After an afternoon of dealing with LA traffic it was like an oasis in the desert. I was expecting it to disappear as I got close, like a mirage, but no, it was in fact a real place. As always, delicious.

I've been going to In-N-Out for 30 years or more. No matter what location I choose, the service and consistency is always on-point. Everything is fresh, service is always fast (despite the long lines), food is hot and great quality. I usually order light fries and an Arnold Palmer but lately I've been ordering a root beer float. Prices are extremely reasonable for quality of food and in the California demographic.

They finally got the patty to fit in bun, don't get me wrong it's always delicious. But meet seems to always be smaller then bun, except for tonight 🤔.

It is In-N-Out, you know the place so good vegans can't come within 100 yards for fear of becoming meat eaters. Yeah, this place is great and like all In-N-Outs can get crowded at peak times, but you know you would rather wait 15 min here than go to McDonald's.

You can eat vegan at in n out. They don't have a protein patty of any kind (so you don't have to worry about it being cooked on the same grill as meat. I get a veggie with pickles, onions and chili's added (extra all veggies)& no spread (spread is not vegan) but, you could add mustard or ketchup if you want. With all those veggies i don't find it necessary to put any condiments on it. For vegetarians you can do a grilled cheese with or without veggies on it. And the frys are the only thing cooked in the fryers so, they are good for vegans and vegetarians also!

It's an In-N-Out, of course it was great and the service was wonderful. This location is conveniently located with a large parking lot. They get busy but the food came up as quickly as fresh food can and tasted exactly as it should. There are two individual bathrooms inside the store and additional bathrooms outside the building.

Walked in to avoid the long drive through line. Nice to sit in the bright clean dining area. Love the free drink refill options. Brought my own thermos and the gal who took our order didn't charge me for a beverage. Consistent good food. I recommend the animal style burger and fries well done.

My first in-n-out experience. Woth it, they have 3 burgers but they cook them nicely. I love the crispy bread, lettuce in good amounts and tasty fries. Good presentation and price The only "but" the chocolate shake, to me it tastes as caramel shake, not chocolate

In a time of complete inconsistency with just about everything, you can always count on each and every In and Out to have the same great quality, taste, and value. They always seem to have the best employees of any fast food chain, and pretty much any chain for that matter. The store is always clean and the food is always awesome. Thank you In-N-Out for being the same great place as one of the very first restaurants that you gave us in Diamond Bar 🍔😋

This is my favorite Hamburg joint! I know each person has different tastes. In my opinion these are the best burgers! I also like their fries made fresh right at the restaurant. Their prices are reasonable. It's also fun to learn their lingo. I usually get a double, single extra tomato and grilled onion. Double-two hamburger patties Single-one slice cheese For the fries you can get "spread". That's In-N-Out's special sauce.

I always come to this In-N-Out when I can. I avoid the other one. I’m going to Rogers or In-N-Out are good of course but this one is supreme seasoning is better. Customer service is better. They expedite their service you’re in and out of the tracking line and the staff are extra friendly.

I went in earlier today for the first time. The restaurant was somewhat busy and I was clueless as to what to try but the cashier Alysa, who took my order was extremely helpful and made my first experience so great. She recommended her personal favorite when I asked what I should get, and I was blown away by how tasty and well prepared the food was. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back soon just because of her!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today and while the food and service is constantly good, today we had the pleasure of interacting with a young man but he name of Jacob. He made the fast pace environment of In N Out feel like a smaller hometown restaurant where you tend to get that more personal interactions. Checked on us frequently, noticed us about to get up to get our order from the counter and intervened to offer getting it for us, and even caught the door for us on our way out all while being extraordinarily polite. It just made us feel a special kind of way and really made our day. Thank you Jacob, keep up the good work

In'N out is one of my go-to places. The employees are always friendly. The food is delicious too. I usually get their protein style , which is a burger wrapped in lettuce since I don't eat a lot of bread. Sometimes, i do get the bun if I'm in the mood for it. I also enjoy hot cocoa, especially when the weather is cold. If I'm really hungry, I'll get animal style fries. As a kid, I remember when I first came to one of the locations, I got to experience making my own fries and burger. Since then, I have enjoyed coming here once in a while and am satisfied with everything. ♡

Andrew was awesome, very helpful, and polite to his customers. Burgers are great as usual. One suggestion: when you get an order wrong, it should be fixed immediately. You should not have to wait in line again after the workers have been told that there is a problem. Other than that, everything was good!

I love In-N-Out! California definitely has the best tasting franchises (not sure why that is, but I swear it's true). The burger and fries I got animal style, which is always nice. The neapolitan shake was nice, though really just taste like chocolate. It's normally always busy, so the fast part of fast food is more of a after thought. In my option, it's hands down the best fast food out there!

The best thing about In-N-Out burger is the high standard of consistency throughout its stores. The outlet is busy as it’s right off the freeway but lines and service moves pretty quick. The burgers are fresh and excellent, can’t go wrong with In-N-Out, especially on a road trip. This post is great for a rest break and feed on the LA to Vegas drive.

It used to be good food at a good price, but now it's average food at an average price. It's a good choice among the many inches area.

Be prepared to wait 30 to 40 minutes at peak hours in the drive through. The line itself is reminiscent of waiting at Disneyland for Pirates of the Caribbean; an extremely long, winding line. My coke today was watered down as it had been made ahead of time and was sitting waiting for me to reach it at my ultimate pick up destination. Someone about 5 cars ahead of me had everyone stopped for 15 extra minutes. I figured he ordered 25 cheeseburgers or more. Anyway, the food is great. Just wish the line didn't take sooooo long.

