I cant say enough good things about this place, its clean, spacious, the food is fresh and the customer service is outstanding. The servers are very attentive and friendly.

I don't know if it was the fact that I was visiting Cheesecake Factory for the first time, or if it was the fact that I was super busy for the past few months before I visited this place. I actually really liked the Cheesecake Factory near Redendo Beach. Accessibility to beach was a huge plus. Tried a bunch of vegetarian options that were available and liked them all. Slightly overpriced, but it was very tasty. Would recommend this place for the location and ambience.

The best food and service. Menu is extensive and there's something for everybody. You can go dressed nice or come in flip flops, the crowd is very varied. Beautifully located next to the marina so if you're lucky you can get a water view. Our go to special dinner place. Breakfast is awesome too!

Cheesecake Factory in Redondo is one of the best restaurants I ever visited. It has a fantastic view on the marina, a broad range of foods, welcoming atmosphere, and nice employees. The menu is very diverse, and includes many salads, soups, meats, pasta, seafood, drinks, and desserts, which are all delicious, and also quite large. The worthiness of this place can be proven with an enormous amount of people, waiting to be seated (so book a table before coming). Overall, it is a definitely a restaurant on my list of favorites.

Birthday lunch and food was great. Jambalaya was yummy and Big portions. Drinks were good alcoholic and non. I am just shocked at price of cheesecake slices. It was ok we got the chocolate and I can't say I was amazed, just ok. Not worth the price.

We sat on the patio today and our server was Rob. He truly brightened our day and brought us so much joy. He’s such a sweet, friendly, and fun person. I noticed that he was not only making sure we were happy, but he was also working really hard to please all of the customers. Every table he went to was filled with laughter. We want to thank Rob for his warm smile and excellent, attentive service.

Visited for some food. Was good experience. We were seated at the patio and when we sat it was so funny we were burning. I asked the waitor to be seated inside and we were relocated immediately. Ordered some spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Madeira and shrimp pasta. Everything was delicious and fresh. Would definitely be coming back.

We went to this restaurant for my mother's 80th Birthday and we all adored it and had such a good experience eating there. The food was and always is the most delicious. Prices are good and fair. The waitress was outstanding, she really took care of us all. The location and layout of the restaurant is beautiful. Right on the bay next to the boat docks, creates a pleasant atmosphere. Parking is good and access from the neighboring streets are easy. I've been to over a half a dozen Cheesecake Factory's and they all have the same thing in common; Good food, good prices, beautiful décor and friendly staff. Awesome combination. Highly recommend to all !!!

We have been going to this particular location for a long long time. Food is great service is good , my only beef with them is the mandatory valet parking and no optional self parking. So I make it point to walk or bike there. There is no disappointment with place

Great Venue, Location, Staff and food. Ordered the Cobb Salad which was huge and excellent value for money. Our server was friendly and helpful. There is a $5 parking charge which needs to be paid on entry, worth remembering this if you are driving to the venue.

It's was great to eat inside and right by the windows where we saw the sunset, 1st time we experience that at this restaurant. Food was excellent wait time wasn't that bad and our waitress was very nice and friendly.

This location has the beach right behind it, and we sat in the back where we had a Beautiful view of the beach and the natural light of the sun coming in. It was very clean and our waiter was awesome!! He was very friendly, very attentive which our party really appreciated it. Although we had a large party of 15 ppl the service was quick n great. The food was oh so good!!!! I ordered the spicy cashew chicken with white rice. My tastebuds were having a party of their own! Great and clean place with deliciousness everywhere!😋

I always get a more than decent amount of food when my family and myself goes to the Cheesecake factory. It's not as expensive as most restaurants that are compared and that's why it's usually our first choice when we go. I love the view of the marina and the customer service is always pleasant. Glad to enjoy such a great restaurant for so many years

The food is always good and consistent here. The fried mac and cheese is my favorite there! Mojito was on point. Service was great. Love the view. There’s a small parking lot with no charge there. There’s also valet parking, not sure of the fee.

