Very fast and efficient service the handful of times I've been through here - pizza and wings were always made properly This is how you run and operate a Litte Caesar's Edit: After coming here pretty regularly for the past year or so, I've begun to notice issues when ordering online and picking up at the Pizza Portal. About half the time the email/alert is accurate and I'm able to stop in for all of 15 seconds to grab my pizza, but the other times I see my name on the list but there's nothing in the actual slot. I've actually seen up to three names on the "ready' board, but absolutely nothing in any slots. This could be a technical issue, but I would caution people to double check everything before scanning your QR code. It's always been resolved by letting the person at the counter known what's going on, but sometimes you're stuck waiting for them to help someone else and can be seen by others in line as "cutting", so you can be in a tough position.

I placed my order online, and my pizza was ready and hot by the time I arrived. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

This place must make a million bucks a day. It’s always packed haha! You know what you’re getting. Quick, low priced pizza. Perfect for birthday parties and get togethers. My orders have always been correct and the staff is also very friendly.

Ordered using the app. They said they didn't get the order until 10 minutes before I was to pick it up. Probably my mistake. They still had it (6 pizzas) ready on time. I don't love Little Cesar's but the quality is worth the price.

It is "Little Caesars"... it is the King of fast food pizza. It is the only pizza my kids like therefore I love it by default! Fast and good. Great for a "I don't want to figure out dinner" night.

Small place to wait but the staff is always awesome and kind. Pizzas are made quickly and taste amazing. The price just makes it that much better The bread sticks always hit the spot too.

Highly disappointed that you can only get the Pretzel Crust Pizza if you order it online. Also it's for a limited time only. The Pretzel Crust Pizza is the BEST pizza they have. I think they should definitely reconsider about making it a regular menu item that you can order in store. Aside from that, my last visit was great. The store itself was very clean, the employees were nice, great customer service, and considering I knew I was gonna have to wait for my Pretzel pizza to cook, I didn't have to wait long at all for my food.

I really like the price of these pizzas. I think the best pizza is the deep dish pepperoni. I order the garlic butter dipping sauce with it and its only about $9 total. If you order through the app they give you a code so you can simply walk in and enter the code into a warm pizza locker and grab your pizza from it. Its paid for ahead of time w your debit card so you don't even have to wait in line or talk to any employees. Just get pizza and go! I will be back soon. Thanks guys!

I was greeted by April and Kaylee who were in front one took my order and said there be a wait of 15 minutes I was fine with that. Another customer was angry and gave them a hard time but those girls handled that customer very professionally. Apparently they are new working here and I must say that I will return just because of the way they handled the situation. Thanks girls. Keep smiling.

Always a great, quick place to stop & pick up dinner if you don't mind the calories. The new online app ordering is helpful. Not liking the new prices for toppings other than cheese or pepperoni (YUCK!) & cheese. It's only $1 more, bit why should it cost more to get a pizza with less fat & cholesterol like no cheese & 1/2 onions, 1/2 mushrooms?

What else can be said about little ceasers, best place for quick and cheap pizza that is never lacking. Ordered 3 pizzas and got them fresh within 15 minutes of waiting. Great for a pool day to have something to eat after

I normally order online and run in to get it out of the warmer. I didn't this time, the young man that took my order was very nice, struck up a conversation and made me feel welcomed. Pizza as always was yummy. This is my absolute favorite Little Caesar's in all of Las Vegas and Henderson combined.

Love this place. The 3 Meat Deep Dish Pizza is the Best. Can always count on a Great Pizza. Food is always good. Inside is clean & everyone is always nice. I call ahead and pizza is ready when I get there. Any pizza you want. But you can always stop & pick up Hot & Ready.

From the moment I arrived, it was packed but moving smoothly. The parking lot is dark and doesn't have any lights to help keep the lot bright enough. Only because the trash is so far from the building and with it being so dark, such heavy traffic, makes it dangerous for employees. They are super polite, clean cut and I heard cheerful talking during the busiest time. They keep their cool under pressure and have a good time putting together great pizza for everyone. I usually have to wait for a "hot and ready" pizza. They close earlier than most pizza places around here too.

