Nice clean McDonald's. They actually had some kiosks that you could order your food in another language. I think that's a great thing for customers that don't speak English very well
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup tonight for my son. When I got home we realized it had onions and pickles on it as well. I went back to the store and the gentleman I saw at the counter was quick to tell the cooks to make two cheeseburgers onky ketchup. Not only was he very quick and polite, he included a small fry for my troubles. I do not know your name, but if you see this review, I thank you so much! Your customer service is beyond amazing. It shows you really care about your customers!. Thank you SO SO much again!!. Just that small gesture made such a difference. You know the true definition of customer service!
Did the early morning drive through, and the crew did great! Food looked like it came off the screen in the commercials and tasted great. They were chipper and friendly. I’ll remember this location!
The new building is very nice! The staff was overall very friendly and accommodating. In my opinion, this is the best McDonald's in the area. Service was as quick as you can expect during a busy time of the day, and the workers were very efficient.
This McDs was recently rebuilt from the ground up and it was definitely worth the short inconvenience! The interior is modern yet inviting, with plugs for laptops scattered around the cafe for anyone looking to eat and work at the same time. This location now offers table delivery for anyone eating in, which helps alleviate long lines waiting for orders at the counter. Service is great and the day manager was wonderfully patient with his employees, especially the young man working the front when I stopped in. They were also giving out free reusable coffee cups and gladly gave us extras for my brother and aunt. If you're in the Henrietta area, definitely give this McDs a try!

I went to McDonald’s on West Henrietta. New York, and I as I was driving in my front drivers wheel fell off. I called the tow company and while waiting Ryan the manager this was during the day about 2 o’clock in the afternoon came out asked me if I was OK asked me if I needed anything Came out again with a big glass of ice water got cones to put behind my car because I was stuck in the driveway. He came out and says nobody refuses an apple pie which I took and thanked a friend came to stay with me while I waited for the tow truck. He then came out and got us three iced coffees Really this man was wonderful. He took some of the pressure off me. I just would like everyone to know that if you see Ryan say hi he’s the manager very polite very helpful. Thank you very much.
As far as food items go, I do have a few recommendations. The Oreo McFlurry and the seasonal Shamrock shakes are great. The Mcchicken is on the cheaper side and it is delicious. The Caramel Frappe is one of my favorites, I think it’s possible to add OREO to it but I can’t remember. The fries are good too, I enjoy dipping them in McDonald’s sweet and sour sauce. Check this place out!
Mobile app system not working but they were willing to give me the same discounts and free items anyways. Appreciate the service.
Everything was perfect here, Dine in is super clean. The atmosphere was wonderful. The workshop was fast, and paying attention to the customers and making sure everyone was good. Definitely will be back here soon.
I've never been in a McDonalds where the service is so good until I visited this one yesterday; food was fresh, employee super polite which made the whole morning more enjoyable.
It's okay could have better service
This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Service is fast and efficient, and the environment is clean and put together.
Me and my friend ordered ahead in the app at 10pm absolutely starving and when we got there, the order hadn’t gone through to the store even though I had a receipt on my phone. The guy at the window (a manager, I think) was SO KIND and helpful and got it all sorted out. I understand how stressful a situation like that can be especially so late at night when you’re just trying to be done with your shift but he was so respectful and accommodating the entire time! There was no sense of annoyance to him (although I’m sure he felt it inside), but he really just genuinely wanted to help us. I haven’t even eaten my food yet but quite frankly I don’t care how it tastes because the interaction with him was so sweet. Fast food service is stressful and horrific at times but if everyone went at problems like he did, it’d be for the better. I want to make sure that he gets recognized for his outstanding service and demeanor and I wish him the best. (If he sees this, sorry for being a pain late at night)
It was just newly renovated and the drive through is a lot more streamlined. We don't eat here much but it was mid day and my Husband wanted breakfast. I liked how fast the drive through service was. Have only ran inside to use the bathrooms a few times but they are very clean and nice since everything is freshly rebuilt.
I always have a easy experience at McDonald's and the app is very easy to use. I almost never get a wrong order but every time I order a bagel with extra breakfast sauce I get a burned bagel with very little or none not a good way to start off the morning
Big kudos to the breakfast crew at 830am on 6/27! I have never seen such great service and I loved Kendall’s Flamingo Friday shirt!