I really liked this location! I loved the ambiance and it was a big area of sitting with some views of the harbor as well. Very pretty felt like I was in Paris! The lunch special pizza and salad was very good! The pizza had very good flavor and so did the salad. The dulce de leche cheesecake was so good! Highly recommend! I also really loved the Cheesecake Factory strawberry lemonade, the flavor was awesome and so good! And of course the bread is the best part!

We love Cheesecake Factory, and this one didn't disappoint. We reserved online (highly recommended as we only had to wait 5 min even the average wait was over an hour). When the table was ready a very attentive waitress took us to the table and took really good care of us the entire time. We never had to ask for refills as she realized right in time. Apart from this, the table was clean, with good separations from other tables, we had views to the marina and the food didn't disappoint.

The lettuce wraps are our go-to dinner here, especially paired with a buttery Chardonnay—perfect combo! After dinner, we love taking a short walk to Barley’s at the wharf to enjoy some live music. One of my favorite Cheesecake Factory locations because you have an ocean view. Need to pay for valet to dine here. Adam’s cheesecake is my go to and also the factory combo with steak Diane and chicken Madeira. Try it, you won’t regret it.

We haven’t gone to the cheesecake factory in a couple of years. However, it was just as good as it always has been. The plating of the food is always picture-perfect. The food is flavored just enough. The portions are enormous. I was thankful that my lunch plate was adequately lacking nothing. I ordered the grilled salmon, and my wife ordered the Chinese chicken salad. Aliya excellently executed our service. The atmosphere of this cheesecake factory is opulent and abundant. We sit outside with the perfect view of the boats in the Marina. We valet parked at a reasonable rate and enjoyed ourselves. We noted that we can do events at this restaurant for later activities with our Family and Network.

I go here pretty often and this visit was as good as my others. I had the Skinnilicious Tacos and they were very good. The service was good and our waitress was very nice. Valet parking was $7. Another great Cheesecake Factory visit.

There was a couple people waiting to be seated so we sat at bar. There were menus on the counter 2 seats down so we grabbed them and figured out what we wanted before the waiter came to us few min later. Ordered drinks, appetizer and our entrees all at once. Got our drinks, then entrees, then appetizer came when we were half way done with out meal. Lol no biggie because the food was amazing. Herb crusted salmon is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend if you like salmon. The medallion steak was also very good (sorry, I don't recall the exact name cause that wasn't mine)

I only got a piece of cheesecake to go the raspberry lemon one it's amazing the best one they have in my opinion it's honestly probably the best piece of cheesecake I've ever made and I can make a killer cheesecake but this one is superb it does suck though that they don't have the curbside pickup anymore I know they used to but I had to go inside with whatever the guys at Valley were very nice lady at the counter very nice my order was ready when I got there all in all great experience

Great service, good location, large quantities of good food. Not a lot of vegetarian options: veggie burger, Impossible burger, eggs, salads (request no chicken or fish). Plan on taking leftovers with you. Our server was excellent; very attentive and helpful.

I must say for the home cooks, home cooked is better. But the food is still good, better than average and I would come here again for the experience and to enjoy the sunset. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Pretty good with the gravy. The break is super delicious with butter. I'm a bread and butter lover, the bread was hot making it extra good. Everyone enjoyed their food, great service and attention by the staff.

Enjoyed dinner tonight at the bar since it was so busy and got excellent service. Ramone took care of me getting me a drink right away, then some tasty bread and butter showed up. I decided to try the avocado egg roll and it arrived in a couple of minutes. Quick. Ramon gave me a water to drink with my meal. I had the Rigatoni. Delicious. What a wonderful dining experience at Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach. The valet attendant, Alberto, was welcoming, kind, and professional. We sat in the bar area at a hightop, and shortly thereafter, Scott B came and introduced himself and offered to bring us bread and water and would return promptly for drinks, etc. Scott was kind, professional, and truly has a heart for quality service and appreciates his job and the people he serves. The ambiance was positive with a view of the harbor, which was nice. Scott returned to take our drink order. My wife had the skinny Mojito, and I had the skinny Long Island Ice Tea. We also started with the little house salad, which was so good. Marie stopped by and noticed I was ready for round two and quickly brought me a second drink. Marie also had a cheerful and warm personality and was very kind. Scott stopped back by and was such a pleasure as he was the ultimate professional and proceeded to take out entree order. My wife had grilled fish tacos, and I ordered the chicken madeira. We chatted with Scott a little bit, and he asked how we liked the salads and bread. Of course, we answered in delight. After a short while, Erica delivered our entrees and what a wonderful person. So kind and professional. The meals were well prepared, presented, and so tasty. Excellent food. I must say this is the best Cheesecake Factory we have dined at. The staff is to be commended as the positive attitudes, outstanding character, and the teamwork observed are highly commendable. Highly recommended.

