Ethan W has been the neatest polite helpful window drive-thru cashier I've never met. He was so polite and a pleasure to meet. Your food was the best we've had at Taco Bell. Thank you.
Good Taco Bell location from a few visits. Service is relatively fast and we haven't had any missing food even with larger orders. Note that we haven't had very many experiences with them being very busy.
When you want taco bell.. this place delivers.. there was a line in the drive through..but it moved quickly. My order was correct and the service was friendly. It's the closest one I got..so I'll keep it. If you live close to this location don't be scared.. get a few tacos. Food was fresh and hot. Even by the time I got home in traffic. My hats off to the staff. And I thank them for a full belly.
This is the BEST location! We only go here once a week, almost every Saturday morning, but they always remember us and our favorites. They remember to make our drinks without ice even when we forget to ask! We always feel bad because our order is so complicated, full of too many modifications, but they always get everything right. Thank you for making our Saturday morning special every week!!
Wonderful service for my client in a wheelchair, Hector was great, served us with a great attitude, was very helpful, and after eating, opened the door to assist my client when we left. However, they need more kiosks, only 2, and one was broken.
This was a worthy stop after a night of drinking. The gentleman who took our order came through with the Diablo sauce. The food was hot and just really hit the spot. Thank you to the crew working late night on 5/7/22.
The staff here is phenomenal. They are super super nice. Also, the food is always fresh and perfect. There’s no mess ups.
A better TB does not exist. For example- I thought my order was incorrect. It was quick and easy so they made it right. Turns out, I was wrong and I feel bad because these people are so nice. My food is always perfect. I love it here.
Best taco bell in the area along with Hall/Scholls location and Murray/Allen location. The service here is always perfect, the food comes out consistently good, and the baja blast is always on point.
Have to share! Now I understand this is Taco Bell and fast food BUT they should be recognized as literally the BEST Taco Bell in the hillsboro/Beaverton/Tigard area! I never have to wait long. The staff is super friendly but one thing, over all of that, is that my food is always the best. Tacos/burritos always full. Sauces always in in the bag. I will literally drive out of my way with a Taco Bell 10 feet away to go to this one. Shout out for real. You guys are killing it.
Ever since they hired a specific employee, orders have been coming out correctly and quickly and smoothly! I don't know his name, but I hope he is able to get his own franchise one day. It makes a difference to have workers who care about customer service that have pride in what they do.
Decent fast food. Can’t complain.
This might become my new favorite location. It a little farther than the other location which always seems under staffed. I told a cop the other day that since he likes helping the community, but he was horrible at law enforcement, I said quit that job and go work for the other Taco Bell as they generally are slow and overwhelmed with drive ups and food delivery people, the cop would still be helping the community working for tacobell. Got my food. Everything was on time actually rather quicker than normal, I should have said. Everything was correct. The kiosk actually works unlike many other times when going to the Hillsboro location closest to Cornelius. I arrived later in the evening. Plenty of people clogging the drive through as always but I dined in. If I would have to complain about something.... Well even though all the trash cans were topped off coming out the trash hole, it really wasn't a big deal I still was able to get my stuff in there. Plenty of room still. Overall the place was decent and clean. Tables were clean floor was clean accept where slobs had been like the soda and sauce area. No one ever pays attention to the ground after dropping their straw wrappers or occasionally a lid from people getting the wrong sizes, they drop on floor or lay on the counter. No idea why people do that when the place to toss it is less than a foot from the counter spot they laid it on. No one's going to reuse that soda drenched lid they dropped on the floor anyway. But yeah, food seemed fresh, tasty and that soda machine wasnt pumping out soda water without soda syrup like I NORMALLY get at THE plaid pantry or BK. I EVEN THANKED THE COUNTER PERSON ON MY WAY OUT TO CATCH THE BUS HOME. I HAVE 4.1 MILLION GOOGLE REVIEW VIEWS SO I WILL HELP YOU OUT AND SEND A REVIEW ABOUT YOUR RESTAURANT AS WELL. GRACIAS!!! ❤️
Nice little Taco Bell definitely one of my favorites in the area every time I come here I leave happy.
