This restaurant located at Hialeah at Dade County in FL is a very good option if you like fresh fish 🐟 food. It offers a variety of fish all fresh and delicious. All the food is excellent. We ordered garlic lobster 🦞, a whole fried fish, tostones (plantain)with 🦀 and lobster, ostiones, almejas, frituras de vacalao!!! The mariscos soup is wonderful! it was my first eating fried frog legs, and I love it. They also sell fresh fish and fruit du mer, if you want to cook at home. The restaurant is clean. I recommend 👌 💯

Wanted to come here before on my last trip to Florida but never got around to it- this time I did. I was excited as soon I saw the inside of the restaurant. When you walk into the dining section the blue walls engulf you into the oceany/fishy “vibe” of the place. Swordfish, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, and many other aquatic creatures decorate the walls- which I really enjoyed and liked. The many Mahi Mahi on the wall appealed to me the most, and so I ordered that for my dinner. I’ve had Mahi Mahi before, which was always good. This Mahi Mahi was good as well- I ordered a house salad as a side. The house salad was more like what you use for cole slaw but I didn’t complain, it’s actually pretty good and went well with the Mahi Mahi. I also had the three croquettes (fish, cod, and ham & cheese) which were really good. Overall, really enjoyed eating here and loved the look of the restaurant- would totally come back here to try more fish!

Friendly service. Impressive seafood platter. Huge fish market for take out and a big restaurant for dining in. Kids menu. Pitchers of sangria or beer. Good variety in the menu and they will cook your food depending on your preference ( blackened, grilled, fried , etc)

This place reminds me of old Florida the only problem with the place is that if you don’t speak Spanish you got to do a lot of pointing but if you want good seafood this is the place to go looks like it’s fresh right out of the ocean plus you can pick what you want in the cook right off the ice this place is the Fish market and restaurant the lobster with the garlic sauce was amazing the shrimp scampi were delicious and make sure you bring somebody that speaks Spanish just kidding

Was recommended to check out this fish restaurant by a family member and I have to say I left with a very positive vibe. I might actually come back here just to grab lunch and some cold beers soon. Speaking of alcoholic beverages they do have a limited draft selection (yuengling, blue moon, estrella, bud light, etc.) and they offer buckets 5 for $15 special. I was also informed that they do have a happy hour specials list available too. As for the food I got to see plates of mahi-mahi and salmon being served and it looked delicious! I had the fried fish chunks and these may be some of the best fried fish chunks I've had in a while! Also they even have the market section inside the restaurant too! What I do really like about this spot is the awesome service the employees dedicate to their customers. Also it does have a set up of like a sports bar vibe which I thought was pretty cool. Yes that means there are nice big flat screen TVs set up so you can even catch sports games too!

It's a great place to be at. Good environment and a beautiful place, but food quality was an issue yesterday. I am accustomed to visiting the place. In 9 years that I've been going there, to eat, with or without friends, family, partners... I never worry about it. Don't know what it was, but it's still a good place with nice service. I hope this comment will help them out. I would like to see the same place with the same food and the great service experience again.

The food here was as great as ever. The only problem was the service, very disappointed. the restaurant was not at capacity, but we were not treaded like in the past. On other occasions we have been treated better. Note that there were very few staff on the floor.

The service was poor from the beginning. The happy hour does not offer options that are truly appealing, and the cocktails were quite basic—nothing memorable. We ordered a paella for four people and we were six; while it was generous and made with good ingredients, it lacked flavor. Overall, attention to detail was missing. As for the empanadas, the seafood one was the best; the lobster and crab empanada had very little flavor. The ceviche, although we were told it might be a bit spicy, had no heat at all. Ironically, the best dish of the entire experience was a chicken milanese ordered by one of the kids.

This experience was so disappointing. We were so excited to have lunch here but when our lobsters came out it was clear that it was more spring mix than anything else. We paid $45 for 1.5 lbs of what?? There was no lobsters in there…it was so crazy because after eating for what felt like 30 seconds my mother looked at me and said “you are done” and my response was yes there’s nothing else left in there, hers on the contrary had muchhhh more lobsters and she was eating for quite some time to the point where she even said she was full. When I asked for the manager why both lobsters cost or weighed the same we received a bizarre explanation with no sort of problem solving skills special for a first time visitor. Mind you everything under the spring mix was empty this was their way of showing like the dish was large while avoiding disappointment. Mind you I drive from downtown miami there and will not be returning. Extremely disappointed and not worth the drive nor price.