I was fortunate to be enjoying a hefty dinner here at exactly the moment the governor (or mayor?) was calling for social distancing, followed by restaurant system changing. They stayed professional the entire time. Fantastic nachos, although much bigger than I expected. The spicy chicken was wonderful. Pretzel bites are always amazing, but the cheese sauce it comes with is often misappropriated to dip other food in. Actually, I think I'll just recommend ordering a bunch of appetizers and starter plates, followed by cheesecake. Trust me, you're in for a treat.

Good food by the beach — such a nice little escape 💛. It’s a solid spot for a meal with ocean vibes, but it does get busy and wait times can be long. Atmosphere: Great views and a relaxed coastal vibe, especially nice on weekends. Food: The food tastes good, and there’s a huge variety of dishes from all over the world. Just wish they had a few African-inspired options. Service: Most of the time the service is good, but on busy days it can be slow and you might barely see your server during the meal. Wait time: No longer taking reservations, and about 80% of your group has to be there to get seated. Wait times can be up to an hour during busy times but are much quicker during off-hours.

She called Cheesecake factory and spoke with Patrick. He understood and told us to come down and he would make it right. In general, the view is spectacular because it's right by the Redondo Beach pier where you can see the sunset. Food is always great and service is excellent. However, I found out that Cheesecake Factory isn't the best restaurant to take your loved ones for their birthday. Although the servers are very friendly, they kind of make you order and pay for dessert (cheesecake) and once you do that, they write Happy Birthday on the plate with chocolate syrup and give the birthday person a tiny cup of ice cream with a candle on it. I thought they'd give a much better complimentary treat but I was wrong. I've seen better birthday desserts given at Black Angus, Lazy Dog and Olive Garden to be honest.

Make a reservation, and be prepared to wait! At least, we were prepared to wait but we got in super fast. The staff here are incredibly efficient and friendly. Our server Aaliyah D., made our night! She was so helpful, running back and forth between tables and doing it with kindness. She made sure our food and experience was great. Thanks Aaliyah! Give yourself plenty of time to park if you don’t want to use the valet. Street parking is paid (park mobile) and limited depending on time of day. The location is nice and right on the water! If you’re lucky you’ll be able to spot some sea lions on the docks.

It's an old "high end place" great location wise. Very nice indoor atmosphere even along the edges seating. Food is okidokie flavor wise, it is very spaced out (to look like more than actual serving) and while it looks like a lot it really isn't fyi. Price of course is higher than average. Making cheesecakes is their main thing so a good variety and great flavors of course.

We had a delightful lunch. Jambalaya, Sheila's chicken and avocado salad, chicken marsala along with avocado egg rolls. Service was adequate and the dining area has a terrific view of the marina. Good size portions which left no room for dessert but boy if I could taste with my eyes everything in the dessert case would be scrumptious!

I've been going to the Cheesecake for decades. Nice atmosphere and some very tasty dishes and the brown bread is best. In all these years we've always had courteous waiters/waitresses. There are some things to consider. One is it is very popular for special events and holidays. It can be a zoo with long waits. A pet peeve I have is the very limited self parking space which consistently is made less every year. On any given day you are almost forced to use their valet. This and the roadway to enter the restaurant parking favors pedestrians and bicyclists which during the Summer months means a line of cars get tied up trying to enter. Between Peds, Bikes, and opposing car traffic it's the worst game of Frogger.

