The google app says they closes at 11pm on Saturdays, I was there one hour earlier(10pm) they ran out of bread and we couldn’t use the tables because floor was wet, little bit disappointed.
The lady working today 5571 W Hillsboro displayed lack of customer service. I asked fot a haft BNT. She asked "what kind of cheese with frustration because I didn't answer right away. I asked for another half and she responded "another half of what" i need to say you to show a little more customer service. She got upset and said" I don't Need to take an altitude from you. I asked her who the managershe said " i" the manager and i don't have to service you and discarded the sandwich. It is do sad for you to have that kind pf employee. She needs training on customer's service.

Food portions were normal, biggest thing that got me would be the price. $13 for a 6 inch sub (Italiano no ham included just the basic pepperoni/salami), 1 1/8 OZ bag of chips and 10 OZ drink. Sat down and table almost there my drink off the side door to no foot on table bottom so it was VERY WOBBLY. Typical things were clean as expected (counter tops and service line), floors looked nasty however and would lead me to believe what else maybe dirty that you can't see? There's a ladder blocking half of the fire exit which could be a hazard at some point. Have to now add in I just witnessed one of the employees "wash" his hands and dry them without using soap or sanitizer. I now am concerned about possible cross contamination and the procedures they use for the food safety. If any issues arise I will post again.

They have taken my money and my rewards points, and I have nothing to show for it. Wait 15 minutes from a server with a “bathroom “ sign at ft counter. When she returned and I said I was waiting for long time, she told me to leave, because she isn’t going to serve me. What’s happening with people??? Never more will use this location!

I hope the owner of this Metro restaurant sees this and takes action. The staff is rude, they don't want to serve you, or several times in this place there is no service and within the established hours. I will not return to this Metro restaurant inside the Walmart in Hilsboro.
Came here multiple times, and every single time was horrible. Horrible service ….. the worst service I came across in a very long time… there’s just one particular gentleman there every time he is there it is extremely extremely horrible. i’ve seen bad service, but never I came across service like this in a very, very long time. first couple times came during lunch hour. The gentleman just said come back later because he’s on break and when I asked for additional assistance, he just left to go outback and the restroom. left me there waiting for a very long time until I decided to leave. Came multiple times during dinner time and was close half an hour early and even though the gentleman was still standing around doing nothing. If this large company name wants to survive this location, they must get better customer service or hire a better manager and get rid of the staff currently there….
I was at this Subway today at 2:00 pm and was helped by the rudest and inadequate employee I have come across in a long time. I had to say hello twice and the second he just looked at me disgusted. I then told him what I wanted which was a foot long on white cold cut. He then proceeded to ask me so you want a six inch or foot long. Then he asked me what meat do I want now did I not already tell him the size, kind of bread and kind of meat. I also explained to him that with the cold cut because it is a mix of meats you put the whole thing of meat in the sand which. He said no we count the amount of meat we put on the sandwiches and I said I understand that but with the cold cut it is different. Then we moved on to the condiments and he just had the worst attitude with me. Needless to say I will NEVER go to this subway again. Oh also he wasn’t wearing a mask did not have a hat on or head cover and was in a white tshirt and jeans and he looked so sloppy. I hope that the manager or even higher up reads this and does something to improve the quality of service and to consider hiring people who actually want to work and represent your company at high standards
Doesn't have gluten free bread. Since my diagnosis I can't eat bread with gluten. Sadly, I was given attitude when the man made my sandwich yesterday and I asked for no bread. It was either attitude or he just lacks customer service skills. Look dude, I wish I didnt have a issue with gluten either, but I do, I'm not being extra when I ask for no bread, I'm simply protecting my health.

I went to this subway at Walmart tonight and have a really bad service, this is not the first time, this walmart its know for having people with attitude at night times, first of all I'm paying for the product, I'm not begging for it or asking him to give it for free, I was going to buy 4 subs for my family, and this guy is giving me attitude and making faces to me because I'm asking my son what he will like on his sub, there is nobody else but us, so I dont know why he did that, and even if it was he is suppose to give a good service all the time, Walmart need to get better people for the night time, people who is not tired of life, if you dont like your job quite, the costumer doesn't have to deal with your attitude.
