Food is Always Fresh & Delicious! Consistent for decades. Noel is a Great waiter, professional and so friendly. My All-time Favorite Italian restaurant!!!
Our waiter, Noah, was excellent. Food always good. Atmosphere a little dark.
Love this place! Food is excellent. Highly recommend. I think it's one of the best pizzerias in Long Island
They have the best thin crust regular and specialty slices in plain view area. Great tasting sauce in the regular pizza.
We love the food always freshly made from a menu full of variety. The service is great and the seating and table comfortable! Our favorite Italian restaurant !!!
The food here is delicious and our server Noel is very attentive! We will definitely be coming back!
Best place around the community for some good and fresh pizza. This place is family operated and I love supporting a traditional and classical pizza shop. Their Chicken Napalitano is one of the best entrees they serve and I have been to many Italian restaurants in the NY area !!
So yummy. Quick service. Best pizza around hands down. I work locally and discovered this spot so decided to try it out and it’s been my go to ever since. Yum!
Everything about this place was amazing! The sauce they use isn’t too heavy and the place is very clean. The staff was also very kind. Would highly recommend!
I love this place! Great gnocchi and very great wait staff. Large portions that match the price. I am big on good service, so I hope the owners know how great the servers are!
I brought home 2 dinners, chicken cutlet and shrimp cutlet parm both which came with pasta. I ordered a gorgonzola salad and 4 20oz bottles of soda. The food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely go back. One slight downside was that the check was $72 which I considered to be quite pricey.
Best Italian food I have ever had! Always Fresh, and hot!
One of the best Pizzarias you can go to. I've been going here for over 10 years. Everything I've had is great. The staff is also great.
Excellent service - came back to this place after a while - pizza has improved 👌 8.8 out of 10
Delicious Gorgonzola salad and the grandfather Pizza is great had a pasta dish that was okay
There's alot of pizzerias on long Island and honestly pasta-eria is my favorite. The crust is always crunchy and the sauce is always sweet. Just the way I like my pizza. Stop in today and try a slice! U will not be disappointed!!!
Pasta-eria has the BEST EVER Fried Calamari. The batter is just right and the Calamari is fresh and nice. You not just eating batter like most places that have you eating more batter than Calamari. The meat is not chewy, it is nice and soft. The staff is so professional and accommodating. When you call in your order, it is there waiting for you. The Crispo Salad is so good. I have yet to try something on the menu I have not enjoyed. I recommend Pasta-eria to anyone looking for great food and service. If you love Calamari, it is a must try.
My friend had a party with 50 guests. When the food was a no show from a "Catering company" Pasta eria went in full mode to fix this unforseen problem. In one hour they provided delicious food for 50 hungry guests! They were Awesome and so was the food! Thanks for saving the day! Oh and no up charge to accommodate on such short notice! Now that's they way to do business!
Never had a bad meal here. The service is top shelf. The place is clean. Average prices. Although the place is small there's never a long wait for a table. Even if there was a long wait it would be worth it.
Been coming here for many years. Some of my favorite Italian food. Always enjoyed grabbing some ices on the way out.
This place is FANTASTIC! The capellini are amongst my favorite food that I have ever had, they are to die for. The customer service is great too and the pizza is always excellent. You can't miss at Pasta-eria!
I love this place. They're always so nice to me. The pizza is amazing. I love that they always have Parmesan and garlic right by the door so you can use it even if you're not dining in.
I have Never had anything but a delicious meal here!! Noelle is Amazing, personable & Always gives us undivided attention!!
Sooo delicious! I don’t know how they don’t have all 5 star reviews. The pizzeria and Dining room are always bustling, food is always fresh. The staff are courteous and friendly. Their Sicilian slices are perfect. It’s almost like they mastered the art of the crust. Perfecting the soft with the crunch we all desire in the perfect bite. People complaining about this place not being tasty are ridiculous. If you don’t like flavor then don’t eat here.