Service is good & food is always delicious. It’s a big restaurant, but for some reason they only keep you bunched up in a certain area when there’s a lot more room and a lot more tables to open up. I would love to experience other tables in other locations of the restaurant where it doesn’t feel so bundled together because the restaurant refuses to clean other parts of the restaurant.

It was nice brunch with family. Not so many people around 11.30-12pm if you want to come and eat. The pork chop was really nice and delicious.

Nice view along the window. Definitely make a reservation ahead. Food was surprisingly good compared to other Cheese cake factory places. The crispy Brussels sprouts was still on the sweet side, but we all loved the delightful sweetness. I loved my Skinnelicious chicken pasta. The lunch miso salmon came with a good portion. Kind of surprised with the size of the grilled steak medallions, but they were well-seasoned: Flavorful but not salty. Friends liked their mojito and skinny cosmopolitan.

Make sure you have a reservation, this was a weekend Saturday night and the wait was an hour for dinner, we reserved a table and was seated right away. Food was delicious and for being so crowded we got our food pretty fast, of course the highlight was the cheesecake for desert. Coconut Creme cheesecake 😋

We were seated beside the window with an amazing view of the marina. The Jamaican black pepper shrimp and the dulce de leche cheesecake made our day! Fillet mignon was tender and cooked the way I liked (medium) flavorwise, it’s just so-so. Staff were attentive and friendly. Their member’s rewards seem vague. No direct explanation on what would i get everytime i dine.

Nice view of the water if you sit outside. I have to say I was surprised on how good the jambalaya pasta was. The chicken tortilla soup was basic. Also nothing special with the club sandwich. Amazing variety of cheesecake options. Key lime pie cheesecake is amazing.

Freaking awesome bacon-bacon burger. Patty done to my order and the serving was sufficient for a hungry adult. Awesome place with great views and food. Came here on a Sunday at 5pm and it was a 1hr wait. We quickly made our way to the bar and found two open seats! (winning) Bar team was quick and got us drinks and a basket of those delicious bread rolls! We had the shrimp and steak diane and I had the chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Both amazing! And of course we had cheesecake to go!

This is a really good place if you want to go take your child or family to go eat. I ended up getting the barbecue smokehouse burger and my daughter got pasta she loves pasta. I took my mom and my daughter's friend. The meal came out to be about $133.00 but it was worth the buck. The cheesecake is original and my daughter loves cheesecake especially strawberry cheesecake but with that being said this restaurant is worth the try and it's by the beach, hit it up.

I went with friends to celebrate their birthday. It was 7 ppl in my group. A member arrived early to put our name on the list. They were told five people were needed before we could be seated. When our fifth person arrived the hostess still told us 20 more minutes. By then the rest of our party had arrived. We were given a buzzer and we had one more person arrived by then we were waiting 1 hour. People had come in and got seated before us. We later had to speak to a manager to Express our sadness of waiting an hour when the hostess kept saying 20 minutes. One of the managers name Victor finally came over and assisted my group. We were seated in a backspace by the bar which was fine. He offered us appetizers to apologize for the wait. But our waitress had an attitude. On top of that one of the girls in our group who ordered her food first never received her food mean while everyone else at the table food arrives and we were eating. This was not a good birthday experience for me and my friends. Our server was Monica.

The food was great. I dined outside, the view of the water was beautiful. I ordered a Mai Tai for my drink.The appetizer I ordered was fried macaroni balls with marinara sauce. I ordered Fish and chips, my daughter ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I wish I could have ordered cheesecake, I over ate. If I had ordered a cheesecake, it would have been the Chocolate Godiva Cheesecake, or the Apple Carmel Cheesecake. Next time for sure. Lol.

Love this restaurant. We used to go out of our way to go here for special dinners/celebrations. The atmosphere has changed. As everything else has. But the food and and service are Still 5 stars. Love what they did to the spicy cashew and shrimp dish. They added a verity of vegetables that made this great meal superb! We will always go back for more.