We visit this location once every couple of weeks. Typically we can get through the line quickly but occasionally we're stuck in there for 10 or 15 minutes. Recently they fixed their issue of being out of Hot and Readys which was a constant issue a few months ago. Service is always strictly business. They're not rude, but they're not overly friendly.

Pretty good pizza it looked good tasted as good as little ceasers can . I worked at several location for about 5 years. I ordered something that wasnt hot and ready only waited about 8 minutes and the whole order was fresh. No complaints.

Not too shabby. I got to say, little ceasers taste better than it used too. The stuffed crust pizza thing was not bad at all. The cheesy bread was good too. The red sauce to dip it in was very plain and left Alot to be desired. Staff was very busy and wasn't rude or nice,just busy. Place was clean. But I think little ceasers has come along way. Price was not too bad either. And now they have way more selections on the menu than they used to have. So yeah, not too shabby y'all. Hope this helps.

Food was nice and hot and ready for pick up which I greatly appreciated! The service was great…however, I’ve had bad service on a couple of occasions before. The only real problem I have with this particular restaurant is the parking lot is terrible! So difficult to maneuver.

Lowering my stars. Prices rising, charged me $3 more to not get cheese on a pizza. Will no longer make it "no ring". Hot and ready still a good value for feeding the kids a special treat. Very busy on Fridays and Saturdays.

Used the app to pre-order some quick & inexpensive dinner. I was behind a large order, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes in the lobby. Front counter staff member kept me up to date with the progress of my order, and while conversing gave me some tips on some 'out of the box' ordering to make my order more enjoyable - Ask for 'Well Done' Crazy Bread with extra butter!

Good food . We always order on the portal. We are seldom able to just walk inand get our order out of the portal. Often our food is in the back so we have to talk to people even though we ordered for pizza portal. Today our pizza was in the portal but we had to wait for four people to pay for their food because the code had expired. Frustrating.

Usually this place is great but lately it's really gone down hill... we just brought home 2 extra most cheesiest pizzas and they weren't cooked all the way and half the pizza didn't even have cheese on it... my husband immediately returned them to the store. Hopefully they will replace them with properly cooked ones. We will be checking them from now on before we leave the store!

It's okay. They took all the seats out so you can't sit when waiting for your order. Spent over 70 bucks and they wouldn't take a 100 dollar bill. Said I had to buy more to hit $90.00 to give me change. They don't greet you when you walk in. Place isn't as clean as it use to be.

It's best to order ahead because 1 or 2 hot & ready pizza may be up for grabs. But not any wings, breadsticks, cheesy sticks, or puffs.

The pizza is decent, and when you consider the price, it's pretty good. Lately, this location seems to get overwhelmed at times, though. I've been going here about once a month for several years, but the last 4 times I've gone here, I was told that I'd have to wait "8 minutes" for their "Hot N Ready" pizzas. So it's hot, but not always ready! Despite the "8 minute" wait that seems to be the new norm, you still can't beat the price, especially if you have a bunch of hungry kids over for a party. It's still a pretty good deal, and the employees are usually pretty polite, even when they're slammed.

Did not wind up placing an order. I was after the new pizza puffs, but they are coated in garlic butter. I am allergic to garlic so had to pass, as the person I spoke with was unable/ unwilling to use plain butter. We are too busy right now to keep track of that modification is what I was told. I was disappointed.

No problems with the service , but they haven't had condiments like crushed peppers and cheese for over a month and I'm there twice a week for my household. 😠 But they'll give a handful of napkins 🤬 Way too many other pizza places to choose out here that want fall short on to their customers ..

This location isn't even busy I ordered on the phone was 12 minutes late after she said a certain time and they still did not have all my pizzas ready they even gave somebody else one of my pizzas I had to wait another 20 minutes not cool

Pizza and breadsticks were not good. Flavor was blah, dough could have been cooked more. And the M&M desert was small and gross. Just not good.

