Great customer service. Clean lobby!!! Cashier answered my questions about a radio commercial I heard.... so I could make the best decision on my order. And they didn't put sauce in my bag.. WIN!

Lately this store has been doing well; clean and well kept on the inside and the drive thru is getting orders right. (They used to have a major issue with not getting orders correct in the drive thru.) The 5 stars is based on what a person would expect a well run fast food restaurant to be like.

This one is in Lakeport and is one of the better Taco Bells around Clear Lake. Much better than the one in the city of Clearlake. Food's fresh and service is quick. And they get your order right! Unlike the Clearlake one, which always shorted us on our orders every time we'd go there. So we don't go there anymore. Now we'd go to Lakeport Taco Bell instead.

I went to the drive thru in Lakeport, and even tho the line was long, its was still pretty fast and courteous service. One thing I didn't like was the entrances from the street weren't clearly marked, I ended up going the wrong way, into Burger King's drive thru, which is right next door because the sign with arrows pointed that way. Very confusing if you've never been to either of those before

This Taco Bell seems to always have fresh ingredients. The staff here is actually very friendly and pleasant and the food never takes too long to be ready. It's becoming one of my favorite Taco Bells to visit. They gave me extra Cinnabon delights. Who wouldn't want extra Cinnabon?

Ok, so the owner took the time to respond to my star rating so I'll take the time to write a real review. This Taco bell is the bomb. When a drive through has a long line you can usually guess that it's a good place to eat, well you'd be guessing right. The food is always hot, the staff is friendly, they're quick to take and fill orders, the orders are always accurate, and they hook it up with the sauce. This Taco Bell location is my #1 fast food choice in North Lake. A point during these covid times, the staff is conscientious about preventing person to person contact. They use a tray to collect payment and you never contact the person through the window. It's a confidence inspiring interaction. I feel safe getting food from this location.

Super friendly staff. If they make a mistake (which they don't do often) they're happy to fix it. Very patient with me and my picky orders. Fast service, never had to wait more than 20 minutes even with a huge line. A great taco bell

My son an myself went there this evening around 6:30 PM. Too my surprise there was only two cars at the board waiting in line. We waited five minutes to be able to place our orders. At this point we're paying and receiving our food within another five minutes at most.

Fast service compared to Burger King next door. Management keeps the drive through moving and when a mistake is made they fix it quickly. You don't have to wear a mask in your car!!

Food is always really good. Made pretty fast to. My only complaint is the drive thru length is always pretty long. Should clean up now that the diner is open again.

They have friendly employees. They seem to work hard. Sometimes there is a wait but only because they have alot of customers. Very good place personally. When it comes to recommending food, everyone has their own taste.

I rate 4 star only because I didn't eat inside, just ordered my food through drive through. My tacos were delicious, not soggy they were fresh and crunchy! As well as great customer service. Both women I spoke with were kind and patient. Usually fast foods they're trying to rush you or seem annoyed. Neither women were rude. Drive through was pretty quick as well and it was rush hour.

Line was long but went quickly. Order taker was able to #1 - be heard; #2 - be understood; #3 - obtain accurate order, as well as accurately relay to other staff; #4 - maintain pleasant and patient demeanor despite the negative attitudes and taunts of outside influences. Smooth experience. Accurate order. Some of the best service, and food, I've received from Taco Bell in a while! Good team they had this day. I'll be back much sooner because of them. (Now, can we please work on them tomatoes??? Do they ALWAYS have to be flavorless and from cold storage?? Cant we get some good tasty heirlooms in their? I'll even donate them! The service was good even when they forgot part of my order. They fixed the problem right away. The employees are very courteous but the men may need hair nets. The food was good, but it seems the burrito supreme has gotten a lot smaller and should not have a name that makes it sound larger than it is.

Went thru the drive thru. Employee recomended a cheaper alternative to what I was ordering..Taco Bell doesn't have the Encharito but on a website it says TB brought back the Encharito..not in LKPT..Employee was very helpful & cheerful. Service was very fast.

Most of the food is typical Taco Bell. The staff were friendly and efficient. My opinion, stay away from the nachos. The chips were stale AND rancid. The taco, burrito Supreme, and chipolte chalupa were fine.

Standing with money in hand feeling like I'm imposing on the employees just by being there. Food is good, but being assured "taco sauce is in your bag". But no sauce in the bag when i made it home. Indignant response with a snicker is not customer service! Please add customer service training to your program.