You can never go wrong at the cheesecake factory, so many different varieties of food! But my go to is the Miso salmon plate get the mashed potatoes instead of the rice..THANK 😋 ME LATER!! Today I wanted to try the cinnabun cheesecake....one word AMAZING, would I get it again no, because there's others I want to try, the slice is really big enough to share unless you're a big back!

The Cheesecake Factory has a huge menu with lots of great options, and the food was delicious as always. Portions were generous and everything we ordered came out fresh and flavorful. The only downside was the wait time. We were told it would be about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes. It would have been nice if the estimate had been more accurate. Overall, still a good experience, and we enjoyed our meal. Would definitely come back, just hoping for clearer wait-time communication next time.

Great food and very friendly service. Very fast to get a table even when it was a Saturday night! However, inside the light was extremely dim, had to turn on the light to see the menu. Okay experience. Only had dessert but took about an hour to get a table which was understandable since it was a weekend. The staff and food was great but the dining area needs to be tidied up a bit more. Great location with a terrific view of the harbor if you can get a table next to the window. Also, be prepared to pay for valet parking since this is the only option for parking close to the restaurant.

Like everything else in life, a change has come. This used to be one of my go to spots for an enjoyable meal that was reasonably priced. Not so much anymore. The economy just won't allow them to keep up I suppose. The quality of food has diminished and the quantity definitely has. I don't mind paying for a good meal, but this one was mediocre at best. The miso salmon is my usual meal. Not that it was bad, it just didn't give that extra appeal. The bar was ridiculous. Every drink I ordered was meet with " we're out of...". Really?!? Deep sigh! Your bar back isn't keeping inventory for order? Deeper sigh!! Our server was quite kind. Alfredo did the best he could within the circumstances. Parking now has also changed. It's $7 and mandatory valet. Meh! I just don't quite appreciate the non option of self parking. It'll probably be a while before I return. The new updated patio was quite nice but not a nice enough pull to immediately draw me back.

Food was good, service was okay but I just to be aware, the website says free self parking but that is a lie. They charge you. It’s just 7 dollars, plus 70 cents if paying with car, but I don’t like starting my dinner with schemes. If they will charge you then take down the “free self parking” from your website.

Great location on the water in Redondo Beach. Beautiful views of King Harbor. That’s the best part. A big wait so we luckily got a table in the bar. Nice waiter and he did a great job. But the food is pretty awful and almost no choices for vegetarians and vegans. I wonder if they would still be viable if they stopped selling gift cards. I usually only post positive reviews. Great views. Over priced mediocre food.

The appetizers and the cheese cake were AMAZING! So it was really disappointing to taste that the entrees were quite disgusting and lacked flavor. And I mean almost saltless. My sister got some kind of honey chicken something and mash potatoes. Chicken was BEYOND bland without a spice in sight. The asparagus that came with it was just boiled with no season or butter. And they were extra fat and swollen looking. No taste at all. I had got a coconut curry dish which was just aweful. I got a chocolate Martini that look like they shook up chocolate milk powder. The glass was not garnished with chocolate drizzle or anything. To absolutely love a chocolate Martini... and know you can't mess that up, they absolutely messed it up. My sister said her drink she had was just as nasty. At the end of it all, we both agreed that this place is just too darn overrated. So I recommend when you go there, please avoid the entrees (and chocolate martinis) at all cost and stick with just the cheese cake and appetizers. You won't have the same experience as we did. Over all, we would go back...and avoid entrees and drinks. Probably order beer or wine. Since they don't have to make that!

Overall, I had a good time. The waiter could have been more attentive. Food was bland. What I didn't like was the website says "self parking" and / or valet, but when you arrive, you have to pay to park. Please make sure to update your website to reflect what the parking terms are now after parking my own car. All other Cheesecake locations have this information listed on the website. The atmosphere was very dim, not much lighting. Should have stuck to going to the Marina as I never had problems. I see other reviewers' same experience.