I ordered on my app and it didn't move to my location. The taco bell the app ordered at was 13 minutes away. The manager saw that I was bummed and said wait. She decided to make my order for free so I could eat here. That is the best customer service I have received anywhere. Thank you so much Maria, for putting your customers first.❤️
Taco Bell is the best bell. EDIT: We usually order through the app. It doesn't seem to make any difference whether we get there in 2 minutes or 20, they don't appear to start the order until you get there. That's understandable sort of, but what doesn't make sense is rather than just have you wait in the drive thru like a normal order, because it's an online order they send you around to the parking lot to wait, as you then get to sit and watch car after car pull up to the drive thru, order, get their food, and leave while you either get bumped to the back or forgotten about, I'm not sure which. It just doesn't make sense. Just make the order as though I just ordered it 🤷♂️ Pretty irritating.
Went here about 10:30 at night after a concert. There were about 7 to 8 cars in front of me for the drive-thru. Waited my turn and ordered when the line of cars advanced enough. Maybe about 8 to 10 minutes. I think the line moved pretty well, and soon, we were at the pickup window. The pick-up window associate was polite, efficient and asked if we needed any hot sauce. He ran my card and, within 15 seconds, gave me the card back with receipt. Our food arrived about 3 minutes later. The order was correct, and we headed home. When we got home and prepared to chow down, we were delighted to discover our supreme tacos were full and still hot. This was great Taco Bell experience.
Used the app to order. Food came hot fast and portioned properly. For the 3 sentences it required to get my food the staffed handled them perfectly. Hopefully this is a regular thing I'd like to return to the same service.
At the end of a long day of shopping, before heading home, I stopped by Taco Bell to pick up a few Lux Boxes for dinner. It's a great, filling meal for an inexpensive price. I got 3 of the $5 boxes and one of the $7 boxes; they all included drinks. Altogether it was $22, which fed four people. That's an incredible price; that would usually be one meal for one person at any other establishment. Overall, I would recommend coming here and getting yourself something tasty to eat.
This review is for the morning crew, since I’ve only ever gotten breakfast from here. The person working the drive through (who may also be the only one working?) is always incredibly nice, gets the order perfect, and has it ready lightning fast. Every single time. She does better than the fully stocked crew at the other location down the road, which has always been slow and messes up orders constantly. Not sure if you’ll see this, kind morning window person, but you rule. ☺️
I got the $7 Luxe box. The staff member running the drive-thru was both attentive and cheerful.
I love going to this Taco Bell location. They are speedy and quick. I never see them mess up on my order even if they have super long lines. They are always super nice and friendly.
Taco Bell has never provided a good delivery experience for us. Ever. It's kind of a hassle to drive all the way there and get stuck in line as they don't let anyone with a larger order pull aside.
Friendly customer service at this location. Food has always been freshly made in our experiences, mistakes are few. Management is quick to try and correct any issue you bring to their attention. Drive through staff is usually super friendly and efficient. Check that your cinnamon twists actually have cinnamon sugar on them though - late at night they give them out barely touched, and you can hardly see anything on them.
This location is usually pretty quick for drive-thru. They frequently give you extra packets of Mild sauce, we've accumulated quite a huge stash at home!
Line was super long due to Aloha store being closed. Also there was a customer and the store manager having a shouting match outside due to him getting a wrong order. The manager told him he had to wait in the line all over again to get a refund!! Thats insane! The customer used alot of cussing at the manager, and it was very heated. But the manager wouldn't refund his money or redo his food unless he waited in line again! Which i feel was outrageous. This customer had already waited in line for a long time and his order was wrong. To make him wait again seemed wrong to me. But the customer got super angry at another customer who offered for him to go ahead of her and drove off super angry. Apart from this mess the staff to me personally were super nice and friendly. Once we got to the window it went quickly.
We went through drive thru but they were the fastest they could. We did have to wait to give our order but that was due to the person in front of us. They had cinnabons which made me happy because the last taco bell I went to didn't. Overall, they did better than other places but they don't really deserve 5 stars in my opinion.
Can't speak for the inside, but we used a mobile order through the drive thru and they were pretty fast, but they did forget a whole food item so we had to drive all the way back to get it. From the other people in my party, this was the second time it's happened to that person in the past month. Food was good and fresh though!
I'm going to revise this review. It's been at least a year and a half if not longer since I had food from this location. It appears to have underwent a complete restructuring of staff. App/Online ordering has finally been implemented here. Works flawlessly. Food quality was solid. Staff and food prep area appeared to be well kept and clean all though dining room could of used better upkeep. Didn't make me wish for death the next day. Added bonus. The menu still sucks but that's not anyone's fault but the corporate idiots who changed everything. No modernized indoor terminals to order. Still have to interact with staff, or use the app. All in all, a dramatic improvement from how this location used to be.