Impromptu night out—decided to take good friends out for their anniversary and nothing near us was appealing and I remembered Pasta-eria. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Looking around it appeared everyone was thoroughly enjoying their meals. My rigatoni with pink cream sauce, spinach and chicken (Rigatoni Theresa) was a treat..the portion was huge I had leftovers for three more meals!! The mini arancini were perfect, my friends had a shrimp parm hero and a fettuccine and both enjoyed their selections and also had plenty leftover to enjoy.
The best Pizza in the world and it's not even close. I walked from Copiague to Hicksville to get a slice in the past. I had to visit my favorite pizzeria and my favorite place to eat , Pasta-Eria for a slice of heaven, ok you got me 3 slices and it was well worth the 3.5 hours to walk there from Amityville and 3.5 to walk back to Amityville. The best Pizza🍕 in the world🌎!!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Been going here since 2000, unbeatable food and service. Not a ton of seating and usually have to wait for a table on weekend nights, but worth a reasonable wait time. Their specials are usually unbeatable, and prices are reasonable. Just getting their pizza alone is enough to get you hooked!
Portions are extremely generous. Price is what you pay for and here, I believe you get it. It is not the cheapest place on the planet, that is for sure, but I have yet to be unsatisfied with their pizza and pasta. I personally recommend a grandma slice, cannot go wrong with that as well as the "HOMEMADE RIGATONI Napolitana" to die for. Update 2021: I have discovered their homemade gnocchi (pesto). It's my new cheat meal 😝. Absolutely delicious. Hard to put into words how succulent it is. The portion is huge so will taste just as good the next day or share with 2-3 people ( serves (1-3) )
The boss came home unexpectedly with a pie one day for lunch. I realized that it wasn't from the place in Seaford she's gone lately, which has pretty good pizza. With much skepticism and alot of aggravation I tried a slice...... It's not often I get(have) to compliment my wife's decision making, but after 1 bite I swallowed the rest of the slice and my pride and told her it was the best slice of pizza I've had since Sal's Pizza on Elliot Ave in Middle Village, maybe 20 years ago. So great I asked her to get 2 pies for dinner that night. Absolutely & unequivocally phenomenal pizza.
Noah, made our night! The food was great but the service was and the conversation was terrific. Highly recommend the restaurant but ask to be in Noah’s section. He made the night flawless!!!
Pasta-eria is among the best Italian restaurants on Long Island. A true gem.
Always great food. Service is wonderful. They always make you feel special and remember you from previous visits. I highly recommend it!
I believe they have the BEST pizza pie! Absolutely LOVE the dough, sauce and cheese. The ratios are just right. The length of time they cook it. EVERYTHING about it!
All the food we ordered was delicious. Generous portions and fresh ingredients. Wait staff was courteous and helpful. Love this restaurant!
The food is outstanding! The service, from the front counter to the hostess and wait staff, are all friendly, courteous and professional! The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the cleanliness is impeccable! Anyone who wants good, authentic Italian food with ample size portions should eat at Pasta-eria!
I’m a regular here, but coming from a 9 day hospital stay, their food was like medicine for the soul. Thanks to everyone there. Love this place for dine-in or takeout. Can’t recommend them more highly than this.
The food and service is excellent. The atmosphere is very good.
Noah was fantastic, as usual. He's been my waiter for over 25 years. Friendly, courteous, professional.
I'm here on work travel and was taken here for dinner. The Osso Bucco Pizzaiola was one of the best things I've ever eaten, ever. The pork loin was so tender I could have easily eaten it with no teeth and half a tongue, and the entire dish was absolutely amazing. The service was also amazing, very attentive without being intrusive and very professional. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
Great pizza! Real Italian! I love it!
This has been our go to spot every Friday for lunch for our office for 6 years now. Mike and his family are amazing. They are always smiling, kind, and engage with the customers. The rest of the staff is great as well. Amazing local spot that never disappoints.
The best pizza, the best service and amazing restaurant! you definitely have to try this!
