Camila was our server and she was amazing! Always with a smile and helping us with anything we needed :) the food was great and the drinks absolutely amazing ! Definitely a place to come try and trust me you will enjoy ! (The jalapeño margarita is BOMB!!)
This was an excellent lunch! We had to get the famous tableside guac. Got pork belly tacos and a taco salad. Just amazing. Even the sprite tasted good. I always joke that you can tell a place is good if they care about the little things like the soda. The guacamole was so so good. They have a big full size bar but we don't drink. Very picturesque. We'll have to come back with my mom and dad so they can try it too ❤️👌✨️
The “guacamole boy” Mike made our guac at our table and I challenged him to sing while he did it and he improvised an original guacamole tune! He made our day. Our waiter Ricky was also fab! I also had the salsa macha shrimp tacos. Delish!
The food was phenomenal and Brooke was such a great waitress! Very attentive and kind! Service was great!
Noah is an absolute vibe. Quick, efficient, even got us a side of fries. My 3rd margs empty that’s how goods!
Very nice. Very good food prepared. Very generous doses.
Adam made our Gauc He works his butt off and is super nice. His gauc is the best!
Great service from Brylan and the manager came out to greet us as well as we were asking for a job opportunity for my daughter. Great service, food, vibe and drinks! We will be back soon!
Rocco’s Tacos is amazing! They probably have the best guacamole I’ve ever had, made fresh right in front of you and full of flavor. The piña colada was perfectly creamy and refreshing, and the tacos were just as impressive — flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Such a fun spot with great food and drinks.
Everything is always great at Rocco’s, from service, food, to tequila selection. If you’re in Boca and want to put it over the top, ask Adam to make his table side guacamole. Jevin is our favorite server! Can’t beat it!
Didn’t plan coming here but due to the slow service we received from Tap 42, decided to come here for dinner. And it exceeded our expectations. Decor and ambience is really nice. Both indoor and outdoor bar was beautiful. We sat at the outside bar and received great service. Bartender was friendly and very service minded; always checking on the guest at the bar. The taco platter was a good deal.
If you’re craving bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a lively atmosphere, Rocco’s Tacos in Boca Raton is the spot to be! From their tableside guacamole, made fresh to your liking, to their authentic tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas, every bite is a taste of Mexico. The ambiance is vibrant and energetic perfect for a night out with friends or a fun family dinner. Plus, their extensive tequila selection pairs perfectly with any meal. 🍹🔥 Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or making it a full fiesta, Rocco’s delivers delicious food and great service every time. Highly recommend trying it if you haven’t yet!
This was my first visit to Rocco's Tacos and to the city of Boca Raton as well. This wasn't a normal visit, I was attending a special event for the Guy Fieri Foundation. Because it was a special event, the night was more expensive then a normal dinner trip to this establishment would be. There was a red carpet, an auction, and a five course meal that was absolutely delicious. Of course, the highlight of the night was meeting Guy Fieri and enjoying the conversation that Guy and Rocco had with the whole restaurant. But as far as my first visit to this restaurant goes, I was immediately impressed with the atomphshere and the decor of the restaurant. It had mood lighting, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a massive and gorgeous bar, and the wallpaper was a subtle hint to Day of the Dead, which I thought was amazing! The bathroom even carried this same theme, and there was even a TV in one of the stalls. Overall, it was down to earth, but elegant decor, which I loved. The food was also amazing. Our five course meal included an appetizer lobster taco, which I don't eat seafood, but I tried it and liked it! Next was Guy's signature trash can nachos, which were insanely good. Then there was a tomato and watermelon salad that was really good. Next was, steak medallions with mashed potatoes and asparagus, which were fabulous. And for dessert was a brown sugar pudding with vanilla whipped cream. All I can say was I could have ate 10 of these desserts. So fantastic! It was a wonderful night of food, fun, meeting new people, and of course Guy Fieri. Although this was a special event, I would definitely love to go have a regular night at Rocco's Tacos and eat food from their normal menu. I was very impressed, so I know the food and atmosphere will be great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for any time of day or occasion. You won't be disappointed.
Amazing service, great appetizzers and awesome drinks.
