Love love this place. Let's be real, it doesn't have to be good. We'd all eat it when in HVL because it's the most reasonable pizza option. But it's very good food. Great beer selection. Great staff. The only downside is the booths need some major repair.

I have lived in HVL for about Two years. In that time I have been a patron at this fine establishment, and I must say that they have gone above and beyond in every single aspect you could possibly take into account when considering what defines a truly amazing community orientated family owned business. This place is just flat out the best. Austin just took my order about Ten minutes ago and was the chillest, nicest, most responsive, helpful, suggestive and just straight up a greatest person I've had the pleasure of talking with in a while. Great vibes. Thank you Austin. You're the real MVP.

My husband has work in Lake County every month or two, so when he goes I always go with him so we can enjoy this amazing pizza!! The margarita pizza is amazing!! The cheese is perfect, the crust isn't thick and is so flavorful!! The staff are attentive and so friendly! If you are looking for the best pizza around, this is it!! 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌

For many years, I've been coming to this place once in a while. The pizza is great, hot, fresh, thin, crispy, and baked well. Yesterday, I called and ordered a mini size of cheese pizza. The mini pizza is baked for 15 minutes and it's done on time. I picked it up at a little after 4 just to beat the crowds at night and eat it for lunch. It's very delicious! He was incredibly nice. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Being new to the area we had to try out the local pizza joint, and much to our delight, found out it is excellent!! Service was very good, friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere was good, plenty of televisions to keep up on the current sports and arcade for extra entertainment. Good beer selection and at a good price. And most importantly, the pizza was an A+ in my book! Fresh toppings and a delicious crisp crust with corn meal on the bottom. The pepperoni was the small circles with crisp edges, my favorite! I’ll be coming back here regularly.

Great service! Cauliflower crust pizza is amazing and crispy staff didn't know whether their wings were breaded or not.

We just move to Hidden valley lake 2 months ago and we've eaten stonefire pizza 6 or 7 times already. My son Stephen Schuster and my nephew Jason Schuster both recommend stonefire pizza. So far we haven't been disappointed, love their pizza.

Love their garlic knots, and the pizza is always good. Good crew of young people thar work hard. Alitalia pricy but over all worth it

Good food if it's hot delivery has come cold twice pizza is ok a little cold but I do not reccomend getting French fries delivered unless you like them soggy they need more drivers pretty sure they have one guy regsrdless of delivery orders and just make ppl wait forever. 2 hour wait both times

This Area is Weird. Didn't Realize That Perhaps it needs to be more in touch of CA. I grew up in Southern California & The Food is SICK Over Here. Bunch of Bad Orange. Well, where's The Domino's? No Where Near. Only Pizza Joint Near. The Bathroom is Gross. Many Don't Brush them or clean them. Think old gas station bathrooms, but "eateries." Maybe They have Been Hiding Under "Sonoma County "...oh wait, "Lake County."--so they Don't Have to Worry about being The Best in Anywhere, Huh? Hope They Get Better, Too. Anyways, Understandably: PIZZA. Beer, Too. They put cheddar cheese on Top of This Pizza. The Veggie is My Boyfriend's FAV. Their pizza tastes like frozen pizza and their service is EXTREMELY slow.

Picked up 2 pizzas asked for light garlic and when we got home there was mounds of extra garlic. Call back to tell them of the mishap and we basically had to barter with them to remake the pizzas and only if we came back and picked them up. No real apogies just the back pedaling some new persons fault routine. Just a shame how customer service has fallen by the wayside, so many ways couldve made up for this error other if you come get it we will fix our mistake.

I picked up two pizzas and they were great, but the young gal that waited on me was so rude it makes me wonder if I want to be subjected to that behavior again! All she wanted to do was gossip about a phone call with the gal that was in the back making pizzas.

The pizza is good, delivery not so much I ordered a pizza at 4:11 today knowing delivery doesn't start until 4:30, pizza didn't show up until 6:15, and both pizzas were semi warm, had to heat them up

It was annoying enough that each time we asked for extra ranch that they failed to bring any at all. I have had my own quarrels with food delivery apps such as Eat 24 and Door Dash in Silicon Valley, but tonight took the cake. We ordered a Meat Lover's Pizza with olives, mushrooms, and pineapples as supplementary toppings. As seen in the photo below, the order was taken at 7:49pm. I eventually called in at 9:20 to check on the order status and was assured that my pizza was being boxed up and heading out the door. It wasn't until about 45 minutes later that we received our order at 10:02, more than two hours after my order was placed. We tried to be understanding about a worker calling in sick, but it was pretty far insulting when we discovered after our delivery woman left us with a pizza that we had a MeatLESS Lovers Pizza that only consisted only of the extra toppings. Did I mention that again there was still no ranch that was given to us? But as if things couldn't get any worse, the front desk person named Crystal had the audacity to call back and apologetically disclose to us that her driver could not find our address unaware of the fact that we already got the pizza. It was a true slap to the face that she had no accountability for not only our order, but also mixing up another person's pizza at the expense of her confused driver. Our address isn't that hard to find by the way because we live on Hidden Valley Road. Looking back on it all, not only did we waste our entire night waiting in a hungry abhorrence, but we have ultimately lost faith in a small town pizza joint that has shown the most horrific display of professionalism I have encountered worldwide. If it weren't for the taste, I would truly drop this down to a 1 star rating. But since we are limited on choices, a 1.5 star should suffice. After I use up my next pizza credit that will probably be late and again without the $1 ranch we are still being cheated on, I can honestly say tonight's refund will not be enough to buy back my confidence in Stone Fire Pizza.

The BBQ pizza is more palatable only because it's not the tomato sauce. While we sat down and waited which felt like forever we noticed how dirty the place was. It was slow only a couple was there and a guy watching tv. 4 tables were not cleaned a purse was just sitting on the table in the corner ready for someone to take it. And a child running around the place. We realized the mother to that child was working there and later saw her take her purse and left with her child. It was just so unprofessional. when our pizza came out the girl told me there's mushrooms on the pizza and asked if we wanted to wait for a new pizza... My husband was starving and just ate the pizza with mushrooms..( he doesn't like mushrooms ) I just want the staff to be more attentive to things

The weekend/night shift manager is excellent at listening to concerns and has apologized that they don't have more delivety drivers, but they shouldn't offer delivery if they cannot deliver food warm and fresh. When it is derived within 50 minutes of ordering, as it was the time I called and spoke to the manager, it is also just as good as eating there! I wish it could be that way every time.

Update: 2024, Well Hidden Valley Lake Stonefire Pizza apparently kind of listened or read some of these reviews. The pizza is still Domino's quality at High End Italian restaurant prices but at least they now have $3 coupons.

50% of the time they dont even pick up the phone they just let it ring until you hang up. Also they order everything from sysco, everything comes out of a can.

Our order was taken, our drinks served. Only 2 families in the place...the other family was served their pizza...while we waited another 30 mins.....then they gave our to us in a box. Rude. Won't go there again.

We ordered pizza 2 weeks ago the driver dropped it. My wife & I go inside tonight to watch the game & get a pitcher. We were ignored the entire time. My husband walked to the counter to ask for menus & the staff acted like he was bothering them by interrupting their conversation. After sitting there 15 min. We finally left.

Took out 2 pizzas breads ticks and a salad, it was all pretty gross. Ground beef tasted old and had to spit out. You can tell the food quality is not great.. wont be back. I feel bad for yall in hidden valley.
