Ice cream machine wasn't broken on a hot summer day, that's a plus. Seemed like a decent place to grab a snack with friends.

Can't go wrong with the mini Tacos. I tried them with a T-Mobile Tuesday T-Life promotion. Very generous portion and tasty bites.

Great service fast on point

My 8yr old has asked for jack recently and i took him the the chicken nuggets and he loved them. This specific jack in near my moms house and they were fast and the food was fresh.

I've been eating here on and off since high school. Always been consistent. Service is good and never had any problems with the food or ordering. 👍

It's cool kinda close to the bar/ night club so it gets busy at night hahahaha and it isn't the in the Best neighborhood but if ya are hungry don't let anything stop ya from getting those two tacos for 99 cent's....

Service was pretty fast through drive through but then again i was there bout after midnight after work. The food was hot taste straight out the grill not old n sitting there taste. Cashier was polite an good customer service. Ive had terrible jack in box experiences where food was cold or wrong order or missing something but this jack in box was good.

I love their shakes and I have not had any issues. I had rated them wrong by accident. They are professional I love the tacos just wonder, always have what are they made of. When I was 14 I bought $100 worth of tacos they were for my friends I.

Always have deals on there new items and love the Munchies box, such a great Deal. Only negative is wait to get your food, at drive through or in person , always spend waiting about 10-15 mins. Staff is nice, but need more help.

When I get very hungry I go to Jack in the Box for a snack or a meal depending on my appetite. I like coming to Jack in the Box for the food,shakes,breakfast and many other things I like about. The service is good and friendly. I have been in couple Jack in the Box the interior is different from the other Jack in the Box.

A little tough to get into their lot since the Starbucks next door sometimes has a long line that blocks traffic. Leaving the drive thru is also rough since traffic sometimes blocks you from merging in.

The food here wasn't hot enough and it was an old old building but it was immaculately clean and the bathrooms were stellar. The service was great and I can't say one negative thing about the staff everyone was terrific and friendly. I wish this were my regular neighborhood Jack in the box. Wonderful!!

It's awesome to have a Jack's in Highland Park that is 24hrs. There is also free WiFi. Food is good, comparable to other places. Staff is decent. All in all good place to go for midnight munchies

This place is good when you are hungry but lately there is something wrong with the management because for the 2nd time this week they dont have drinks.

Just like any other jack is okay. Right on York street. The drive through is confusing for people that are new to this place because it has the ordering screen on the side where you exit and can't see it from the side where you enter. So don't be surprised if someone is fighting because it seems like they are cutting. Entrance is next to Starbucks but divided by the parking lot so don't pull to Starbucks when in reality you're headed to Jack.

Food was just ok, but lack of quality on the service; it seems like they hate their job, no smile, no greeting, long faces. The experience was like ...." What do you want" ? " pay for your order" , "here it's your order", "now go"

Slowest Jack drive thru ever! Tacos were dry and disappointing. Will be avoiding this one forever. Poor drive thru lady seemed to be doing everything herself. She was great though! Super efficient.

This place has terrible customer service ! I went thru the drive thru and employee didn't want to accept a coupon I had, Charged me $1.00 more than coupon read. I got to the window and waited for my order, the employee was conversating on cellphone with friends about what he was going to do when he gets off work. I had to honk my horn to get his attention to get some napkins and ranch dressing. Employee looked at me as if I interupted him. The supervisor on duty was too busy talking to another employee laughing. I dont recomend this place at all.

Local Jack N Crack! Here in Highland Park. Quick service.....next to Starbucks. Nice place get quick bite on go. Take out is efficient....dining in ok but no great. Establishment needs little more love.

I only go there when there is nothing else around that I like. The prices are outrageous for fast food. I was a frequent customer at one time, Jack has lost his mind. It costs me the same to eat at a diner where they bring the menu to you and serve you.

A lot of the food was good, but they we're out of practically all of their soda choices. The tacos had almost no cheese and the bathrooms doors refused to open. But they did get our order right.