There is a young man that tends to work mornings I believe and is usually in the window. He is always such a joy. He’s so friendly so positive and always make sure to have a smile on his face. It’s so refreshing. just wanted to make sure his kindness was recognized and appreciated!!
Stopped here with my husband and niece the staff is really polite and the food was fresh and good
I have to give a big shoutout to Ken at the McDonald's West Henrietta Road drive-thru—he is absolutely amazing! His bubbly, charming personality made the whole experience of waiting for your meal FUN. He has this joyful energy that makes you smile, laugh, and he looks like he enjoys his job. He even mentioned that he loves to be happy and make others happy, and you can truly feel it. People like Ken make a huge difference, and we are so grateful for him. Customer service is very important and Ken is a perfect example of outstanding customer service. I also want to thank the other staff who’ve shown great customer service at this location, even though I didn’t catch their names. You all make this McDonald’s a great place to visit! Unfortunately, we always go to the drive-thru so I can't do any reviews on the inside atmosphere. T :)
The person taking your order made our day so much better. They seemed like they loved their job and put a smile on my face. The food was incredible and tasty. It took us only three minutes to get our food.
Writing this review as a thank you to the staff at this location. Yesterday my mother brought my sons to this location for a treat, and my son left his coat behind when they left. He was very upset when he realized he lost his coat. My mother called this morning and the person on the phone said that they had it in their office. They stopped by the store today to pick up my son's coat and my mother thanked the staff member who found it. I greatly appreciate the kindness and honesty of the crew member who found and set aside his coat that he's been very proud of this winter. In this day and age, the coat could have been taken by someone who is less than honest. I will continue to come to this location to support the hardworking crew members in the future! Thank you McD's!
Absolutely amazing experience! The manager Miles was a pure class act. Super kind and extremely easy to talk to! The higher ups clearly found a great leader when it comes to that young lady! The food was great and came out on time and fresh, couldn’t ask for a better Mcdonald’s experience.
I truly love the new decorations. McDonald's has always had awesome 🍟 fries and this time I was totally impressed, not only do they look picture perfect, they taste so delicious. My coffee ☕ was perfect, black with 4 creames and 10 packages of sugar, YES! I said 10- TEN. Keep up the good work. 👍
Food was good. People were nice. Doors were locked so we were forced to go through the drive-thru. The line wrapped all the way around the building. It moved along but not at a fast speed.
10:00 pm arrival in the dining room. Place was empty. Dining room closes at 10:30. Took extra time to make some salads. Received them at 10:10. Personnel were very polite & several times apologetic. There was no rush to get us out. It was a pleasant experience. I'd go back.
For a McDonald's, it is one of the better ones! Double drive in to make things go smoother. My special order coffee was correct, was the 3 Egg McMuffin that were each also a special order (no cheese, no meat, etc.) Recommend!
One of the "older" establishments. I've never had an order wrong; if it was, they fixed it immediately without any attitude. The playplace is a little worse for the wear; no updates in probably 20 years. Nice and intimate environment, though.
There is an 90% chance your food will be stale at this location. If you go to any other McDonald's, you will think they are two completely different restaurants. Edit: 6 years later still coming here sometimes on lunch break, seems like they turned it around, well done!!
Line was slower than hell, I believe I timed around 7 minutes waiting at the screen to be serviced. Didn't even get everything I ordered. And also double charged for items. Went inside to get things figured out, waited another 10 mins before escorting myself out to my car and giving up on humanity.
Drive through is super slow on Sunday mornings.

Dined in, on a slow Sat afternoon, tables were not wiped down, food delivery to your table is a nice touch and the only contact with staff but please train your overpaid part timers to at least acknowledge the customer with his toddler looking at you with a hi and getting a blank stare back. Not a hi or eyf, I would rather get food from those cheesy robots in the sushi restaurants. Only bright spot was the updated and natural light dining area with a self-serve ordering drink fountain, so I don't have to deal with the staff.
