Drive through line was long, but workers do a great job moving it along. They double checked that the fries were gluten free and cooked in a separate frier. Having celiac, I always appreciate that!

The staff was beyond wonderful- the manager made sure our food was hot, and gave my daughter new fries after she dropped them. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. However then I met Mike at the register and he gave me a to-go order instead of a stay order but he was very nice. I wish I knew the woman's name because she was awesome.

I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A for a few years now and always found the food fresh, facilities clean, and customer service top notch. Love this place, so glad it’s in NY now. One of the best customer service places I have ever had the privilege of visiting. They are nice and attentive every time I have come here and that’s about once or twice a week for the past eight months. The food was always good except for one time where my chicken was a little hard. But that was one time out of many. Staff is very warm and have always given me the best customer service possible. My coworker came here once and got the wrong order but the staff was very nice about it and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Highly recommended

Yummy! All the hype is true. Just be prepared to have a tight squeeze for parking because it’s in a busy commercial area. Sandwiches are all delicious and so beyond what I expected. Best times to go a little before 12 or after 2:30 to beat the lunch rush. But the lines move fast since they have lots of staff taking orders before you get to front of register or in the drive through.

Mario was so helpful and really went out of his way to accommodate us, we drove 30 min to grab breakfast and it had turned into lunch time menu and he was very attentive and went out of his way to request we still get the breakfast menu. Is the Chick-fil-A on Long Island you know what you're getting. Chick-fil-A's food is pretty good, they had started serving the chicken strips. For me they were very amazing very soft very fluffy and it even reminded me of Pollo campero from El Salvador. Does Chick-fil-A was very clean they were pretty fast and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's in the area.

It really is the only fast food RESTAURANT... they great you at the door, treat you like a guest, use real flowers and salt and pepper shakers at tables. Serve you at your table, ask how your doing, make it feel like a home.

With so many ppl there you would have thought every thing would have been rushed. Nope everything was perfect and the kids had a great time. The place mats that stick to the table are a great idea for the kids. I loved the little Christmas trees on every table. Just all around well done.

Super friendly service will bring your delicious order to your outside table, what a way to start your quiet morning with a meal and a book. You can even bike there and make it an exercise-breakfast-and-burn-calories session.

He even left me down easy that they had just moved from the breakfast to the lunch menu. He helped me choose sauces and made sure I got a drink AND a water as I just got done playing 18. The place is spacious, clean, has flowered vases at each table and a playplace inspired section at the northeast corner for children. A place this good looking has got to have top tier food and of course Chick-fil-A doesn't disappoint. The Grilled chicken club I had is flavorful, their fries are crisp while tender and I had a cookies and cream milkshake which was next world lovely. Service is always top notch at Chick-fil-A so I'm not surprised that they stick with that formula and don't stray from it. A wonderful location this is.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my preferred locations out of the options we have in the boroughs. Knocked off one star because they never seems to fill up the fries, doesn't matter if you order a medium or a large. Other than that only thing that would make it better is if they'd bring back the spicy tenders I had down south, and make them available nationwide.

Similar to most Chick-fil-A locations, this one is generally clean (inside and outside), always busy (especially the drive thru), food is good, and staff and service is better than many other establishments. Drive-thru functions efficiently and effectively even when the lines are extremely, extremely long.

I have to say i love this place. They don't open on Sundays what a shame but hey good for them. This place has a double lane drive through this should tell you something. It might be because its new its packed on the weekend and late afternoons. So if you want it head there before lunch time. Chicken sandwich is awesome so are their chicken nuggets. You can do fried or grilled. Lemonade is on point. My favorite is the chicken wrap with the guacamole dressing. This place is not to be missed. One thing for sure if you head there 1 hour before they close you will feel rushed the crew starts putting up the chairs and getting ready to go, that to me was a bummer for service. Overall awesome place.

Tried it today for the first time. Huge line up at the drive thru. Go on a day when you have time to kill. Ordered the grilled chicken deluxe combo. Sandwich was tasty and juicy. Waffle fries were good. Lemonade was delicious! None of it was life changing. Now I can say I tried it. Don't understand the hype. I'll give it a 7 out of 10.

Fast and delicious (understatement as it's amazing) food, friendly service (which is also an understatement as how busy they are, it means a lot). Only dinged a star due to an experience - five us ordered food (nothing complex) in the drive thru. Sadly one sandwich was forgotten and wasn't noticed until we got home. I thought about calling and complaining at that time, but since it was an honest mistake in a larger order it was understandable. Although I still paid for it so as always with any fast food I'd recommend checking your food before you leave.