Do not like the Kiosk. Why can't the employees put sour cream evenly in the food except for being at one end of the food. One last bite of burrito was nothing but sour cream.
I love Taco Bell and have been on a TB craze lately, but this location's food was ok. It didn't give me the same serotonin I typically get. Maybe they'll get better but the way it was all made didn't hit the same. Thankfully there's tons of other locations out there lol
The food taste like normal taco bell, taste good may come out angry later. But my biggest issue with this specific taco bell is they take forever to go through the line. At least the employees know this and apologize when it happens.
I wish Taco Bell would advertise that they serve breakfast until they run out of breakfast items, not that they will serve breakfast until 11am. They do not serve breakfast until 11am, or at least not at this location. I still ordered food, anticipating that it would be super fresh. I was disappointed yet again. The chalupa shell was stale and the soft taco was wet. At least they can't mess up the fountain drinks I guess. 3 stars at best.
I always go specifically to this location from across town because it's a cleaner environment and the staff are presentable and not questionable whether they showered or not. My orders have been about 90% accurate over the coarse of years. Roaches were found at the 185th location and my orders typically messed up hence why I only use the other location. My biggest issue has been the staff not wiping down there work station causing my order to have bits of other folks orders in it i.e pieces of lettuce, tomatoes or onions which is unacceptable considering I'm allergic to onions.
Someone must not have liked their job, today. Normally the food is good from this location and in all fairness, it tasted fine. The problem was how we received the items. The soft taco supreme looked like it had been thrown in the packaging and most of the chips, for dipping in the cheese sauce, were crushed. Had to throw them out as they were not good for anything. Disappointing at best.
Not a fan of Taco Bell, I only ever go here when my partner absolutely wants to. I'll order the supreme something, very rarely, if we don't feel like going to another place for me to eat. Don't really have any complaints about the supreme whatever. According to him he loves it, though they do screw up orders a lot. So I definitely suggest you check your food, making sure everything is correct, especially if you are doing drive thru! They always screw up and leaving when you don't have the correct food is frustrating and no one ever wants to drive back.
Love in Tigard but house sitting near Tualatin. The portions here are SO SMALL. They skimp out on a lot and it’s always like warm on the verge of being cold. I hope I’m not the only one who has noticed this. I know you probably want an easy meal but the Hall Blvd Tigard Taco Bell next to Jackson’s is SO BOMB. those bois do it right. I love the service here tho. Always super friendly!
Taco Bell. Never bad, but never that good. It’s Taco Bell yall. This locations quality could be more consistent, but it’s never bad.
Usually this establishment dishes me out good quality and good sized products but this morning I just wanted to point out that the five layer burrito which is a three dollar+ item, was fairly small. Have a look at the pictures and notice that the burrito is about the same size as cheesy bean burrito but it's a five layer which cost twice as much and it should be a little bit bigger than the fiesta veggie burrito which is actually quite large at $2.49. Check photos.
Foods ok as everything basically has the same flavor profile with only a slight difference with whether it has a corn shell or flour tortilla. Staff seemed shocked that I was using cash and like nearly all Taco Bell’s they left an item out of the order. The left item out of order is so common with visits to Taco Bell I suspect it is part of staff training.
The only reason I gave such a low score is because it takes FOREVER to get through the drive thru, the wait in the dining room is also really long, and they mix up orders all the time. But they make up for the mistakes and are more than willing to correct any wrong orders, obviously without charge. And the food, to my experience, has been good and freshly made. Matthew C. really was on top of his game on one particularly busy night, and I appreciate him.
This is probably the least bad of all the Taco Bell’s in the area, but still not acceptable service. The employees are nice, but limited by the manager. If the website is having issues and you can’t access a deal online (like Tmobile Tuesday’s), which they have almost no support for, the people at this store just tell you there’s nothing they can do and that you will just have to wait for the website/app to work again. This issue occurs very frequently and is a MAJOR waste of time. No sense in even trying to order online with their supposedly good deals.. let alone going to the store itself.
The tall, white, male employee hanging out by the drive-thru window, not doing much of anything, went into the men's restroom with one blue glove on and came back out with one blue glove on. Not sure how this fits into the whole wash your hands after using the restroom rule, but inquiring Health department's might want to know. Either way it kind of looks bad to those who are waiting for their food to be prepared.
Just got the two chalupa combo meal. Chalupas were so stale and hard they were hard to bite through and the shells broke in chunks. Would love to assume it was just a mistake but there is no way someone put those together and didn’t notice how hard the shells were. What a ripoff!