Today we visited for lunch, nice ambiance, but the food quality TERRIBLE! 1) Ceasars salad: cheap quality,old lettuce. 2) fried calamari: chewy, rubbery, frozen taste. 3) snapper fillet way over cooked, dry and way to salty. 4) snapper with termidor way to salty. 5) lemonade taste good. Service overall ok,but not friendly,we don't feel welcomed.

I arrived and ordered a fish and normally in any restaurant it takes 10 to 20 minutes and here it was the opposite I would say 45 minutes and then they told me that they didn't have the fish to fry

My husband and I about one month ago went to this restaurant we both ordered churrasco steak white rice and black beans and a ceviche both steaks were bland, burnt, and no chimichurri sauce black beans was like dirty water with two or three beans my husband told the waitress these beans have no taste she took it to the chef and came back with the same bowl and said nothing. Very very disappointing experience

I wouldn't give any stars if I could help it! I am extremely upset because we got seated, waited 15 minutes at our table and not one person bothered to serve us anything!! Not even a glass a water! Nothing! We even asked for some service, but everyone acted dumb founded. Plus, there was very loud music in there too! I will NEVER step into that place again! Beware!!

The staff seemed more preoccupied with the World Series playoffs than with their actual customers, leading to service that felt like the absolute bare minimum. Our order took an inexplicably long time to arrive, which was baffling given the lack of patrons. The ultimate disappointment, however, was the food. We ordered the whole lobster, priced at $80, and it was inedible. It was thick, rubbery, and had the consistency of a shoe sole. When we shared this serious concern with our waitress, her only response was an unhelpful acknowledgment that they "must have overlooked it," offering no actual solution or compensation for the ruined dish, despite spending over $100. The evening culminated in a truly unbelievable display of poor management. We paid our bill using the restaurant’s app (thankfully, I took a screenshot of the receipt). As we were driving away, the waitress actually came rushing out to our vehicle, claiming we hadn’t paid. I had to stop and get out of my car to physically show her the proof of payment on my phone. It is clear this place has declined significantly. The food quality and the level of attentiveness from the service staff are both a far cry from what they once were. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Food was too greasy. Fries and vegetables are frozen, old, stale, greasy. Not at all appetising, except for the crab empandas appetiser, it was pretty good. That said, the main dishes are complete misses. It's very expensive (bill came out to be $115 for 2 people, $25 fish, sides are $3 each) for the low quality food. For reference, I ordered a grilled fish with lemon/garlic, no butter. Fish came back greasy with butter along with the sides.

Was there 15 before we ask someone to get drinks , 20 min to order appetizers, 30 min to get the two empanadas… and we wait another 30 min to place order and 45 min later food wasn’t even ready !! It was just a fried fish! Shouldn’t take everything so long ! The women there are just flirting and not hustling at all. We ask for the check since they say will be another 20 min .. for the food mind we being waiting almost an hour for the food . They were not busy at all! Very inconvenient. I had my hopes up with this place , but will never come back . I even drove an hour to this place

The food quality is inconsistent one visit the french fries are stale and the next visit the fish (snapper and whole hog fish) are hard /chewy. I was so surprised the fish consistency harder than steak. The service is mediocre and hard to get their attention as the workers are always in a little group talking to each other. Once they realize the customer is annoyed they start checking in on you more.

I have used this restaurant more than a few times, including for fresh fish, but yesterday our Mahi Mahi was extremely overseasoned, and sure enough, it hid the fish's freshness… resulting in diarrhea for both of us. Not a pleasant experience. I threw away my take-out order. Not going back.

We ordered three dishes in total. The red snapper fillet was rubbery and overcooked. The two fried red snapper plates were completely lacking in flavor — neither the fish nor the rice was seasoned properly. The restaurant has an excellent location, but unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations.