I went in and ordered a hot and ready pepperoni and a hot and ready mushroom pizza. The girl said it would take 10-15 minutes and I paid for my pizza. I asked that the cheese not be overcooked. I waited about 20 minutes and got up and asked if my pizza was ready. She went back and got my pizzas. They were not very good. The crust tasted like cardboard and it was pretty flavorless.

It was peak time and there weren't enough $5 pizzas made. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our order and the small lobby was full. People in the back were goofing off while customers were standing in line and only 1 person at the register. Parking lot is difficult to get in and out of. Very disappointed.

The kiosk was a good idea to be able to order ahead and bypass the line. However, if one orders more than 2 pizzas they don't put it in the little pizza garage which means you have to stand in line anyway. Good idea....poor execution!!

This location rarely has the advertised Hot and Ready specialty pizzas available, even while listing them (with hours available) on their menu. Often out of the base $5 pepperoni at busy times too. Crazy bread here is often dry. Wait times are longer than expected. Otherwise, expect standard or better quality product as any other Little Caesars.

Thought it was just extra burnt food until I picked it up. It's like a hard plastic from idk what in the kitchen. This spot won't honor online coupons that are up on their website, the website won't let you add the deal to cart. This place needs to be better with that, and then tell me that I can try a different location? I go to the one closest to home for a reason.

I ordered one extra cheesy pizza from this location. Absolutely horrific. The majority of the cheese was hard, and it wasn't the extra cheese I had asked for. The texture was revolting. I would not recommend buying pizza from this location.

Just picked up a hot n ready cheese. I live less than a mile from the store. I went straight home after getting the pizza. Sat down immediately to watch the news n dig in to the pie. It's cool and stale! Never again will I buy from here.

Go back to the telephone if the technology will not work. Half an order arrives. The delivery guy said he would be back in 20 minutes. Then we are Told the remainder would arrive an hour and a half later. Didn’t arrive. Called to find out why. Don’t have access to that part of the system. Never again.

The pizza is never ready, always a wait. Last night they gave me a 25 minute wait time meanwhile it just looked like all the workers were just cleaning up to close instead of having some pizza ready for clients. It was at least 2 hours before closing time why do they worry about cleaning before the shop is closed, shouldn't you clean after shop is closed? Sorry, but what happened earlier today was unacceptable. One of the young male employees was deliberately ignoring a woman who asked about whether her pizza was ready or not. Unfortunately this location want the best experience for me. Placed an order an hour and a half beforei needed to pick up. Showed up 10 minutes later and STILL had to wait ANOTHER 10 because they didn't have my order complete!! PS. I only ordered 4 cheese and 4 pepperoni hot and ready pizzas. Oh yeah...they told me this AFTER they fully charged my credit card for the order. Pshh. Looked like there was no 'adult'managing the store either. Just a bunch of kids.

In the 30 minutes I spent here, I didnt see one customer leave happy. While waiting in line I ended up placing my order online. I get to the front counter and advise the clerk. She disappears for 10 min and comes back with the shift leader who asks to see my order receipt. I show her my phone and she says I put the store address in wrong. I never put the store address in to begin with, it populated from the website. She then tells me I won't be getting my order since it says Lake mead Dr, not Pkwy. I explained to her that I have no control over that, it came from your company website. And she tells me that I can't pick up the pizza I paid for. So I told her to just refund my money then, and she says she can't since the order never came to the store. During all this the original clerk comes back with a receipt that has my order on it and she says oh, it just came in. Do you want your money back or the food now? Really?! This is the service to be expected from here? I won't be back....no thanks.