This place checks all the boxes. !! The most hospitable Servers and staff , Delicious food and Gorgeous appearance. It’s a type of place that has a legendary status in Nassau county since 1991 !!! Just the presentation of the pizza as you walk in, makes it very difficult to pick what you want !!!! Thank you to Michael and his crew. It’s worth the long drive just to come here!!! Happpy homemade pasta!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars ⭐️
Pasta-era in Plainview, NY is one of those places that quietly earns repeat customers through consistency, quality, and genuine care for food. It may not be flashy, but what it delivers is exactly what you hope for from a neighborhood Italian spot—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and comforting flavors done right. The pasta truly lives up to the name. You can taste the freshness in every dish, whether it’s a classic spaghetti, a creamy penne, or one of their baked pasta options. The sauces are well-balanced, not overly salty or heavy, and clearly made with attention rather than poured from a jar. Portions are generous without being excessive, making it great for both dine-in and takeout. What also stands out is the menu variety. There’s something for everyone—traditional Italian staples, lighter options, and customizable pasta dishes if you want to build your own meal. Everything we ordered arrived hot, well-presented, and exactly as described. Service is friendly and efficient. Orders are handled smoothly, and staff are patient and helpful, even during busier times. You get the sense that this is a family-run business that values its customers and reputation in the community. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed lunch, a quick dinner, or an easy takeout option when you want something reliable and satisfying. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size, which makes Pasta-era an easy place to return to again and again. If you’re in the Plainview area and craving solid, well-prepared Italian food without the fuss, Pasta-era is absolutely worth a visit. It’s the kind of place that becomes part of your regular rotation once you discover it.
Delicious pizza, generous toppings. Ordered MVP, Mushroom, Veggie, Grandpa and Regular cheese. Didn't enjoy Grandpa, all others were really good.
Been coming here for 27 years! Always a great meal. Treated like family/ friendly atmosphere and excellent food. Took a friend there tonight. Pasta-eria never fails to impress!
So glad to be invited to dinner a Pasta-eria... nicely decorated, great servers (Marco and Noel) very attentive, polite, and efficient! Everything was prepared hot (so important to have your meal served hot), all meals were a nice portion and nicely presented... highly recommend eating here!
The food is delicious and the servings are enough to take home for seconds. I had the chicken parm with spaghetti and the chicken was juicy and delicious my daughter had the eggplant meatballs and she loved them It was so hard to decide what I wanted because everything sounded delicious on the menu definitely gonna head back a few more times
Good dishes (pasta, chicken etc), fairly priced for big portions. Creamy Italian dressing for salad, a must try! Bus boys have been there forever and are amazing and attentive.
Good size portions . Great tasting food . Great fast serving staff
Great regular and specialty slices. Well executed chicken parmesan. The interior is more "traditional pizzeria" and less trendy as compared to their sister restaurant Fanatico, but it's still very comfortable.
Always a nice place to go. During lunch you have a choice of their regular menu or a delicious selection of slices and rolls. I usually opt for a lunch special. There is a separate lunch menu that is always changing. They even offer vegetarian options.
I am new to the area so I thought it's a good place to eat, when I walked in I was helped right away, I had 2 slices of pizza, and a cup of iced tea that tastes really good. However, when I went to sit down in the restaurant area, this employee came and pulled the place setting from under me, and took away the utensils wrapped in the napkin. During this process he didn't say a word to me, it was done in a rude manner. I found out later that the manager doesn't like anyone touching the silverware unless, they're ordering a big meal from the restaurant. I felt offended that no one told me about this when I approached the area.
Good house salad, dressing on the side. Shrimp parm. plate was very fresh, light and a delicious marinara sauce.
Family restaurant and pizzeria. A neighborhood classic. Good food. Reasonable prices. Highly recomwnded.
Come here occasionally when we're out west. Their pizza is always excellent, and the service is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, the vodka slice is often super dry with barely any sauce, and they charge you when you ask for a little bit more. Their pear balsamic vinegar salad & dressing is amazing. It's definitely pricey but worth it. Also, get the dressing to bring home, it's that good !