This establishment is good. High quality food with little screw ups, the only thing dropping my review is the price. McDonald's has a nasty reputation for being the most expensive fast food place, and I absolutely agree. I love McDonald's, but the price causes me to choose elsewhere. If you don't have that issue, then this is a very good place otherwise
When I went to this McDonald's before, Fries are very limpy. And one time, the inside of the chicken nuggets were a bit raw (luckily I didn't get sick) I hope when this McDonald's opens again (I can't wait to see how it looks inside, although I hear it will be small like the mt hope location) the food will be a lot more fresh than it was before. I hear that it's also supposed to open this month so soon. (It's gonna be so packed!!) I don't know the exact day it will open though. But hopefully it looks nice. I'm so excited!! I am glad they are remodeling this location, because it was really old.
I've been to this McDonald's a few times since it reopened. The staff is friendly and accommodating (I don't eat grains, and they are very good at making sure my order is correctly prepared), but the food is sometimes stale, regardless of whether or not the restaurant is busy. On one occasion, I ordered a signature sandwich which had a rock hard piece of chicken and a stale, hard bun. Because of this, the sandwich was not really worth the ~$7.00 that it cost.
The food was standard McDonald's. This particular location has 1 pay window and 2 pick up windows. I discovered that the additional pick up window was not used. I went inside and got my order, so it was not a big deal, but it would be nice to be told that only one drive thru window was in use.
Walked over to this McDonald's from the Red Roof Inn and got two vanilla ice cream cones each time. The first time was great, cheerful staff, quick service.... The ice cream cones were large! The third time was a similar experience. The second time, however, was not so great. It was late, so we weren't able to go into the building. But the drive through and curbside pick up was still available. So we order two cones with the app and waited out side the door of the building instead of at the area where you park to wait for your pick up. We didn't have a vehicle so we walked over. It was dark outside so we decided it would be best to wait at the tables just outside the entrance/exit door to the McDonald's building. That way we would be seen by the McDonald's employee who was going to bring us or ice cream cones. We had been waiting 20 - 25 minutes and still hadn't received our order. So, my fiance decided to knock on the door when we seen an employee inside sweeping. She looked annoyed and like she was stomping over the door. She swung it open and immediately told us, "you need to leave, we're obviously closed..." While she stared at both of us like we were idiots and we were inconveniencing her. My fiance apologized and said that we were just waiting for our order for two cones and asked if we could get them now. She rolled her eyes and went back inside and came out two minutes later, rushing us to take them and leave. So, we did. She had an awful attitude. Very different experience than what we are used to from this McDonald's.
This location used to be amazing but lately not so much as far as time waiting. 😕
The food and service are great. Unfortunately the decor detracts from the great service because it's old, dated, and in drastic need of a major makeover. And, luckily for this store, a makeover is planned. In the lobby is a rendering of the planned makeover. The greenhouse windows in the front, along with the occasional cobweb and double-paned windows that have condensation between the panes, will be gone. It will be a nice change. The store will be closed while the renovation takes place. But it will be nice to see the store brought up to date.
Staff is really nice and respectful, it makes up for the wait times. I also like the newer look and equipment they use, it more tech savvy. Unfortunately the one of the late day managers is REALLY DISRESPECTFUL and shows favoritism among her costumers, really the only reason I question going there. Other than that it's great!
The service was good A++. Now the food dabble cheeseburger is so small now. Not worth the 5 bucks for the meal. Burgers are so thin it would take 3 to make one.. same thing with there breakfast. Just not worth it anymore.. stay away find something different to eat.

Have gone a few times to find the dining room locked during a regular dinner time hour. Very frustrating. Also there’s not really a play place here anymore which is highly disappointing. I understand Covid ruined that for everyone but why does it still show in the main photo? Really wanted to share that experience with my son and it’s impossible McDs has also become a lot more expensive value meals are frequently over $10 these days so not much value. No options to get anything you don’t have to pay for the meat even if it’s being removed and the concept confuses employees so much I often end up with a completely dry top bun when asking for a Big Mac without meat. Despite asking for extra sauce, sometimes extra pickles and onions too they dress the bottom him only and give it to me like that. Seriously?! I’ve also had them not include the cheese. What’s so complicated? Gimme a Big Mac without meat. Everything else on it which I specific every single time and they still do this. So they eat food themselves? Is that how they’d want it?
Not only do there milkshake machines never work. Noe there Frappe doesn't work. Only giving 3 stars because the service was fast.
Asked for them add cheese to the hamburger happy meal and just gave us cheese on a bun LOL it wasn't a difficult request, but I guess we're going meatless tonight. No ketchup or onions, literally just cheese on a dry bun. I even repeated it back when asked if I wanted anything else, nope, just the cheeseBURGER happy meal.