Chick-fil-A is always a good place to go to for good fast food. The customer service Atchison location was great. Very friendly and helped us with our large group order. The classic spicy sandwich deluxe is my go to and its on the spot. Juicy and crispy.

They are super efficient in managing the lines here. The drive thru may looked packed, but it moves well. Can also try to order ahead online and you'll be able to pickup in the store. Food was consistent with the other stores in the chain. Good variety of sauces for your nuggets or tenders. Spicy chicken sandwich had a nice heat.

Food was mediocre. It was the worst breakfast I ever had at a Chik -fil- a. I hope they improve. The staff were nice but, the food was thumbs down.

I ordered online through Uber Eats. I paid for six different items. All of them had good portions, except for the fries. I placed an order for large fries, and I got half the box of fries !! Unfortunately for me, there's a national fries shortage because that specific item did not accomplish my expectations of a good portion.

Spicy Deluxe was good but not great, the meat itself was good quality but for flavor and crunch I would choose Wendy's spicy chicken any day. Normally CFA is on point, however on this day this location was not. They were slow inside. There were people there who said they had ordered a long time, uber eats people was also waiting a while and it was only 10am and inside dining was empty and drive through was average. They apologized to folks by offering a brownie or cookies but it shouldn't have been this slow.

Based on the location in eas coming from, it was a great location and popular location as I saw the drive full, parking lot full and the restaurant itself full. Cashier was nice even though new. There is a play area for kids 3yrs and younger so if you see the play area from the street, know the restrictions. The food was okay but some of the nuggets had a burnt taste which threw off the enjoyment of it. Everything else was good but that was a turn off. When I left, you can smell the same burnt scent. Maybe it was overcooked.

I had the food from here for the first time and I just don’t get the hype especially after all the praises I heard about this place. I had much better grilled chicken sandwiches from other fast food restaurants and the Mac and cheese which is one of my favorite foods was nothing special. I definitely won’t be back to eat the food.

I’ve tried to give this location multiple tries but always seem to have an issue with my order. I went today and asked for a large 3 piece chicken meal with a large strawberry milkshake. I was given a medium instead. I know for a fact that I ordered a large because he read my order back to me and I made sure he had the correct size as I had ordered a medium Sunjoy as well. I also ordered a side of Mac and cheese which I think had gone bad as it had a sour taste to it and in the end was not provided a receipt despite asking for one. They told me I’d get it in the bag but it was not in there. The last time I was at this location I had to wait a long time to get my order inside the store and was told I couldn’t order French fries because they had run out. When I finally got my order (about 20 mins later), they announced they were now able to take French fry orders. The line was out the door by then and I wasn’t going to wait any longer. Won’t be back.

My sons come here often. Recently this establishment is going down the hill. We love the chicken sandwich, it is just that the quality is dropping like a stone. The meat is half the size of the buns and the sandwiches sometimes are wet. I really hope the management is listening.

I am not much of a fast food guy, but I was Intrigued by the buzz about this place. Years ago while driving across Manhattan I was surprised by the block long line and resolved to try this place . OK, it was lunch time but I was still surprised to see 18 cars lined up at the window. The line backed up to the door. I saw there were five people taking orders so I waited. It went really fast. I took my precious original sandwich to the pleasant umbrella covered outside area they have and I inspected it. Not like typical fast food! It was shaped like a chicken beast, thicker at one end and trapezoidal. The breading was irregular and crispy. On first bite I noticed the texture of real chicken. I also noticed the thick strand of gristle that stayed with me until the sandwich was done. The batter was nice, but insufficient given the thickness of the chicken. The chicken, though fried, was almost dry! The roll was dollar store quality. The original sauce was like a vinegary French dressing, and I liked it. They probably deserve three stars, but my crushed expectations took two.

Every-time I come here, they forget dressing. This is the third time I’ve come to the drive through (about 30 min drive from my home) and they’ve forgot to put dressing for my salad. I ordered two salads with avocado lime ranch. When I got the bag, I didn’t see the dressing. The employee asked another employee if it was in there and he said yes. I said can you just give me 2 as I don’t see it. She gave me 1 and said it was in there. Guess what wasn’t in there when I got home… dressing. The manager said she can’t do anything aside from a cookie in the future as dressing is complementary…completely disregarding that no one eats salad with no dressing, I specifically asked for dressing again while paying, and it still wasn’t provided.