It's been forever since we've been to this location, which is overlooking the harbor - great views. Prices are reasonable by 2025 standards. You will probably get stuck having to pay for valet service. Not including a tip for the valet, this "forced" service will cost you $7. My wife had a burger which she said was fantastic. Brought my mom for brunch. It wasn't a busy day. We were taken to our table. Our server was nice and friendly, and the service was not the best. I did notice that after we were sat, approximately 10 minutes a family were sat next to our booth, by this time our order was taken. It took a very long time to get our meals. The family next to us got their food before us, even though we arrived first. This is unacceptable. I also noticed that my plastic water cup was dirty, which is why I did not drink it. This is gross and truly disgusting. Again, our server was nice, but service and wait for the food, not good! Management should oversee the operations of this establishment. Clearly, they're not.

The server forgot to put our order in so we ended up having just the appetizer we ordered. ..Also the person who sat us down ( separate fr our server)..When we asked for a different table since the table we were seated at was in a cold area.. he said we can’t move .. and the table next to us with 5 people were able to move a table down due to the same reason. And we were just a couple. We were forgotten… it felt.. and it was a first time for one of us.. not the best experience. Appetizer also came out incorrect as well.

A few days ago on January 11th, my family and I gathered at this establishment to celebrate my mom's birthday. We arrived with a larger party than our reservation stated, so we were not upset at the long wait time. We were told it would be 45-60 mins for our table to be ready. We waited but 45 minutes passed and then an hour passed and still nothing. My brother went to ask multiple times and we were told there was a party who had the table we would get and have been there for over two hours. Staff mentioned they would try and get them to leave. We understood but we could see tables open and ready for use but we got an ambiguous excuse for why we couldn't sit there instead. After an hour and 15 minutes, my sister in law went inside and insisted on getting a table to which they sat us at the exact tables that were previously unavailable. It's unknown whether the story about the other party was true or not but we didn't care. We were all starving and decided to move on and order food. What followed was lackluster service and very long wait times for every single thing we asked for. I particularly was upset that my two sides didn't arrive until well after everyone at our table had already finished their food. I kindly explained that I did not want my sides anymore since we'd already finished. I asked Kylee to remove those two items from our checks, which they thankfully were but she did give me a weird look that I didn't appreciate. Everyone was dissatisfied with the food and service. We all wanted to get dessert, but our tables were a mess of dishes and cups that were never cleared, which we took as a sign that the staff wanted us to leave and not order anymore. They didn't even offer us to go boxes until we specifically asked for some which took another wait to receive. We opted to not get cheesecakes despite it being my mom's birthday due to the insane wait times for everything. Although no one was rude or purposefully making things difficult for us, it seemed like we weren't being told the truth about the tables. And the wait times would be unsterstood except no one told us "hey we're a bit understaffed at the moment. there will be a longer than usual wait for food. we are sorry." that would have gone a long way towards us understanding what was going on and we would have made more informed decisions on the food and drinks. In the end my mom was upset at the service and I was upset that my mom couldn't enjoy her birthday meal. Very disappointed with this place as I've been here before and never had this type of service. Better communication skills from all staff is a must.

To start off I decided to go here for my favorite spicy jambalaya on my birthday 🎉🎂! But after this visit I should have stuck with my original plan about going to The Warehouse restaurant in the marina for a better experience. The food was good I have to admit that it did taste 👍🏽. My Mai Tai drink tasted more like a fruit punch, plus they don't make it like they used to! 🫩 Now... Concerning the service from the waitress (Cymone) she gets zero stars in my book of attentiveness. Crazy shit we were the first ones seated in her area, but then they sat one lady to my right, and another Caucasian couple right in front of our table. Then one more black couple came in and sat 2 tables away. She stopped at the 2 other tables about 6 times bringing drinks and whatever they ordered. But we never seen her after they dropped off the food. Sad shit is that she walked right by our table plenty of times without asking if we wanted anything else, all we got was is everything ok after tending to to 3 other tables for the last 20 minutes. But it's her fault cause we always leave a generous tip whenever we go out to eat, so I left her $5 she's lucky I left that tbh. Lesson learned.. Btw ..I asked her for the menu again to order more stuff since it was my bday. I was planning on ordering like 2-3 more drinks and possibly a whole cheesecake to take home, but I chose to stop eating pack up the food and just leave and highly doubt I'll be going back anytime soon! Spoiled my bday lunch date 100%.