Just moved here and finding it hard to find goood food & service - Pizza is alright - something with that crust is off and some breadcrumbs underneath or something .. I felt like i was eating Chucky Cheese or Arcade pizza with that crust and the sauce is toooooo sweet. We will def try other pizza selections but not a fan. HOWEVER - their main dishes are mmmm mmmm MMMM! Salads, Cappellini's, Chk Francaise, Marsala, side pasta dishes --- i think it was homemade pasta my bf couldn't get enough. The flavoring in these dishes, absolutely perfect.. WOW. A bit pricey, but its worth it if you really miss your mothers homemade Italian food, ya know? .. those portions are enough too, a nice full size. I wish they did more Italian Bread in the bags of bread they give out, the other bread its so hard to dip into all this extra sauce. Front - need some smiles, life aint bad when you work around Italian food ! LOL
Nice food & quick service. Friendly staff. Edit: Recently went back and ordered Chicken Parmigiana. Drove 20 miles to get here from my home and back. When I started eating it I immediately noticed a fishy smell. My order wasn't Chicken Parmigiana but SHRIMP PARMIGIANA. Went all the way back and someone who I believe is the owner or manager wasn't very kind (I'll leave it at that). I still eat there but I check out my orders before leaving. Otherwise a good place.
This place has great pizza and dishes. Had orders taken out. Asked for a little container of sauce for my pizza pie. The person behind the counter told me it would be 50 cents. Can't believe they would charge me for this little container of sauce. My Bill came out to be about $60.00, Can't they just give you, I like pizza not too dry. If they put extra sauce on the pizza the mozzarella cheese would slide all over, which is not goid. Terrible customer service.
I ordered homemade rigatoni chicken marsala. There were maybe 10 little pieces of chicken (yes I counted because I thought i could share) in a ton of pasta. The marsala sauce had no flavor to the point i just couldn't eat it. I know times are tough but it is for me too and to spend money on food I can't eat is not nice and disappointing. Kindly taste your food before you sell it to hard working people like myself.
Alright taste wise the lasagna tasted good the only few downfall on this place is the pasta on the bottom was like rubber. The bread was like it was taken back to the kitchen from a table and thrown in a pile and recycled to the next person. Last is the price. 17$ and change just for lunch and reused bread. Lasagna isnt even on the menu so I couldnt see if I was overcharged.
I have been going to Pasteria since I was a kid. (for over 35 years) The food is great as is the waiter service. I have been placing to go orders about 3 times a week for the last few months. I always order the same thing. The manager (I believe her name is Melissa) who is the owner's daughter often takes the orders. Today and recently another time the order was incorrect. She was the one who took both of those orders. She insisted that I said the wrong thing on the phone both times. She was rude and very argumentative. I called to speak to the owner (Mike) and left two messages and still have not heard back. He is the manager's father so who know if I will get a call back. I am very disappointed as I love the food there and am a small business owner myself and would never argue with a customer like she did with me. Bye bye Pasteria.
Ordered food 5/3/24 ☆ Something Changed with the Pizza . Ingredients or Chef pie was a Huge Disappointment 😔 Undercooked cheese was heavy slice was floppy and wouldn't fold. I HOPE THEY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE QUICKLY OTHERWISE I WILL Go Elsewhere. ( Ive been going there over 10yrs with no issues prior )
I've been dining at Pasta-eria for a long time. Both dine in and take out. One of my favorite dishes is the pork chop alla nonna, which has always included TWO pork chops, and caramelized onions, peppers, roasted potatoes, asparagus, basil, and balsamic drizzle. Delicious. Tonight I ordered pork chop alla nonna to go. Only to find ONE pork chop in the pan. Which was visibly sparse compared to how it usually looks, which is TWO pork chops, with corresponding amounts of toppings. When I called to inquire about their error, I was told the dish only contains ONE chop. This is NOT TRUE AT ALL. There have ALWAYS been TWO chops as long as I've been getting this. And I called her out on it. The menu item description clearly states "CHOPS", plural, meaning more than one. I was told by the person on the phone that this is incorrect. The single chop was visibly flat as though pounded to flatten and take up more space. Who are they kidding? So now I get HALF of the usual dish. Only 1 chop, and half the toppings. Did they cut the price in half? What do YOU think? Very disappointing. I wonder what else they are skimping on and hoping people won't notice.....
