Been coming here ever since I was a kid, some nice renovations have been done and really enjoy eating here.

Stopped to get a drink and found an extremely friendly staff and one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever stopped at

Fast. Never had an issue with this location, whichvi can't really say for other McDonald's.

Great as a fast food place. Didn't have any issues so far.

Quick and polite service. Staff was incredible! Anahi took good care of us 👍

I know I was the "last minute customer" that wanted a meal. But I have to say I was very impressed by how, one of the younger staff member (Joseph) was super professional and patent with not only me but the customer behind me. McDonald's, please hire more people like Joseph at your restaurants.

The staff at this McDonald's is amazing!!! I have an autistic son, that only eats mcdonald's chicken nuggets and fries. He has requested them on several occasions during their breakfast hours. I have come to this McDonald's and asked them if it was possible to get chicken nuggets and fries and every time they have been amazing and fulfill my son's wishes. In times like these it's the little act of kindness that mean the most 💓

Very nice McDonald’s. Flowers (hand-picked) on every table. Kiosk drinks. Clean and alt of charging areas. Food was good too. Best one I’ve ever visited! Here in Highland Park, Illinois

Food you can't screw up unless it's super Packed!!! Then rarely you get a messed up order. Atmosphere during lunch obviously bussy. To the point, quick bite in out right away, ordering through app better and kiosk sometimes time saver!

Don't go when school let's out, rowdy ignorant kids hanging around inside and the drive thru is slammed. Service is quick and food is good.

Good location, well-maintained, good staff, drive-thru can be a little slow during peak hours, but this is one of the better McDonald's in the area.

Just a quick pickup thru the drive-thru. I had the munchies, so I got a Big Mac & 1/4 lb w/cheese. Ate both at same time (alternating bites)w/ the fries. It was some what satisfying!

The new kiosk ordering system takes longer than the old tried and true system,I don't like it,it sucks but the employees are nice.

Personally I do not have a problem with the service or food that I receive at this particular McDonald's the reason why I gave it only three stars was this morning on December 12th I came here to get breakfast and a hot cup of coffee because it says on Google here they open at 5:00 I get here and they said in the Drive-Thru is only open at 5:00 a.m. and the and the regular inside doesn't open until 7 a.m.

We went here for dinner the other day. It seems like they're very understaffed. My son ordered a cheeseburger and they gave us a hamburger. To get it fixed, we had to stand at the counter for 3-4 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Other than that, everything else was good. The dining area was clean, as well as the restrooms. Our food was hot and fresh.

The store opens at 6 on the weekend I came at 7 was told to leave without placing a order. Then I saw a customer walk out with an order.

When I wanted a large shameraokck shake they gave me a Mc flury and swamped it out they only gave me a small.

Big Mac buns were old and hard...worst Mac I've had in 50 years

I'm sorry, but 12.00 for a 2 puny cheese burger meal is ridiculous. For 12 dollars i could have bought a steak and potato and cooked them my self. The convenience just isn't worth the skimpy meal

They failed to add hash browns to both of the breakfast meals I ordered, and the orange juice was seriously watered down. It was basically water with a little orange juice in it. Given that it wasn't busy when I was there it really gave an appearance of laziness. ☹️

I order through the app when I got to the drive-through, I was giving out my code number and the lady couldn’t find my order. I only had a frappe and a vanilla iced coffee. They have me waiting on the speaker meanwhile, six cars went before me when I got to the window, they still asked me to park on the side because my order was not ready when my order was pre-order 10 minutes before.

It took about 4 minutes to get it all figured out and ordered, and then a person appeared out of nowhere and handed me an empty plastic cup and then disappeared, whereupon I again had to do the work to go get my own drink, find the right fitting lid and find the straws. I have never felt so all alone walking out of a restaurant. An entirely uplifting experience, NOT. Remind me to go to any other place next time.

went inside to ORDER FOOD and charge my phone, was looking at the mcdonalds app for probably 10 minutes deciding and an employee walks up to catch an attitude about the 15 minutes and asked if we were going to order. i said yes and he said "oh your stuff isnt charging anymore by the way i turned off the outlets" after i said i was ordering😭 YALL SOME CLOWNS enjoy ur $13 an hour 🌝

Incompetent employees. They don’t pay attention to the orders. I received incomplete orders through the drive- through. I only saw it when I got home.

Terrible service. Closed before there normal closing time. Shut off the menu lights after I sat there waiting for 3 minutes to order before 11pm on a monday and they are supposed to close at 12am. Will never see my buisbess again

Terrible customer assistance.This morning i order food via uber eats with this location.After 1.45 delayed,i call the store ,to see what is going on with my order.Manager of the store Maria,with rude and nonprofessional attitude told me “call the uber”!.I call again,and when she realize that i will complain to MC corporate about her,she became softer with her attitude amd trying poorly to explain to me,that she will”call”her supervisor .Totaly unprofessional!I will NEVER order food from this location!!!!

I think this location is actually well staffed and I like the workers. McDonald's as a company organization has gone to hell and is too expensive. Just saying ba ba ba ba I'm not loving it

This store is not good. Lost me as a customer after manager tried to dispute both me and his staff about missing food in the bag. The little hedgehog man will waste your time and get angry to preserve his boss’s bottom line.