On July 30, my coworkers and I ordered from The Cheesecake Factory. They drove over to pick up our orders, and I was on the phone while they placed my order to make sure it was correct, a chicken Caesar salad. What I got was a plain Caesar with no chicken and lettuce that looked old and unappetizing. I called immediately and spoke with the manager, Oscar, who promised I’d get a gift card within two days. The reason he offered a gift card is because I sent my payment to a friend via Zelle and the payment wouldn’t have came to me. A week later, still nothing! When I followed up, he blamed other staff for the delay, took my number and email again, and promised again to send it. Almost another week later, I still haven’t received anything. The food was bad, and the customer service was worse. If management can’t keep their word or fix a simple mistake, it says a lot about the standards here. Whatever you do, don’t expect quality food or honest follow through from this location. I’ve attached photos to show that I sent my coworker my money and I also sent her a text of my order as well as speaking to her over the phone. I feel I should receive my money back for the poor effort and quality of food that I received!

I hadn’t been to this restaurant in years, and based on my experience I wish it would’ve been longer. A family member on my husbands side was visiting from out of the country so we made the unfortunate decision to eat here. Wait time wasn’t terrible about 30-ish minutes, We were seated at around 1:30pm on 10/5/2025 but I didn’t get to eat until 3:30pm. I ordered the Jambalaya without any chicken since Im currently pregnant at the moment I can’t really stand chicken, when I received my food it had both chicken and shrimp so I had to send it back and it took about 30 minutes for my food to come back out only for it to taste like a pasta water soup dish of how much pasta water they added to the dish, I couldn’t eat it so I sent it back and ordered the Rigatoni with Vodka sauce instead which of course took another 30-ish minutes to arrive, I ordered a side of mashed potatoes but I had to send it back because for starters it took SO long to arrive and also it had a ridiculous amount of pepper and that’s all I could taste. I also ordered a Mocktail at around 2:15 and it didn’t come out until about 3:30. My husband ordered his rigatoni without basil or any garnish and of course they brought it as is so my husband had to send his plate back as well. It was such a disaster I was VERY disappointed and upset, service wasn’t attentive either, we didn’t have water for long periods of time so we had to call him over on multiple occasions, I was surprised to realize that even the water took long to come. We weren’t a big party either, about 7 and 2 were kids. I highly doubt I’ll be going to any Cheesecake Factory location any time soon or if I’m lucky, EVER. I do not recommend this location.

This was the absolute worst Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to. It was organized chaos when I walked in. I was directed to the bakery to pick up my order. I waited for quite some time. When I finally got to the register, I wasn’t greeted just given the “what do you want” look. I gave my name and was brought my food. The plasticware wasn’t wrapped. It was literally thrown in the bag. The bread was hard enough to be a weapon. The shrimp on the cajun appetizer was cold and tiny. The bread was just as small. It was maybe worth $3.00, not $8.95. The salmon was EXTREMELY dry and hard around the edges. I couldn’t eat it, I ended up only eating cheesecake and two potstickers after spending almost $112.00. I should not have tipped in advance as the service I received was poor. I definitely need a partial refund including my tip. I’m here visiting. I will not return to this location.