I really didnt understand why I have to wait in line again and not even receiving apology. How long was I supposed to wait until all orders were completed? And all you needed to do was correct the order and refund just one item, but you didn’t even give me a refund and just let me have three sandwiches Do you think I’d be thankful for having free sandwich? Is that really the best solution for your customer? This kind of response is unimaginable at other Chick-fil-A locations.

Why cant LI figure out chicfila. The few locations across the island are always such an amateur cluster F compared to everywhere else in the country(im a traveler) I mobile ordered well in advance, but “mobile thru” doesnt work if you dont have any employees outside of the building and both lines just merge into one anyway. Spent 18 minutes in the drive thru regardless, the mobile thru doesnt speed anything up. Chic filas latest ploy/ gimmick since curbside is way to convenient for customers but expensive for the franchisee.

I have to say, if you have to compare this location with the other locations in Long Island, this place lacks many things to be up to par with the other Chick - Fil-As. 1- Saturday night around 7pm, one cashier working, long line, took 15 minutes just to give your order. Meanwhile the drive through was taken care of much faster. 2- When food was served, it was cold. 3- the poor girl at the register was so overwhelmed by herself that she didn’t even realize that the coke she was pouring was just semi sweet water with barely any color and ice. Machine needed to be refilled. 4- Place was much more messier than the other branches. I know this franchise works differently, but they truly dropped the ball on this location. Yes people were polite, great atmosphere, but people will start to notice if they have been around other branches. Hoping for some changes, since I love the location and their food.

I ordered through the mobile app 10 minutes before arriving, and once I got there I waited another 10-15 minutes. When I got there, none of the workers asked me if I needed anything, I had to let them know I had placed an order. At least ten minutes later, I had to ask them about my order. They just looked around and we’re about to start making it, but my ride had been waiting outside for a long time already, the time I had waited in the store, plus the time I was going to have to wait again for them to give me my food. As I was waiting, not one worker asked me what I was waiting for, but instead they were talking and laughing with each other when they should have been making the order or at least asking me what I was waiting for. I will definitely not be using the mobile app again for this. I placed through the app at least 10 minutes before arriving so that I would just have to go in and grab the food, since I was depending on someone else’s time. Seems that the workers need to value people’s time!!!

Most useless workers in the world. I ordered lunch at 12pm and it wasn’t even ready at 2:30pm. 2 and a half hour wait to get FAST FOOD. And they keep crying for minimum wage to be increased? Do your job then.

People that work in this place can’t even read I guess, I order a jalapeño fried chicken and get a grilled chicken tomato lettuce. Good job 👍

This chick fil a was one of the worst things I’ve ate in my life I asked for fries and they filled right about half way. The workers were extremely rude. The chicken was so raw the chicken was basically still clucking. I ordered two cool wraps and they gave me veggie wraps. It took over 10 minutes for fries and chicken strips. I’m not someone to write reviews but this was one of the worst things I’ve ever ate. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Ordered the 4 piece chick strips and received 2 strips and rest were cut up tiny bits. One piece looks like a fried chicken foot. Not ordering from this location ever again after their customer services said they can’t do nothing about replacing it.

BEWARE everyone before taking out your Order at Chic-fil-A Hicksville location. I ordered Spicy Southwest Salad take out by Drive- through. There was long Hair when I open the lid. DISGUSTING. When I went back inside to return . The Counter staff totally ignore and didn’t care to even address this to manager . I have been waiting 15-20 minutes ( it wasn’t busy only with 4-5 people dining in) until reminded them about hair In Salad again . PATHETIC SERVICE

I had ordered at the drive through, with a physical girl there taking our order, explained to her I have a severe gluten allergy and I would like the fries to be fried separately and the gloves to be changed when preparing my food. I had ordered the grilled nuggets, number 8, with reminding her I have a gluten allergy. I did not receive anything I asked for. Super disappointed and waste of money. I have never had an issue with any other Chick Fil A on Long Island with my gluten allergy except this specific location in Hicksville. Will not be going back.

Used to be great. Again, there was a problem. The last few times an item or two was missing. This time the sauces that I ordered on the side were all missing. I ordered via the app for the convenience and today after waiting on the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and then waited at the window for another 5 minutes to be told to go wait in the front of the building because they didn't have a SALAD ready. I've attached a picture of my "chicken" sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous!