5 words: Fresh guac and shrimp tacos!! Great vibes, atmosphere and even better food. The table side guac is so fresh and tasty and definitely worth it. Our waiter, Bryson, was very sweet and on the ball. Definitely recommend!
The food, music, and atmosphere are great for a night out, but I wouldn’t bring a first-date here due to it being too loud sometimes. We usually sit at the bar for faster service. If you are sober or just looking to limit your alcohol, the bartenders make a mean mocktail. Food is reasonable portions for the location and price, nothing to complain about. We love coming here to watch sports!
We are from out of town and decided to stop in for dinner after a long day of shopping. The restaurant was very busy. We were happy to say that our server, Ellie, who herself was extremely busy, always had a smile on her face and was attentive to us at all times during our meal. Ellie made our dining experience very pleasant and we will be sure to stop in again and hopefully be lucky enough to have her as our server.
Great service tonight. Was bummed the outside bar was closed but we still had a great time at a table. Thomas was great and very accommodating. He even brought me extra agave for my marg!food was great as always.
Great food & atmosphere. There are 2 locations that I know of and we visited in BOCA and had a great time. We sat outside & it was a perfect night to do it! The food is great and its a very relaxed spot!
Noah was great! He was super accommodating and very respectful and funny. He’s great at what he does and is knowledgeable. We’ll be back!
Sal was the most amazing bartender. You can tell he’s a pro, and frankly should get a raise. I’ll come back here just so I can sit at his bar.
We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner at Rocco’s Tacos. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun. Danielle was our waitress and she was very sweet, attentive, and fast. She made our night even more special. We will definitely come back.
Went for dinner Saturday night and as usual this place doesn't disappoint. I have to say Bryson our server who we only use on every visit a few times a week and Janine the Manager are both Huge Assets to the establishment. They always go Above & Beyond to ensure we have the Best possible experience. I want you to know that you're lucky to have them both. We've been coming here for years, and these 2 employees keep us returning week after week. Thanks Guys !!! E&A
Had dinner here this evening for Taco Tuesday 🌮 I had Anthony M. Asking my server. Let me just say I was delighted at the service I received from him. Food was Hot and Delicious. Janine the on duty Manager was Very inviting and made us feel Welcomed. Great Experience all around. Thanks and see you soon 😉 E&A
Love Rocco’s, love the food, love the drinks, love the atmosphere - and above all, love our server Tom who we specifically seek out every time we go. Tom introduced me to the Black Diamond margarita, suggests new menu items - tonight was the smash burger tacos, delish! - and he consistently checks in to make sure we have everything we need, while keeping the drinks flowing. 10/10 service every single time.
WOW, what great place! We ended up here by accident. Great food and our server David Elders was such a pro. We will definitely be coming back to Rocco's Tacos!
Our server Tristan was awesome. Timing in our meal was perfect and the food was delicious. The only issue we had which Tristan tried to resolve was the taste of the Coca Cola. It’s seemed to me the taste was off. Coke has a set formula for the syrup and carbonation so that no matter way you go a coke should taste the same.
Love the food and drinks here! Came on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy but our server Danielle was very attentive and so sweet! Will be coming back!
I had an outstanding experience at Rocco’s Tacos thanks to our server, Anthony. We’ve gone there for my birthday and from the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome with his positive attitude and genuine hospitality. Anthony was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the right time and making sure our drinks and food were perfect. He gave excellent recommendations from the menu and really elevated our night with his knowledge and friendliness.
I have to shout out Sal, the bartender at the outdoors bar. Sal is always here for every happy hour I’ve ever been to (and over the years, that has been a lot haha) and he always delivers exceptional service and always makes an effort to engage with his customers. There’s so many people at happy hour and Sal does a fantastic job managing everyone’s orders in such a fast-paced environment. Total slay.
Had an awesome experience at Rocco’s Tacos Boca thanks to Noah! The nachos were incredible, the beer was ice cold, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Noah was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. Bonus for me — there were dogs around so I even got to hand out some business cards to their owners while enjoying my meal. Great food, great vibe, excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
We had large group of 10 people and they accommodated us well. Delicious food and fresh guacamole made table side. Friendly service and. A huge selection of drinks!