I think it was a new girl. Took my order asked a question got no answer. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches asked for a couple extra ketchup received nothing paid the bill. Went to the next window the ladies like your card don’t work this is a different girl now so I hand her the card and then she’s like oh OK it’s working it must’ve been something the other girl did the other girl was on like planet Jupiter use extreme caution. I told her one cream and 4 Splenda and she says what 5 cream and 1 Splenda again she’s on another planet. I don’t know again maybe it was her first day. Personally I think she could be better at washing floors but she would probably forget to add the soap.

I ordered a few items for my family. However I was very specific on what I wanted the lady at the window was taking forever to take the order there is a reason it is called fast food! We didn't order a lot and she forgot my daughters apple pie. Not cool

Im still sitting here be because my Intent was to have a nice Friday night daddy daughter dinner. My daughter is 4 years old super cute and she's on the autism spectrum. She loves the chx nuggets happy meal. Today we were greated with a male Manger who clearly harbors some type of bias towards me. We have interacted with him multiple times threw the drive threw. Our orders are often wrong and he never gives eye contact or smiles. Today we ordered in side and this review was the result. Oh. I had to debate the accuracy of my order 3 times before I was given a double hamburger with pickle only . No cheese.

It’s unfortunate that people will dismiss this rating since “hey it’s just a Mcdonalds” but I do never rate things and this is a special case of awfulness. I ordered a 2 for 4 and had one sandwhich with a giant slice of hair and the other was no where near what I ordered, unfortunately I was on my way home to Chicago and by the time I noticed the disgustingness I was too far away to reasonably justify going back to the restaurant. I’ve been to drive throughs on the south side with better service so just do yourself a favor and stay away.

Not sure what's going on lately but the drive thru has been horrible. Very unfriendly and just had someone yell at me because I told her the sign said something different then what she said.

I've had it with this joint. Strike 1: I ordered sweet bbq bacon meal and 1 medium chocolate shake. I was talking with my daughter as I paid for it not realizing I paid $17. When I recieved the order it was 2 sweet bbq bacon meals, 1 with soda & 1 with chocolate shake. Strike 2: I ordered again the sweet BBQ bacon, they served me the one with the guacamole. The cashier even insisted it was the bacon. They later changed it because they cant see any green in the picture while mine was dripping with guacamole. Strike 3: I ordered a medium chocolate chip frappe, after sipping half of it I realized that I cant taste the chocolate chips. When I checked the drink there were no chocolate chips. The person prepared it must have forgotten to put the chocolate chips. When I complained the lady at the counter said there were chocolate chips in it. I said I could not have sipped all the chips and left some of the ice. But she won't budge. I just threw the half filled cup to the trash. If only there's another branch near where I work.

To go orders are never correct. This time I was the only one in drive thru and they still got it wrong. But the charged correctly. They also upcharge you for drinks with out asking the size of drink. So be careful when you get your order.

Every other McDonald's I go to serve breakfast to 11 a.m. this McDonald's says they only served till 10:30 a.m. which completely is an inconvenience for somebody with a work schedule as mine. That's just one more reason for me to stop going to McDonald's. I barely eat there as it is and as time goes by they seem to get worse and worse on all categories.

Dirty, sticky Pop all over the Pop counter and Floor. The Night manager gets your order Wrong and gets Mad at you. Crazy! He turned a quick stop for 2 Sundaes and Coke into an unpleasant experience. He Doesn't know how the manage a Restaurant or Deal with the Public. I see now why Such Low Reviews.

Unless you’re Mexican or Hispanic, that’s who they seem to only hire which pisses me off. My son who is black by the way applied and Rocio the hiring manager lied and said they were not hiring at this time. We live in the area so this would have been convenient for him to work there and earn some extra money. Since then I have seen several new faces, all Hispanic mind you. Not one African American!!!! So what does that tell you??? I called to speak to the district manager and some incompetent idiot, who could barely speak English claim he didn’t know. Playing the dumb roll!!! I use to patronize this restaurant but since I see they are prejudiced against hiring African Americans, I won’t spend not one freaking cent there. And by the way I will be contacting EEOC!

Waited at the drive through ordering screen for 9 minutes while every car in the other lane got serviced. It actually took someone in the other lane saying something for someone to finally come on. No sorry or anything. Then when calling the store to voice my concern I was immediately hung up on.

I thanked her for the voucher but let her know I am not comfortable returning if food handling is not dealt with.

I don't suggest ordering via the mcdonalds app. If it gets screwed up uber and mcdondalds just bounce you back and forth not taking any responsibility. also food was ice cold by the time I got it. Missing sandwich, straws, condiments. I did get a small refund but that hardly compensates for the overall overpayment of delivery. I'm still not even sure how they came up with the number but it was like $3.50 for a quarter pounder classic. No compensation for a screwed up meal, over paying for delivery, delivery fees, wait time, and tip. Honestly nobody gave a crap. Just shift blame to someone else and then hope you go away seemed to be the goal. Not my problem is the how they roll.
