Rock N' Rolled Ice-Cream

Came here a quarter to 9pm with my family thinking the location closed at 9:30, but they close at 9pm now. The girl, Lexi, who was working was SUPER polite and took our orders. She got a wave of more people after us and kept a calm and polite attitude the entire time despite being by herself and flooded with orders. This was our first time here and her customer service was exceptional! Definitely coming back again :)

Haven't tried a lot in this diamond in the rough , what I have had has been great! I mean, who doesn't like ice cream and crepes.this was a much needed shop in Hidden Valley, And I hope it's here to stay. Staff has been very friendly and can get a little crowded, but that's a good thing right

Everything I've tried here is definitely delicious. Baylee adds new items to the menu every month. If you haven't been, you should definitely go and try it out.

The atmosphere is always inviting, customer service is friendly and upbeat, and the owner is community minded and continues to impress me with her generosity for our youth programs and schools such a great addition to our county! Everything on the menu that I’ve tasted is delicious

Some delicious ice cream! It was rolled right in front of us! We had waffle taco. The customer service we spot on also! If you are in the Hidden Valley area you must stop by!

Rock N' Rolled is to die for! My friend and I tried the rolled ice cream and Crepes. 10/10 Bailey, her shop, and the customer service was all top notch. It was a great place to stop and relax on our day trip. There is something for everyone, panini's, crepes, shakes and ice cream so there is always something new to try. If you are passing through the area or live near by, definitely go and say hi!

Stopped by while waiting for a friend, forgot to ask the servers name but she was incredible. Super friendly,welcoming and helpful. Had a sandwich, lemonade and the ice cream. All of it was delicious and high recommended. Will go back when I'm in town. Only gripe was that I heard they got rid of a sofa =D

What a fun environment! We heard about this place on social media, and decided to check it out. And it was well worth it. It's fun to watch the staff as they mix and smash all of the ingredients, and then roll them up. We've tried shakes and signature Sundaes. The waffle taco is such fun idea, we're planning on trying the ice cream nachos next! Also good for lunch/dinner the paninis are pretty good as well

Best ice cream ever! It is freshly made right in front of you with lots of flavors to choose from. The girls working were very friendly and very helpful with helping us make our choices. I chose the Eye of the Tiger with Reese’s peanut butter cups and it was packed with flavor! My husband and I ordered the Free Bird panini’s as well and they were the best panini’s we both ever had!

My husband and I went in yesterday for paninis. They are cooked to perfection. So yummy. Amazing customer service, while we waited I watched her greet everyone who walked through the door and let them know she would be right with them. That’s huge for me in a business. If you acknowledge me when I come in, I will gladly wait if you are busy. Rock N Rolled Ice Cream is a huge asset to our small community. Always good!

Expensive for the sizes. Gave me the wrong size as well and just honestly snobby employees. Was hoping for it to be a great experience for my family and friends but they also agreed expensive for what it is. Random people in the shopping center were more friendly than the employees and everyone in the ice cream shop.

It took a really long time to get the ice cream, and two shakes. I could overlook that. A man came in from outside and immediately started to make orders and didn't wash his hands, he just started making stuff with no gloves. On top of the long wait the shakes were lukewarm and we didn't have time to ask for a replacement.

Avoid if ur vegan/lactose intolerant. They uploaded a tiktok saying they use cows milk when people order oatmilk