Food is good. I was in a hurry and didn't check my items so I was sad to find that I was missing something. The ladies should really focus more on work than gossiping. I heard all their business from the drive thru window. What sucks is that it was management :/

3 stars because of realism but a 5/5 in my heart. My mom has been telling me about these dollar tacos since I was a kid and they do not disappoint. You just have to like that type of thing. Get 10 tacos.

Went this thursday and ask for milk bobba they gave coffe bobba. Lady was i guess in a hurry didnt not gave me hot sauce or ask if i wanted some kind of sauce. There is a young woman in her 20’s that is really nice but this lady about her 40’s seems like she is always mad. The bobba bubbles were like too strong or perhaps too dry.

They had a big sign it look like it said spicy chicken sandwich $1 but when we got to the drive up window they said they were $2 and he didn't know why 🤔 a friend of mine said she thinks it said 1.99 but the. 99 was so small you couldn't see, a little tricky but good

Typical fast food. Service was swift. Ate "in" with my son. We ordered burgers, fries, he had a shake. He really enjoyed the food. The unpleasant aftertaste of it stayed with me for several hours. I think there are too many artificial ingredients in the food. Would not willingly try it again. Much prefer In-N-Out. Cheaper and tastes better.

Got stuck in the drive through for 25 minutes to get 2 tacos. Large order in front of me and they didn't have him pull aside. Line just grew and grew.

Well the food is much better than McDonald's but that's not saying much since McDonald's is the world's first hamburger however with that said Jack in the box has the most expensive sodas that's where all their profit comes from is soda sales they can give away a hamburger if you buy a soda because it more than pays for it

I ordered Uber eats they gave me the wrong sauce and soda as well as soggy curly fries.

The food is more expensive than before with less quality in product. Seems like it is a race to the bottom, as I didn't think anyone could do worse than McDonald's, but 2 of their patties combined is the size of a regular burger from BK. Jack wasn't the best, but they were certainly better than what they are now. It's cheaper to cook your own burger and you can get 6 patties for the price of one Jack in the Garbage meal. Customer Service cannot cover the executive decision to cut cost. They're basically the same as McDonald's but the only difference is that they have an ice cream machine that works. Once that goes out, then the likeness is uncanny.

Really messed up my order, didn't even bother bother giving me a straw for my drink neither the chocolate overload cake that i ordered. Really unprepared and unorganized. Either than that, the food THAT I DID GET, was good. And when I did come back to get the food they missed, they were rude and hostile. Unbelievable service, McDonald's is actually better.

Service is super slow, unfortunately they prioritize the drive thru likely due to corporate timing them but it makes for a bad dine in experience.

When In for the new bacon rib eye and they forgot the bacon. And apparently looking that the reviews now it's not the first time they forget the bacon.

I got dressed to go to jack in box for my brother, I did not want to go. But the jalapeño poppers were enough motivation to go. We get there, order, and drive home. NO JALAPEÑO POPPERS. :( they always gyp me of my food

Poor customer service, if you want to wait for 25min. For a couple of tacos then go to this location and hopefully they don make you wait to order aswell like they did with me.all they said was; drive thru is a priority and walk away. Thank you anyways.

Nice cashier but breakfast sandwiches, were pretty wack, ordered two identical sandwiches and they came out different, one missing two ingredients for no reason, and pretty cold after waiting about 10/15. I was in a hurry and wanted a quick bite before the train, so I took the gamble and lost. Probably won't be back, but I'm never really in this part of LA anyway so it's whateva.

The only public restroom was filty. I told the cashier the restroom was dirty and was informed that there was a sign on the door. I asked if they planned to clean it and they said there was a sign on the door. The restaurant was not busy and a couple if employees were just standing around talking.

We had a gun pulled out on us in the drive thru as we're paying and when we did nothing wrong to the car in front. We asked to see the cameras for a plate and the manager refused to help said we needed a warrant. So these guys may kill someone out there and it could have been stopped but you refused to help. We will not be going back to your establishment again. Shame on you.

