Our waiter Steven was amazing. We had the pretzel bones and I have never had better pretzels with beer cheese. The ribs were falling off the bone wonderful and the grilled cheese stuffed with brisket was also awesome.

Eli, our server made our visit. We are trying to teach our daughter manners, she is almost 3. He waited patiently for her to ask "Can I please have mac and cheese" instead of "I want Mac and cheese." It was our first time at this location. We were served by Eli and he was fantastic. He made great recommendations and all the food was delicious. I had bbq chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The garlic toast was soft and buttery and the chicken had a juicy taste to it. My husband had the house baby back ribs with fries and corn bread. We will definitely come back for more bbq. Haven’t been here in over 10 years and I have to say they definitely changed for the better! I was alarmed by the big menu but figured wings and ribs you can’t go wrong. They did not disappoint! Tasted like they were right out of the smoker! So juicy and fall off the bone! Service was great, I’ll definitely be back!

Smokey Bones is an American barbecue chain founded by Darden restaurants in Orlando Florida. They went on to open over 120 restaurants but by 2007 Smokey Bones was struggling and started closing half of them down. That same year they were sold to Barbeque Integrated. It has been awhile since I have been to Smokey Bones but a summer BOGO promotion brought my girlfriend and I in for dinner. Every day of the week they offer a different BOGO, Monday wings, Tuesday sirloin, Wednesday 1/2 rack of ribs, and Thursday brisket, On the weekends if you purchase a BBQ pack you get 2 free bag of donuts. They also have a late night Bones After Dark menu with $4, $5, and $6 light bites. They also have an everyday during the week special that gives you a full rack of ribs, 2 sides, and a beer, all for $20. I'm loving the deals! We came in on a Wednesday for the BOGO rib special. I started with a refreshing $5 Dirty Shirley that was potent for a drink special. We decided to share an appetizer of the chorizo queso that we both enjoyed. Our rib special allowed us to get 2 half rack of ribs and four sides for only $19.99. It was a bargain and I thoroughly enjoyed the fall of the bone glazed meaty ribs. I called it meat candy. The loaded baked potato and coleslaw were great too but sad to see they took the apples off the menu. You used to have dig up the $10 coupon if you wanted a discount. I prefer these excellent specials so much more. If you sign up for the loyalty program you even get $10 off your first meal. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I hope they carry promotions in to the fall. Smokey Bones has won me back.

Our server Eli served us very well and was very attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Will definitely be coming back very soon. I stay in Wellington and drive all the way over here to eat.

My wife and I stopped here while visiting from northern Wisconsin. My brother lives near here and often wats here. The place was busy but we were still able to get a table immediately. The decor and ambience was relaxed. My wife raved about the tomato soup as well as the berry sangria. I had the grilled shrimp with fries and broccoli. This was also very good but the shrimp could have used more seasoning. The waiter was attentive, helpful and pleasant. Overall eating here was a good experience.

We haven’t been to a Smokey Bones restaurant in over 20 years as previously we weren’t impressed. We decided to give it another try at the location in West Boca and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Nicole was our server who was attentive and very sweet. I am happy to say that we will be back!

I tried this place a year ago over DoorDash, it was not that great. However, I decided to give it another shot in person this time. It was amazing, I had a drink, pretzel bones, and there pick any 2 meal. The pulled pork and wings were awesome. The potato wedges were okay and the Mac and cheese I had mix feelings about. This place for a chain exceeds my expectation and the waiter was awesome. A little pricy but kinda worth it for the amount of food.

Only had 5 desserts to choose from what happened to the Cookies and Cream 🤷 Chicken and wings were delicious but everything was yummy.

The gentleman who greeted me was very nice. Unfortunately my server was no where to be found. I was forced to place to my order with someone else. No one was available to fill my water glass or bring my bill to me. Otherwise the ribs where great!

We have been here a few times in the past and we were always pretty pleased. They had gotten a re-vamp in the past few years and it looks 100x nicer inside and the menu is much better. Prices are a little up there, but they come out with good coupons so that is a plus. We are a family of 4 so $10 off is a big help. We had dinner there tonight, hub had the smokehouse burger and he really enjoyed it. I had the build-your-own burger and I ordered turkey meat, unfortunately it was over cooked and pretty tough BUT I was hungry and it was tasty so I wasn’t to upset. Their chicken tenders are awesome. Fries and Fried green tomatoes are wonderful(I just wish you got more then 2 Tomatoes) oh and that tablet game thing on the table is genius for keeping kids entertained! Overall it was a good deal for a decent amount of food, and our server was very friendly. Will be coming back again I’m sure.

Overall experience was similar to a Texas BBQ. Chicken and sweet potatoe fries were right on the money. Mac and cheese had our son craving more. Different variety of sauces gave us different temperatures to test out on our food. Only complaint was the brisket was a bit dry. But would definitely give it another gi round. Steve the waiter was attentive and made sure our glasses stay full.

Went for dinner. Someone ordered the bacon cheeseburger and sad that it was terrible and the texture of the beef and quality was bad. She said that a BK burger would have been better. We had the nacho appetizer but the tortillas were stale and it was missing the meat. The skinny margarita was good. I had a chicken salad and it was fresh. Pre pandemic we frequented this restaurant at least weekly. It’s disappointing that the food was not as good as before. Our waiter was great!

I've been meaning to try this place out for 2 years now. Finally did. My server, who had worked here for 7 years, was very nice and most helpful. The food was good too - the baked beans which are made in-house are so yummy! The baby back ribs were standard. My fried were stale but my server quickly got me a fresh serving. I'd go again.

We had gift cards to Smoky Bones and discovered that the Boca location is the only one left in South Florida. After dining here, I can see why. The food took 50 minutes - no appetizers, just two entrees. When my brisket grilled cheese arrived, there was a hair literally wrapped around it. The food was good but not spectacular. I’m honestly not sure why this restaurant has so many five star ratings, but it was far from it for me.

The food quality has gone down. The ribs were so over cooked and dry was difficult to est the little meat on the bones. I wanted to take out Brisket. They refused to sell me half pound order and insisted I buy minimum of 1 pound at $35 a pound. My server spoke little English and had no idea how their rewards points work.

I ordered to go and the food was good but unfortunately it seems like I only got half of the cheesecake. Very disappointing, specially because it costs $10. Besides that I really enjoyed the food.

If you want to spend $30 to pick up a tiiiiny little salad with four bites of steak, this is your place. I can’t believe how little this meal is for this price. I feel truly disappointed and I’m still hungry.

The issue was that we ordered appetizers and the meal the meal came out first before appetizers. Did not get a chance to taste the appetizers. They need to learn how to space them apart. The chili came out cold. Not warm at all

I love Smokey Bones Boca, the staff is always friendly until our last visit. Our server was Jamie, if you can call it service she was actually quite miserable. We waited some time for her to come over and it never got better from there. What really got me is she was telling other tables all around us that she is quitting and trashing the restaurant and other staff. As I am in the industry as well, this is not professional and she is creating a very hostile work environment.

We had to have them remake our ribs due to no BBQ sauce on the ribs. When we picked up the remake, not only were the ribs without sauce again but the extra BBQ sauce was not in the bag. The cheese sauce for the pretzel bones looked like boiled plastic. We called and spoke to Dale the manager who said he personally put the extra sauce in the bag and the ribs were perfect and to stop complaining because he knows everything was right. I am enclosing photos and you be the judge. Dale has been rude every time we spoke to him and his customer service skills are sadly lacking. He is an embarrassment to this place and should never be allowed to interact with customers ever again due to him not fixing the problem and belittling the customer.