No matter what time of day you go, you always wait in the drive thru. Today they had us pull into one of the mobile order spots to wait because the drive thru spot was already taken with someone else waiting for food.. when they did finally bring it out, we were missing fries and the nuggets were not hot. On previous visits, I have gotten the wrong bag. Service at this location hasn't been good since it was rebuilt.. even in pre-covid days.
This McDonalds used to be a decent one but that's all changed. Half the time you can't go in because they have no staff and only have the drive thru. Tonight they were open and we went in. We ordered on the kiosk and when we got our meal we were given a strawberry shake instead of the shamrock that was ordered. When it was brought back to the counter the manager walked away. When she came back she said you ordered a strawberry but I'll remake it. I guess she thought she could be rude because it was a kid talking to her. So I got up with the receipt and told her it indeed was a Shamrock shake that was ordered and her customer service was poor. Sadly it was the manager. She just talked right over me and said have a good night and walked away. Don't expect much if you go to this McDonalds.
It is NOT fast food. Slow expensive food at best. Even before gas prices shot up. I'm so tired of being told to pull into a parking spot for them to make my food. I might have to be done with McDonald's for a long time. These prices and waiting periods are what I expected from a nice, full service sit down restaurant. It's absolutely ridiculous. Trust me, if you need to eat quickly and only have a few minutes for your lunch break, absolutely do not go to McDonald'. You will not have enough time to eat and get back to work or your appointment. I'm speaking from too many personal experiences. Enough is enough. And 9 times out of ten, the order is missing something or incorrect.
Slowest McDonald's ever. I can't understand why anyone thought having customers order at a touch screen would speed things up. Even once our order was in it took awhile. On the plus side the staff were all helpful and the place was clean. We were just passing through on our way to Rochester and it took an infuriatingly long time to get fed.
Stopped for Breakfast on 4/9 . Very clean. Ordered pancakes and they were cold . Sent them back only to get a replacement that was colder plus if you see fruit flies at 6 am there is a big problem . Stopped by again in July …. This restaurant is weird clean courteous but does anyone who regularly visits not notice the fruit flies at the table? 2 nd time I visit in 6 months and still fruit flies.
I never have a problem when I am here but last night was a horrible experience. I ordered my food there was 1 person in the line in front of me. I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with fresh fries and a large sprite. I paid and went up to the second window. When I got up to the window the girl said go up to the front window and we will bring it to you when it’s ready. So I figured because I wanted the fries fresh I was gonna take up the line which was fine for me to move up. But when I moved up I waited almost 20 minueted. My bf went in there saying can he get a refund for the order because we were waiting they didn’t care to ask on what and didn’t say anything to him. Feel like they did it on purpose because there were over 10 cars that passed by my car with food and the employees would look at my car but didn’t see if I needed anything or gave me my order. Really disappointed in what happened horrible customer service.
Can you please police people who play their phones at 400 decibels? It's extremely annoying, and often times not appropriate for families. Happens here often. Thank you.

1 car ahead of me in drive thru. Asked for 1/4 pounder NO ONIONS. Loaded with onions. Then again the crew didn't look to smart
I would almost give it 0 stars but it was at least clean. However the building was just built maybe a month ago so if it was dirty I would be surprised. There is no longer a person taking your order but a touch screen. The touch screen directs you to grab a number placard for your table, implying they will bring it to you but they barely say your table number from behind a counter where they set your food. Then your Happy meals have the wrong sides and once you finally get a person's attention to fix that and sit back down you realize the Happy meal toy you asked for to be for a boy is for a girl. Then you find another person who is clueless and they take 5 minutes to come back to the counter where they left you to tell you they are out of boy toys. Then you begrudgingly sit back down to your daughter informing you the toy she got isn't even what they advertised, posted and selected on the menu. Which was the entire reason we went to this place in the first place. My adult meal was pathetic. I spent 7$+ on a meal that had less lettuce and condiments then my husband's 1$ mC chicken. But as I said, it was at least clean.
If you're thinking about going to this location, just look for a different spot. I stop by today. The lobby's closed. No notice. I'm not sure what's going on with the franchisee at this location. All together. I'm all done with McDonald's going forward. And Burger King. They are not worth it anymore. We are better off as a community, going to independent people that care about the quality of their product and the condition of their facilities and are actually open. That's what I care about. I think it's what most people care about.