This is my local Taco Bell. I have been coming here for years. However, my last several visits have been very disappointing to say the least. Last time I place an order to go, and the Taco Bell worker brought an order to the counter and called out a number. Usually they call out names. The number was 250 so I checked my receipt and my order number had nothing to do with the number 250. So I sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for them to call my name or my order number, and nothing was happening. I went up to the counter to ask about my order and they pointed me to the rack where the DoorDash meal sit. My food was sitting out there for 20 minutes. They only called a number once and it was the wrong number. They never went back to check if the to go order was picked up or call out the number again. My $30 order of food was ice cold. My tacos were soggy and fell apart. And to top it all off when we left with our large Dr Pepper, we realized it was flat or the syrup was off. I’m a little disappointed that there seems to be nobody ever at the counter and if you are standing up there wanting a fork or napkin or maybe the drink that came with your order they just stare at you until they become uncomfortable and finally walk over to ask you what you need. But I had quite a few people not even make eye contact with me once. Other thank this my family tends to modify some of the items, and we are usually bringing food back to the counter because they made it wrong. I checked my receipt and everything looks correct but unfortunately, from the time I order to the time they give me my food somebody missed some thing somewhere. There I sit again waiting for the correct item while my other food gets cold. Hope it gets better.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. He sees splattered on the toilet. A toilet brush leaning up against the wall with toilet paper all over it. No paper towels. The daddy room floor was greasy and slippery. Praying I don't get food poisoning!!!
After my last two experiences at this taco bell. It has taken me a few months to return, only to find the menu has changed significantly with less to offer that fits my tastes. My favorite was once the beef Gordita supreme with a caramel empanadas. Th empanadas have been completely removed and the Gordita replaced by a Chalupa, which was okay, just not as good as the Gordita. The Chalupa is okay, and the cinnamon twists are okay, but not good enough to replace the Gordita and the empanadas. I tried a crunch wrap and wish I hadn't wasted my time and money. What a terrible item that is, it's nowhere near crunchy and nowhere as good. I've made up my mind, not to return. Not only has the menu gone downhill, but the quality of food also has. It's time to say goodbye to Taco Bell and go to real Mexican restaurants. Sorry TB you just aren't good enough to keep my business.
Employees were slow was like 6 employees and 5 customers we had did online order wasn't ready wait time was horrible the employees did not help customers for 20 min while joking around order was wrong
A year ago 5 stars: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you Maria!! You’re awesome and funny <3 This year; they are SO slow I’m actually blown away- I’m talking half an hour late. They hang up on those calling too. Why? I don’t understand what’s going on at this location but I hope they improve because this is not it.
We tried twice in this location. In both occasions, we had a very bad experience. First time we ordered 2 Chicken Burrito and a quesadilla TO GO the food we got was cold and poorly wrapped and stuffing was tasteless. We thought it might have happened unknowingly also in this COVID pandemic situation we shouldn't expect too much. Couple of weeks later we ordered 2 chicken burritos at the same location, this time the burritos were half of the actual size also they forgot to put hot sauces.
Horribly rude staff, they give me a completely watered down drink and tell me that's normal then give me attitude for asking for a different drink as they don't have the syrup for what I want, I was the only person in line and it took them 10 minutes to get my order, never coming to this location again, last time I came was a year ago and they gave the same shit experience
I tried to stop in there drive through this evening all I was trying to get was two shredded chicken mini quesadillas thought it might be like any other drive-thru nice and quick however it took me over 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru because they don't feel the need to hire people. Their interviews are walk-in interviews but they're only open for 2 hours a week. So I can go through the drive-thru which is taking so long that my blood sugar is crashing and I'm starting to have a medical emergency. So finally I get my food drive home and when I get home I found out that one of the employees that handled my food had decided to grab it and squeeze it in a fish so hard it was ripped almost completely in half in a big ball on the bottom of my bag. I tried to call them about my order and people pick up but they don't say anything and they just hang up on you. Hands down my worst experience not only with Taco Bell but anywhere. You have the right to refuse service as a business but you do not have a right to destroy someone's food because once it's paid for that is their property that they have just damaged. Since they won't answer the phone I'm going to have to go back to make a complaint. At that point with how long I sat in the Drive-Thru to get my $2 meal and having to drive back I will have paid almost $13 for two shredded chicken mini quesadillas that the PM manager mutilated herself. I'm pretty sure that Yum corporation does not approve of damaging customer food. My experience with this Taco Bell was so bad I would not go back if I was offered free food for life. Oh wait let's not forget that when I got to the window to pay for my food I go to hand the guy a $5 bill and they say they can't take cash right now. I can understand a sad light going down or computer going down and not being able to take credit but cash has a physical presence. I know if I had had even a 20 or a 50 I could imagine they didn't have change but when the entirety of my change is $3 how you not even have that in change in the till? As I said worst Taco Bell experience ever. Worst customer service experienced ANYWHERE. Was given damaged product that they damaged themselves. I'm sorry but if people don't want to do their jobs correctly they should just quit because there are people out there that will do them correctly and need the work.