Went here to eat, and i asked them since we ordered food pizza and alfredo, we could seat inside they said we had to order with the waiter so we seated on the bar area. Where i got annoyed is when a mother and daughter ordered also, they were seated inside. So i dont know if this place is profiling us. But if your asian i suggest to go somewhere else.
Usually good but today the slices i took home were miniature in size. Called to complain and they asked what we wanted to do. I suggested they deliver 3 normal slices. They refused. So why ask. I should inconvenience myself?
I was surprised at all the bad reviews. I love Fanatico (sister location) and always thought this place was on par. I WAS WRONG. Tonight, I ordered three salads. Two were the California salad. I've gotten this salad a number of times at Fanatico. Well, this place clearly doesn't have the same standards. The salad was mostly iceberg with a few crumbs of bacon and gorgonzola. No balsamic drizzle. No frizzled onions. For $12, I was annoyed. I called and spoke with "Michael" the owner's son who couldn't be bothered. His response, drive back here so we can see the salad. No apology. It's amazing how a sincere apology can shift one's perspective. That's all it would've took. We probably would've gone back. Instead, nothing. Again, he couldn't be bothered. I guess he's not from the generation that understands quality customer service. I've included a picture of the salad. My advice: avoid. Go to Fanatico. That place deserves the business.
I have been going here for 19 years. Love the food they serve and pizza. Today however my wife orders two kitchen items and two chicken rolls. On one order she asks the girl “in lieu of the fresh mozzarella on my dish can you please just give me some grated cheese on the side”. Oh sure she replies. FFWD when I happen to see the receipt, they actually charged me a dollar for the grated cheese. Seriously? I just spent 59 dollars on a take out order that had I sat and ate inside they would have put cheese on my plate for nothing. And to top it off we got the grated cheese in lieu of the fresh mozzarella. 20 year customer and this is how it is?
Just ordered from Pasteria. We order every Friday night and also use them for parties. Our order has been wrong many times before and I just let it slide. Ordered specifically fried chicken, zoodles and sauce on the side. Got spaghetti with sauce. Called and nicely explained the mistake. The girl who is the owners daughter/sister got and she was argumentative immediately. Put me on the phone with Michael the “owner/ chef” as he said. He said I don’t know what a zoodle is, said I guess she thought you said “noodles”. I explained I went over it 3x. He said oh we called them zuchini noodles. I said well the person I ordered it for can’t eat pasta so can you just charge me for the chicken cutlet since half the meal is garbage. He said we can only credit you if we bring it back. I explained we are not able to and he said then i don’t know what to tell you. Not only did he refuse but he got extremely rude and condescending. I told him I was a loyal customer and that he just lost a customer. He said I could care less and hung up. Not only did he lose a customer but he is not aware that I work locally and my place of business places big orders and also frequents there for lunch. No more! I guess marrying what he thinks is “fame” got to his head. Never been spoken with such disrespect from an establishment. He’d rather lose a customer than eat the difference. Never again. I’ve seen other people recently complain on here, stay away. There is much better locally. When I posted my review on social media the owner actually came on and accused me of lying! This was after me stating I have been a loyal customer for years. Seems their ego means more to them than a customer for years!
Done with this place! I order lunch here at least twice a week, as I enjoy their salads and work nearby. Today I went in as usual and spent $23 for a grilled chicken salad and a soda. I asked the guy behind desk who was bagging the food for a cup w a lid for the soda I just bought. I usually ask for one because their bottles of soda are usually not very cold. Anyway, he tells me that he has to charge me $.45 for a cup w a lid lol. I can understand if I was coming in from the street asking for free ice water without ordering anything. After spending almost $25 for a salad and drink, I wouldn't expect to be nickeled and dimed like that for a paper cup. Totally ridiculous. I told the little guy that it's a shame that he just lost a frequent customer over a plastic lid?