This place is filthy. The kid area and playground look like they have never been cleaned. I had to ask a manager to get a table cleaned off because every one in the playground area was completely trash. Ive attached a picture of the swarm of ants that were loving the food that was all over the floor. Hands down the most disgusting mcdonalds I've ever seen.
Today is the last time i visit this location for breakfast. Half the time i swing in the morning on my way to work and can never get order right. I asked for 2 sausage burritos with hot sauce...pretty standard and every time i order seems like whoever is taking the order seems confused. So this morning same thing and got a chicken mcgriddle for a co worker and dure enough the guy on taking the order seemed confused. Repeated my order 3 times see the board that tells you the order and said one sausage burrito and chicken mcgriddle. Corrected him before pulling up and he said will be changed at the window. Sure enough it wasn't. Going to Wendy's from now on. Maybe a little slower but at least they get it right. Obviously the manager does not care. DO NOT GO. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO CASH GRABBING CROOKS
First time going to this location and will be my last... thanks to emily, she was working the drive thru and clearly had an attitude. All because I asked her to describe the "breakfast sauce". This is on their new steak egg sandwich. When I drove up to the window I joked with her "never had the breakfast sauce..." she literally said my total and did not even look at me...The girl at the next window was very polite.
Man cleaning outside with dreads kept following my vehicle and walking in front of it to "clean". He went infront of the ordering intercom took his sweet time, then right when it was my turn to grab my food he decided to go infront of the pickup window. Very rude miserable man purposely starting trouble.
Typical McDonald’s with the order kiosks installed. Newly renovated. The counter person was very helpful in placing the order in the kiosk. The one star is due to the chewing gum on the seat, making it an interesting visit.
Location was easy to access, clean, staff friendly, service quick and accurate however oh, this rating is for the food. I tried the new Spicy crispy sandwich. The sandwich was neither juicy nor crispy as suggested in their advertisements. One of the worst chicken sandwiches I've had. Would recommend Popeyes, KFC, or Wendy's over this easily. No taste to the sandwich sauce was Bland as was the breading.
Very dissatisfied. I placed an order for a coworker who wanted grilled chicken. Instead of telling me they were out of it they rang it in as a crispy chicken instead. It took me three tries to get someone's attention to fix the problem just for them to tell me they were out of grilled chicken and again walked away

I spent 20 minutes in my car trying to do an online order. First the app would not load, then I reinstalled it. After selecting my reward to use, I attempted to pay with my saved card and it crashed. Message was problem at McDonald's end. I lost my rewards points and got so disgusted I just went through the drive thru and got iced Coffee. This is not the first time the app has given me trouble
Majority of the employees are always rude. We did a curbside order, and we ended up waiting for 15 minutes for two drinks and an ice cream cone. We went through the drive thru to ask what was going on. They made a huge deal out of it. Then a manager or something came up to us (already w a bad attitude). She turned around, left the window open, and proceeded to yell to her coworkers about how there was no way we were waiting for 15 minutes and just all around bad mouthing us. Just never had a good experience with this location. Always feel like customers are a burden.
Waiting over 20 mins for a 5dollar meal deal and a snack wrap meal is crazy
Did an inside order. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food while they served at least 5 people in drive through, I didn’t have a big order either just 2 meals and 1 drink. While I’m waiting I got to listen to the employees argue with each other which was loud enough to hear in the dining room. Finally after 10 minutes the manager asked me what I was waiting for so I told them my order number and apparently they hadn’t even started on it yet. Unacceptable behavior and performance. Worst location in the area.
I used to come here during lunchtime until today on 5/6/23. I waited for almost a half hour for my food just to find out someone else took my order. I demanded a refund and I got it. Not very organized staff. That is the last time I go to this McDonald’s. I thought this was supposed to be “fast food” for a reason. But no, it’s full of irony.
They weren't all that busy, but they worked slowly. Lots of employees seemed confused and one of the guys on the line was eating while making sandwiches. The fries were undercooked, the chicken sandwich was cold and the wrapper had sauce from something else smeared all over it, and the milk shake was half whipped cream. The nuggets were fine. I waited 30 minutes for 4 items while less than 10 cars were in the drive thru and only 3 people were inside. Not fast food at all.