The worse Cheesecake Factory experience ever. To start we had the worse server. Her name was Alicia. She should have stayed home if she didn't want to work. Not checking on our party of only 8 was so common we forgot we had a server. Three in our party had food that was too bad to eat. The gumbo was over salted and the jambalaya had no sauce. They completely forgot to bring one of our appetizers we requested and didn't offer to remove from our bill. To make a bad situation worse we brought a cake there to celebrate a big birthday. We brought a to celebrate after dinner. The experience was so bad we asked them to bring the cake out so we do the birthday wishes and leave. It took them nearly 10 minutes to bring out the cake. That was the last straw. We didn't even want to cut the cake. We just wanted to leave. This was my worse experience at any Cheesecake Factory. I will not be returning to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience here. My group arrived well before another large party, but the staff seated them before us without any explanation. When I asked to speak to the manager Jessie, he was completely dismissive and brushed off the situation instead of addressing it. The manager told my uncle there was nothing he could do and claimed we had been messaged—though no messages were ever received on our phone and no staff member came outside to call our name. He said he wasn’t sure what happened on their end but would try to seat us within 10–15 minutes. When he finally came out to get us, he wasn’t apologetic about the mistake of seating another large party before ours. Instead, as we walked inside, he commented, “That wasn’t too bad,” which felt dismissive given how long we had waited and the lack of communication. The comment came across as backhanded rather than understanding. Overall, the way our reservation was handled and the lack of accountability left a poor impression. I expected better treatment and accountability from a place that claims to value its customers. Hopefully management can take this feedback to improve how guests are communicated with and treated when issues like this arise.

I’ve had three bad experiences at this location, and each one was worse than the last. The first was lunch on May 31. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and asked for it to be extra crispy and juicy. My server, Wendy, refused to pass the request to the kitchen, saying they don’t accommodate customer preferences. That’s just lazy service. Then on my birthday in August, I ordered a filet mignon medium rare. It came out well done. Most recently, on October 3, I ordered Steak Frites medium rare. Yet again, it came out well done. When I asked the receptionist to speak with a manager, she just pointed across the room and didn’t even notify him, I had to walk over myself. When I explained the issue, the manager asked me to cut the steak to prove it was overcooked, which felt insulting. They charged me $63 for the dish, even though it’s listed at $31.95, and claimed the price was “adjusted” to make up for the overcooked steak. But it was clearly just a mischarge, there was no real discount. We ordered four dishes and paid nearly $200, but the Buffalo wings were dry and the sauce was overwhelmingly tangy. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it was well done. Again. The chef at this location should seriously consider going back to culinary school. If you can’t cook a steak medium rare and can’t make fried chicken that’s crispy outside and juicy inside, you’re not ready for a professional kitchen. You can literally learn how to do both on YouTube. The staff here don’t care, the service is weak, and the food is consistently below standard. If you want great food and respectful service, just go to the Beverly Hills location. They consistently get it right and treat their guests well.

Been coming to this location for over 20 years. We get the lemon or raspberry martini every time and it’s always been great. Tonight the drink was watered down and full of sugar. We sent our drink back and asked to pep it up. The drink came back exactly the same. Then manager came over and was very condescending and arguing our view of the drink. I've been coming to this location for over 20 yrs and today was the worst experience I've ever had here. The self parking is now $6, it has always been free. Then once we were seated we sat there for 40 minutes with no drinks, no bread. Our waiter never came by to check on us & see if we needed anything. I asked to speak to a Manager and no one ever came. You have officially lost me as a customer. I will not be returning.

What can I say just nasty 🤢!!!! Me and my friend decided to go out to eat. We choice to go to the Cheesecake Factory as our choice. I ordered the Grilled fresh Salmon with mash potatoes and broccoli. I didn’t eat much of the food due to me feeling sick after eat 2 bites of the broccoli at the restaurant. At night the restaurant is heavy dark and very little lighting. My food had a slight bad odor coming from it. I even asked my friend could she also smell it she stated I am being silly it’s fish on my plate that’s what I was smelling. After eat 2 fork full of broccoli about 5-8 minutes later my stomach started to twist and I felt nauseous. I thought to myself maybe it’s just me so I asked for a too go box and packed my food up and paid my check while my friend finished up her food. At 3am I decided to give my food another chance. I pulled it out my refrigerator and warm it up. As I was going got the broccoli again I noticed something moving. It was a worm on it I picked up another piece of broccoli and there was more dead. This is no nasty I am lose for words. I had already ate 2 pieces at the restaurant making me sick. I am upset 😠 this is beyond disgusting do the kitchen not follow code and if this happened to me how many people have got sick or served bad food. The manager or someone from corporate needs to reach out and explain to me why I have worms on my food and was served it and got sick.