They are very rude , when they miss some dishes I Oder , they didn’t give me food or the money back , when I called they are very rude . I had big order it’s ok make mistake , but they way they treatment is I’m a criminal. I never will back there .
Yikes! Turned down for a catering order.. was told that they "took too many orders" ...BUT! when I had called that week and asked for the latest I could place an order. .. I showed up before the date I was told, and was turned away.. so crazy!!! That will DEF be the last time I try to bring business to this local pizzeria.
Had a problem with the food...Customer service could care less. I used to go here a lot, but extremely disappointed in how they treated me. There are many other fine restaurants in the neighborhood. I'll be happy to give the other pizzerias my money. Customer beware!!!
I had a bad experience, 2 nights ago I went to dinner with my family, the service was really terrible, to begin with the place is not full, but the waiter who served us was not friendly and took a long time to bring us the food, literally 50 minutes and I'm not exaggerating, we only ordered 2 dishes with pasta and fried calamari, this waiter never went to ask if everything was okay, he never made sure to ask, something we needed, due to that situation, we called another waiter and I insisted on I called him several times and he didn't look back, until I spoke louder and he just told us, “I'm not your waiter” and he was upset, so I asked him for the favor of telling our waiter to come to the table. and he really looked at us very angry, finally our waiter arrived and we told him we need more napkins, he never apologized for the delay, he just came back brought the napkins and left, to ask for the bill it was the same, he never came back, when we stood up To leave, he ran back to bring the bill…. It's really sad that they cook well, but the staff is far from being friendly and polite to the customers.
ordered potato croquette it was cold. Also had to have my slice. Reheated had horrible taste. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Just ordered a pizza to go. It was doughy and undercooked. I had to use my oven to cook it the way it should have been done. I have ordered in the past, and everything was fine. I never complained before, but it was so undercooked I had to say something. I spoke to the manager and he said that the owner made the pizza and he left for the evening and there is nothing he could do. Not to cool!!
This restaurant is not allergen friendly! The chefs are not well versed in how to cook for people with allergies! I ordered food this past weekend and repeatedly communicated that I had an allergy. When I picked up the food again I double checked to make sure that they were aware that I had a food allergy and I was reassured. I returned home ate me food and had a severe reaction! It was not free of my allergen. I called and was notified by the manager that the food was in fact not free of my allergen- he knew right away. This is the third time that it has happened at this restaurant. I would not recommend if you have any food allergies.
I will preface this review by saying I had been going to Pasta-eria nearly my whole life. However, ever since the owner's son, Michael started to take over the customer service is nonexistent, and he takes his customers for granted. His other son is nice, but little Michael is something else. So, every now and again, there would be something wrong with my order, and if it was little Michael I spoke to, instead of apologizing and either replacing or refunding the order he consistently gave me attitude. There are a plethora of pizza and Italian restaurants in the area to go to who appreciate customers. I know I will no longer be giving my business to Pasta-eria, which is a shame after so many years.
We had been going here several times a month for many years and in the past the food and service in the restaurant has usually been excellent, including terrific servers like Reuben, Paul and Marco. Unfortunately, the takeout service in the front of the Pasta-eria restaurant had deteriorated to the lowest level. We have tried to continue to patronize this place during COVID-19 by using takeout and as of late service has been downright rude and nasty. Even the salad dressing that we like to takeout has been watered down, inedible, and adulterated and most recently we returned with the almost full container and these unpleasant people denied it was theirs even though we had a paid receipt from them and they would not replace it. I am sad to say that they have lost formerly happy and reliable customers, never to return!
Terrible pizzeria, do not go here if you want pizza. The slices are small and expensive ($3.25 each!), as are the garlic knots. The pizza was subpar, the sauce tasted like marinara sauce from a can, and the crust wasn't that good. The garlic knots were basically rolls coated in garlic powder and salt, they were terrible. They were also small. There is a large restaurant part, but if you eat in the pizzeria part, there really is nothing to sit on. I sat at this counter where you were uncomfortably close to the wall, and it was freezing whenever someone opened the door. The people that say this place is the best they've had don't know pizza, this place is awful.
