My wife and I went to Red Lobster to celebrate Veterans day. We got there a little before the crowd started showing up. Our server,Nereida was very attentive. No matter how busy she was she kept and smile and kind words. We think she is a 5 Star server. When we go back we will ask for Nereida to be our server.
We've been to a couple Red Lobsters in Las Vegas and weren't too impressed, this one in Henderson does it better. I would have taken more pics of the seafood but my hands got a little messy 🦞
03/31/25- Update today we popped into Red Lobster 🦞 it is under newer ownership. For us it is a tradition to go during Lobsterfest. So today we ordered lobster tails and the lobster macaroni and cheese. Obviously 🙄, we enjoyed the cheesy bread, steamed broccoli and baked potato. The food was excellent. The service was very good 👍🏼. We had Christian as our server. He was friendly, fast and truly attended to our every need with a smile. 😃 Dining tonight made my Mom smile 😊 in a way I haven’t seen in a very long time. Thank you 🙏🏻 Red Lobster 🦞! OLD-Well now seriously 😐, do any of us think of heading to a red Lobster anymore? My Mum does! So we did. The atmosphere hasn’t changed since I waitressed there when I was 19. So it’s a bit dark with the lobster tank in the front. Big bar in the middle with dark wood everywhere. The service was good and the food was surprisingly good. 👍🏼 The last few times I’ve been in there- it was too salty. This time everything was just right. My only feedback was the solids was flat and tasted old. The ice machine needs a good cleaning and the water needs a new filtration system. The bathrooms were clean and the place had a nostalgic familiarity. We told old stories.
Came in on a Saturday for lunch at the bar and had a great experience. The seafood ordered was fresh, nice and clean ambiance, friendly staff. Would highly recommend Red Lobster for a family lunch or date night.
5 stars for waitstaff Harmony - she did a fantastic job making us feel at home. She took good care of us during our entire meal. As for the food, it's a 4. While the lobster we ordered was juicy and tender, the linguine with shrimps and lobster bits was too creamy for my liking. I would of course give the cheddar biscuits 5 stars - they're so soft and yummy! Overall dining experience is 5 stars!
When you’re a mobile notary like me with Elite Mobile Notary Service in Henderson, the hustle never stops — but even stamps need a snack break! I stopped by Red Lobster at Sunset & Marks in Henderson with a friend and ordered the Ultimate Feast. Crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp… it was giving “notary-approved self-care.” The atmosphere was quiet, not busy at all, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Sometimes winding down with great seafood is exactly what you need to recharge before hitting the road again. And just look at this pic — it says it all!
NEWEST UPDATE: Tried again NYE (tnt). GREAT! (but $$$$) I decided to splurge, so I ordered delivery of a variety of food. It was all very good: Lobster topped mashed potatoes, lobster baked potato, Maine tail, grilled sea scallops, shrimp scampi, shrimp alfredo, side snow crab, (Ultimate Feast & extras.) Enough leftovers for a second meal, too. (This time though, I ordered from the Flamingo & Eastern Ave restaurant location.) HIGHLY recommend. [Older Update]UPDATES: Gave them a second try. This time the food was better!!! The chocolate cake is very good. It comes with hot fudge syrup, "crunchy" chocolate bits, vanilla ice cream, and is so rich! Previously: DISAPPOINTED-SPECIAL DINNER FOR MY ILL WIFE... I ordered online. Process was easy. Drove to restaurant and parked in pickup space. Checked in. Then waited and waited. The order was late NOT at time I was informed online. Drove straight home to present lobster & seafood dinner to my ill wife. (Food got cold fast/had to microwave warm it.) Took photos, then arranged her dinner and mine. Her lobster tail was very small and already butterflied weird. Her cole slaw portion was small. The chedder biscuits were over cooked-tasted stale. My salad was good. French fries decent. Her expensive dinner overall was disappointing. Mine wasn't as expensive, but portions smaller than past meals. Look at it in the photos I took. I didn't tell my wife how disappointed I was so as not to upset her-she liked it. I don't feel this dinner was worth almost $90-look at it. Therefore, I can not recommend this Red Lobster location now after praising service and food in the past. [I do NOT do social media]
Food and service were great even with the little hiccup. My waiter Elmer made it all better and whoever was the Manager last night. I apologize I didn’t get his name, but we will definitely be back.