Lunch order through the drive through. 2 Big Macs and 1 fish sandwich. I get through the ordering part and pay window in approximately 3-4 minutes. Pull up to pick up my order. I was told to pull up to the next window, your order will be out in 1 minute. 7-8 minutes later I blow my horn to remind them I am there. 2 minutes later my order finally came out. This was at 12:15, when sandwiches are supposed to be made ahead of time. This place gives a whole new meaning to fast food.
Awful. 45 minutes to get through the drive thru since doors were locked. Everything was cold, no sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich, got 6 counts for the kids, only received 4. Kids sprites weren't even half full and ended up being seltzer water. Will be calling management tomorrow since they don't want to answer tonight.
Slowest McDonald’s on earth. when you finally get your food its soggy and cold. ive gotton stuck in line for almost 20 mins multiple time and i cant drive off because it an mobile order. Dont ever bother ordering something with bacon. Youll end up waiting in the resever parking for 10min+
I got to the drive-thru at around 10:45pm and the closing time on the website for this location says they close at 11:00pm on Thursdays which is today. Yet there was absolutely no one inside and the lights were still on. I waited for 5 minutes and honked the horn several times. I don't understand what I'm missing here. I got there before closing time so I should be able to place an order. Absolutely bad service. There was no one inside at the time of 10:45pm which is before closing time. Unbelievable.
Ordered 2 1/4 lb burgers fries and a coffee. Was in a hurry to get on the thruway so I did NOT check the order. Well...the coffee was good. The chicken sandwich and 2 orders of nuggets weren't what I wanted...and I don't care for them any way. Fries were old and soggy.....10.58 for coffee...this is not uncommon there. I guess Wendy's is it from now on
Update 4 years later: still the slowest Mcdonald's I've ever been to. 20 minute wait and counting. Extremely slow service during the day and at night. Even though it's been fully rebuilt, they still don't have the upgraded soda machines like other McDonald's where you have more soda options. They were not serving the all day breakfast items late at night. This rebuilt McDonald's was not worth the wait for construction to be over. It's gone downhill considerably from where it was before.
Food was fast and tasty the staff didn't speak to me even after being spoken to... I said thank you when they brought my food out and she just dropped the tray on the table and walked away. Two minutes later a group of young men walked in and someone in the kitchen thru a sauce packet at one of the boys and it broke open and went all over the floor in front of the counter. Nobody bothered to clean it up. They proceeded to joke around loudly with the group and started handing out free ice cream cones and mc chickens to them. They were loud and obnoxious and the staff in the kitchen kept yelling out to them and laughing. It was not a nice experience at all. I attempted to scan one of the tent cards on the tables in the dining room but they didn't work so I decided to leave my comments here. I was going to meet a friend and have dinner in the dining room but decided to leave instead.
Terrible, terrible, terrible training! I implicitly ordered fish filet, dropped fresh or cooked to order, along with the fries. Only fries came out fresh, even though the lady confirmed that everything was fresh. Had to drive all the way back only to have the manager say that only the fries were fresh. No duh, waited until they were cooked again only to get back to my office to find that there was a dime-sized dab of tarter sauce. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Madening especially since I drove twice to get one meal only to get back and discover that haste made waste. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS until there rating is up above 4 stars.
The worst mcdonalds ive ever had. Food tasted days hold.
This location has become very dirty. Couldn't order at the cou ter. Had to order at kiosk and then pay at counter. Don't recommend. Long wait times.
Got treated like I was inconveniencing them when I ordered food. The girl that was bringing out my order gave me the wrong food. When I told her that it wasn't my food she just rolled her eyes at me and walked away. If you don't like your job you clearly don't have to work there. After my drive through order was done I had to go inside to get my food. On my way home I checked my order and the order was incorrect so I went back then the person at the drive through window after I said I needed food remade he said we'll that's not my fault like I was blaming him I just wanted my food remade that's it. Unfortunately people think that they can treat the public like garbage while working with the public. I've been comming here to this location for 5 years always had a good experience until now. I hope this can be corrected.
Went in with sister both went and placed orders. She got hers I was told mine was after 7 and they couldn't serve me since they were closing. No signs or anyone saying they were closing. I had already paid even. Manager was not helpful at all

Hot garbage! Rude staff and food is atrocious ! My meal is always inadequate and never correct. You’ll stand around and wait for someone to ask you if you need help.