So I’ve been to Rocco’s tacos several times and I will continue to go back. This is a four star review but a couple of the times I’ve been here the food has been good not great. That’s why I’m giving it. The four stars. This is Mexican definitely not authentic but good. Let’s face it you’re not going anywhere in Boca and going to find authentic Mexican but that doesn’t mean this is bad. This is actually an excellent place. The vibe is great, the location is great, and the service is great. That being said they make guacamole right at the table, their drinks are very good and the presentation of food is great. I would definitely come back here even though I rated it four stars. Hopefully you read this review and stop by and make your own decision. Oh, one more thing you have to check out the bar it is super cool with a row of alcohol forever long.
Brooke was very attentive and nice. She asked questions and started conversations with us. We felt very welcomed. She even offered our puppy Dunkin water. The guac cart was also a highlight of our visit. We are very appreciative and would come back for the service alone.
We had an amazing experience at Rocco’s Tacos thanks to our incredible server Tristan D.! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. He knew the menu inside out, gave us great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food came out perfectly timed. What stood out the most was his genuine energy and sense of humor — he made the whole dinner feel fun and effortless. It’s rare to find someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in giving guests a great experience. Thank you for making our night special! We’ll definitely be back and will ask for him again next time.
We came in on a Saturday night. We split a pitcher of House Margs, very good! We had the 3 salsa app, the chips are seasoned, really good! I had the burrito bowl. It was ok. Our server seemed like he was busy. We had to ask for waters 4 times, we asked when we got there then didn't receive them until after our meals came.
Anthony M was a phenomenal host. Made sure we felt welcomed. Kind, made sure my drink was always full. Tacos were nice and I actually liked the lime flavored sour cream, which I typically avoid sour cream all together!
My evening with friends at this restaurant was very pleasant. The service and staff were quite good. The cocktails were not tasty at all. The food was terrible. It was absolutely tasteless! The waiter was so kind as to not include the cost of my meal in the bill, as I was unable to eat it.
The tacos with grilled meat tasted bitter, it tasted terrible meat, I could not even eat them, the attention was wonderful, the girl was very friendly at our table, but the food took away the quality of the place. I only give 3 stars for the attention of the girl.
The server Annabelle was amazing and attentive. I wish the food was as good. I thought the salad was going to be better and the chips were way over seasoned. Additionally a table of insane kids were running around screaming crying and crawling all over the booths. I just wanted to get done and leave.
Service was very slow, mimosas were horrible (they tasted like McDonald’s Orange juice). I had about 3 mimosas and didn’t feel any different. I was there for Sunday brunch, and it was busy, but that’s no excuse for slow service. Our glasses weren’t refilled without having to ask the server each time (so much for bottomless). We ordered guacamole and it wasn’t prepared in front of us as Rocco’s usually does it but it tasted good. Other than the bad service and the bad mimosas, the food was yummy. I ordered chorizo tacos. I saw another table complain about the service to the manager. If you’re going for Sunday brunch, especially for mimosas, I strongly recommend Tap 42 instead which is right across. Thank me later!
The fajitas was stake and it was burned and very small plate for the price. The mamaneger was polite and took care of it. Loved the guacamole, it's "d" best! The 3 salsas that used to be free now you pay for it. The water Tristan made my day though. He's a keeper!
The location is very nice. Lively and lots of very nice people. Plenty of outdoor seating. The place is very clean. Clean bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. First of all our waitress, Abbey, seemed to be in a bad mood. I ignored it as much as possible, as we are all humans trying to make it. Not to mention that her job is pretty hard. But with that being said, she was kind of rushing us. Seemed very impatient. Probably smiled once. It took a very long time before we got our drinks. Approximately 15 minutes. But we kept on smiling and hoping that things would get better. She did apologize for the long wait. The guacamole is excellent. They actually make it right in front of you. It was delicious. The tortilla chips, not so much. They were just ok. Maybe a bit over cooked as well. The steak tacos were delicious. The skirt steak was very good as well. The rice was horrible. It wasn't cooked at all. Couldn't eat it. The beans not good either. The margarita, had no flavor. The place was very busy. I mean maybe it was because they were so busy that they couldn't take their time with the food and drinks. I'm not the one to send my food back at any restaurant. I just never do. So we dealt with it. As usual, I kept thanking her and kept on being polite. I tipped her over 30% and then she finally smiled. In all, nice place but the food and service not worth the price and definitely not worth our time. Will not visit here again. Thank you very much for checking in. Have a blessed day.