Fabulous customer service, our waitress was wonderful. The cheddar biscuits are delicious and loved their choice of alcoholic beverages. Delicious shrimp and you get plenty for your money. Clean and with restrooms. Decently priced as well. Definitely stop in
It was my birthday celebration and I was eager to taste the delights of the crab and lobster menu. It was a delight in taste and to the attentiveness of our food's wait staff! All meals and desserts were prepared with a great level of attention. Our male waiter was deliberate in his overview for what we desired. Lastly, the wonderful manager stopped by to check on our satisfaction, wherein I thanked her for the oversight in ensuring that our time spent was well worth it. Thanks for all u do! Cathy
Had a blast on Valentine's Day. We did not have to wait for seating. Our server was funny, prompt, and kind. The drinks were good and the food was great. Can't wait to go back.
We ordered the seaside shrimp trio family feast. The price was pretty good and portions were very generous. Our order was also about 10 minutes earlier than expected. As always the flavor of the food was amazing and the cheddar bay biscuits are the best. I will definitely order here again.

Nothing better than having Great food with Great service. We had the spicy seafood boil for lunch. Julia & Brian were wonderful. They treated us special with 10/10 service. We’ll be back!
Service was outstanding, friendly staff that worked as a team to make sure our dining experience was great. Food was cooked to perfection, flavorful and tender (steak and lobster). Hush poppies were tasty! Drinks were fantastic, highly recommend the purple haze gin and juice drink. Ah, and then there were the biscuits... Will go back!
Brian, Sandra and Jessica are an amazing team. They all pitch in and work together Job titles do not dictate their dedication to customer service. We had a super delicious dinner at our favorite seafood restaurant. The food was super great. The service always makes the food taste better. What a hard working and warm staff. Loved our experience at the Henderson location. Happy about everything!!!

We haven’t been to Red Lobster in quite some time. The menu has changed up, the atmosphere was relaxed, the food was delicious, and above all our server Lani was amazing and appreciated! Father daughter time was made even better.
We visited on Saturday 9/27/25 and had wonderful service from Cristian (hope I spelled that right). He was friendly and attentive and always checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The food, service and atmosphere was so much better than it was a year, maybe two? ago. We will definitely be coming back.
Wayne was so awesome and efficient. He was the only server on but you couldn’t tell! Brian came out and was helping. A manager that helps?! What?! He was so nice and even ran food. Dynamic duo for the win!

Got a redo on my pick up order and it was a totally different experience than last time in the best way!! I had only heard not so good things about Red Lobster so I never went. But I was gifted a gift card so my fiancé and I decided to try it out. We went on New Year’s Eve around 5:30pm and it was pretty dead. We were seated right away and all the staff was very friendly. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and they came out sizzling hot and delicious! I had the lobster seafood plate which had a lobster tail, salmon, and grilled shrimp. It was all cooked perfectly and was so delicious. My fiancé had steak and lobster and he said it was good the only thing missing was some clarified butter for the lobster..my Caesar salad was cold, with crisp lettuce and the dressing was very good. All in all, it was a great dining experience and we would definitely go back. Our server was Bayran. He was very attentive and gave excellent service.
We had an excellent dinner last night. I ordered the Ultimate Feast, hubby had the lobster, salmon, and shrimp platter. Service by sweet Merien was excellent. She is really on the ball. We used to go more frequently, but it’s gotten a little pricey. I am, however, looking forward to Lobster Fest starting soon. I always go there for my birthday in April. I would definitely recommend it.
We were there today for lunch, my husband and I. And let’s just start with the waitress. She was amazing. Her name is Julia. She was a tentative, took her order and repeated it gave some suggestions. It was really nice. I had a salmon bowl. I looked it up and it had 60 g of protein and the salmon and I asked to be medium rare. And it came out amazingly just the tasty salmon. Came with brussels sprouts that were crispy sauce. It was warm that came with the side of salad and it was so good. My husband had the soup and salad and biscuits I guess. He had clam chowder and he said everything was really really good was tasty. It was warm. Fresh didn’t like anything. It was Excellent food excellent service. It’s been a long time since I’ve been red lobster I’ll definitely be going back for that sample.
