Morton's The Steakhouse - Las Vegas

We attended as guests invited by Roberto’s, and this was our third year in a row coming to celebrate the Holiday Gala Dinner at Morton’s The Steakhouse. The food was absolutely delicious, truly spectacular, and honestly one of the best restaurant meals I’ve ever had. Denise, the host of the event this year, was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. A special thank you to the servers Kevin, Gabriel, and Antony for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and detail-oriented throughout the night. We truly appreciate the experience and look forward to next year.

Morton's was a great experience, both from a food and service experience. My husband took me for a nice dinner as he had been before, and it did not disappoint. We were seated almost immediately, and were served water. Our server Bree was fantastic. Morton's needs to keep this young lady as she made our experience so great. She was attentive, funny, and knowledgeable. And Manny was just as good checking in on us, and topping up our water, etc. Manager Mark took his time to come and talk to us, which is always great so we could tell him how good his staff were. And we received a complimentary photo, which was a nice touch. We had oysters to start which were excellent, and for dinner we had the New York strip and dry aged rib steaks, along with Brussels and smoked Gouda and bacon au gratin potatoes. All was simply amazing. Taste was great, our steaks were done perfectly. Dessert was crème brûlée and berries with cream which were fantastic. Quite honestly we had the best experience and I would highly recommend Morton's to everyone who enjoys great food and great service. We will be back next time we are in Las Vegas.

This was our first visit to Mortons, and it was wonderful. We had a reservation and there was no wait. It wasn't crowded at 5:30pm on a Tuesday so it was also quiet in there. The staff were all very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We both had basically the same meal, 8oz filet mignon. I got black truffle butter and my wife had garlic butter, that was the only difference in our meals. The sides are shareable so we had Sichuan green beans and truffle cream for. For the appetizer we both had lobster bisque. They also brought out a round loaf of fresh baked bread with butter to start. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful. The only things that bothered me was the lighting was so dim that we had to use our phones to read the menu, and there were people at other tables doing the same thing. Also, I felt that it was quite warm inside the restaurant, but that is a subjective opinion and is strictly my own.

Bryon was our server and it was impeccable from start to finish. From his recommendations to the accommodations he provided for our table of 5 was everything one could look for in a fine dining experience. Quality service is not dead and please ask for him when visiting this restaurant. I am a very selective person when it comes to giving 5 stars on service; he did not disappoint nor did the quality of our meal! <3 Love when the manager on site checks in on the table to make sure dinner service has been to their standards. It most definitely was! Items we ordered included surf and turf, Napa Red Blend, Oysters, New York Strip, Lobster Mac, Creamed Spinach, Sea bass on a bed of Bok Choi, Filet 8 oz, sour creamed mash potatoes.

This was my second visit while I was in Vegas to Morton’s steakhouse. Coming from the bright sunlight outside to the inside, it took my eyes a few minutes to get accustomed to the dark interior. I wish they would turn up the lights a little bit. Was seated right away and ordered filet mignon for a decent price. I got a side order of potatoes, which unfortunately was not available in half portion. Little pig for one person. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Only remark I would have is that she was wearing a very strong perfume, which interfered with the eating experience. The drinks are a little on the pricey side, and if you add everything up, this place is a bit more expensive than the capital Grill. I have to say that the quality of the meat was absolutely superb. Top notch. Overall nice dining experience. The onion bread and butter is a very nice starter. Way too big for one person but again, I love bread.

The thing I really like about mortons is that you can buy 2- $50 gift cards at Costco for $79.99. Not only do you get a 20% discount, but you can buy a set of cards over the course of a few weeks/months. When you get enough. Go have a really nice dinner. We seem to average about $550 (- the 20% because of using the cards) for 4 people. That usually includes 1 cocktail each, appetizers, side dishes, steaks with toppings, and say 2 desserts. It's a lot of food. Is this the best steak house in all of Las Vegas? No. It's a great place where you can save a couple of bucks. It has free parking. You can get in and out without a big hassle . The staff is awesome. It's not uncommon for them to comp a dessert if you are celebrating an event in your life. We have been here, say 6x, and will continue to go as events arise

My husband and I have been wanting to try Mortons for some time now Back in L.A. they have been booked and we have been busy, this weekend we where in Vegas and found one near our hotel room, so we called in made a reservation, the dress attire is business casual. My husband ordered stake medium rare, it was well done no pink at all, not juicy just ok! I ordered the breaded chicken, that was crispy it was ok aswell, the spinach mushrooms side was better then the main dish the mashed potatoes were good. We had New York Cheesecake for dessert. That was really good. We don't mind paying for a great meal bc its worth it! This was just an ok experience.... I did like that our water glasses were always filled we didn't have to ask. To be honest I really expected more from Morton's steakhouse. A place that can make a steak spot on juicy and perfect temp has my vote and recommendation, unfortunately not Mortons. Hopefully this will change and someone else will have a better experience. Oh, 2 more not pleasing experiences, when we arrived the host checked us in and said some one will be with you shortly...we waited about 15 min there was no line and we had a reservation! Finally someone came over to talk to us only to be taken away be another person that had just come out of the restroom to be seated, so about 20 min wait we finaly got seated. I noticed a gentlemen walking around in a suit asking how was their food was everything ok, but he only went up to 2 tables?? To me this was a huh? Ok so only certain tables he wasn't busy, the restaurant wasn't busy so..🤷🏻‍♀️

I went during Thanksgiving which should be noted as Im sure business was busier than usual. When I arrived to my reservation they were 30+ mins behind in seating. Some people waited up to an hr and a half. The staff was kind and accomodating for the most part. When I was finally seated it was 15 mins before anyone acknowleded me or even gave me water. Carl was a great waiter/server once he realized I had not been attended to. The lady taking care of the front desk was also great. Not gonna lie, foods a bit overhyped. The experience and ambience is great. I can see it being a wonderful experience at a less busy time of year, but honestly besides the onion bread (which was soooo good) everything else I had I couldve made better at home.

I have been to many steak houses before. And Morton’s was definitely on my list and I fulfilled that. However, I would not go back. Absolutely not!!! Food was good, but I have tried better. First thing that I experienced, soon as we walked into the place, I noticed that the place smells like sewage. If were there February 15 then you know what I’m talking about. Second, food took too long, to top it off, we got frozen desert. We arrived at 6pm for a 6:15 reservation. Left the restaurant past 8pm because of the slow service. I could go on and on, but I will short and will just say ( Morton’s is just an average restaurant with expensive prices. I don’t think there personal even knows about etiquette. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

i made a reservation for 7:30pm in advance when we got there early we were told to wait in a line even if we had a reservation after waiting in line for 15-20 mins of the line not moving i went to a hostess who informed me that i just needed to check in and apologize that someone told me to wait in the walk in line then we waited for our name to be called another 15 mins we finally got called to be seated they sat us next to where the servers get glasses/cups at a table for four when it was just me and my wife terrible seating the server then told us our food would be another 1hr they are backed up looking around i see people getting complimentary bread while they wait we did not received any until i asked our server the steak and mashed potatoes were mid i didn't like it the Remy martin sauce the bread and dessert was good but that's about it we didn't get out till around 10pm i will not be going back. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