I wish I knew the girl’s name who was helping my payment and handing me the food. She had the worst attitude and got my order wrong even when I corrected her at the ordering screen. I understand we are all humans and we all make mistakes, and that's why I never wrote any negative reviews even I already have quite some negative experiences from this specific store. I guess at this point it’s my fault to keep going back to the place that always messes up my orders.
I ordered a large amount of food for a group, party packs. I specifically asked for sauce packets. My doordash driver asked them to be sure and they were told they were included in the sealed bag. They were not. When I called, whoever answered the phone, and I am assuming they were management, told me that "well, you ordered during a rush, if they didn't see it on the ticket, they didn't see it! I am sorry, you can come in and pick some up." That defeats the purpose of having the food delivered in the first place. No offer for a discount or a credit, and I placed a large order. Lamest apology ever!
Aesthetically, this Taco Bell is as nice as it gets, but I cannot recommend that anyone go here. First of all, the service is slow; it took me 8 minutes to get a simple order, and it was not even a busy hour. This Taco Bell hounds its customers to give them reviews! The manager is constantly going up to customers to ask them to fill out the survey and give them a great review. Ten minutes after refusing to review their store for a free soft drink, the manager came over and asked me to leave for being "profane". I had used no profanity, and the whole incident made me feel rather embarrassed. I intend to never return here, and I will advise anyone else to avoid this Taco Bell.
I had a horrible experience at this location tonight (11/24), which really took me by surprise because I regularly come here during lunch hours and never had such an experience. First off the drive thru wait was very long, I would say over 15 minutes to get up to the speaker, that's not a huge problem however because I understand how busy it was. When I got to the window I reminded the cashier that I would like extra sauce in the bag, to which he said okay. I drive off and sure enough, they forgot my sauce and two straws to drink my slushies. I returned back to the restaurant and waited at the front door to which an employee answered. I let her know of the situation and she unapologetically said okay and that she will return with my items. Here I am standing outside in cold weather, very much pregnant and I peer inside because how long can it take to grab two straws and sauce packets, sure enough the employee is making drinks and I had got forgotten so I call the store to remind them I'm outside and they finally give me my bag after 10 minutes of waiting. I get to my car and check the bag and they forgot to give me one of my straws. Defeated, I left and almost cried on the way home. My food was cold by the time I got home and my partner did not get a straw for his slushie. Very hungry pregnant mama wanted some tasty hot taco bell and just had a stressful, emotional experience.
1. They lock their doors early when they can't handle all the drive through orders. Very unprofessional. The customers inside laughed at me when it happened. 2. It took them 30 minutes to get to my order on multiple occasions. The food itself was made in a sloppy way and parts of it were cold. 3. One of the employees took her phone out of her bra and started texting. Her manager caught her so she put the phone back in her bra and continued making food! She didn't wash her hands of wear gloves. She continued switching from texting to working a few times over the 30 minutes I patiently waited. 4. Loud and obnoxious swearing. I don't usually post reviews but this needs to be addressed.
As other reviewers have stated, it is no exaggeration whatsoever that the wait in this drive through location is 15-20 minutes, minimum. I have made the mistake, twice, of coming here. The first time, not a single car moved even one spot in 12 minutes. It was another 5 minutes before I was at the window for my own small order. Two months later, I gave the location another chance, hoping the first time was a fluke. While waiting behind 7 other cars, and with the line not moving one single spot in 6 minutes, I had the good sense to drive off, never to return.