My friend and I usually choose Tacos Tacos to meet up at least once a month. We’ve always loved the margaritas, the guacamole, the food, and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. To start, the hostess was very rude and not communicative at all. Our server seemed annoyed and short-tempered, possibly overwhelmed by the loud music or how busy it was, but it made us feel unwelcome. The food was even more disappointing. It was practically inedible. The only thing that still seemed consistent was the guacamole. The drinks looked more like martinis than margaritas, which was very surprising. The cheese dip had onions, peppers, and tomatoes mixed in, which completely changed the flavor. On top of that, the chorizo was added as a whole/chunk piece instead of being properly chopped into small pieces and blended into the cheese dip. The tacos had no flavor at all, and the tortillas were cold.We were honestly so disappointed and left wondering what has happened to this place!!! 🤮🤮
This was my first experience but I don't think I'll go again. I don't think so when there are so many alternatives. We came across the happy hour and they said that you can only sit at the bar. We said okay, the bar inside looked really fun.. But they said they couldn't take us there because we had a little kid with us. Our son had to be 21 years old. Nonsense!!! If our kid sits at the table, he can sit next to us but we can't benefit from the happy hour at that time. Can there be such a double standard? We didn't bother with this because we were very hungry and our son wanted the Mekşsa kitchen. They seated us in a place that was almost like a warehouse across from the bar outside, we didn't question it much. Maybe the food could save the day.. But that didn't happen either. I guess the portions have become minimal because of the happy hour. Like appetizer plates or kids menus.. I took pictures of the prices, you decide for yourself. It was a bad experience.
I honestly don’t know how you can mess up Mexican food. The place looks nice but I don’t know how they have 4.7 in reviews we ordered guacamole for the table it didn’t taste like anything. We ordered fish tacos, crispy pork belly(which wasn’t crispy at all actually just soggy pieces of pork belly) and the traditional tacos. All the tacos lacked seasoning and the tortillas were not cooked. And the kids chicken burrito was super dry. Even the coke was bad it tasted like cheap amusement park soda needles to say we sent the food back. Just go next door to tap 42 and if you’re in the mood for “Mexican” you’re honestly better off going to a taco bell
This has to be a joke. Basically gave me the liquid that sits on top of sour cream. Tacos also taste awful. Just gets worse and worse
Tonight I experienced the worst service I’ve had in a very, very long time. The server disappeared for 25 minute intervals. Even the manager and food runner couldn’t find him. He pushed the guacamole on us 2x and we kindly said no thank you as we did not feel like having it. Of course it was on the check at the end. Disgraceful. Also why do they put paprika style seasoning on the chips? Chips should not have any seasoning on them as they should be enjoyed with the flavor of the salsa and sauces. I’m surprised this chain has made it this far.
Rocco's is a good Mexican restaurant that has amazing guac and dessert. I was a little disappointed when I spent a premium on the smallest fajita portion I've ever seen. There are other places such as La Condesa that will offer you 3 times the amount the same price. My recommendation is just stick to the house tacos and don't pick the fajitas. You will be pretty disappointed on how you barely get half a skirt steak for 34$ I've been a few times and I have never been fully satisfied but I think this place is just overrated.
Someone come shut this place down and put something good in town center. Came here for Sunday dinner. As we walked in with reservations we were thrown into the corner booth where they cash people out. Thinking great lots of servers. We will be seen……WRONG!!! 20 min to say hello after asking for a server 30 min later guac comes out. Didn’t want to interrupt the guac guy for rizzing up the waitress. Asked by the server if kids food should come out first with guac. We said yes..: came out last. Was told about fajitas. Looked like it was thrown on the floor with throw up and thrown back on the plate. Hands down worst restaurant in Boca Raton. You’re better off at the McDonald’s on the other end of the shopping center.