They get thru the line pretty fast. It's pretty dang good. It's not even that much more expensive than other fast food places yet they have better quality. My only qualms is the fries are always cold but they're still. Good. Here are the current menu prices

Typical In N Out Burger, but the service was fast and very friendly. Washrooms we're outside and not overly the cleanest you'd expect, but still could be considered clean. Overall a decent place to stop for a quick bite.

I have been to many In N Out. More or less they all taste about the same. I like my Fries cooked light , this time they were barely cooked. They had that raw taste. I know they can cook it that way without tasting raw Because I order them that way all the time.

This burger place has a decent size parking area. Some of the parking space is used for the long line of cars that visit the drive thru at some point during the day. The burger place was pretty busy at the dine in counter during dinner hour. Service is pretty good. The burger and fries are good.

Great food, friendly staff, and crisp fries that come with salt are a few good things to list. The only reason for the four-star rating is due to the restroom. They have two individual restrooms but one was not available and the other is not in good shape. Hope to see that this can be fixed shortly.

This how y’all gonna do me? with no napkins or nothing? Got all over my car hands and clothes by the time I got inside the house I really don’t post reviews unless it’s somthing off so next time consider the customer at the least provide some napkins to keep my things clean.

I was at this location on Friday with my daughter and her older cousins. It was raining and they give children 12 and younger hot chocolate My daughter was given 2 cups because they are small. Since she had 2 her cousin which is a college kid asked to just taste it. Then a worker named Tammy came over and said the hot chocolate is for 12 and over. We acknowledge and Tammy said well the 2 people that served you must not know you already had a cup. We corrected her that she was given two. She was rude about my daughter having 2 and her cousin tasting the hot chocolate. She got passive aggressive and seeking other employees to tell them we had two cups while walking past us multiple times. She went up to the counter and was talking loud about us. We could not understand the issue. My daughter was upset and mad she even asked for the hot chocolate. She made our dining experience horrible. Tammy needs training how to treat customers. I will think twice about going to that location again.

What can you say about In-N-Out that hasn't been said. It's a good burger, not the best I've had but better than most. You just have to be willing to put up with the huge line of like minded people to get your food. For the drive-thru anyway. No experience dining in.

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences at this In-N-Out, I feel like I need to share. I ordered a simple meal—two double-doubles, two fries, and an XL drink—but every time I go, something gets messed up. Most often, it’s something small like getting a medium drink instead of the XL I ordered. They don’t verify the order at the first window, and it's frustrating when you have to point out the mistakes. It’s not just about the order being wrong, though—some of the workers seem rude and unprofessional when you kindly ask them to correct it. They’re often too rushed to acknowledge your request properly, which just makes the experience worse. I've had better service and order accuracy at other In-N-Out locations nearby. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve left disappointed.

If you don't end up in a head on collision trying to access the drive thru at this location then you will be rewarded with "mid" at best food. I adore In N Out usually. But my burger was still pink. I asked for watered down lemonade and I'm pretty sure they added EXTRA sugar. The girl who took my order outside was rude when I asked why the drive thru was set up so weird. She said I could have just gone in if it was such a problem for me. 😑 Oh really? All in all you can tell that this location does NOT care about customer service. It's a Wednesday at 12:15 so it's not like they have had a busy day. Th3y just been open for about 2 hours. So why the attitude and under cooked food?

I usually love going to this in n out, but I had a bad experience today. I go to order and the person taking my order could not understand me. After placing my order, I go to pay and receive my food in the drive thru and got more food than I ordered and turns out I was overcharged for 2 extra sandwiches. I told the workers of the issue and they said they would refund the items. After refunded, I left and they forgot to give me my drink. I had to get down and ask for my drink that they forgot to pass out and was sitting on the window. Finally when I got home they also messed up my order on one of the burgers :(

Food was awful! I've never had bad In-N-Out so this was really surprising. Bread was dry and fell apart, burger was smashed and part of our order was wrong. Restrooms were also nasty.

Just go to McDonald's. I've alwaysss heard about how good In-N-Out is. "yOu GoTtA gEt It aNiMaL sTyLe" is what I always heard. Well I did... And was tremendously underwhelmed. I'd take a cold Big Mac over this any day.

Bathroon so dirty no toliet paper. Food so salty. Frys and burger. As we started to eat we seen the kitchen and dining area were also so dirty that we thew our food away and left.

The Bun edges were burnt on both Burgers... the meat was about 2 inches round and over cooked. I asked for light-light cooked Fries. After 2 replacements they were like Pretzels. I mentioned to one of the servers and he said sorry about that.

Just left the drive thru with my order of 2 Flying Dutchman and fries. I asked the person taking my ordered to add the onions grilled. Got my order and again asked about the burgers. Staff assured me it was as ordered. I got home and in disbelief the trash I was given. Horrible mess. I’ve gotten the order before and decided to try again because first time was lovely. I can even eat this mess. Yes, late night run at 11:30 pm

I have been going to In n Out for years. The food, cleanliness and service . Was something I have never seen . The hamburger buns were completely burnt. The burgers themselves were so salty. The fries were extremely salty and cold. Also fries were animal style and the onions were black. The inside of the the restaurant was so dirty. Do I put the blame all on the employees. No I also blame Management. They need to make sure that employees know what they are doing.
