This Taco Bell always killing it with customer satisfaction!!! I can’t stress this enough I have been coming to this tacobell since It first opened. The friendliest staff I have ever meet. They didn’t have the online exclusive Chicken wings yesterday and the manger took an extra initiative and called another store to satisfy my cravings! The best Taco Bell & staff ever !
Everything was great, the service was fabulous.
Young lady taking the orders, amazing very respectful thank you
For a quick moment or in passing it is an ideal concept, I recommend it.
Very rarely do I give a review for a fast food restaurant but this Taco Bell never seems to fail me at least late night. Always on point & always give us the sauce we ask for!
Order 7 is my favorite
Excellent.
The quesadillas.. try..
The food was quite decent...and the service was excellent!!
The meat tacos are very tasty.
Good food
I loved it, I would like to go every day 😁
I love it never fails to please
Great food at a great price.
They hired new people and the place works better now. there’s 2 employees that caught my attention Melissa I think she is manager which has a beautiful personality and the guy I asked his name, Dayan, very patient with annoying customers and he was very sweet even tho the kids from the school bother the staff so much. Great customer service! Definitely coming back.
Nice fusion/innovative Mexican fast food chain. Products are well proportioned to the price. Price-value ratio is optimal.
A+
Good food preparation. Good service.
The customer service is good and very friendly.
Want more
Very tasty, I really enjoy their menu and promotions.
Love the tacos and options available. Fast friendly staff and also have the option to order on screen.
Good service
Excellent
Good for all meals of the day
Good food and service
The late night hours come in clutch and real good service too
Little outdated but clean.
Weekdays for the hours of 2pm to 4pm this place is a mass gathering place for the students from the school next to it. However the staff do a great job of limiting the influx of people and the service once inside is quite good.
If give it 5 stars if it weren't for me waking up with an upset stomach.
Late night the service is slow
Nachos Bell Grande $5.49, Power Menu Bowl ( Chicken ) $6.59 literally the top of the picture is what was in there, they changed the sizes of the bowls, the serving portions are small but they keep on charging the same price. Last time I went to Chipotle they charged me almost $15 for a bowl but it was worth it because they serve an amount of food that justifies the price. I also ordered the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito with no lettuce but they still added the lettuce, I guess they can't read the order for a moment and just work like robots. To be honest the food wasn't even hot there was only one person in front of me in the drive thru.
Customer service not so good
Normal food, nothing special.
This taco bell used to be a good one, at one point the quality of the food and customer service was second to none for a Taco Bell. I'm assuming there must've been a management change and it's all gone on an incline. Quality of food is okay at best, customer service gets 3 stars and I believe it might not have worse ratings because it is in a central location. Go to this taco bell if you need to but I definitely recommend driving an additional 5 minutes and visiting the one on 68th Ave. Hopefully they improve.
Quick food.
C+ | Typical Taco Bell with the run of the mill employees. WARNING service may be slow but it's great that this location is 24 hours and has the new promotions as they become available. The service around peak hours can be brutal here for the drive thru (check Google Maps for busy hours). If so you could be waiting for ~30 mins for a taco, kind of defeats the purpose of "fast food" there is another location close so if I'm REALLY in the mood for crappy tacos 🌮 I'll just go to the other one if this one is packed. The quality here is superbly average and once they forgot one of my tacos. Typical right? Overall it's Taco Bell, this isn't Mexican, not Tex Mex, it's like commercial jk food. With those expectations this is not that bad.
Nacho bell grande not too much meat.
They used to be good but as of lately their serving cold food. At least make it warm.
Their ground beef has been getting worse.. and worse... and worse
Short o. Staff, but the personal are good kids. Be patient with them.
Went to Taco Bell through the Drive thru and didn’t like the girls service she looked like she didn’t like her job or didn’t want to be there. According to the receipt I kept her name is Gabriela N. She was a blond hispanic girl. After her handing me my food she closed the window hard then I saw she didn’t add my drink to the order so I payed for it her vibe was so negative she has poor customer service skills. Should not be working in the window keep her in the kitchen if she don’t know how to deal with customers and she was rude too totally ignored me in the window when I was calling her when she had saw me in the first place. 👎🏻 They serve food sloppy too like if their giving it to dogs..
The food was good but I had to have my order to go bc it's freezing in there the temp was like 60°. I love to eat inside due to the free refills. I think they are doing this so customers to stay inside and make messes or empty out the trash I should rate this a one but I did a 2 bc the food was well prep. Another thing that bothered me was there was a sign at the register that says please limit your dining room time to 20 minutes
Been going here for years, they know my order and always get it right. There are certain times of the day where the drive through can get crowded, but it goes by fast. Temporary 2 star until they start ordering diablo sauce again but excellent service
We all like the food but not when it's handled with the same gloves that took your money
The drive through employee told me "you'll get fat if you eat this too often" and I have never seen him before in my life. I don't know if he mistook me for someone who passes by often, but either way, who are you to tell a customer that?
Food is ok they don't mess up orders to often but they make you wait forever slow service and there's almost never anyone in the front taking orders I waited 15 minutes before someone showed up at the front cashier. Franchiser should show up and see what I'm talking about.
They did not give us any of the condiments that we asked for. Also forgot one of our burritos we had to go back.
Went here and bought 9 items and the second most expensive item (chicken chalupa) was not in the bag when we got home. Tried calling the number on the recite and it a fax machine. Same number listed on the website. So I’m now out $4.19. Maybe the guy that just stands there and puts together the order and hands it to you needs a job that requires less brain power. Counting to 9 and customer service are not a skill he has. FIX YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!