The manager at the Sunset and Marks Street in Henderson, NV is absolutely amazing!! His customer service and people skills are top notch. He walks around to each table checking on people. He gives recommendations and is just a friendly face while you enjoy good food.

Bartender Jessica & manager Notosha were amazing! Very attentive and helpful in all phases of our lunch. In fact, they were so great we’re coming back Thursday for my neighbors 50th birthday thank you red lobster.
Had an amazing night! Our server, Merreine, was attentive, friendly, and professional. The food came quickly and was delicious, and throughout the night saw not only other servers but even the manager, Natasha, showing the same friendly attentive service to all the other guests. We hit up the Red Lobster on Sunset and Mark's Street here in Henderson last weekend, and honestly, it was a really enjoyable night out. After hearing about all the menu updates and the return of Lobsterfest, I was curious if things had bounced back. The place was clean, bright enough, and had that familiar cozy nautical vibe without feeling too dated. Our server was super friendly and attentive – she kept the biscuits coming hot and fresh, which is honestly half the battle won right there. We started with the lobster spinach dip (creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor – highly recommend if you're sharing), then went for the Create Your Own Lobster Lover's Dream combo since Lobsterfest is happening. I picked the grilled Maine lobster tail and some crispy dragon teriyaki lobster – the teriyaki one was a fun new twist with that sweet-spicy kick, and the classic grilled tail was tender and buttery. Paired it with garlic shrimp scampi and those amazing Chesapeake fries. Everything tasted fresh, not overcooked or rubbery like some older reviews mention from a couple years back. Portions were generous too – we had leftovers for lunch the next day. The biscuits? Still legendary. Warm, cheesy, slightly garlicky perfection. My only small gripe is that sides are more à la carte now, so the bill adds up quicker than I remember. But for a seafood fix with reliable quality, it's worth it. Overall, Red Lobster feels like it's really stepped up its game lately. Great for families, date nights, or just craving that classic endless shrimp vibe. We'll definitely be back next time Lobsterfest rolls around. If you're in the mood for seafood without breaking the bank, this spot hits the spot!
The service was kind a slow the bar tender was the one who was taking care of us don't have enough server over all it's okay. The food is good.
The food was great!No complaints other than the portion sizing for the sides.Our server was amazing, and paid us with an exceptional amount of attention to make sure we had everything we needed. The steaks we ordered medium rare, were perfectly seasoned, and the meat texture was on point. What a joy it is, when you sit down at a restaurant and you get a good steak!9/10. The lobster tails were a little skinny, but maybe the lobster was trying to lose some weight for summer before he got boiled! The lobster punch was great when paired with all the food, and was not too sweet either, by my surprise. I recommend, when you don't want to cook at home for sure!
We came specifically for the new flavors of the ultimate all you can eat shrimp, crispy dragon and shrimp Rangoon. They were out of both at 2 pm. They still had 5 other flavors (see pictures), so we still ate. The 20 dollar all you can eat shrimp is a great deal with 2 sides included. You also get the cheddar bay biscuits. If you love shrimp, you will love it. The service was very slow, 25 min to get first round of food, but the flavors and decent waitress made it worth the wait. If we go back. I will call first to make sure they have what I want.
Came here with the whole family. While they had booster seats and high chairs available, we were limited to where we could put a high chair or stroller. The food was pretty good, I got the crabby cheesy fries and it was a bit too salty, but still edible. Disappointed by the lack of crab on it for the price, too. The cheesy biscuits were buttery deliciousness as usual. The rest of the family didn’t seem to have any complaints about their food. I don’t think our server checked our drinks even once. They were friendly and accommodating when we did flag them down. Some of our silverware didn’t quite get washed properly, but I don’t necessarily fault them for that, as a restaurant with many dishes to wash, it’s understandable that it would happen once in a while. Of course, as soon as we notified our server, it was immediately replaced. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and I’m sure we’ll be back.
Red Lobster is my go-to spot for both the food and the friendly staff. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to building relationships with their customers. Janine, the manager, always takes the time to visit our table and check in on us. Matt and Lana are our go-to servers, and Brayden, with that infectious smile and warm welcome, makes every visit feel special. These team members make our dining experience unforgettable, and they’re the reason we keep coming back, even beyond the delicious food!
Greate food, needed a little more flavor but Hostess Nevaeh very nice with accommodating to our request for seating. Our server Christian was very nice and helpful during our dinner.

