Excelente tour 🙌 La atención por parte de las guías es muy buena (Magui y Vane); en todo momento están al pendiente, buscando que te sientas a gusto y acompañado. Un gran plus es que las casas de campaña se arman de forma muy rápida (solo las estiras y prácticamente están listas), además de que tienes la oportunidad de conocer lugares maravillosos 👏 Como recomendación, sería ideal que las guías contaran con radios para comunicarse entre ellas, especialmente en grupos grandes. También sería útil tener más palitas para el baño y organizar alguna dinámica de integración durante la fogata. En general, todo fluye de manera extraordinaria, y se agradece mucho que nuestra guía (Magui) compartiera historias muy interesantes sobre las constelaciones ✨💫
El tour salvaje sonora estuvo hermoso. Solo hay que checar en qué consiste el hospedaje para que no se vayan con ideas equivocadas. El personal es super amable y organizado

Entre cráteres monumentales que fungen como ojos abiertos a la eternidad y dunas que ondulan como un océano de oro atrapado en el tiempo, este tour no es un simple recorrido, sino una peregrinación al corazón mismo de la creación. Aquí, el silencio del basalto y la presencia de los saguaros, esos centinelas del desierto, tejen una atmósfera donde la belleza es tan cruda como sublime, recordándonos que somos apenas un suspiro frente a la majestuosidad de un paisaje que nació de la furia volcánica para convertirse en el poema más antiguo de Sonora.
I just did the Pinacate desert tour in its stargazing version, and both the experience and the company are 100/10. Regarding the company: punctual, organized, very, very kind and patient (we were a group of 60 people), there are no fine print or hidden charges; what they say the tour includes, it includes, and what it doesn't, it doesn't. They don't try to charge you for extras later (those items do exist, but they clarify this from the moment you contact them). The camping equipment they rent or provide is in excellent condition and is of very good quality (tent, chairs, air mattress). The included food (dinner the first night and breakfast the second day) is quite good for the type of tourism offered (camping and nature). They literally take the best possible photos (you won't achieve that on your own, even with the best smartphone), and that's included in the tour price. Finally (regarding the company), they LOVE the desert, they make you feel it, they respect nature, they don't leave any trash, and they take care of the ecosystem in every way possible. I found that incredible and very commendable! A million thanks to Erika (who has endless energy, she never gets tired!!!), Francis, Magy, Emilio, and Chris!!! This review and any photos I could attach to the desert tour simply don't do justice to the experience; it's surreal and can only be truly understood by living it! Don't miss the opportunity to take this trip!

The tour is a great experience for anyone and an incredible opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the desert. The tour service is excellent and includes very interesting talks about different things you can see. The guides help you every step of the way, and when it's time to camp, they offer a lot of support and amenities, helping you set up camp and renting equipment for your comfort. Highly recommended.

I recommend the experience 100/10 ✨🌵 The landscapes are incredible. My favorite part was visiting the sand dunes and stargazing. They taught me how to take cool photos. You can also see craters, Martian lands, and eat delicious food in Puerto Peñasco.

It's an experience you have to live. The starry sky is like nothing I've ever seen before. The guides are incredibly kind and welcoming. It is quite cold, so be sure to prepare well and bring everything you need to protect yourself from the cold, and of course, you'll have to do your business in the field, haha. Even though I'm not much of a camper, I would come back just to witness and admire the night sky, the delicious morning coffee, and the dunes of the Altar Desert. Many thanks to the team for their effort and love for their work.
Great tour! Highly recommended! I traveled from another city for this activity, and it was completely worth it. The entire Pinacate Tours team is very pleasant and attentive. Everything was well planned and organized, super prepared, and the places visited were incredible.
I highly recommend the tour to the Pinacate Biosphere and Altar Desert. We saw the Perseid meteor shower, accompanied by a talk by an astrophysicist. The camping equipment we rented was in excellent condition; it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to Manlio and his entire team for making it so wonderful! Although there were some inconveniences, like the truck we were traveling in getting stuck at the last stop, help arrived quickly, and it was part of an adventure I will definitely repeat.
The best experience, professional, fun and safe trips. I highly recommend getting to know this beauty of Sonora for the world. I attach photos of my trip from February 2020. Today I visit again with Pinacate tours.
Dunes under the moon. Not suitable for people taller than 1.60m (5'3"). The Pinacate Reserve is well worth visiting, but it's a very long trip, 6 hours from Hermosillo, with stops every 3 hours. They take you in Sprinter vans, but they're modified to carry more passengers than usual. While the seats are cushioned, there's very little legroom, and it becomes VERY uncomfortable to be so cramped for all those hours. They stop at convenience stores like Oxxo, so they could go somewhere else, especially during lunch on the second day. They could stop at a taco stand, which would be a better option. The tents are square, so if you're taller than 1.60m (5'3"), you're out of luck because you have to sleep curled up, and even an inflatable camping mattress won't fit properly. The guides are friendly and do their best, but these organizational issues detract from an otherwise beautiful experience. I recommend not taking the trip during a supermoon or when the dunes are illuminated by the moon because they don't actually look that big; it's just marketing. It's better to go when it's just the stars. The dunes are breathtaking, as are the sunrises and sunsets. Visiting the museum is also fantastic. I didn't get a stop at the giant saguaro cactus that you see in so many TikTok videos; we only stopped at the El Elegante and Colorado craters.
