Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Somewhat slow service, maybe because they had a lot of takeout orders. My wife ordered two tacos, one with chicken and one with carnitas, she enjoyed them but said she has had better. I ordered a carnitas plate. Usually carnitas is shredded meat, this was large cubes of meat. I had to shred them myself to put them in the tortillas. Too small a serving of guacamole and salsa. The meat was a bit overcooked and too dry. I will say that it was a very generous portion, though. I definitely have had better carnitas. I would have given this 3 stars if the carnitas plate was the only item ordered

This was my second time eating there and 3rd time total having food in all! The meal was really good, however the service is pretty slow. I went with 3 other people so 4 total. They let us pick our seats so we sat inside, however it was extremely hit inside. We asked to move outside and they let us without any problem. Once we were seated they took longer than it should have taken to come take our drink order. Then it took a while for the drinks to come out. After drinks they took our food order and this didn't take super long, but still quite a while. The waiters are nice, but too many of them to be that slow and backed up. I will try it again due to food quality!

The house salsa is pretty bland but the salsa on the tacos is phenomenal! Yummy tortillas too, though i think i prefer my carnitas more shredded. The horchata is suuuuuper tasty <333

Large portion but lack flavor. My Diablo burrito has more mushy rice than meat & didn’t find Diablo flavor. Pozole was lacking flavor but large quantity.

Food is mediocre at best. Chips were NOT fresh! Stale! Asked another guest about the chip they too said the chips were old! Told wait person and she told us that was all they had! Like oh well! Kind of sets precedence for the rest of the place. Fresh is important. We ordered chili rellenos. They were ok Won’t be back 😢

This is our second visit. The first experience was positive. The only drawback was a minor wait.This time around, the wait was unusually prolonged. My husband's pozole was satisfactory, according to him, but I was disappointed with my mole. The rice was served cold, and the chicken appeared to have been boiled, with the sauce poured over it. Unfortunately, the sauce was overwhelmingly spicy, which overpowered the flavors of chocolate and other typical ingredients in this dish.Although I appreciate spicy cuisine, I couldn't finish the dish. I placed an order for tacos to go, asking for 2 grilled chicken tacos and 2 beef in separate containers, as they were intended for 2 separate people. Regrettably, they were all packaged together.Upon asking if the items could be separated, the cook, a lady, merely grabbed two containers and handled them separately with her bare hands. Furthermore, I specifically requested grilled chicken, but we ended up with boiled chicken. This experience has led me to vow never to return. I recommend that others conserve their time and money, unless they can afford to waste it. This is particularly disappointing, given that the waitress and hostess were exceptionally friendly.

Hands down worst Mexican food I've ever had. Ordered a chicken quesadilla that came with beef, returned and it was worse than before just fat and grisel with no flavor, like the scraps of the chicken they didn't want to waste?. And tiny floppy disc enchiladas and it was just as bad as the quesadilla. Supposedly they have really good soups but I won't ever go back to find out . Also we sat down for 10 min at a dirty table and nobody came up to us or even offered to clean the table. All the tables were dirty.

I ordered the shrimp cocktail and when it was served, I was shocked to see that the glass was less than half full of shrimp. The dinner would have consisted largely of drinking cocktail sauce. I told the waiter that he would have to take that back as it was substandard. The manager then came to the table and I explained to him that what we was serving was cocktail sauce with just a couple shrimps. He told me that they would take it back this time but that was against the restaurants policy and they would not do it again. This was the first time that I have ever returned a meal and the last time I'll ever visit this restaurant. I'll add that our waiter was polite and helpful, the tostadas my wife got were tasty. Instead of the Cocktail de Cameron, I got the carnitas platter. It was average.

First timing coming here and it was a huge disappointment. The margaritas taste like straight Sprite/water down there was no tequila in there.. We even asked for extra shot of Don Julio, and that tasted worse. I ordered nachos which came out with greasy chips and barely no shredded cheese with a squirt of sour cream. Honestly, I guess for Clearlake this is supposed to be an amazing Mexican restaurant this will be the first and last time I come here. Save your money and a stomach ache

Don't let your kids eat here. Serve up an 8 year food so spicy and adult can barely handle it. The mole is garbage and the chicken looks and tastes old. Will never come back. We were never given a children's menu. It was tostada. A simple warning would have been nice. He eats spicy food all the time. The way you're served straight up did not care and acted like it didn't matter was out of line. It was so hot his nose even started bleeding as soon as we walked to the car. The last time we tried to eat there were ignored for ten minutes and just walked out. Nobody in the family will be back ever again. Thanks for the poor food and garbage service for unreasonable prices.