I ordered three items. I also asked for three mild sauces. I received one fire sauce and three items loaded with horrible spicy sauce. I go to this location all of the time, apparently everyone there had a bad day and took it out on my mouth...had to throw it all away the save my guts from that spicy yuck
If you've ever been here on a Friday night at 6:30 then you know how busy this place gets. Yeah it's slow but I love Taco Bell so I just deal with it. One night, cars backed up in the parking lot like usual for the drive thru, we almost get to the speaker but we're still about 2 feet back from it and start our order. We ordered 2 boxes and 2 side items, had about a 3 second pause to figure out the last item and the lady on the speaker started speaking right as we did with "Do you know what you want, there's kind of a line behind you but I'm not trying to rush you" as we tried to order and she kept talking. Was so baffled by that, that we went silent for a moment. She said it again. We tried to order and she said it again. Once again if you've been there on a Friday night, its bumper to bumper. There was nowhere to go except into the bumper of the truck on front of us. We were still 2 feet back from the speaker. Awesome.
My husband went in and ordered food while the kids and I waited in the car. It took twenty minutes for him to get our food and they forgot our taco salad so he went back in to get it. By the time he came out with it the rest of our food was cold so I went back in with the receipt and complained. The manager had a snooty attitude and finally offered to remake the food which took another 20 minutes. Others in the restaurant were complaining about the wait time and some cancelled their orders and got refunds because of it. The manager then said loud enough for everyone to hear that it was easier for her to get other orders done if people cancelled their order so she didn't have to worry about them. Very unprofessional staff that doesn't care about their customers. I'm very disappointed in this location. She then refused to give me our receipt back so that I couldn't complain.
It was 30 minutes before close and they wouldn't let us order the chicken sandwich taco because it was "too close to closing" uh k maybe change your closing time then if its a limited menu after a certain time. We ordered some other things and the cheesy gordita crunch soft tortilla was hard as a rock and stale.
Making fast food like Taco Bell isn’t rocket science, I use to work in the food industry. Every time I go here there’s always a problem. I understand that people make mistakes and that’s okay but every time I’ve gotten food from here something isn’t right. I ordered two drinks, when I got to the window the drinks were not marked and when I asked the lady in the window which drink was which she said “well can’t you just taste it and see?” The drinks were not for me so no I couldn’t. Today I went there and ordered two chicken quesadillas one with no creamy jalapeño sauce, I looked at the order screen and my order was correct on the screen but once I pulled up and got my food there were no markings or words to indicate which quesadilla had no sauce and one of the quesadillas wasn’t even cut like it should have been. I know that ever since Covid things have been rough on everyone. But if I’m having the same issues or just an issue period every single time I visit the same restaurant somethings going wrong inside of the restaurant. I’d rather wait a little bit longer and get what I ordered and have it be correct then to have to search through a quesadilla and figure out which one has no sauce. The Taco Bell on TV highway up the street from Century high school needs to do better.
Worst service ever. Was rushed at drive through and then they didn't give us all our food. Went in to get the missing items and was ignored by several of the staff until finally after 5 minutes of waiting at the counter someone came up to give me my order with attitude.
Wow. I've been going to this same Taco Bell every week for 11 years now. They always get half the order right and forget to give me the other half. I'm not one to complain, but after 11 years using the same name, you figure once they wouldn't forget the same order I get every week. Not complaining about missing my order has become part of my routine. But I'm fed up. Next time, I will not even look in the bag; I will tell them to finish my order.
Customer service is very bad. Their workers are very disrespectful and rude. They always get my food wrong. The food is moldy and expired. They never give you your full Order if doorDash.
Slow drive thru. Always. Takes like 15 min to get through drive thru. Really. Bummer. And their prices are higher than most Taco Bell's... Update: Today they were fast, but they premade the food I ordered online that they said they wouldn't make until I arrived. And they made it wrong. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice with no cheese for my son but they put cheese on it. Frustrating.
The overall customer service and accuracy of orders has plummeted over the last year or so. The folks working are clearly way over worked and underpaid along with being short staffed. We went in the other night and they had no CO2 for their drinks and never offered a refund. Our cheesy fiesta potatoes were completely void of all additions including the cheese. I would highly suggest going to a different Taco Bell. The downtown Hillsboro location has gone much better the last few times we went.
Ordered online and it said pickup inside. Went inside and was told to go through drive through. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for food. The food was poorly wrapped and totally cold. Nacho fries cold, not good! Everything was just soggy and cold. This has been our experience since the covid nonsense begun. We're done until dine in is available again.