First of all what I ordered was wrong requested a burrito supreme ground beef no onions or tomato as you know they did put onions and tomato and the ground beef I could barely see there was more oil in my burrito I ordered two regular tacos the same thing ground beef was dripping in oil I have never experienced a Taco Bell like this if there was no star I would give it a no star very disappointing I’ve been to this establishment many many times, I usually never complain But this was ridiculous
Service is not good, a lot young kids always playing inside, the place is a disaster. This Taco Bell is next to a middle school and high school.
Just went to this location and when i got home my order was wrong also i had ordered a double chalupa box it looked like it was missing half of what its suppose to have on top of everything it was so messy and unappealing i didnt even eat it , the guy at the window was cleaning things with his bare hands and the touching my drinks and food w/o even cleaning them not happy with the service and cleanliness of this place will definitely not be going back.
The new chicken taco 🌮 from you guys is a joke. To get full you would have to eat 5 of them. So sad.
Don't order the nachos at 1am. Friends said it tasted like cardboard from the ozone layer cooked in a 3D printer.
I am not one to put bad reviews. But I really don’t understand how hard it is to make a taco. This is the third time I get my order messed up and honestly all the time cause I’m always missing something or it’s made messy. But this is the fourth time my taco comes without the lettuce and gross. I ordered a beef chalupa with no sour cream and tomatoes. They put beef, cheese, and sour cream. No lettuce. I really don’t understand why but I really am done coming to this Taco Bell.
Is incredible that a side taco on the kitchen Quesadilla came with only 3 pieces of chicken.
They should give a discount to the Hialeah police, they should have more presence in that place, there is a lot of crime gathered there.
dirty inside
This Taco Bell deserves 0 stars!!! I placed an order today through Uber. It is now 1:45am on 04/24/2022 of when this incident happened . I have waited over an hour for my order to arrive. When the driver arrives to pick up the order, the worker told him that we had canceled the order. When he gives us a call, we told him it was impossible as we were waiting for it and he had our information. After he had us on speaker the worker she changed her whole story said that it had disappeared from her system when she was going to make it. It had been over 45 minutes and that her system deleted it. We told her that we had the order and we could tell her what we wanted but she refused. When we asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. She refused to make our order, and she also refused to tell us her name. If she was "the manager" we are entitled to know who we are speaking to as customer, Uber driver also said she hid her name tag as soon as I asked for her name.
Slow service at counter
The one thing I hate the most is to spend over $47 in Taco Bell and I placed an order and that they don’t give you everything they tell you to make sure that you read this screen make sure that everything is there but what’s the sense in doing that if they’ll give you everything you order just ripping people off
The food is nasty, some of the staff don’t even speak English and get mad when you don’t speak Spanish. I’m a fan of Taco Bell but avoid this at all cost.
This Taco Bell is seriously in trouble they never have supplies the food quality is terrible and the employees need work... would not eat there again
Gross
Worst Taco Bell in the area. Horrible costumer service and poor management. Food is usually terrible and orders are frequently wrong. Employees are rude
Operating hours say they are open until 5 am. Wrong. They are open but not taking orders? Drove here thinking they were open but when I got there they said they weren’t taking orders?
Let me start off by saying I never write reviews for places but this one merited a review. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I am a student In adult education right next door so when I get there for lunch I expect to be treated as a customer. I go to buy a burrito and a drink so I can go about my day and go to class but I get there after a 20 minute walk to eat and sit down and I get the manager locking the doors and telling me that if I buy I still can't sit down and eat my food before class. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AS A CUSTOMER THERE. DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT U WANT TACO BELL FIND ANOTHER ONE.
All my food was cold, and not fresh at all
I ordered on line 4 crunchy tacos, and 4 crunchy tacos with extra beef. When I picked up, they gave me a bag, I went back to work to hand out the tacos, they gave me someone else's order. I had to drive back to Taco Bell (across town) and went inside. They laughed. Gave me the correct order. I asked which 4 had the extra beef (I was ordering for 3 people). They didn't know! When I got back to the office, the Tacos were soggy and cold. Very poor management and the food tasted horrible.
By far the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Poor ethical skills and of course no one speaks English. Waited at the counter 12 minutes just for someone to take my order then waited 10 more minutes to get my order. Live and learn, what else can you expect from anything in Hialeah.
Bad service and they always give you what they have and what you ask for,
Really slow drive thru service around 1am. It used to be quick and effective at one point, but lately it has been extremely slow. I'm only leaving this review with the hope that management looks into this. I will gladly change my review if this is fixed.
Slow service. Every time I come here it is a complete disappointment. Last time it took 30 minutes to get my food. Manager didn't care very much just shrugged her shoulders and made excuses about not having people. Not my problem. This is the last time I'm coming to this location. Go to the Taco Bell on 68th street and save yourself the headache. Wish I could give 0 stars. I wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. Every freaking time I come here there is an issue. To many teens who are to busy messing around in the back or the poor adults who don't get proper training and have to deal with the lack of maturity. Why does my chicken doubledilla look like it was put in a washer machine. Why do I have to come home take a sip of my Pepsi and it's water down surp water. I've had to drive back to claim food, you ask for one thing they make another. Always out of there proper cups , the soda always taste funny , I won't visit this taco bell ever . Sadly I live 2 mins and I rather drive an extra 2 miles before eatting here. If your immature and need a job that will hold your shenanigans apply here. I give credit when credits do but nothing positive comes out here.
Worst taco bell I've been to super slow the casher Dorian doesn't know what he's doing and I've been standing here 30 mins waiting on my food and the line cook is rude until she saw me leaving this review and 5 people who placed their order after me have gotten their food before me.
These people are super slow
Worst food in Hialeah, avoid this place at all cost food was really bad. Went to eat in a group and everybody was sick afterwards. Bathrooms were dirty and place stinks. The servers didn't speak english and had attitude.
