. After taking off the paper I was upset. It was the size of the burger. I got pictures too. Come on get it together mc donalds 310 N Boulder hwy I know some of you guys hate your jobs but to leave the wax paper on the burger and serve it like that. You guys are messed up.
I ordered a big mac and a drink. I ordered ex sauce and paid for ex lettuce. I get home after getting my kids fed and ready for/into bed, and sit down to eat my dinner. I get up way early in the morning and it's already well past my bedtime. I sit down and open my big mac box. I don't even care that I waited and it's cold. I open the box and notice the cheese almost fell out. Odd. Normally it melts a little. So I take a closer look. There is no meat patty. I look at the bottom layer. No meat patty. Who in their right mind makes a burger WITHOUT the burger?!?!?! I call and am told they will replace my food TOMORROW. So now I don't get dinner and go to bed hungry. Wasted my time and my money that I was already scraping my wallet to pay for before payday!!!!