I'm a doordash and Postmates driver and I must say this store is very very slow! One particular young gentleman is very rude to me every time I go to pick up! I don't know if he doesn't like the way I look but he seems to treat other customers quite nice! If I had a choice I would go the extra mile to goto another Little Caesars just being honest 🤷

I went her today 10-24-20 and I sent my 16 year old son in (I have a broken leg) with my card, chip and pin. But I guess that's not good enough for them because they told my son he needed a picture ID to match the card. The guy in front of him had his brother's card because he was moving and he was buying pizza for his helpers. So both of us left because of this without buying anything. I just don't understand if it good enough for Walmart and 100 other places why isn't it good for a $5 pizza. So Don't go here if you Don't have cash or a ID that matches the card.

The customer service was okay but my problems lies in the fact that the food just wasn’t good. I ordered a light sauce deep dish cheese pizza(extra cheese) with breadsticks. They basically gave me a plain cheese pizza and slapped sauce on it. The bread was doughy and barely had parmesan on top of it. I paid about $20 for mediocre food. its ridiculous

This location turns off online ordering an hour before closing. I’ve tried to call to place an order and was told they don’t accept orders over the phone anymore. I’ve gone in 30 minutes before closing and was told they can only do classic pepperoni or cheese.

This place is garbage! They need to get a good manager im there! Ordered a pepperoni pizza waited 15 minutes, finally got our pizza got in the car opened it and it was doughy!!! We took it back told them and they said they’ll make us a new one. They use to have really good pizza. I stopped going there 5 years ago because it got bad. Old pizza and poor quality. I went there a couple weeks ago and had the best pizza. Today I go back. Nothing in the racks. I ordered a most bestest. I had to wait but thats ok it will be fresh. Got home took a look almost no cheese on it. 😞 You can see the sauce and even crust in most of the pizza. This was thrown together in a major hurry with no quality. It will probably be another 5 years before I go back to this store. This place never has pizza's ready When you place an order, they tell you that it's ready. But then it's really not when you get there and you still have to wait at least fifteen minutes. I hope they get better management.Since this is the only little caesars that is close to my house.

They don't use portal anymore, they don't have a friendly counter staff to give you pizza, the only thing they have now is cheap prices... pizza is the lowest quality taste. I ordered a lot of pizza from this location last year and I've greatly decreased my orders due to poor service, long pickup times, and pizzas with less than 40% of the pizza having sauce OR cheese on it and the rest is overbaked-low-quality crust.

My family and I always order from this location. This time when my husband picked up the pizza and it was not hot at all. The pizza and cheese bread were cold. My kids were hungry since we had been out running errands, so they started to eat the pizza. They’re kids they don’t care if the pizza is cold or hot if they are hungry they will eat. My husband and I do not like cold pizza so I gave the store a call. The manager said to bring the food back and she will remake it. I told her my kids started to eat it. I was not asking for a replacement. I deal with customers on a daily myself and I know how stressful it can be. All I asked for was a discount on my next visit since we go quite often. She was still telling me no that she needed the food back. Instead of doing something as small as a discount she’d rather lose a loyal customer.

This used to be one of my favorite places to visit when I needed something simple and quick. They were usually always friends and a fast experience. This round however was Terrible. I can't say if I'd come back. The food, the wait, the service. Just all around bad. We called in a simple order of one pepperoni pizza and a single order of wings. We were told 15 mins. We get there 15 mins later and they said they are just waiting on the wings. Around 30 mins they said they are still waiting on the wings, and that it takes no less than 15 mins to cook. 15 mins later they said the same thing (in other words, they kept forgetting the order)...of course this point I watched a lady come in, order and walk away with wings (pretty sure those were ours). Meanwhile we had food sitting in the car all this time from next door (Panda) cold now, and I said we just need a refund and are leaving. They mentioned waiting on the wings again but refunded it and handed me the money. As I'm about to walk away, they asked if we still at least want the pizza as it was ready. I said sure.... if it's ready right this moment. They said yes it is. So I said sure, and they said....that'll be $5.40...........so I hand them back some money, and they hand me the pizza. It had been sitting around that entire time as it ended up being Luke warm to cool and disgusting. It was also filled with bubbles taking up a portion of the pie like it was growing tumors. Just a terrible experience.