Manager was rude when asked if ac was on he told me I needed to work in back then took forever preparing my food was scared to eat due to someone maybe tampered with it in a foul way would drive past if I was u had to leave and eat in shade cuz was cooler outside
I came through your drive thru at 549 today. I ordered my food and when I came to the window I asked the lady to make sure they have my order right and to double check. She took my card and asked me about a receipt. Said she would throw it in the bag. I come home to hungry kids and my order is half missing. I call and talk to a manager and explained I’m missing items. He said for me to repeat what I ordered and then began to say he doesn’t see it on his screen and did you get a receipt...really she never threw it in the bag and I got a vibe for the manager like I was lying. He said to come back and they would make it right but this is the second time I’ve been burned by them. I have been to different Taco Bell’s and this one has the worse customer service ever. I will drive to imbrie drive before I ever go back to this one.
Usually I'm like this location hillsboro on tv hwy, but last night I did a mobile order. Went to pick up in drive thru person taking orders said freezy machine wasn't working had 2 in my order one with combo and 1 separate, asked to refund said they can't thru the app need to take up with them. Asked me which drink want instead but was only 3 flavors of sodas available freezys were reg which costs more then soda. Think they should have made them a large to compensate part of the price but they didn't. And also said I have said 2 times already the kinds he wouldnt repeat it again was sooo rude HE WAS SOOO RUDE. Then when got home the black bean crunch wrap said NO tomatoes or sour cream was first things when opened it up. This used to be one of the better taco bells but NOT anymore. WISH WAS SOME WAY TO GET GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD AT TACO BELL BUT THINK THERE A LOST CAUSE.
Legitimately what are you doing to take 25 min in the drive thru before I even get to order? Edit: gave it a shot again years later and the line went to the street. Must be bad management.
⚠️Do not not order, drive-thru from here. Avoid at all cost!!! I always try give this location a chance to improve the quality of food and customer service once a year. In the last decade they haven't gotten any better especially at night. Turns out just poor quality food. They serve old food sitting on the counters for hours. Be wary about the freshness and quality of the order. They serve old soggy food pre-made from several customers before, stay away. Stay away!! The employees don't even know what's in certain items.
I never leave reviews but since the last three visits I am out so much money due to errors on the order and missing items i felt compelled to leave a review not to be a troll but in hopes somone sees this and makes changes.fast food mistakes are annoying especially because if it happens to me thre visits in a row I'm sure their error rate is extremely high or their employees are. Finally called to let them know in hope of getting remake or refund the employee on the phone responded with refunds are done through corporate then said she would let them know? I asked let them know what? She replied let them know to check orders....smh Really is frustrating that Taco bell raises prices to pay their employees more that do less then before... not cool So I'm out like 60 bucks from incompetence makes one wonder why we allow it to continue and keep throwing money away ! Like we don't have money just to waist on food that's literally why we eating at Taco bell....just food for thought before your orders are messed up too 🤔✌️
This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant itself is always clean and nicely kept but, without fail, nine times out of ten something is wrong with our order. My vegetarian kid just bit into a meat filled crunchwrap, even though they ordered the vegetarian version. It's to the point where I have to open every single item in the order every single time I pick up food here. What's really frustrating is that Taco Bell is one of the only fast food options with a good vegetarian selection, so we wind up hanging to keep giving our business to this awful place.
Everytime i go through this drive through, i always get disappointed. Today was my last time ill go there. Ill drive the extra 8 minutes to the other one because the last several times ive gone, at least one item, if not the whole order is wrong. Last time i ordered a gordita crunch with chicken, it came with beef, even though i paid the extra for chicken, so this time before i left i double checked it, got home and realized my 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos had tortilla strips in it, who does that?! And i was missing my fiesta potatoes. This is so disappointing and annoying i cant rely on them to make simple food orders.
I went here the other day only to find out that there was no menu available, their reader board just said that you now have to order from a kiosk, where we had to wait in line while people figured out how to use the kiosk. I finally got to a kiosk, went through the time it takes to put in your own order and asked for a receipt, only to find out you can no longer have a printed receipt. After navigating through all of the hassle to order I finally got my food and guess what, the order was not correct. I half expected them to say I had to cook my own food also. Just another example of a retailer that doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I will not be back! If you want excellent service than you should try Twisted Gyro's.
The taco shells made us ill, and we are still sitting on the throne 24 hours later. We spoke with the mgr about 20 minutes after we left, and they confirmed the shells were bad and had been removed. Offered us to make new tacos but not our money back. My bad for going there because I was hungry and in a hurry. #tacohell
Workers saw us waiting to order at the counter for several minutes before I saw the kiosk sign, which was extremely disappointing, and went to order. Nobody bothered to inform us. A man asked for sauce while we waited and a women grabbed him 1 packet when he asked for more she laughed and walked away about a minute later another women came over to asked the man what he wanted and he again had to aak for more sauce. Our food was placed on the counter by the same women who laughed at the previous customer and she said nothing and walked away. Extremely lazy and rude!