I ordered some popcorn chicken last night (4/29/20) and I was beyond dissappointed, it looked liked I got the bottom of the barrel crumbs, there were hard & so gross, I've been trying to call since last night & this morning to talk to a manager & absolutely No one has answered the phone!! I'd prefer go give zero stars for this location!! We ordered a jacks brew house burger and when we got home it was just a plain cheese burger with lettuce,tomatoes and cheese with no mayo, that's definitely not what they advertised. We get to the winfo and the cashier stuffed one large meal and one medium meal in one bag and when we asked if that's everything the guy says uyes then he says "oh wait ur nuggets" I thought I had everything?! This place sucks!!

The cashier is the same person that grabs your food and puts it in the bag, and no, they don’t wear gloves.

Theres a person whos a "team leader" named edith boy is she so good at taking orders i mean wow, what takes just a few minutes with new people who've barely started there, takes her 10 mins, you keep having to correct her and go back and make sure she got everything right. and then towards the end the new people come over because im fuming my dad who also a very patient and cool person is as well. this isnt ok we dont come here often but the last 3 times it has been this way

I was in line to order. I had to wait about 10 to 15 mins to order. There was 2 in the front just walking back and forward but neither said anything at least give us a min or nothing. They looked annoyed. So when they toke my order she first asked cash or card but with a attitude. She was like that as i order.

Disgusting inside. There's mildew all over the ceilings. Waiting for a postmates order and I want to gag. The customer service here is horrible. I stood waiting for 5 mins before anyone said anything to me. Apparently the manager is too busy counting the register at lunch rush hour to even greet and say someone will be with you shortly. EXTREMELY SLOW. I'm a woman but an all woman staff during rush hour might not be the smartest. They were moving way too slow for a fast food spot.

The customer service in the lobby is the worst, the prioritize their drive thru line more than the customers in the lobby. It took 15 minutes just for someone to attend to the people in the lobby, it’s the same thing every time. The employees are always on their phones or sitting in the back, the experience overall just sucks. I do not recommend this place.

The soda machine is broken. They should tell you this before you buy the drink. All the drinks are watery. In addition, the service is very slow because they are understaffed.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from any Jack in the Box, unless if you are going through the drive-thru. This location (along with others) prioritize their drive-thru line and ignore the people waiting to place an order on walk-up. I did end up using kiosk, I kind of wish the other customers were to use it as well. Well, my order was placed at 5:17pm (1/11/16) and I didn't get it until 5:42pm. That's a ridiculous wait time for two combos. I ended up getting one of the combos wrong. The whole time, I noticed that there was an employee just hanging out at a table (maybe off the clock?). Regardless, the employee was still sitting there up until I left (around 6pm). I ate the meal in my car because it was too cold.

Lady with glasses that work in drive thru is polite . The other crew members including the manager with the glasses always wearing a gray sweater is also rude always give attitude with poor customer service and management. Not to mention they have not fix a big hole in the entrance of one of their driveway . I took a picture of it and will also report it to better business bureau and the department of inspection . You can easily damage your car with that whole and if I do I will hold them accountable.

my family and I stopped and purchased some food last night around 9:30 PM. We normally always get Jack-in-the-Box except we don’t come down to Highland Park. We ordered our usual things that we like. But unfortunately, the food quality was horrible. First they couldn’t get our order right and they kept trying to cut us off and get us to go pay when I wasn’t even done ordering. when we received our food and we pulled over to eat some of it. The bag was drenching in oil. The four tacos were drenched in oil and still extremely soggy. Not even an ounce of crunch on them. The jumbo jack that we ordered looked sad as hell . One leaf of lettuce and a pound of onions. No tomato and completely dry. I don’t know who they had cooking but here or she needs to be retrained properly on how to handle food and cooking times. I’m the type of person that goes back. I don’t care how far I am I will make you fix it. But I had my wife and the kids and my wife is non-confrontational and convinced me to just let it go. But we spent $29. The only thing that came out somewhat good were the eggrolls. Everything else was trash. We tried to eat what we could salvage and discarded the rest. I regret not going back to make them fix it or return my money. And it sucks because we really like Jack-in-the-Box out of most of the fast food places. They really drop the ball at this location.