It wasn't bad especially since I haven't gone in cpl years, we ordered 4 chalupas and only got 3 that was the only issue and we didn't realize til home.

Place and decor were clean, vastly different than what it was 10 years ago. Food was OK, if not a bit bland. portions rather small for the price and choice of condiments lacking, yet this is what we expect it to be. I don't care for the strange blend of seasoning they put on things, but that's just me. Overall not bad, just not great. I'd rate the entire chain this way, and as for the location it seems better than most appear to be. As an aside, any foodies know taco bell is about as Mexican as panda express can be called Chinese food, both fast food chains make americanized calls to the source, but contents and quality not truly the same as the original. Go with that in mind ;)

The food is good but 3/10 times they run out of items so you don't always get to order what you want. I'd give them 4 star rating but I don't like how they discontinued making the mini shredded chicken wraps. They renamed them chicken quesadilla melts but they are nothing like they use to be. There is hardly anything on them anymore. I also don't like that they discontinued making the double decker taco.Ever since COVID -19 they've went down hill but I still eat there from time to time!!!

Taco Bell has some good food & the prices aren't bad but it's easy to rack up the price especially if you have a large Family unless you get the pack deals then it isn't so bad. They mess up the orders a lot though it's really frustrating especially when you don't live close & get home with the wrong order, they usually correct their mistakes but sometimes they get it wrong the 2nd time around too! Sometimes it's not worth it although they do have some good menu options.

They almost always get the order's wrong. If they have four cars in the drive thru it could take you upwards of 30 minutes just to get to the window. The service isn't great. The Taco Bell in Lakeport is much much better. Also, the prices in Clear Lake are higher than the prices at the Lakeport Taco Bell.

Today was not a good day at Taco Bell. Service was very slow. I had to pull to the front to wait for 1 beef chalupa. I waited for 10 minutes..then went inside n it still wasn't ready. Had to wait another 4 minutes. But they did give me some free cinnamon twists n a coupon for a free taco.

It's Taco Bell fairly consistent, never excellent food and doesn't really fit in the Mexican Food category. But for the price hours, speed and convience of it I will likely eat here again. Note each time I consider the possibility of "side effects" that can be painful and keep you up at night.

Yeah I only gave them 2 stars because they were at least friendly. I clearly ordered The meal that came with 3 soft tacos. I asked for them to be all chicken supreme. I asked for a separate soft taco with beef for my mother. I also asked for a nacho Grande Box when I got up to the window which I felt terrible about because I forgot to order it when I was at the speaker. But when I got home, I found one hard chicken taco that had no sour cream in it and some kind of a breakfast burrito. They at least gave me one soft beef taco for my mother and the nacho Box for my brother. When they handed me the bags I asked if the full meal that I ordered was there because when I added the nacho Grande Box they said I would have to pull around to the front. I did not mind pulling around to the front. But then they said that they were able to put it together quick enough that I didn't have to pull around to the front and that the whole meal I ordered was there. This is now the 3rd time between people in my household that we have left Taco Bell drive-through in Lakeport with the wrong meal. We will not be returning.

It is Taco Bell so the food is fast food. The issue is this particular Taco Bell never seems to get a drive through or online order correct. Items missing, completely different orders, and have seen them mistakenly given me an order for someone else than take it and give it to the appropriate order.

so I ordered 3 original tacos and all 3 were totally broken like someone stepped on them before they gave them to me. we had a few other things in our order and they only gave us 3 napkins.. definitely not my best taco bell experience 😑

Honestly I rarely write bad reviews even if I was disappointed, but the food was awful. The beans tasted like they were over cooked or had gone bad, the only things we ordered that didn't have beans in them were to soft Taco supremes, but they gave us regular tacos instead. We had gotten it in the drive through and were too far away to take it back. Overall a complete waste.

Asked for no tomatoes on both of my orders and got tomatoes on both orders this happens a lot when I visit this store. It normally wouldn't be a big deal but my mom is allergic to tomatoes and always has to pick them off her food. On the screen it clearly said none and on my receipt it said I asked for none. I don't understand.

I'm so tired of y'all screwing up my order, it's to the point now where i've just put in an official complaint to your district manager. Maybe that'll get you guys to actually pay attention to the food you're making. Cold chalupas, burnt crunchwrap supremes, not getting the extras that I paid for, ingredients I specifically said I didn't want are put in my food, the list goes on it's ridiculous.