September-27-2024 I went into the Taco Bell bathrooms, I came out the janitor went in and cleaned I’m pretty sure, she came out and told me I was banned from the Taco Bell bathrooms. Then I called Taco Bell once I left and told them what happened they literally said they didn’t have a janitor. I was so furious, 1 star couldn’t even order yet!! 9-5-2024. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and I took a bite and saw LITERAL PLASTIC in my Grilled Cheese Burrito 1 star I threw up
After a 20 minute wait in the drive through, I get my order home to find that the missed the item my child ordered. Needless to say it was not a fun dinner. I'm not sure if they're intentionally understaffed to cut costs or were just having a bad night. Not a place I want to go back to.
Ordered 30 bucks worth of food online through the app. After waiting 25 minutes to get it, I opened a regular bean burrito to find a huge chunk of chicken with barbecue sauce on it smashed into the middle of the burrito. It would be hard for anyone to believe this was by accident. I went inside and asked for a manager to get a refund. I was ignored for several minutes until the person whose back was to me this whole time comes up and claims to be the manager, Alicia along with I assume was her side kick fellow employee. I explained what happened and showed her the receipt and she just looks at me and says " yeah, I can read!" In a very rude tone. I said look I just want my money back. She said no we don't do refunds on mobile orders and just starred at me. At no point should a manager talk to customers like this. Its a bean burrito. Looks like its time for a little retraining for the make line and "management".
You have a new Salsa that you charge extra for. This in itself seems ridiculous. But to add insult to injury, I ordered some extras only to find they weren't included. It's almost impossible for them to remember the free salsas. Charging for one is flirting with disaster as I doubt it will ever actually make it in the bag. I also agree with the trend that at $50 for a family of 4 I would rather just hit my local sit down Mexican restaurant. 12 a person is just too much for someplace with a drive thru attached. This could quite possibly be my last trip to a business I have frequented for 30 plus years. Sad to see it become less and less convenient, too expensive for fast food, and the accuracy is totally gone. If I'm going to pay restaurant prices, at least have the decency to make sure you are getting the orders right
Just don’t! Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and that was after placing my order. I could have driven to a taco bell farther away and been home already!
Slow, unfriendly and unmotivated staff. Food quality is terrible. I've hoped that over the last 4 years that changes in staff may improve the quality here but it's aparent that the management does not care to make quality improvements. I get Taco Bell EASILY 3-4 times a week. Family of 5 and im a contractor. This location has yet to give me a fresh crunchwrap in 4 years. Every time its soggy and disgusting. I would rather go to a different location even though this one is 2 minutes from my house. Worst experience.
I used to be a regular customer, but your recent decision to eliminate the good combo boxes is a massive mistake. These boxes were the perfect combination of variety and value, and they were the only thing I consistently ordered. Now, ordering the same items separately costs significantly more, and the new options are a joke. There is no longer any incentive for me to visit. This change shows a complete disregard for your repeat customers, and it has removed my desire to ever buy food from Taco Bell again. You've lost a customer for good unless you bring them back.
I made an order through the app. And both my items on the order were wrong. Tried contacting taco bell via email/support and heard nothing back. I even left a message for doordash even though i ordered it through the taco bell app. 1/10 got my food wrong and had no customer service.
This particular Taco Bell cuts you short on the meat. Chicken chalupas are to have more than a couple little pieces of chicken. They fill their chalupas with lettuce. Time and time again. I won't be back to this Taco Bell.
Ordered a regular #2 chicken. Plus 2 crunchy chicken the same as the number 2. Got all sorts of random beef tacos. Not even close to what I ordered. Was to far and to late to turn around when realizing. Double check you stuff... greasy nasty beef fluid tacos. Yahoo.
Be ready to wait 20 minutes for them to wordlessly place your unlabeled order on the counter then another 10 minutes for them to print the label and put it on the untouched box. And be sure to check that you got what you ordered.
Ordered two chalupa cravings box and both chalupas were not there. If the wait wasn’t 20 minutes I would have gone back but honestly I’m just done with this location. Edit: came back again. Regretted it. Paid for a cheesy roll up and didn’t get it, half empty cheese container for my nacho cheese etc…