Went here with my family. The quality of the pizza was terrible, the pizza tested under cook. when I try to bite into my pizza the front apart was too flappy and the crust just fell apart. And my mother got sick from it.
Absolutely worst experience ordering take out. I called and ordered 2 entrees one was a baked ziti with ricotta and absolutely NO meat which was exaggerated over the phone. I am a vegetarian. Picked up the order at 8:300pm and when I got home at 8:38pm, I opened the container and there was meat everywhere. I called them at 8:40 pm over and over again nobody answered the phone. Now extremely annoyed I drove back there all the while still blowing up their phone. When I arrived at 8:46pm I stood at the counter for a few minutes and was finally acknowledged by an older, short and overweight Hispanic man. He seemed extremely annoyed by my presence. Btw there were people still eating in the dining room at this time. I explained the baked ziti wasn’t supposed to have meat. He took it and refunded me the money. No apology or anything. After a minute or two of silence I asked him can you make me a new one, like how I had ordered it? He said no they are closed. I said seriously? He shook his head yes without a 2nd thought. I was about to lose my mind and had to walk out. After working a double and being extremely exhausted and hungry, I am absolutely livid and I have nothing to eat. This is how you conduct a business? Shameful to say the least. We used to order from them all the time even after a few prior negative experiences regarding our order not being correct, but this time would be my last time.
Been going for years, dont know if the guy had a bad day but he was very upset that I asked for a marinara sauce for my garlic knots, wanted to charge me a dollar for it. GO ahead, I am not coming back again unless I get those 15% off coupons to offset the charge for the sauce. I would have been fine if he told me they started charging for the sauce and ask if I still wanted it. No need to be nasty about it.
Terrible service/ Manager! Don’t ask the manager to help you! I drive all the way there to get a salad slice freshly made with no cheese. It was soaked and not edible! The whole bag is wet. The slice is wet and the dough is moist! Manager said I must drive back from old Bethpage to return this slice to get a credit??? I told him I had a flight he said that’s our policy? Terrible customer service! I will not be back!
Pizzeria I been coming since 2004. What I experience today was something really crazy. Took my order told them I will eat my 2 regular slices inside no problem this is 8:30pm they close at 9pm. At 845 they tell me we close at 8 and I have to leave. What happen to customer service? What happen waiting for a client to finish his meal before you kick him out ? Thanks for the great experience 👍
Been going to the store since it opened. Best Sicilian pizza in our area by a long shot but the owner lost himself a lifelong customer and truly a fan of their pizza by refusing a simple request. I had the gall to ask for metal utensils to eat the hot slices because the plastic bends and loses its shape and it’s difficult to eat when the fork tines bend. I have eaten at the counter countless times and received a regular fork and knife each and every time but the owner THE FREAKING OWNER wouldn’t give me a regular fork and knife because it creates too much work for his staff to clean. One fork and one knife and he said he didn’t care less if I ever came back in. Lost a customer and the family of a customer that has been going there since they opened over a fork and knife. Happy Holidays.
We ordered 2 pizzas. The grandma pie was essentially a floppy, undercooked Sicilian pie. No garlic whatsoever. The mushroom was undercooked to the point of almost raw. Our toaster oven needed to finish the job. Plenty of other local shops do a better job.
Went to pasta eria for take out. The staff was very rude and seriously disrespected me. Ive been a customer for many years- when owner is there, it's great- but when he or daughter isnt there, one really ornery staff member just treats you like garbage. Wont b going back. Told all friends and family
The last time we ordered from this place was about 4 months ago and have been enjoying Pastaeria for years. On 8/18/25 everything we ordered wasn’t good. Crispo salad fried chicken was horrible. Tough and separated from skin. Personal pizza was terrible and so was the pasta dish. We were very disappointed and surprised.