Sadly, we were not impressed by this particular location. The service was slower (not enough staff), and the happy hour margarita was made with a seriously low grade alcohol. Husband had one drink, but got very ill. We wanted to love it as we like the location, but it did not work out. We won't be back. PS The duel lobster dinners have gotten super expensive.
Today's experience was difficult yet rewarding. I'll keep my server's name out due to privacy. I was dining alone, and it was lunchtime. Long story, short my server (who may have been new) got overwhelmed with emotions and broke down crying in the middle of the dining room. We were all in shock. The server turns around to continue entering orders and cry. I couldn't take it, I jumped up , walked over, whispered to breathe, calm down, and it's okay. Maybe go to the restroom, wipe face, and come back. You got this!!! Another server did come out and saw what I was doing and immediately helped the tables with the customers. NOT ONCE DID A MANAGER COME OVER AND ASK TO HELP. I BELIEVE THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS SITTING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WALL HAVING LUNCH. WHEN A MANAGER CAME, THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE AND WAS RUDE. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE THIS RATING A 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I KNOW THE SERVER MAY HAVE SOME FAULTS, HOWEVER THE SERVER DID IT'S BEST & WAS ABLE TO OVERCOME THE EMOTIONS (because all of us customers was there with support). Red Lobster, if your managers are not equipped with dealing with an employee who breaks down in the middle of customers and to ensure everyone was okay, than maybe soft skills training is need with focus on diversity, equality, inclusion and empathy. Ijs...I will be sending a detailed letter to corporate with hopes that everyone maintains their job and training is used to help everyone going forward.
HORRIFIC!!! Sent messages through contact red lobster. NO REPLY !! Just like walking in to get curbside due to not answering curbside number. Crab legs refrigerator cold, crispy potatoes not eatable (burnt). Still can’t understand how you burn lobster dip & CHIP’S!!!! Shrimp way too salty to eat , alone with dried of baked potatoe. Not sure if crab Tuesday the worst or everyday….. My third bad meal. STRIKEOUT 😢 #TryAtYourOwnRisk OH, finally the biscuits weren’t burnt !! $60 meal ruined. SAD………… I’m OLDER I don’t have Facebook nor any social media!
Decided to take my family out for new years eve. Have a nice dinner at the end of the year, let me tell you worse decision ever. First waitress took our order but didn't write anything down. We got our food but no utensils, I had to walk up to the bar to ask for some, because I couldn't find waitress. My family was waiting on drinks, we also order an alcoholic beverage we did not get (didn't get charged), by time we got utensils food was no longer hot. My 45 dollar plate was just tasteless, rice had hard pieces. It was just bad experience. I know it's new year eve but if you're going to give this kind of service you should be closed for this date. Or give day off to the waitress. I never had a bad experience at red lobster until last night. Worse 130+ dollars ever spent. We still left a tip just because we didn't want to be rude but most likely won't be going back any time soon.
Just didn't hold up to the standards that's for years Red Lobster has had in the past food was consistently good and service and atmosphere was always a reason to come back for a simple lunch or dinner or even a get together. I try to limit negative reviews and stay as positive as possible however as someone who does a lot of reviews and has been encouraged to do them I can not believe how far down things have come it's been awhile since being at. Red Lobster and maybe it was just this location and today's experience however it was not good and not sure exactly sure why too much to list. Just giving and honest yet disappointed review.
I came in alone here a few times on Tuesday's for the crab leg special and had good experiences till this last one. My in shell crab legs meant to be hand cracked were served swimming in a large amount of herb butter over the entire dish- fried potato's were inedible soaked in herbs and butter. Not what I ordered but was in a time crunch so I decided to suck it up and try it. I didn't have a single leg crack cleanly with the meat not sticking horribly to the side of the shell. Never in my life have I left meat on a plate of crab legs. Oh, and I expressed this to the server, who could see a 1/4 eaten plate of expensive crab and didn't offer any resolution other than my bill. Full price.
I had a coupon for a free kids meal with purchase from the rewards app. I showed them the code and the coupon before they finalized the check. They said because I pressed redeem, it says I already used the coupon. What? They saw me present the coupon and it provided a code. They refused to take off the charge. I've been coming to red lobster more frequently since they released the seafood boil. This will be my last time eating there.