Why does it seem that customer service is no longer important? I don't know about you, but when am in a food place, I want a person to take my order, partly because I have special requests that really are not difficult, like just want a plain burger nothing on it, that somehow they don't get right the first time????!!!, but also, why else do you hire counter people? To stand and talk to each other and be rude to customers? Just asking..... And when has McDonald's become so expensive and quality of food has gone downhill? Bacon was cold and barely cooked, bun was hard and stale, fries tasted like they dumped a box of salt in them and the shake was water thin. The nuggets were stale and had funny taste and the apple pie, the crust was doughy and not baked all the way. We spent $35 on food that went into the trashcan. We were hungry and went across the street to Wendy's.... We spent less money, ended up with way more food, but most importantly, customer service was excellent and food was HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS!!! Save your money, go to Wendy's.... Trust me you will be glad you did!!! I won't be back to McDonald's again.
I went through the drive thru got a frapaa that was almost melted down by the time I got it. There is 3 windows so I paid at the first then waited at the second for over 30 sec and in drive thru time it's forever not a single person said a word or looked at me so I move to the third window and wait for 3 min as I see cars behind me getting order after order from second window so after about 10 minutes with me having to go in and get my order I finally got my drink. I explained what the confusion was and the manager said sorry literally one word sorry, that's good for me but no attempt to fix the problem. A simple I'm sorry we will put a note on the window or something to suggest the problem will get worked on if not your just sorry I'm complaining not that a customer was inconvenienced. I just hope they fix the issue because I'm sure it happens all day long
Horrible experience. Closing staff were very horrible and unprofessional. Came to pick up delivery via door dash and asked this two females staffs ( one very young and white and the other black), they ignored me, refused to sell me a drink and were very rude. She refused to give me a drink after I repeated to her that my clients other needed a drink. She ignored me and moved away to the back. If you don’t like your job don’t come to work. Have some manners and learn how to treat the dashers with some professionalism.
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. The bun was totally squeezable with either grease or way too much mayo. The hamburger patty was falling apart - a total disaster!!
40 min wait for a big Mac meal....2 employees with manager badges, yet neither one could manage the most basic things.... Pretty embarrassing
Horrible experience ...waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru ..just to be parked for another 10 minutes ... This isn't an exaggeration ...plus the fries were cold on top of it ... Leaving now so I'm not spending another half hour on my order ... It's 6:39 pm September 18th 2025
Literally ordered 30 dollars worth of food and half of it wasn’t even given to me. Attached is the picture of the “big breakfast” that is supposed to have pancakes sausage eggs biscuit hash brown.. what a way to start Mother’s Day.. this place is a disappointment no wonder why it’s got a 3 rating.
If I could give no stars I would. Every time I go here there is an issue. The people are nice sometimes I suppose but lately they have been having issues and today I feel stupid for not checking my food before I left. The French fries over cooked. Given a Diet Coke when I asked for regular. Which they are supposed to be know for having the best of these. Then when you ask for any thing customized for your order it will get messed up. I asked for extra onions on a cheeseburger. I love the onions they serve. But come on can’t get a drink right or fries and can’t put a simple burger together the way you want. Also last time I actually went inside this location after waiting in drive through and had the intuition to check my food because it took so long to be made. I had to wait for about another 10 minutes for some to ask me at the counter what I wanted. Not what can I help you with and they were not happy because I asked for my Big Mac to be remade. I then had to wait for them to fix my Big Mac for another 10 mins. When I went to give the guy back the other burger that I asked to have exchanged he said to keep it but I told him no thank you they had bugs in there flying around that landed on it a few times already. And was looked at like I was a jerk even though I was nice given the circumstances and even thanked them for redoing the order. While waiting I look at the bottom of their case of pastries and cookies.it has bugs dead on the bottom and flying inside it. Now bugs happen but shouldn’t be in cases. The service there has gone down hill.
We stopped for food after a long trip. We did self check out and waited like 30 mins for our coffees when I asked if they were ready they immediately cut me off and didn’t even give us what we ordered. I understand being busy can get stressful but Not only were they rude but we also didn’t even get what we paid for. All 4 of them were Straight up milk when it was supposed to be a iced caramel macchiato and when asked about it they got mad. Honestly everyone there seemed pretty rude.
