This is next to the laundromat we go to so we usually get dinner from here during dryer-time. Our usuals are the spicy chicken sandwich meal and the crispy chicken sandwich. Basics that never go wrong. I like my bites with a bit of mayo. ;) Decent customer service. Clean place.

Do a solo favor and hire people who are familiar with the words. Please, and thank you, people. Who don't open the drag window, throw your food at you and slam it and go say a word or if you ask them a question, that's the slightest bit out of the ordinary They don't Huff and puff and give you attitude and the hamburger I had tonight look like it was having a birthday soon. It was black and crispy. Let's have checked chop meat Cooked into a hamburger isn't it crispy not everyone is cut out , for customer service. I don't want anybody to lose their job.I wouldn't wish that on another person , but keep them away from the customers

If you're in the mood for a soggy, cold (possibly steamed?) burger - head over to Wendy's. Nuggets are fries aren't the worst - and their frosty machine seems to work.

I asked for barbecue sauce and I feel like the girl purposely didn’t put it inside after I asked. Hence, why I’m giving this one star review because I was asking politely twice and I still did not get the sauce that I asked for after being promised. She gave me cold fries. And my food was cold by the time I got home. Which is 2 minutes away. Had to air fry my food. Last time I’m going to this Wendy’s

This is just 2 small blocks walking to the train station, if i exit via the east-most end of the platform.... very convenient to me. I was about to give it a 4-stars rating. But, as i was writing this i saw a food-preparing staff wiping her food-station with a paper towel. Then, she, presumably accidentally, dropped the towel on the wet floor. She picked it up and continue the wiping! I don't see a sense of hygiene which is particularly important in food industry. Since i see it, i will have to lower the rating. Otherwise, everything else looks satisfactory in the restaurant, considering it is a relatively old establishment.

Horrible location I work in the area and I support all the local food businesses in the area but This particular location needs help with their customerand drive thru services. I bought a meal and a drink was supposed to come with it I felt like I got robbed how you charge me for a full meal and never provided a drink that I paid for when we both thoroughly went through and confirmed my order the young Spanish lady behind the drive thru seems like she doesn’t like her job and robs people for fun will not be returning and I encourage you guys not to spend your money here

So yesterday I experienced some food poisoning from this place. That has never happened considering the fact I order from this place once in a while. Do better Wendy’s because this is not OK. It needs to be an inspection here.

Ordered for a take out. Was excited to get home and devour a baconator. And completely got my order wrong! And i actually had to repeat my order multiple times. Check your orders, like open them, to make sure they got your burgers right before leaving. Wish i did.

Zero respect. Nobody answers the god damn phone. Who hired these people? Ordered from this wendys on doordash, my meal was completly screwed up. They forgot my chili and replaced it with 7 nuggets. YEA 7. Not 10 not 5, 7. Called about 20 times and got no answer. Corporate will be called this isnt the first time ive had an issue at this location.

This location is the ABSOLUTE slowest!! Ordered food at the kiosk and there was employees behind the counter dazed and confused. They were arguing. Asking me what I got numerous times as if they couldn’t read the order on their screen or the printed receipt. It took 27 mins from ordering until I got my food. So glad I got to eat it on my 30 min lunch break 🙄. This is absolutely asinine.
